    Generators are equipment that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy by utilizing the electromagnetic principle in converting its energy, where the mechanical energy can be obtained from prime movers such as diesel engines (PLTD), hydropower (PLTA), gas power (PLTG). , geothermal (PLTPB). Frequency can also be used as a measure of the instantaneous balance between the real power (MW) consumed by consumers (load) and the real power supply from power plants. Setting the excitation current given to the generator so that the generator produces a voltage of 220 volts. electrical systems, generators and components connected with a complete interconnection system to connect several generators and consumers.     Along with the development of a government institution or agency at this time, the number of assets needed and must be owned by the institution or agency is also increasing. For this reason, assets need good management so that they are easier to monitor and manage. In solving this problem, it is necessary to have a system that assists in managing government assets. An asset management system can assist in managing asset data such as providing transparent and continuous reports. As an approach to designing an asset management system, the author uses direct observation, interviews and literature, created using the programming language PHP Hypertext Preprocessor, Object-Oriented Programing (OOP), system development using the SDLC waterfall method and the database used is MySQL which will be executed on the Windows 10 operating system. In designing the asset management system there are 2 (two) users, namely Admin and Wasapras. Admin and Wasapras have full access rights to the system

    During this time, Panting’s calibration process has been done with mere reliance on human hearing.  Thus, this study is intended to assist the calibration process of Panting. The expirement has been done by using Compressive Sensing, MFCC and SVM. Moreover, the six scenarios are applied to the classification process are classification using five audios with different compression ratios and the original audio. This study results the best state of the Panting’s note recognition system is given by using the compressed audio with ratio of 2,5%. It is proven by its 97,96% of accuracy that is computed in 0,06274 second of duration

    East Luwu Regency is one of the areas in South Sulawesi which has quite large natural resource potential, including mineral resources such as nickel. However, the need for energy to run this industrial sector is a challenge in itself, especially in terms of supplying environmentally friendly energy. This study aims to analyze the potential of renewable energy sources in the region and how their use can reduce dependence on fossil energy sources and environmental pathways generated by the nickel mining industry. The research method used is a qualitative method with Focused Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the study show that the integration of renewable energy sources such as hydroelectric power plants (PLTA) and microgrid infrastructure has great potential in the utilization of nickel resources in East Luwu

    Hepatitis is caused by various factors such as viral infections, toxic substances such as alcohol, certain drugs. Many cases of hepatitis have subtle or subclinical symptoms. In Indonesia, the part of East Nusa Tenggara, hepatitis disease is low, because most people who suffer from mild hepatitis C positive in pregnant women are mostly relatively high. More than double the national average of 2.2%. Based on the above problems, an application in the form of an expert system is needed to diagnose liver disorders, one of which is the Bayes theorem method. Bayes' theorem is a method that applies rules relating to probabilities or probability values. Hepatitis patients can die within a few weeks if not treated immediately. It will be used as an initiative to conduct studies on intelligent systems for diagnosing hepatitis. Therefore, this research creates a system that can help doctors treat hepatitis. With the concept of an expert system able to analyze problems and draw conclusions about the transfer of expert knowledge to the system. The results of the studies tested have shown the multiplication result of the highest classification value with the Bayes method and is a type of liver disorder that the patient suffers from

    The development of the culinary business in Indonesia in general grows and spreads in various regions and continents in view of the development of the industry in Indonesia, which is increasing day by day. The culinary business is one of the most widely run businesses to date. System design to obtain output is carried out in several stages, namely: forming fuzzy sets, application of implication functions (formation of fuzzy rules), composition of fuzzy rules, assertion (defuzzification). From the results of research that has been done obtained. The input consists of the level of service obtained by real numbers. given is the taste of food with a value of 4 with the domain [4 5]. That is, the variable taste of good food. From the service quality input, a value of 3 is obtained with the domain [3 4]. That is, the service quality variable is quite good. From the input given, the output level of consumer satisfaction is 4.93%, which means that customers are satisfied with the taste of the food and the quality of service provided by the Talasi café

    Deteksi Kelas Ruangan Berdasarkan Reverberation Time dengan Metode Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN)

    Identification of the size of the evidence file conversation can be one of the tools for various purposes such as in the police world. Determining the class of the room from the recording can be an additional clue in case processing.  One way for the police to identify the class of a room is by creating a room class detection system. The class of the room can be determined by measuring the reverberation time using the LPC algorithm by extracting the characteristics of the training data in the form of audio. After obtaining the characteristics, the system will store these characteristics in the form of a dataset for testing. Then, the test data for which the room class is not yet known is inputted into the test system. KNN will classify the test data based on the previously trained dataset. The last process of the system will issue the value of accuracy and computational time from system testing. This study uses MATLAB calculation software as a calculation and simulation process, using 63 training data and 18 test data.  The  accuracy of  the  system  test  for detecting room class based on reverberation time using the LPC and KNN methods has resulted in a number with the largest accuracy value of 83.33% and computation time along 4,94657 seconds with a K value of 3, LPC order of 12, number of frames 240, and the Hanning window

    Metode tanam hidroponik adalah salah satu metode bercocok tanam tanpa menggunakan tanah  tetapi menggunakan air yang mengandung nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Dalam metode tanam hidroponik diperlukan pemberian nutrisi pada tanaman secara akurat, oleh karenanya diperlukan suatu sistem untuk mengontrol kondisi tanaman agar dapat tumbuh seperti di tanah diantaranya dengan penggunaan sistem kontrol untuk mengendalikan suhu, kelembaban dan level air. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis statistika terhadap rata-rata suhu tanaman hidroponik selada keriting hijau (lactuca sativa) berbasis mikrokontroler arduino mega 2560. Hipotesis nol adalah rata-rata suhu tanaman selada sama dengan rata-rata suhu tumbuh selada di tanah yaitu 17,5°C. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh rata-rata suhu tanaman selada adalah 17,67°C dengan nilai-p sebesar 0,301 > a = 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis nol diterima yang berarti bahwa dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino mega 2560 dalam penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata suhu tanaman selada keriting hijau, secara statistika sama dengan rata-rata suhu untuk tumbuh di tanah

    Peranan tenaga listrik  sangat penting saat ini dan tidak dapat dibayangkan kehidupan tanpa  listrik, tidak hanya sebagai cahaya yang menyinari jalan- jalan di kota kita saat malam hari tetapi juga merupakan pendorong dari kekuatan ekonomi,sosial, dan budaya.  Sumber daya yang dimiliki Kabupaten Simalungun terdiri dari berbagai sektor terutama pariwisata yang selalu berkembang di Kawasan Danau Toba. Apabila  sumber daya dikelola secara  tepat dan terarah akan mengakibatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki daerah Danau Toba dan sekitarnya dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Keadaan ini  membuat dan pemerintah  dan pengembang usaha untuk menjamin  ketersediaan pasokan listrik. Supaya ketersediaan  ini mampu teratasi dibutuhkan suatu strategi yaitu prediksi kebutuhan energi dalam periode waktu tertentu. Dalam prediksi ini menggunakan analisa regresi dengan memperhitungkan pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Berdasarkan hasil prediksi beban listrik pada tahun 2024 terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Tahun 2020 sebesar 31.100.794 kWh sehingga tahun 2024  mencapai 35.212.427 kWh

    ANALISIS DAUR ULANG LIMBAH LAMPU PENERANGAN SEBAGAI UPAYA REDUKSI LIMBAH B3 DI KOTA MEDAN

    Limbah bola lampu merupakan salah satu jenis limbah yang dikategorikan kedalam limbah B3 yang dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Limbah bola lampu dikategorikan kedalm limbah an organik. Kandungan limbah yang terdiri dari bahan elektrik bahkan cenderung dikategorikan kedalam limbah B3. Kedua jenis limbah tersebut termasuk kedalam limbah  berbahaya dan tidak dapat terurai dialam bebas. Pencemaran lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh limbah dan belum adanya metode penanganan yang efesien merupakan satu permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi oleh pemerintah.  Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut sehingga perlu dikaji upaya konservasi lingkungan dari limbah tersebut. Permasalahan lain adalah potensi daur ulang dari limbah bola lampu yang saat ini belum dimamfaatkan secara maksimal oleh pemerintah maupun mayarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mereduksi limbah non organik dan B3 di lingkungan kota Medan sebagai upaya konservasi lingkungan. 2) Merancang  lampu penerangan dengan konsep ramah lingkungan sehingga menghasilkan satu produk yang dapat dimamfaatkan kembali. Inovasi Perancangan Lampu Penerangan Emergency berbasis Teknologi Ramah lingkungan (TRL) merupakan satu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode perancangan dan analisis sebagai pendekatan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian. Metode perancangan dilakukan untuk merakit lampu penerangan. Metode analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil dari perancangan dan pengujian di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lampu penerangan hasil daur ulang dapat diimplementasikan sebagai lampu alternatif yang ramah lingkunagan dengan data kesesuaian 80% sama dengan lampu penerangan pabrikan. Hasil penelitian ini juga sudah diimplementasikan pada masyarakat Desa Kota Pari, Serdang Bedagai
