Sosialisasi E-Safety Parenting Sebagai Smart Solution dalam Pendampingan Penggunaan Gadget Pada Anak
Get PDFThe e-safety parenting socialization activity aims to provide knowledge about patterns of childcare in the digital era in using smartphones, especially the use of the Internet. The socialization activities were attended by 38 participants fromTrayeman village, Plered, Bantul. The method used is lecture and question and answer. Socialization material is distributed in the form of material handouts. The implementation of e-safety parenting is getting a good response. The participants were enthusiastic in listening to lectures from the speakers. This can be seen from the many questions raised related to childcare patterns in the digital age in using smartphones, especially Internet usage. After participating in this socialization, the participants of the socialization have understood the potential or risks of children using the Internet, tips on using the Internet wisely and knowing the procedures and techniques for the prevention of negative content on the Internet. Socialization participants can also practice the steps of using the Secure Parental Control App on their smartphone. Pkm Appropriate Technology Training for Making Granule Organic Fertilizers in Gogodeso and Munggalan Villages

One of the activities of the "Makmur Jaya Farmers" group in Gogodeso village and the "Ngudi Makmur Farmers" group in Munggalan village is currently making simple organic fertilizers with raw materials derived from cow manure. however, there are still obstacles that are felt by the local community, namely the inefficiency in the manufacturing process. The problem of partners in community service is the limited technology for managing organic fertilizer. Mitra needs to empower technology in managing organic fertilizer. The processing already exists and produces powder fertilizers that have economic value. But the processing is still very traditional, causing new problems in the amount of fertilizer spread because of the powder-based fertilizer. Therefore, this needs to be touched by the development of Appropriate Technology to produce granular organic fertilizer with good and correct processing as an economic source to increase family income as community empowerment. as well as marketing the products produced by these Community Service Results partners, it can be concluded that this training was quite successful where the training participants were very enthusiastic in the training activities, it was also because each teacher had never received socialization from the government / agricultural services related to the use of technology appropriate for processing fertilizers into processed products that are ready to sell / value as well as increasing the capacity and income of activity partners with the transfer of recycling technology for manure. Suggestions, in order to improve technology transfer to the community micro business groups, should be activities such as the community service program PKM need to be promoted so that the community\u27s ability to increase which at the same time will improve the community welfare of farmer groups.Salah satu kegiatan kelompok “Tani Makmur Jaya” di desa Gogodeso dan kelompok “Tani Ngudi Makmur” di desa Munggalan saat ini adalah pembuatan pupuk organik sederhana yang bahan bakunya didapat dari limbah kotoran sapi. akan tetapi masih ada kendala yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat setempat, yaitu masih belum efisiennya proses pembuatannya. Masalah mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah keterbatasan teknologi pengelolaan pupuk organik. Mmitra perlu pemberdayaan teknologi dalam mengelola pupuk organik. Pengolahannya sudah ada dan menghasilkan pupuk serbuk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Namun dalam pengolahannya masih sangat tradisional sehingga menimbulkan masalah baru jumlah tebaran pupuk karena pupuk berbentuk serbuk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, hal ini perlu disentuh dengan pengembangan Tekonologi Tepat Guna untuk menghasilkan pupuk organik berbentuk granul dengan pengolahan yang baik dan benar sebagai sumber ekonomi untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga sebagai pemberdayaan masyarakat. sekaligus memasarkan hasil produksi yang dilakukan oleh mitra Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan ini cukup berhasil dimana peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dalam kegiatan pelatihan, hal tersebut juga karena masing-masing guru belum pernah mendapatkan sosialisasi dari pemerintah/ dinas pertanian terkait pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna pengolahan pupuk menjadi produk olahan yang siap jual/ bernilai serta Peningkatan kemampuan dan pendapatan mitra kegiatan dengan adanya alih teknologi pendaurulangan pupuk kandang. Saran dalam rangka meningkatkan transfer teknologi kepada masyarakat kelompok- kelompok usaha mikro hendaknya kegiatan-kegiatan seperti program pengabdian masyarakat PKM perlu digalakkan sehingga kemampuan masyarakat semakin meningkat yang sekaligus akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat kelompok-kelompok tani

The method used in this service is a Workshop on the Role of Elementary Teachers as Counselors, Assistance in problem analysis and preparation of Guidance and Counseling programs, Implementation of Guidance and Counseling program preparation, Reflection and follow-up. The results of this service resulted in the design of a guidance and counseling program that had been made by each class teacher based on an analysis of the conditions of learning and school conditions. The guidance and counseling programs that have been prepared include orientation services, information services, placement services, learning services, individual counseling services, and group guidance services.Peran guru professional selain menjadi pengajar guru juga berperan sebagai pendidik atau pembimbing. Bimbingan yang diberikan sebaiknya dituangkan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang mewadahi peran guru sebagai pembimbing. Guru penting memiliki wawasan dan pengetahuan terkait bimbingan dan konseling. Sehingga dibutuhkan pendampingan terkait layanan bimbingan dan konseling, Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah Workshop Peran Guru SD sebagai Konselor, pendampingan analisis permasalahan dan penyusunan program Bimbingan dan Konseling, Implementasi penyusunan program Bimbingan dan Konseling, Refleksi dan tindak lanjut. Decoupage creativity training assistance and effective marketing techniques through online media (especially social media) are given to street children in the hope of increasing their skills as a provision to find alternative sources of income. This training was provided to the children assisted by the Singgah Taruna Pertiwi House which is located at Pasar Minggu and the Rumah Pertiwi Shelter House on Jl. Bacang, Salihara. The two shelters are the choice because we want to contribute to street children who are built not far from the National University. Decoupage training activities are an option because it is a skill that is easy to learn. In addition to making decoupage training, the participants were also given effective marketing technique training through online media. The consideration is because nowadays online media has become a primary need and is the fastest and most effective and efficient medium for conducting promotions or marketing. In addition, it is cheap because it does not need to pay as much as if promotion through conventional media The first training activity lasted for approximately two months starting from May 26 to July 14, 2018, by producing decoupage works made on cutting board media, pouches of calico cloth and woven fans. The technique given is only at the initial stage, which is just putting tissue on the media. As long as the accuracy, accuracy, and neatness, then the results will look attractive and have a high selling value and aesthetics.Pendampingan pelatihan berkreativitas decoupage dan teknik pemasaran efektif melalui media online (khususnya media sosial) diberikan kepada anak-anak jalanan dengan harapan bisa menambah keterampilan mereka sebagai bekal untuk mencari alternatif sumber penghasilan. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada anak-anak binaan Rumah Singgah Taruna Pertiwi yang beralamat di Pasar Minggu dan Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi di Jl. Bacang, Salihara. Kedua rumah singgah ini menjadi pilihan karena kami ingin memberikan kontribusi kepada anak-anak jalanan binaan yang lokasinya tidak jauh dari Universitas Nasional. Kegiatan pelatihan decoupage menjadi pilihan sebab merupakan sebuah keterampilan yang mudah dipelajari. Selain pelatihan membuat decoupage, para peserta pun diberikan pelatihan teknik pemasarannya yang efektif melalui media online. Pertimbangannya adalah karena saat sekarang ini media online sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer dan menjadi media yang paling cepat serta efektif dan efisien untuk melakukan promosi atau pemasaran. Selain itu murah karena tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya sebagaimana kalau promosi melalui media konvensional. Kegiatan pelatihan tahap pertama ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih dua bulan mulai dari tanggal 26 Mei sampai 14 Juli 2018, dengan menghasilkan karya decoupage yang dibuat pada media talenan, pouch dari kain belacu serta kipas anyam. Teknik yang diberikan baru pada tahap awal, yakni hanya sekedar mempelkan tisu saja pada medianya. Asalkan dengan kecermatan, ketelitian dan kerapihan, maka hasilnya akan menjadi terlihat menarik serta memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan estetik

This program takes one of the above BCS perspectives, namely the internal business perspective; from the perspective of a strategy based on Human Resources (HR). The making of the BSC will be based on the details of the governance that has been determined by the laws and regulations related to the two UPTDs which are then determined by the indicators of the implementation of the work program based on the capacity of the HR they have. The making of the work program indicator is based on the key performance indicator (KPI) theory. The aim of the program and the benefits of this program is to become one of the proofs of good cooperation between the institutions of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung and the Regency Government of Tulungagung Regency especially at the UPTD BLK and Bapenda Disnakertrans; to donate lecturers\u27 knowledge to the public; and to improve the quality of management of government / public sector management in the Tulungagung Regency area. What happened in Indonesia, bamboo continued to be cut down without any effort to plant and maintain so that the number of bamboo populations continued to decline. Some areas with good potential for bamboo include Gunungkidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Efforts to increase the value of bamboo also need to be balanced with conservation efforts as an increase in bamboo biodiversity itself. The existence of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015 is a broader economic and market integration. This indicates open competition for trade in goods, services, investment, capital and workers. From these problems, we create a socio-ecopreneur with the theme "a million bamboos for my Indonesia". This product is made from 100% bamboo material, then innovates on bamboo crafts to become a creative, eco-friendly, sustainable, and originally hand made the industrial product. This product is suitable for use as house accessories, household utilities, and others. This product uses traditional lamination technology (press) and bamboo preservation. we also developed a bamboo business management model that is beneficial for the economic resilience of local communities, especially for communities in Hargomulyo Village and at the same time beneficial to environmental biodiversity. Language skills in the sphere of diplomacy associated with language politeness are needed here in order to make the goal of negotiation achieved and provide benefits to the people of West Java. Community Service Activities is conducted in public speaking training activities. This research uses a pragmatic approach. The theories used are a Pragmatic theory by Levinson (1983) and Speech situation theory by Leech (1993). This research applies a qualitative descriptive method in the social field especially language, communication, and international relations. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and insight for the staff of the Bureau of Domestic and International Cooperation in West Java and also to improve their communication ability. The implementation of this activity received a positive response from the participants. They feel that this activity is very useful and provide insight and skills to speak more in public. This is very crucial for the lecturer and business agent in the Agency for Cooperatives and Entrepreneurship Training (Balatkop) of West Java Province. No full textThe purpose of this community services to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in Tanjung Mutiara, Agam, West Sumatera in applying Civics learning with Listening Team cooperative learning. This program was carried out in the form of training of two meetings. Presentation materials include an explanation of the learning model concept, examples of implementation in learning, making a lesson plan, simulation and assessment techniques. The methods used in this training were lecturing, question and answer, assignment, discussion, and simulation. This program can improve the skills of elementary school teachers in Tanjung Mutiara in designing and implementing Civics learning that is more attractive and stimulates the activity of elementary students. The program also enhances participants\u27 motivation to improve their insights and knowledge related to cooperative learning models in general and to encourage participants to improve their professionalism in the implementation of learning, especially Civics learning.Tujuan dari layanan komunitas ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru sekolah dasar di Tanjung Mutiara, Agam, Sumatera Barat dalam menerapkan pembelajaran PKn dengan pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Listening Team. Program ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dua pertemuan. Materi presentasi meliputi penjelasan konsep model pembelajaran, contoh implementasi dalam pembelajaran, membuat rencana pembelajaran, simulasi dan teknik penilaian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, tugas, diskusi, dan simulasi. Laundry business is a business that currently developing in Balikpapan. Laundry is a necessity for Balikpapan residents who have a tight schedule so they don\u27t have more time to wash. Balikpapan Laundry Community (KLB) is a community that was established to be a place for laundry entrepreneurs in Balikpapan. One of the problems encountered in KLB is the lack of understanding of the importance of paying attention to safety, job security (K3) in carrying out daily work. After finding the problem, it was determined the date of the implementation of K3 implementation training at the laundry work place which was held on 1 August 2018 at the Novotel Balikpapan Hotel. The implementation of the training includes the provision of material, filling out the pre and post test questionnaires, as well as the direct practice of the implementation of K3 in Laundry at Novotel Balikapan Hotel. There were 22 participants who were workers and laundry business owners who joined KLB. Based on the pre-post test provided, participants\u27 knowledge increased and after carrying out K3 training at the Balikpapan Balikpapan Laundry Unit, participants became more aware of K3 implementation at their respective businesses. respectively. The conclusion obtained from this activity that every owner and worker in the laundry business must understand the OSH standards that must be provided at the workplace to ensure the health and safety of the work of everyone in the area.Usaha laundry merupakan suatu usaha yang saat ini mulai berkembang di Balikpapan. Laundry menjadi kebutuhan bagi warga Balikpapan yang memiliki jadwal padat sehingga tidak punya waktu lebih untuk mencuci. Komunitas Laundry Balikpapan (KLB) merupakan suatu komunitas yang didirikan untuk menjadi wadah bagi pengusaha-pengusaha laundry di Balikpapan. Salah satu permasalahan yang ditemui di KLB adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya memperhatikan keselamatan, keamanan kerja (K3) dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan sehari-hari. Setelah menemukan masalah tersebut dilakukan penentuan tanggal pelaksanaan pelatihan penerapan K3 di tempat kerja laundry yang dilaksakan pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2018 di Hotel Novotel Balikpapan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi pemberian materi, pengisian kuesioner pre dan post test, serta praktek langsung pelaksanaan K3 di Laundry di Hotel Novotel Balikapan. Peserta berjumlah 22 orang yang merupakan pekerja dan pemilik usaha laundry yang tergabung dalam KLB. Berdasarkan pre-post tes yang diberikan, pengetahuan peserta meningkat dan setelah melaksanakan pelatihan K3 di Unit Laundry Novotel Balikpapan, peserta semakin paham mengenai pelaksanan K3 di tempat usaha mereka masing-masing. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa setiap pemilik maupun pekerja di tempat usaha laundry harus memahami standar K3 yang harus disediakan di tempat kerja guna menjamin kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja setiap orang yang ada di wilayah tersebut
