The results of the research that the educational employees of X University show high employee engagement. The most dominant aspect, which reflect employee engagement is management support and the lowest aspect, which reflects employee engagement is sense of belonging. Keywords: confirmatory factor analysis, employee engagement, structural equation modelin
University Educator and Staff Well-being and Common Mental Health Symptoms during the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Philippines
Educators and staff adapted to work-from-home setup amidst the covid-19 pandemic. The transition to full-online classes and services leads to poor mental health. The current study explored the association of educator and staff personal characteristics, well-being, and mental health. 326 university employees completed the demographic profile, mental health, and well-being scales. Various hierarchical regression was conducted to determine if personal characteristics and well-being predict common mental health symptoms (depression, anxiety, and stress). Series of multivariate analyses of variance (MANOVA) was conducted to determine the difference between the levels of mental health symptoms according to mental health category, and personal characteristics. The results support the hypothesis with psychological and emotional well-being inversely predicting depression, anxiety, and stress. However, social well-being failed to serve as a significant determinant of common mental health symptoms. MANOVA obtained a significant difference with common mental health symptoms and mental health category and personal characteristics
Psychological Well-Being Influenced by Self-Compassion and Loneliness among Overseas Students in Jakarta
The importance of psychological well-being for overseas students affects positive psychological functions that have a positive impact both internally (on themselves) and externally (on their circles). This research is a quantitative approach which aims at finding out the influence of self-compassion on psychological well-being, with loneliness as a mediator among them. There are 160 overseas students in Jakarta, who were selected based on a purposive sampling technique. The data collection applied a psychological scale. The scale used to measure self-compassion was adapted from the Self Compassion Scale-Short Form, and the scale used to measure psychological well-being was adapted from the Ryff Psychological Well-Being scale. The scale used to measure loneliness is called the R-UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3). The data were analyzed using a double regression test. The results showed: a) self-compassion has a negative influence on loneliness by 27% (R2 = 0.2736), b) loneliness has a negative influence on psychological well-being by 30% (R2 = 0.302), c) self-compassion has a positive influence on psychological well-being by 35% (R2 = 0.3587), and d) the influence of loneliness as a mediator of self-compassion toward psychological well-being is 43% (R2 = 0.4358)

This study uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis 2015 in conducting a systematic literature review using the Scopus, ScienceDirect, Pubmed, Emerald Insight databases. There were ten articles that met the inclusion criteria and passed the article quality assessment. The results of the study found that resilience, self efficacy, self esteem, gender, mental health, difficulty sleeping, fear of COVID-19, and loneliness are internal factors that influence internet addiction in adolescents. Developing ESP Learners Vocabulary Learning by Contextualization of the FonF Practice Model in CALL Context
The FonF practice model (focus on form) as a technology-oriented pedagogical model was contextualized to examine its efficacy on the second language (L2) learners' intentional and incidental vocabulary learning in computer-assisted language learning (CALL)as an attempt to integrate the emerging educational technologies into L2 learning. To this end, a sample of 55 medical ESP learners participated in a mixed methods research study that administered the FonF practice model-based treatment as the educational intervention among the experimental group. The findings confirmed the efficacy of the FonF practice model in developing incidental and intentional vocabulary learning among the participants who used technology-based tools at form, meaning, and communication levels. Theoretically, the main implication is the need to address individual differences in general and nonlinearity and dynamicity of motivation in particular. Pedagogically, L2 teachers are suggested to benefit from reported CALL tools to boost incidental and intentional vocabulary learning for ESP purposes
Alternative Mechanism to Deal with Stressful Condition: Do We Really have a Social Support?
This study aims to determine the role of health promoting behavior as a mediator of the relationship between perceived social support and psychological distress in poor young adults in DKI Jakarta. The research data collection was directly conducted by visiting the participants, young adults with age 8-29 years old (N = 314). The research instruments used were HPLP II, Social Provision Scale (SPS), Symptom-25 Checklist (HSCL-25). The results of the mediation analysis showed the significancy that health promotion behavior partially mediated the relationship between perceived social support and psychological distress, with indirect effects (β = .003, p = <.01) and direct effects (β = -.022, p = <. 01 ). Thus, perceived social support can directly increase psychological distress or through health promotion behavior first. People who perceive themselves get social support will have feeling that are cared for and loved, so that they will motivate themselves to be involved in healthy behavior and reduce psychological distress. Â
Internal Validation of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale:Rasch Analysis in the Indonesian Context
This study's purpose is to analyze the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental WellBeing Scale (WEMWBS) using the Rasch model measurement analysis to test its reliability of measurements, item fit statistics, rating scale functions, and differential item functioning. A total of 855 Indonesian samples completed 14-items in the Indonesian version of WEMWBS. The Rasch analysis indicates that the data fit the model, the item-person reliability is above 0.8, and the item-person separation is above the minimum requirement. All items in the instrument have met the statistic criteria indices in terms of outfit mean square as all item-measure correlation is above 0.4. The Likert rating scale analyses found the scale functioning properly and free from disordered thresholds. Lastly, DIF by gender was detected in three items. Further testing and refinement need to be conducted to ensure the reliability of the Indonesian version of WEMWBS.Keywords: Mental Well-Being, WEMWBS, Validation, Rasch model, DIF

(2013) and the Parenting Style scale developed by Baumrind (1971), and the personal information form used to collect sample personal data. The quantitative analysis of the research was carried out using the Pearson product-moment test, Spearman correlation’s test, descriptive test, t-test, and ANOVA test of difference. This study's results were there is a significant correlation of 0.320 between permissive parenting style and smartphone addiction, also there is a significant correlation of 0.300 between authoritarian parenting and smartphone addiction. Furthermore, there is no significant relationship between authoritative parenting and smartphone addiction. Keywords: Smartphone Addiction, Permissive Parenting Style, Authoritarian Parenting Style.Â

Statistical analysis showed (rB=0.339, p=.001, Hodges’ g=-3.000, 95% CI=-5.00, -1.00) that is means gratitude training have had an effect that tends to be moderate to the teacher’s prosocialness. Validation of Indonesian Words Memory Test
Working memory not only temporarily stores information but also actively processes information to perform complex cognitive tasks. Working memory components have different functions such as storing specific verbal and auditive information, visual and spatial information storage areas and there are components that control both systems. One way to retrieve stored information is by recall technique. This study used twelve concrete nouns tested in the form of 12 sequence formats. The twelve formats were tested on 120 people so that each format was tested on 10 participants. Each word produces scores based on achievement tests in each sequence. The participants of this study were adult individuals aged 19-30 years, consisting of 24 male and 96 female participants. Difficulty level (p) of each word, i.e the number of correct answers is divided by the number of total answerers, calculated in each order format. For each sequence a word is chosen with the difficulty level of p = 0.03-0.05. The participants of this study were adult individuals aged 19-30 years, consisting of 24 male and 96 female participants. This study developed a memory test of Indonesian nouns that had psychometric parameters
