ПАРАМЕТРИ І ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ОДНООПОРНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ПРИВОДУ З КОНІЧНИМИ АЕРОСТАТИЧНИМИ ПІДШИПНИКАМИ
No full textA theoretical analysis of a single-point drive system with aerostatic bearings is presented in this study, focusing on the selection and modeling of flow control devices, in particular, annular diaphragms. The paper derives a dimensionless operating parameter that relates the pressure drops between the lubricating film and the flow control device, taking into account the properties of the gas and the bearing geometry. A set of standardized formulas is used to determine the stiffness and lift coefficients for subcritical laminar flow conditions. The model takes into account the influence of conical bearing surfaces, which allows calculating radial and axial load capacities, as well as ultimate moment loads. The results demonstrate a significant dependence of performance on the average air gap and discharge pressure. Thus, the simultaneous adjustment of these parameters can increase the bearing load capacity by up to 24 times, while the practical functionality is maintained within a more limited range of approximately three times the variability.У роботі представлено теоретичний аналіз одноточкової приводної системи з аеростатичними підшипниками з акцентом на виборі та моделюванні пристроїв керування потоком, зокрема, кільцевих діафрагм. Виведено безрозмірний робочий параметр, який пов'язує перепади тиску між змащувальною плівкою і пристроєм регулювання потоку з урахуванням властивостей газу і геометрії підшипника. Для визначення коефіцієнтів жорсткості та підйомної сили для докритичних ламінарних умов течії використовується набір стандартизованих формул. Модель враховує вплив конічних опорних поверхонь, що дозволяє розраховувати радіальну та осьову вантажопідйомність, а також граничні моментні навантаження. Результати демонструють значну залежність продуктивності від середнього повітряного зазору і тиску нагнітання. Таким чином, одночасне регулювання цих параметрів може збільшити несучу здатність підшипника до 24 разів, в той час як практична функціональність зберігається в більш обмеженому діапазоні приблизно втричі більшої варіабельності

Get PDFThe article investigates modern approaches to the development and implementation of an automated system of professional certification of personnel in the field of cybersecurity and information protection. The methods and models for assessing the knowledge, skills and abilities of specialists aimed at improving the efficiency of computer testing as a key tool for assessing the knowledge, skills and abilities of specialists are considered.
The authors have developed a technology for automating testing systems in terms of forming test sessions, as well as developed their own platform for computer-based testing systems based on the latest version of Moodle 4.2.3 + (modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment) for organizing and conducting testing procedures in accordance with professional standards and provide examples of practical application of the proposed solutions, including the creation of test task bases for 16 professional qualifications and testing the system based on this platform. The article pays considerable attention to data security and information protection in automated systems, including access control, user authentication, data backup, and compliance with state information security standards.
The paper also describes the main shortcomings of the current state of automation of certification processes, including the lack of standardized software, low level of integration of testing systems with professional standards, and insufficient control over the assessment results.
The result of the work is the formulation of recommendations for improving professional training in the field of cybersecurity in Ukraine through the introduction of an automated personnel certification system.У статті досліджено сучасні підходи до розробки та впровадження автоматизованої системи професійної атестації кадрів у сфері кібербезпеки та захисту інформації. Розглянуто методи й моделі оцінювання знань, умінь і навичок фахівців, з метою підвищення ефективності комп’ютерного тестування, як ключового інструменту оцінювання знань, умінь і навичок фахівців.
Авторами розроблено технологію автоматизації систем тестування в частині формування тестових сесій, а також розроблено власну платформу АС системи комп’ютерного тестування на основі останньої версії ПЗ Moodle 4.2.3 +( модульне об'єктно-орієнтоване динамічне навчальне середовище) для організації і проведення процедур тестування у відповідності до професійних стандартів та наведено приклади практичного застосування запропонованих рішень, зокрема створення баз тестових завдань для 16 професійних кваліфікацій та апробацію системи на основі цієї платформи. Значну увагу в статті приділено питанням безпеки даних і забезпеченню захисту інформації в автоматизованих системах, включаючи розмежування доступу, автентифікацію користувачів, резервування даних та дотримання державних стандартів інформаційної безпеки.
Також в роботі описано основні недоліки поточного стану автоматизації атестаційних процесів, серед яких відсутність стандартизованого програмного забезпечення, низький рівень інтеграції систем тестування з професійними стандартами та недостатній контроль за результатами оцінювання.
Результатом роботи є формулювання рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення професійної підготовки кадрів у сфері кібербезпеки в Україні за рахунок впровадження автоматизованої системи атестації персоналу

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to substantiate the essence and peculiarities of administrative liability, to analyse its legal nature, and also to determine the possibilities and the need to improve the procedural framework for bringing to administrative liability. The methodological basis of the article is a set of methods and techniques of scientific cognition - dialectical, systemic, logical, comparative, functional - for generalising the material of its analysis and substantiating the conclusions. Results: the conclusions proposed by the author may be used in the process of further elaboration of the issues related to ensuring the legality of administrative liability. In law enforcement activities, the conclusions may become a guideline in the process of amending the administrative and tort legislation of Ukraine, updating the legislator’s approaches to determining the legal personality of participants to proceedings on administrative offences.
Many entities, both state bodies (officials) and public bodies and their officials, are empowered to consider cases of administrative offences. At the same time, many officials who apply administrative penalties do not have a legal education. At the same time, the Constitution of Ukraine defines the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and their honour and dignity are the highest value. That is why they and their guarantees need to be protected. Of course, this also applies to legislation on administrative offences, which should provide for an appropriate mechanism to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens. The application of any state influence on offenders must be carried out on a legal basis, i.e., regulated by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine. Expanding the scope of administrative liability in the legal aspect, a wide range of subjects of administrative liability, the frequency of application of this type of state coercion in order to protect public relations, a large number of subjects exercising administrative liability and frequent abuse by these subjects, imperfection of the provisions of Ukrainian legislation on administrative liability make it necessary to improve the administrative and tort legislation of the State.
Expanding the scope of administrative liability in the legal aspect, a wide range of subjects of administrative liability, the frequency of application of this type of state coercion in order to protect public relations, a large number of subjects exercising administrative liability and frequent abuse by these subjects, imperfection of the provisions of Ukrainian legislation on administrative liability make it necessary to improve the administrative and tort legislation of the State. This should be taken into account, first and foremost, in the process of drafting a new Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences and adopting this codified legal act in Ukraine.Мета проведеного дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні сутності і особливостей адміністративної відповідальності, аналізу її правової природи, а також у визначенні можливостей і необхідності удосконалення процесуальних основ притягнення до адміністративної відповідальності. Методологічну основу статті становить сукупність методів та прийомів наукового пізнання – діалектичного, системного, логічного, порівняльного, функціонального для узагальнення матеріалу, його аналізу та обґрунтування висновків. Результати: висновки, запропоновані автором, можуть бути використані в процесі подальшої розробки проблематики забезпечення законності реалізації адміністративної відповідальності. В правозастосовній діяльності висновки можуть стати орієнтиром у процесі внесення змін в адміністративно-деліктне законодавство України, оновлення підходів законодавця до визначення правосуб’єктності учасників провадження в справах про адміністративні правопорушення

Get PDFPurpose. To explore avant-garde design trends in the artistic field of modernism. To identify the principles of composition, their influence on the perceptual perception of the viewer, as a customer or as an uninterested viewer-recipient. To identify the artist’s own location in the environment and in the conditions of the cultural code of the postmodern social order.Methodology. The work uses a comprehensive approach, which includes the analysis of scientific literature, interpretation and systematization of the obtained results. When working with visual materials, the visual-analytical method, methods of formal, functional and semiotic analysis were used.Results. The historical aspects that have shaped the modern development of design are considered, in particular, the search for new aesthetics, philosophy, means of influencing the emotional state and the search for means of expression in the field of composition and color. The directions of work of artists whose creative work have been developing in the avant-garde for two centuries are analyzed. The following are determined: the main principles that avant-garde artists of the modernist era adhered to in their work; the influence on the further formation of means of compositional organization of space; aspects that form the basis of composition. Based on the conducted research, theoretical material explaining the essence of compositional means is verified. A method for performing practical tasks for mastering composition in the direction of historical deconstruction and stylization is proposed.The concepts of expression-impression, spot-plane, line-point, which are present in art and design from the 19th century to the present day are distinguished.Scientific novelty. As a result of the research, the principles of compositional and color formation were identified, which were experimented with and used in their works by modernists.Practical relevance. The results obtained can be used in the educational process and design practice. Complement the basics of the discipline of composition, which is basic in mastering design skills and has weight in the field of modern directions and style trends.Мета. Дослідити авангардні напрями дизайну в мистецькому полі модернізму. Виявити принципи композиції, їхній вплив на перцептивне сприйняття глядача як замовника або як незацікавленого глядача-реципієнта. Виявити ототожнення власного знаходження митця в оточенні і в умовах культурного коду суспільного ладу постмодерну. Методологія. У роботі використано комплексний підхід, який передбачає проведення аналізу наукової літератури, інтерпретацію та систематизацію отриманих результатів. Під час роботи з візуальними матеріалами використано наочно-аналітичний метод, методи формального, функціонального та семіотичного аналізу. Результати. Розглянуто історичні аспекти, що сформували сучасний розвиток дизайну, зокрема, пошуки нової естетики, філософії, засобів впливу на емоційний стан і пошук засобів виразності у сфері композиції та кольору.Проаналізовано напрями роботи митців, творчий наробок яких розвивається в руслі авангарду впродовж двох століть. Визначено: основні принципи, яких дотримувались у своїй творчості авангардисти епохи модернізму; вплив на подальше формування засобів композиційної організації простору; аспекти, що становлять базис композиції. На основі проведених досліджень верифіковано теоретичний матеріал, що пояснює сутність композиційних засобів. Запропоновано метод виконання практичних завдань з опанування композиції в руслі історичної деконструкції та стилізації. Розмежовано поняття «експресія» – «імпресія», «пляма» – «площина», «лінія» – «точка», що присутні в мистецтві та дизайні від ХІХ століття дотепер.Наукова новизна. У результаті досліджень визначено принципи композиційного та колірного утворення, з якими експериментували та які використовували у своїх роботах модерністи.Практична значущість. Отримані результати можуть бути використані в освітньому процесі та практиці дизайну. СЕМІОТИЧНИЙ ПІДХІД У ДИЗАЙНІ ЦИФРОВОГО ОДЯГУ: ДИЗАЙН ВІРТУАЛЬНОГО ОДЯГУ, СТВОРЕНИЙ ЗА КИТАЙСЬКОЮ МІФОЛОГІЄЮ

Analyze the artistic and aesthetic characteristics of the characters from Chinese mythology's "Twelve Flower Gods" and offer modern design solutions for digital clothing in a Chinese style. Methodology. Theoretical and practical research methods have been used, including analyzing scientific and popular literature on the topic, as well as applying a semiotic approach to create a modern product design that reflects elements of Chinese mythology. By studying cultural heritage and the elements of Chinese mythology, we will propose stylized design solutions based on evolving pattern forms. The work uses software: for creating visualization of digital clothing CLO 3D, for creating accessories Nomad, Blender. To interact with augmented reality, the professional AR technology platform ZERO 10 and Kivicube are used. Results. Inspired by the "Twelve Flower Gods" and using flowers as a source of inspiration, innovative digital clothing designs have been created, as well as corresponding scenes have been modeled. Each piece of clothing, through its shape, color, texture, and composition, reveals a corresponding story associated with each Flower God. Virtual clothing collections have been developed that reflect the traditional Chinese style in innovative digital design products. Scientific novelty. This is the first time a semiotic approach has been applied to create modern digital clothing design that reflects the text of Chinese mythology. The practical results of virtual fashion design have been summarized. Practical relevance. The results demonstrate the potential of virtual fashion design in incorporating traditional ancient mythological elements into contemporary fashion and enable us to implement a virtual fashion design concept based on the imagery of the "Twelve Flower Gods". Models of digital garments with the ability to virtually dress on a consumer's body have been created. These models can be utilized to further explore digital fashion design and develop future style trends.Мета. Проаналізувати художньо-естетичні характеристики персонажів китайської міфології «Дванадцять богів-квітів» та запропонувати сучасні дизайнерські рішення в дизайні цифрового одягу в китайському стилі. Методологія. Були використані теоретичні та практичні методи дослідження: аналіз наукової та популярної літератури за темою дослідження, а також семіотичний підхід до створення сучасного дизайн продукту, який відображає відповідний текст китайської міфології. На основі вивчення культурної спадщини та елементів китайської міфології запропоновано стилізовані дизайнерські рішення, засновані на еволюції форм візерунків. У роботі використано програмне забезпечення: для створення візуалізації цифрового одягу CLO 3D, для створення аксесуарів Nomad, Blender. Для взаємодії з доповненою реальністю використано професійні платформи AR-технологій ZERO 10, Kivicube. Результати. Надихаючись «Дванадцятьма богами-квітами» і використовуючи квіти в якості джерела натхнення, розроблено інноваційні цифрові дизайни одягу, а також змодельовано відповідні сцени. Кожна модель одягу через свою форму, колір, текстуру та засоби композиції розкриває відповідну історію, пов’язану з кожним богом-квіткою. Розроблені колекції віртуального одягу, які відображають традиційний китайський стиль в цифрових інноваційних продуктах дизайну. Наукова новизна. Вперше застосовано семіотичний підхід для створення дизайну сучасного цифрового одягу, який відображає відповідний текст китайської міфології. Узагальнено практичні результати віртуального дизайну одягу. Практична значущість. Результати відображають потенціал віртуального дизайну одягу в інтеграції традиційних стародавніх міфологічних елементів у сучасну моду і дозволяють реалізувати схему віртуального дизайну одягу, засновану на образі «Дванадцяти богів-квітів». Get PDFThe study raises the issue of the inconsistency of the perception of the urban environment surrounding the building of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadsky (NBUV) with that voiced in official sources of information. Purpose. The purpose of the publication is to perform a graphic modeling of the urban environment surrounding the NBUV building. Methodology. The study is based on empirical and theoretical methods, parametric – allowed to determine the goals and parameters of safety, functionality and quality of the environment as an object of standardization in construction. Results. The author assesses the environment and forms an information model depending on the needs of potential consumers; identifies environmental scenarios that require adjustment; builds an alternative model that will ensure: improving the physical and mental state of consumers; encouraging city residents to stay in the environment and illustrate and spread the surrounding in social networks; “retention” of city residents, their voluntary refusal to move to other settlements of the country in order to get new impressions; increasing tourist flows; demonstration of the stability and wealth of the country’s leading cultural, educational, scientific and informational institution. Scientific novelty. The proposed an alternative model corresponds to the modern level of development of society and the formalized needs of potential consumers and ensures sustainable development of the environment over time. Practical relevance. The implementation of the proposed alternative model: will change the perception of the environment and the Library; increase their popularization; ensure compliance with what is voiced in official sources of information; restore pride in the minds of the population for the wealth of the country’s leading cultural, educational and scientific and informational institution.У дослідженні порушено питання невідповідності сприйняття міського середовища, що оточує будівлю Національної бібліотеки України імені В.І. Вернадського (НБУВ), озвучене в офіційних джерелах інформації. Мета. Метою публікації стає виконання графічного моделювання міського середовища, що оточує будівлю НБУВ. Методологія. Дослідження базується на емпіричних та теоретичних методах; параметричний дозволив визначити цілі та параметри безпеки, функціональності та якості середовища як об’єкта нормування у будівництві. Результати. В контексті поставленої мети автор оцінює середовище та формує інформаційну модель залежно від потреб потенційних споживачів; виявляє сценарії середовища, які потребують корегування; будує альтернативну модель, яка забезпечить: покращення фізичного та ментального стану потенційних споживачів; заохочення мешканців міста до перебування у середовищі та ілюструванні і поширенні оточуючого в соціальних мережах; «утримання» мешканців міста, їх добровільної відмови від переміщення в інші населені пункти країни з метою отримання нових вражень; збільшення туристичних потоків; демонстрацію стабільності і багатства провідного культурного, освітнього, науково-інформаційного закладу країни. Наукова новизна. Запропонована модель міського середовища відповідає сучасному рівню розвитку суспільства та формалізованим потребам потенційних споживачів і забезпечує сталий розвиток середовища у часі. Практична значущість. НАНЬТУНСЬКА БЛАКИТНА БЯЗЬ: ХУДОЖНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА ПРИНЦИПИ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ В СУЧАСНОМУ ДИЗАЙНІ ОДЯГУ
Get PDFPurpose of the article is to analyze the artistic characteristics of Nantong blue calico in the historical context, as well as to identify the peculiarities of its application in the design of modern clothing . Methodology: the study used a historical and chronological method, methods of systematisation and semantic analysis of historical samples of Nantong blue calico, methods of figurative stylistic and formal analysis of costume samples. Results. The main artistic features of blue calico in the historical context are analysed: the symbolic meaning of images; colouristics of drawings on the canvas of blue calico; peculiarities of modelling characteristics of point and linear patterns; characteristics of fabric and production of blue calico; types of patterns, among which we distinguish vegetable and floral, animalistic, geometric, figurative; compositions with characters. The possibilities of innovative application of characteristic elements of Nantun blue calico in modern clothing design are analysed. Among the innovative approaches is the reconstruction of the original blue calico fabric with the use of modern textile technologies and processes, which allows to preserve the original features of blue calico and give it new textures and properties. It is also possible to use other fabrics to recreate some of the characteristic features of Nantung blue calico, including imitating the patterns and texture of blue calico through printing, embossing and other processes. Scientific novelty. For the first time in art history research, the historical phenomenon of Nantong blue calico as an object of China's intangible cultural heritage is analysed. The models of the spring-summer 2023 collection by designer Lin Qi, presented during the Beijing Fashion Week, show the peculiarities of using blue calico in the desig n of contemporary clothing. The practical relevance is due to the need to preserve the unique style of Nantong blue calico and meet the needs of modern clothing production, increasing production efficiency and reducing costs.Мета статті: проаналізувати художні характеристики наньтунської ситцю в історичному контексті, а також виявити особливості її застосування в дизайні сучасного одягу. Методологія: у дослідженні було застосовано історично-хронологічний метод, методи систематизації та семантичного аналізу історичних зразків нань- тунської синьої бязі, методи образно-стилістичного та формального аналізу зразків костюма. Результати. Проаналізовано головні художні особливості синьої бязі в іс- торичному контексті: символічне значення зображень; колористика малюнків на полотні синьої бязі; особливості моделювання характеристик точкових і лінійних візерунків; характеристики тканини і виробництво синьої бязі; типи візерунків, серед яких виокремлюємо рослинні та квіткові, анімалістичні, геометричні, фі- гурні; композиції з персонажами. Проаналізовано можливості інноваційного застосування характерних елементів наньтунської синьої бязі в сучасному дизайні одягу. Серед інно- ваційних підходів – реконструкція оригінальної тканини синьої бязі із за- стосуванням сучасних текстильних технологій і процесів, що дає змогу зберегти оригінальні риси синьої бязі та надати їй нових текстур і власти- востей. Також можна використовувати інші тканини для відтворення де- яких характерних особливостей наньтунської синьої бязі, зокрема для імі- тації візерунків і текстури синьої бязі за допомогою друку, тиснення та інших процесів. Наукова новизна. Вперше у мистецтвознавчих дослідженнях проана- лізовано історичний феномен наньтунської синьої бязі як об’єкт нематері- альної культурної спадщини Китаю. На прикладі моделей колекції весна– літо 2023 дизайнерки Лін Ці, представленої в рамках Пекінського тижня моди, показано особливості застосування синьої бязі у дизайні сучасного одягу.
