The mental health and well-being of police officers are critical yet often overlooked aspects of law enforcement. This study aims to assess the implementation of the Bantay Kaisipan Program within the Philippine National Police (PNP) in a highly urbanized city. The study addresses the importance of mental health programs in law enforcement, aiming to enhance officers' well-being and operational effectiveness. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data. Findings indicate that while there is moderate-high awareness and satisfactory implementation of the program, significant challenges persist, such as stigma, workload, and inadequate training and evaluation mechanisms. While the Bantay Kaisipan Program positively impacts mental health awareness and resilience, addressing the identified barriers is crucial for its success. This research fills a gap in the literature by providing insights into the practical challenges of implementing mental health programs in police settings. The study’s findings underscore the need for improved training, better logistical support, and enhanced evaluation processes to ensure the program's long-term effectiveness and sustainability

The rich artistic and architectural heritage of Armenia, spanning ancient, medieval, and new periods, is renowned for its intricate ornamentation and symbolic motifs that reflect the nation’s cultural, religious, and historical identity. Throughout Armenia’s history, these ornamental traditions have been preserved and adapted from century to century, influencing various forms of artistic expression, including architecture. The ornamentation (ornamental patterns) and decoration (constructive elements) were widely used and occupied a large place in Soviet-Armenian architecture, having an important stylistic, compositional, and epistemological-cognitive value and significance. Therefore, the study of the ornamentation and individual architectural details that play an important role in the artistic expression of Armenian architectural structures of the Soviet period is noteworthy, especially since Soviet-Armenian architecture was the creative forge of the revival of Armenian national architecture, one of the important features of which is the unveiling of its aesthetic issues. Thus, presented article explores the manifestations of Armenian ornamentation within the architectural landscape of the Soviet period in Armenia. It examines how traditional Armenian decorative motifs were integrated, adapted, or transformed in Soviet-era architecture, reflecting a subtle relationship between national cultural identity and Soviet ideological influences. Through presentation and analysis of different architectural examples and ornamental patterns, this article highlights the persistence and evolution of Armenian architectural heritage amid socio-political shifts, offering insights into the cultural resilience and identity expression during Soviet era (1920-1990s)

Required information has been obtained from studying related documents gathered from Hamedan region one municipality as well web sites, property databases, field studies, and sampling from 230 cases in the study region analyzed, using SPSS and regression model. Results revealed that transferring excess density with a present pattern increases the average city tax share in new residential production prices by 8%. Pierson correlation coefficient (r= 0.743), confirms the existence of a direct and significant relationship between housing price and city taxes while transferring excess density in Hamedan. In this regard, replacing sustainable income resources and decreasing the amount of taxes on housing supply and demand is highly recommended while we are relying on housing demand taxes more

Urban Development and Architectural Manifestations of the Parthian Period of Iran (III BC-III AD centuries)

The presented article explores the urban development and architectural manifestations of the Parthian period in Iran, spanning from the III century BC to the III century AD. During this era, the Parthian Empire emerged as a formidable power, influencing art, culture, and urban planning across a vast territory. Key cities such as Nisa, Ctesiphon, Hecatompylos, and others serve as focal points for examining innovations in city design that integrate Persian and other regional influences (Greco-Hellenistic, Roman, etc.). Architectural features, including monumental arches, extensive use of vaults, and decorative brickwork, reflect a synthesis of regional styles and advancements in construction techniques. The examination of archaeological findings, such as the remains of the Tagh-e Kasra archway and the layout of urban centers, reveals insights into the socio-political structure, trade networks, and cultural exchanges of the time. This article highlights how the Parthians not only inherited architectural traditions (from the Achaemenids and others) but also adapted and transformed them, resulting in a unique urban landscape that laid the groundwork for subsequent Islamic architecture

Research on Privatization Reform of China's Loss-making Public Utilities

In this paper, an exposition of the background of China's privatization reform in public utilities, along with an analysis of the reform's content and effectiveness, is presented and organized based on relevant public administration theory and practice. Secondly, a thorough examination of the factors constituting the primary obstacle in China's privatization reform of public utilities is undertaken. Addressing issues arising from private companies pursuing profit while public utility entities seek to avoid losses, it is argued that the incomplete reform of government functions, the constraints of traditional ideology, and the lack of supervision in the privatization of public utilities contribute to these challenges. Finally, recommendations for loss-making public utilities in the privatization reform are put forth. These involve further reforms in the utilities' business model, the establishment of new operational and service paradigms, and the enhancement of government support, regulatory measures, and coordination during the reform process. These measures aim to address the existing challenges in China's loss-making public utilities during the privatization reform

Evaluation and Optimization of Building Greening Methods in Four Different Climates Using Building Information Modeling (BIM)

BIM, which stands for Building Information Modeling, is a methodology that allows architects to digitally simulate their design and manage all the information related to an architectural project. BIM systems include the fourth dimension (time dimension) and the fifth dimension (cost dimension). On the other hand, sustainable development is a complex concept that includes different aspects. In sustainability, the three economic, environmental, and social aspects are fully interacting with each other, and most researchers examine sustainability in these three main aspects (Triple Bottom Line) of environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Therefore, in this research, we have examined four objectives, which first evaluate the impact of building orientation on reducing energy consumption by using building information modeling (BIM) and determine the most optimal direction. Then we examine the effect of the placement of skylights and openings on reducing energy consumption by using building information modeling (BIM). Finally, we examine the effect of using green facades and building smartness on the energy consumption of the building. Finally, by comparing the results obtained from the Design-Builder software, the most optimal modes are determined

Analyzing the Mechanism of the Possible Effect of Place Attachment of Residents of Iranian Neighborhoods in Improving the Level of Quality of Life (Study Example: Joolan Neighborhood in Hamedan City)

Joolan neighborhood is one of the old neighborhoods with the identity of Joolan neighborhood in Joolan neighborhood in Hamedan city, which is located in the first ring and the middle of Mahdieh Street, Madani, and Taleghani Boulevard, and it is considered the study sample of this research. Statistical analyzes in the present study show a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction with housing and overall satisfaction with life in Joolan neighborhood in Hamedan City at a significance level of less than 0.05 (Sig<0.05, R=0 208) exists. Such a correlation exists for most of the objective indicators with the overall satisfaction of quality of life, although its intensity is different. These findings can be used in the periodic repetition of the quality of life survey. Although some of the presented cases seem clear, in most of the surveys, obvious and repeated points are ignored and mistakes are repeated. The following can be mentioned from the experimental findings of the survey of quality of life awareness in Joolan neighborhood in Hamedan city
