Reassessing Pakistan’s Geopolitical Orientation from the Post-Cold War Era to 9/11
The end of Cold War, with the demise of Soviet Union, has led to the restructuring of superpower priorities in the international system. It was due to Pakistan's geo-strategic position during the Cold War that its foreign policy direction was shaped by the binary geography of Cold War in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR). However, with the dawn of the Post -Cold War, Pakistan has gained much importance in geographical as well as geopolitical conditions of the world. Thus, the new decade of the 1990s began with Islamabad's losing their chief strategic allies. The U.S.-Pakistan differences were expressed during in Pressler amendment with the United States. Whereas, with the emergence of Central Asian Republics (CARs), it was supposed to offer Pakistan the opportunity of new strategic alliances. The New War on global terrorism especially after 11th September 2001, radically transformed geopolitical and geostrategic environment of the IOR and significance of Pakistan has increased. It is against this backdrop that research article intends to explore the strategic dimensions of Pakistan in the post -Cold War period with its relations to emerging states of CARs and the U.S., especially in the last decade of twentieth century
Biological Peculiarities of Landscape Design in Cottage Gardens of the Right-Bank Part of Zaporizhzhya
The choice of architectural planning, selection of plants, small architectural forms, materials, decor and other elements of landscaping has a certain dependence on the region. Therefore, identifying certain features of the design of gardens in a particular region can be useful for landscape designers who work on that location. The article is devoted to the analysis of design solutions of 5 cottage gardens on the right bank of Zaporozhye. The study was conducted using the method of comparative analysis of master plans for landscaping and landscaping of selected cottages. It is established that all surveyed areas have a flat relief, which eliminates the need for vertical planning. Regularity prevails in the architectural planning of gardens. The planning of the surveyed estates has two directions namely, decorative and decorative-utilitarian. Features of the decorative direction are the variety of ornamental vegetation, the presence of ponds, exquisite flower beds, the use of various garden equipment and decor. For gardens of decorative and utilitarian orientation is characterized by the presence of farm buildings, gardens, fruit and berry plantations, which are formed taking into account the decorative and nutritional qualities. The common features of all surveyed cottage gardens can be considered the emphasized design style, restraint and conciseness in planning and economy due to the successful selection of unpretentious plants and equipment. Landscape designers of the region can be asked at the first stage of planning to do functional zoning of the garden; the range of vegetation to select from local species and well-adapted exotics of small size; from flower beds to choose the easiest to create and care for; reservoirs, vertical and container landscaping are limited

Coaches’ Sense of Efficacy in Sports Competitiveness
The purpose of this study was to present important inputs for improving the sports event capabilities of coaches at the University of the Northern Philippines in Vigan City. Specifically, it aimed to assess coaches' self-efficacy using the Coaching Efficacy Scale (CES) established by Feltz, Chase, Moritz, and Sullivan (1999) as a tool. The data were analyzed using frequency count and percentage, mean, and simple bivariate correlation analysis. Based on the salient findings of the study, it is concluded that most coaches are males as they are the ones typically assigned and usually sent to training in sports. Coaches have a very high level of efficacy as they instill a sense of respect, build team confidence, promote sportsmanship, develop character, and efficiently motivate their athletes. In addition, coaches' efficacy is affected by the different drawbacks that include time constraints resulting from the demands of their teaching and administrative load. Most coaches accept their coaching assignments for self-fulfillment and enjoyment, as they feel proud whenever athletes become successful in their field. Coaches believe that training, seminars, conferences, and tune-up games as university initiatives can help enhance their efficacy. Finally, experienced coaches gain more levels of efficacy in sports competitions. In order to be more competitive, it is suggested that the university consider involving more females in the coaching pool. Further, reduction of coaches' teaching loads may be reinforced, or inclusion of coaching in their load may be considered for them to have more time to intensify the training of athletes. The University may also consider increasing the funds allotted for the sports program and providing two-day service credits every term as incentives for coaches and increasing allowances for athletes. In addition, coaches should also be sent for more training specifically applicable to coaching to be updated with new trends

Privacy Violation in the Cloud Computing Environment: Challenges and Coping Mechanisms
Cloud computing is a fertile environment for both organizations and individual users. However, this makes it also a fertile environment for violating the privacy of individuals, hence the importance of drawing attention to the challenges and mechanisms of facing the risks of violating privacy in the cloud-computing environment. This study aimed at shedding light on privacy data in cloud computing and the user's relationship with it, how that data can be managed, what are the most prominent threats it faces, and identifying the parties that threaten to expose the privacy of such data. This research provides a clear overview of the most important mechanisms to face data privacy violation or theft in cloud computing. Among the results, the most important ones are that the cloud-computing environment is not a completely secure environment for data privacy, due to the nature of the technology's vulnerability in general to tampering and penetration. Moreover, there are some types of cloud computing based on purely security principles that can be applied in any cloud system such as Security as a Service (SECaaS) and Monitoring as a Service (MaaS). These findings draw attention to future research on the importance of considering cloud computing technology adoption by large organizations that hold millions of sensitive data. We hope that the results of the study would contribute not only to draw more attention to the importance of cloud computing but also to adopt more applications that contribute to raising the level of protection for organizations. Indeed, it is worth paying more attention to the development of the cognitive aspect of individuals to adopt awareness ideas that contribute to protecting their privacy on the Internet in general and in the cloud-computing environment in particula
