Ramadhan di Jawa: Telaah Atas Karya Andree Mouller
This study aims to analyze the cultural representation of Ramadan in Java as described in the work of Andree Mouller. This study explores Mouller's perspective on the Ramadan tradition in Javanese society and how local elements interact with Islamic values in religious practices. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The main sources of research include the work of Andree Mouller, historical literature on Islam in Java, and research related to the culture of Ramadan in Indonesia. The results show that the Ramadan tradition in Java is the result of the acculturation of Islamic teachings and local culture, such as the rituals of megengan, padusan, and the distinctive tradition of breaking the fast together. Mouller's representation illustrates how Islamic values are combined with local wisdom, creating a unique Islamic identity. This study aims to analyze 'Ali 'Abd al-Raziq's thoughts on the relationship between Islam and nationalism, especially in the context of the dissolution of the Ottoman Caliphate. This study explores al-Raziq's arguments that reject the concept of caliphate-based Islamic politics and support the separation of religion and state. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach to al-Raziq's main work, Al-Islam wa Usul al-Hukm, as well as academic literature discussing the response of scholars to his ideas. The results show that al-Raziq argues that Islam is a spiritual religion that does not have a specific system of government, so that the state can be built based on the principles of modern nationalism. His views sparked heated debate among Muslim scholars and intellectuals. This study emphasizes that al-Raziq's thinking contributed to the discourse of Islamic politics and is relevant to the debate on the relationship between religion and the state.

Investasi Dalam Kacamata Islam
This study aims to analyze the concept of investment in the Islamic perspective and the principles that distinguish it from conventional investment. The method used is qualitative with a normative-descriptive approach, through a literature review of Islamic law, fatwas from scholars, and sharia investment regulations. The results show that investment in Islam must be based on the principles of fairness, transparency, and freedom from the elements of usury, uncertainty, and chance. Investment instruments that are sharia-compliant include sharia stocks, sukuk, and mudharabah, which emphasize the fair distribution of risk and profit. This study emphasizes that sharia-based investment is not only oriented towards financial gain, but also pays attention to the ethical aspects and the interests of the community, thus creating a more stable and equitable economic system
Perkawinan Beda Agama Menurut Fiqh
This study aims to examine the law of interfaith marriage in the perspective of Islamic fiqh. The differing views among scholars regarding the legal status of marriage between Muslims and non-Muslims is an ongoing debate. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, analyzing the arguments of the Qur'an, Hadith, and the views of fuqaha from various schools of thought. The results show that the majority of scholars prohibit marriage between Muslims and non-Muslims who are not people of the book, while some scholars allow Muslim men to marry women of the book. However, in the modern social context, a new approach has emerged that considers the aspects of maqashid Shariah and maslahat in looking at this issue. This study emphasizes that the law of interfaith marriage still requires contextual analysis to suit social realities without neglecting the principles of Shariah

This study aims to examine Imam al-Ghazali's concept of the fiqh of worship as contained in the book Ihya Ulum al-Din, with a focus on the integration of the outward (fiqh) and inward (tasawuf) aspects of worship. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, analyzing the contents of the book Ihya as well as relevant classical and contemporary references. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, examining classical fiqh literature, contemporary Islamic legal documents, and contract practices in Islamic economics. In addition, principles such as freedom of contract and the obligation to fulfill promises (al-'uqud musyahadah) remain relevant in the modern legal system. This study emphasizes that Islamic contract law can be a strong normative foundation for ethical and fair business contracts

The method used is qualitative with a juridical-normative approach, through analysis of legislation, international conventions, and case studies of juvenile justice. The results show that the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia has improved, especially through the ratification of Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. However, challenges in implementation such as a lack of trained human resources and a lack of supporting facilities are still major obstacles. This study emphasizes that effective legal protection requires collaboration between law enforcement, child protection agencies, and community participation to ensure a child-friendly judicial process that upholds children's rights
Khitan Perempuan Dalam Pandangan Fiqh, Budaya dan Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)
This study aims to examine the practice of female circumcision from three perspectives: Islamic fiqh, local culture, and the international approach known as Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). This study uses a qualitative method with a multidisciplinary approach, through a literature review of classical and contemporary fiqh, cultural anthropology, and international documents. The results showed that in fiqh, female circumcision has different legal statuses depending on the school of thought, ranging from obligatory to sunnah or permissible. On the other hand, cultural practices are often mixed with elements of patriarchal tradition without a strong medical basis. Meanwhile, FGM is globally condemned as it is considered harmful to women's health. This study emphasizes the importance of distinguishing between religious teachings and harmful cultural practices, as well as the need for an educational and contextual approach in responding to this issue
