The amalgamation of digital and leadership as a key role in organization: Literature review
Digital leadership became prominent to bridging Digital transformation in organizations. Despite, a lot of research in digital leadership topic has soared, it still misses the gap for the position of digital leadership. This research investigates the determination of digital leadership based on literature review from various research articles and presents the position of digital leadership. Therefore, this study was conducted with the Grounded Theory Literature-Review Method and perish n publish or perish to collect proper literature, data was presented using the matrix augmented of unit analysis, and the data was categorized by variable, theory, and unit analysis. The results showed three positions of digital leadership, firstly ten articles positioned digital leadership as independent variable. Secondly, one study conducted digital leadership as mediating variable, and lastly, there were two research studied digital leadership as moderating variable. This study concludes the theme of digital leadership was frequently used to develop digital transformation and performance for organizations. Leaders act as a supporter and connectors between corporate culture and team members to bridge the transformation. Furthermore, it remains a gap in digital leadership variable research topics such as: measuring dimensions of digital leadership, competence of the leader, and which leadership styles suitable for organizations
Green Leadership in The Spotlight: A Bibliometric Analysis of Research Developments
Global sustainability issues require organizations to carry out strategic transformation by balancing profit, people, and planet aspects. In this context, green leadership is present as a leadership style that combines environmental orientation with management practices to support green innovation, sustainable performance, and environmentally oriented human resource management. This research aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of green leadership research, identify trends, research gaps, and the direction of future academic collaboration. The research method uses a quantitative approach through bibliometric analysis with secondary data from the Scopus database using the keyword "green leadership". After the selection process based on the PRISMA framework, a total of 85 articles for the period 1993–2024 were analyzed using the VOSviewer software to map publication trends, affiliations, countries of origin of publications, scientific fields, and keyword relatedness. The results show that publications on green leadership have increased significantly, especially in the 2023–2024 period, with the dominance of the fields of management, social sciences, and environmental sciences. The keywords that are most often associated are sustainability, green innovation, corporate social responsibility, and green human resource management. This research shows that green leadership is increasingly relevant to answer global sustainability challenges. In the future, these findings can encourage the integration of green leadership in organizational policies, strengthen green HRM practices, and implement sustainable innovation in various industry sectors
Literature Review of Digital Literacy on Human Resources Management
The integration of digital technology in the workplace has transformed job roles, resource allocation, and employee anticipation. Especially amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the digitalization of workplaces has seemingly necessitated employees to acquaint themselves with, excel at, and utilize these technologies within their professional settings. This trend has spurred the rise of the notion of digital literacy among the workforce. Therefore this research aims to investigate the literature review of digital literacy using grounded theory model. Furthermore, there were 14 journal articles collected indexed in Scopus Q1, with 3 articles, 8 articles from journals indexed in Scopus Q2, 2 articles indexed in Q3, and 1 article indexed in Q4. Therefore, research articles with the theme of digital literacy in human resources. Each article was served to explain the variable position.As a result, (1) digital literacy serving as a crucial factor in nurturing innovation at both individual and organizational scales; (2) factors that determine the success of technology implementation; and (3) indicators of enhanced performance. The Influence of Academic Culture and Knowledge Sharing on Green Innovation Performance
This study investigates the influence of academic culture and knowledge sharing on green innovation performance at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. A quantitative approach with a survey technique was employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The respondents comprised 100 lecturers selected through random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires on academic culture, knowledge sharing, and green innovation performance, which were validated using the product moment correlation and reliability tested with Cronbach’s Alpha. Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS was applied for hypothesis testing and model evaluation. The findings reveal three key results. First, academic culture has a direct, positive, and significant influence on green innovation performance. Second, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects green innovation performance. Third, academic culture exerts a direct and significant influence on knowledge sharing. Among the indicators, cooperation in academic tasks emerged as the strongest reflection of academic culture, while discussions between two or more parties proved to be the most influential indicator of knowledge sharing. Comfortable environmental innovation was found to be the most dominant indicator of green innovation performance. The study concludes that strengthening academic culture and promoting knowledge sharing are effective strategies to enhance green innovation performance in higher education institutions. These results provide theoretical implications for organizational behavior models and practical insights for universities to improve academic quality through sustainable innovation initiatives
The Game-Changing Effect of Mobile Money on Shaping Financial Knowledge And Financial Skills
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mobile money on financial knowledge and financial skills.The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are active mobile money users in Indonesia. The research instrument used was a questionnaire using a five-level Likert scale. In this study, researchers took a random sampling technique, namely random sampling so that it was not limited but could represent the entire population, workers, housewives active students. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial tests and simultaneous tests using the SEM PLS 4 application. The results showed that mobile money has an effect on financial knowledge and financial skills in active smarthpone users who are used for money transfer transactions, purchases in e-commerce, bill payments. Artistic Orientation, Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, and MSME Performance
The limitations of research linking artistic orientation with performance motivate researchers to examine artistic orientation in creative MSMEs. Their uniqueness is that they combine art and economics, resulting in original creations and the ability to compete and succeed in the market. To combine these two things, a performance improvement strategy is needed, among others by increasing literacy. This study examines whether managers perform better artistically and whether financial and digital literacy affects performance. This study uses primary data from questionnaires to 344 creative MSMEs in Yogyakarta. Data analysis using Partial Least Square - SEM results show that artistic orientation has a significant effect on non-financial and financial performance. The The Implications of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Organizational Commitment
Abstract
This research is a literature review that examines various literatures on the implication transformational and transactional leadership. The purpose of this research is to find out the implications of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational commitment; similarities and differences behaviors of transformational and transactional leadership towards organizational commitment. The method used in this research is integrative literature review which assesses, criticizes, and synthesizes different literatures to create new theoretical framework. This research finding shows that transformational and transactional leadership have implications on the commitment of each employee to the values and goals of the organization. Transformational leadership builds long-term relationship while transactional leadership builds short-term relationships with subordinates based on shared goals and rewards are given when subordinates are able to achieve goals and vice versa sanctions are given if the goals cannot be achieved. Creative and innovative behavior is not the main thing but status quo is important
Relationships between Work Environment and Employee Engagement mediate by Job Satisfaction
This research examines impact of work environment on employee engagement, and more that the role of job satisfaction as a mediator. We are empirically test relations between work environment and employee engagement mediate by job satisfaction in a national private bank in Indonesia.
The data from questionnaires on job satisfaction, work environment and employee engagement collected from s survey that we received from 893 respondent via online. The structural model is based on four construct, which tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS v25 and IBM AMOS v24.
An increase in work environment both positively relates to job satisfaction and employee engagement, and it shows also that job satisfaction mediate positively significant work environment to employee engagement.
This research confirm that job satisfaction mediate work environment to employee engagement although it is never consluce yet from prom previous research. Efforts to Improve Employee Performance with Training and Motivation at PT. XYZ
Employee performance is impacted by a variety of circumstances, including a lack of knowledge and skills, a lack of enthusiasm, or a lack of company support. Providing training and motivation to employees is one efficient technique to increase their performance. However, there are a number of hurdles and obstacles that must be faced in order to execute training and motivation programs, such as challenges with establishing appropriate and effective programs, challenges with inspiring employees who are less motivated, or lack of support from management. This research is to discuss and analyze efforts to improve employee performance with training and motivation, identify challenges and obstacles that may be encountered in implementing the program, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to overcome these problems. The primary data used is a questionnaire sent to employees of PT XYZ. There are 71 samples from 250 total population. The secondary data used is a 2022 satisfaction survey document, training records, and work order notification records at the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The analysis was carried out with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of the study explain that training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on PT XYZ
