SHV data of the centrifuge, tilt platform and pitched chair experiments

    No full text
To explore whether there might be sex differences we subjected 44 supine participants (22 female) to centripetal accelerations along the long axis of the body at 0g (stationary), 0.33g, 0.66g, and 1.0g directed either towards the feet or the head using a short-arm centrifuge. They were also subjected to physical tilts of 0° (lying horizontal), 15°, 30° and 45°, both head-up and head-down, using a tilt platform. To explore the potential implications of body posture, an additional 42 participants (21 female) were tilted while seated in the dark by the same angles where 0° corresponded to the chair’s back being horizontal

Herausforderungen für die Verbraucherpolitik: Digitaler Alltag und Polykrise

    No full text

BPMN Interleaved Routing – How to Run Tasks One at a Time in Any Order

    No full text
This video introduces the Interleaved Routing pattern and explains how BPMN can support flexible task ordering without allowing concurrent execution. The Interleaved Routing pattern addresses situations where a set of tasks must each be completed exactly once, but where no predefined order is imposed. While the tasks may be executed in any sequence chosen by the participant, only one task is allowed to run at any given time. Once all tasks in the set have been completed, the process continues to the subsequent step. The video demonstrates how this behavior can be modeled in BPMN and illustrates the pattern using token-based simulation in the Camunda Modeler. A practical example shows how tasks become enabled sequentially, how users may freely choose the next task to perform, and how the workflow ensures mutual exclusion while preserving ordering flexibility. This video is part of a series on modeling workflow patterns with BPMN: http://www.workflowpatterns.com This is Video #40 of the BPMN Series. Supplementary material is available on GitHub: https://github.com/ahense/bpmn The examples were modeled using the Camunda Modeler: https://modeler.cloud.camunda.i

BPMN Business Process Modeling for Beginners – Tool Rental

    No full text
This video provides a step-by-step introduction to modeling business processes with BPMN using a realistic end-to-end example. It demonstrates how to design a complete tool rental process, covering all major stages from customer request through fulfillment and final return. The tutorial follows a live modeling approach and explains key BPMN concepts in context, including decision points, subprocess structuring, and event handling. By incrementally building the model, the video illustrates how complex process logic can be translated into clear and executable BPMN diagrams. Particular attention is given to modeling best practices that improve readability, correctness, and maintainability. The session is intended for learners and practitioners who want to strengthen their practical BPMN skills and gain confidence in modeling real-world business processes rather than isolated patterns. This is Video #49 of the BPMN Series. Supplementary material is available on GitHub:https://github.com/ahense/bpmn  (Download via “Code” → “Download ZIP”. The material for this tutorial is located in the folder corresponding to the video number.) The examples have been modeled using the Camunda Modeler:https://modeler.cloud.camunda.io The business process description was inspired by an example from:http://fundamentals-of-bpm.or
