Perceptions of social welfare in speech-language pathology students and impact of a lecture course : A pre- and postcourse questionnaire survey
Get PDFapplication/pdf言語聴覚士養成校における学生の社会福祉の知識や相談援助技術に関する認識について，現状と授業の効果を把握する目的で，社会福祉概論の授業前・後にアンケート調査を実施した。実施期間は，2009年度～2017年度，6項目の質問に7件法で評価しその理由の記述を求めた。有効回答数は授業前262名（97.8％），授業後261名（97.4％）であった。全ての項目で授業の効果が示された。社会福祉に関する知識や援助技術が学生自身や言語聴覚士の専門性に役立つという認識は，授業前から高い傾向にあったが，授業後はより具体性をもってその有用性が認識された。一方，知識や援助技術の習得については，授業後にも低い結果であった。しかし，自分の言動の傾向などを認識する「自己覚知」と思われる記述が増加した。このことより，社会福祉の動向に関心をむけるような働きかけや，体験的に援助技術を学べる演習を有効に取り入れていく必要性が示された。A pre- and post-course questionnaire survey was administered to speech-language pathology students to investigate the effects of a lecture course on their knowledge of social welfare and recognition of consultation skills in social work. The study period was from 2009 to 2017. The questionnaire had six items scored on a seven-point scale and free-response questions about the scale. A total of 262 (response rate, 97.8%) and 261 (response rate, 97.4%) students responded before and after the lecture course. The results of all questions showed the effectiveness of this course. Pre-course scores were high for recognition of the personal and professional usefulness of knowledge of social welfare and consultation skills. Moreover, the usefulness of them were recognized concretely. On the other hand, post-course scores related to acquisition of knowledge and consultation skills remained low. However, student responses became more indicative of self-awareness in the post-course questionnaire. Learning about social welfare is benefi cial in strengthening the expertise of speech-language pathologists who need to collaborate with other professionals and provide psychological support to those who are in need. A Study on Chinese Translation of Onomatopoeia in Manga
Get PDFapplication/pdf我们以『蜡笔小新』（臼井仪人 李洪江译 陕西师范大学出版社 2002年）的第二卷为研究对象，对其中出现的489个拟声拟态词，对照原文，对其汉译方法进行了考察，结果发现：翻译准确的占59.9%，翻译欠准确的占18.2%，误译11.2%，没译占10.6%，后三者的总和达到40%，极有可能损害 了翻译整体的准确性。我们进而探讨了原因，认为有这样几点：一是日语表音性极强，拟声拟态词发达，表意微妙飘逸，以致汉译困难；二是日语是高文化语境语言，一些约定俗成外来者很难理解到其中奥妙，所以误译中很多是张冠李戴；三是漫画中的不少拟声拟态词，是作者根据场面等临时创造，词典中查不到，只好望风扑影地翻译；最后是翻译行为欠严谨，似乎可以说推敲不够，所以造成了欠准确的翻译占了近乎20%。以上困难解决的最好方法，就是不要自以为是，凡觉得理解上有牵强之处，不妨请教日本人，谅会茅塞顿开。departmental bulletin pape

The discrepancy in recognition between stroke patients and physical therapists -- A qualitative analysis of the interview --
Get PDFapplication/pdf患者－理学療法士（PT）認識の齟齬がどのような要素で，なぜ起こるのかをあきらかにするため，両者にインタビュー実施し，その内容を質的に分析した。対象は回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院している脳卒中片麻痺者4名とその担当PTとした。半構造化インタビューを入院から一ヶ月毎に縦断的に計3回実施した。患者とPTの齟齬は主に［身体性(embodiment)］と［生活(life)］において生じていた。［身体性］については〈身体の認識〉と〈良くなるという実感〉の相違により，［生活］については〈リスク認知〉と〈生活についての合理的判断〉の相違から構成されていた。そして，患者はインタビュー初期の頃は，主に［身体性］について語り，時間とともに徐々に［生活］に語りの軸が移っていく傾向にあった。これらの齟齬は［体験の共有不可能性］に由来していた。PTには，認識の齟齬を自覚し，患者の認識も体験に基づくものであると認め，相対的に捉える姿勢が求められる。To clarify the factors of and reasons for the discrepancy in communication between stroke patients and physical therapists (PT), we conducted interviews with both parties and analyzed the contents qualitatively. The subjects were four patients with stroke hemiplegia, who were hospitalized in the comprehensive rehabilitation ward, and four PTs in charge of the patients. A semi-structured interview was longitudinally conducted thrice in total every month since hospitalization. Discrepancies in communication between patients and PTs occurred primarily in "embodiment" and "life". Those about "embodiment" consisted of the difference between "risk perception" and "reasonable judgment about life", and about "life" were due to the difference between "body perception" and "feeling of recovering". Additionally, in an earlier interview, the patients mainly talked about embodiment, and the theme of their narrative gradually shifted to life. These discrepancies were derived from "sharing impossibility of experience". The PTs must know these discrepancies, acknowledge that recognition of the patients is also based on experiences, and adopt a tolerant attitude.原著departmental bulletin pape
Status of the dietary habits in children and parents of schools with nutrition teachers:conclusions from Hiroshima Prefecture’s dietary habit survey
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis study aimed to elucidate how the day-to-day activities of nutrition teachers － or more fundamentally,their presence － influence the dietary habits of children and parents through analysis of the“ Dietary Habit Survey ”conducted by the Hiroshima Prefectural Board of Education.| The results showed that the percentage of affirmative answers was significantly higher in children attending schools with nutrition teachers with regard to the following questions:“ Do you have a balanced breakfast that has grains, main dish, and vegetables?”;“ Do you help prepare and clean up after meals?”;“ Do you cook with family or on your own at home?”;“ Do you know of any foods from Hiroshima?”; and“ Do you know of any local dishes from Hiroshima?”. The percentage of affirmative answers was significantly higher in parents of children attending such schools with regard to the following questions:“ Do you keep nutritional balance in mind when preparing meals?”;“ Do you and your children talk about school lunch menus at home?”; and“ Do your children talk about things they learned regarding healthy diets, for example, consuming vegetables?”|These results indicated that the presence of nutrition teachers and their day-to-day activities are effective for children and parents, particularly as it influences hard-to-change dietary habits such as including grains,main dishes, and vegetables for breakfast as well as helping with chores and cooking at home.departmental bulletin pape
Development of a system for assessing the deliciousness of bread using metabolome analysis methods
Get PDFapplication/pdfThere is a need to develop a simple, cost-effective and feasible method for assessing the deliciousness of bread. This study used metabolome analysis methods, a promising new method for assessing the quality of food products, to evaluate the deliciousness of bread. A round top bread, which is a typical white pan bread, was used as the model. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry data and sensory evaluation scores were compared. The results showed that the quantity of monosaccharides and urea in bread were responsible for the deliciousness of bread. In particular, urea has the potential to be used as an assessment marker to determine the deliciousness of bread as it is produced by baker’s yeast and is closely assoaciated with quality.departmental bulletin pape
