PENGGUNAAN CITRA PENGINDERAAN JAUH UNTUK KAJIAN TINGKAT BAHAYA EROSI DAS SERANG KABUPATEN KULONPROGO DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract: This research is aimed to know erosion susceptibility in Serang watershed, Kulonprogo Regency, using data from remote sensing image. Based on the data of erosion susceptibility, it is made land conservation by changing crop and land management, so that maximum tolerance erosion rate can be obtained. Data acquired from black and white aerial photograph scale 1 : 20 000 in 2000 are landform, land use, slope (LS), crop (C), and land management (P). Rainfall erosivity (R) was taken from secondary data, from every precipitation station in the research area. Land erodibility (K) was derived from secondary data, namely Semi Detaill Soil Map of Kulonprogo Regency. Erosion estimation was calculated by using USLE method. The image of Landsat ETM+ was used for interpreting geological condition of the research area. The result of the research shows that very dangerous susceptibility erosion is highest percentage from the erosion susceptibility in research area, 29.95% or 7438 hectares. The light erosion susceptibility is 11.76% or 2921 hectares. The lightest erosion susceptibility is 23.92% or 5939 hectares
PENGEMBANGAN KEMAMPUAN EMULASI MELALUI TEACHING INDUSTRIES DALAM BIDANG TEKNOLOGI
The development of technology in a century of knowledge is a cycle of three main elements: the use of technology in solving problems, developing new technologies, new technology development and a higher to solve new problems. This cycle continues conform to technological dialectic rhythm. The main characteristic of the dialectic of technology is that there is permanence in change. A nation will exist and excel in the dialectic of technology if you have emulation capability that is the ability to synergize elements of humanware, infoware, organoware, technoware. The development of these capabilities in universities was facilitated by the teaching learning industries.Teaching industries potentially facilitate the growth of industries emulation capability, through knowledge transfer, knowledge validation, knowledge-disgestion, skill development, and managerial and entrepreneurial development. Pengembangan bidang teknologi dalam abad pengetahuan merupakan siklus dari tiga unsur utama: pemanfaatan teknologi dalam memecahkan masalah, pengembangan teknologi baru, dan pengembangan teknologi baru yang lebih tinggi dalam pemecahan masalah baru. Siklus ini terus berlangsung sejalan dengan ritme dialektika teknologi. Karakteristik utama dari dialektika teknologi adalah adanya keabadian dalam perubahan. Suatu bangsa akan eksis dan unggul dalam dialektika teknologi bila memiliki kemampuan emulasi, yaitu kemampuan mensinergikan unsur humanware, infoware, organoware, technoware. Pengembangan kemampuan ini di perguruan tinggi difasilitasi oleh pembelajaran teaching industries. PENAMBAHAN SISTEM PERLAMBATAN SEBAGAI PEREDUKSI PRODUKSI GAS CO PADA KENDARAAN BERMOTOR BENSIN
Abstract: The addition of deceleration system as reducer of CO emission in gasoline-motor vehicle. This research is aimed to investigate the impact of addition of deceleration system on the CO reduction emitted from gasoline-motor vehicle. It uses experimental research by comparing CO emission both before and after using deceleration system. The experiment was conducted in Automotive Laboratory, the State University of Malang. The descriptive analysis is used for picturing the overall comparison, and t-test is used for describing the differences. The result shows that there is sharp CO reduction from 4.615% of average to 1.883%, following the t-test result that shows significant difference at p = 0.000. TARIKAN PERGERAKAN KENDARAAN PADA SEKOLAH DASAR DI PERKOTAAN
Abstract: The Vehicle Trip Attraction at Basic School in Urban Area. A basic school is a place where teaching-learning activities are conducted and a location where traffic jams are usually take place in morning time. The purpose of this research is to determine the model of vehicles trip attraction at basic school buildings in Malang. The survey is conducted in 20 schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah by using purposive sampling from school infrastructure data obtained from the Office of National Education Ministry in Malang. 699 respondents give the data concerning socio-economics status and accessibility by using random sampling. The data is analyzed by using Person Correlation and Linear Regression. The result shows that the trip attraction for two-wheels vehicles has 3 indicators: family income more than Rp 1,000,000 per month, trip distance more than 5 km, and school operational cost per year. Meanwhile, the trip attraction for four-wheels vehicles has 3 indicators trip time less than 25 minutes, trip cost Rp 100,000 per month, and total floor area for class interaction in each school. PENGARUH KETRAMPILAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJER PROYEK PADA PERUSAHAAN KONTRAKTOR DI KOTA MALANG
Abstract: The influence of skills on project managers’ performance of construction companies in Malang. The excellent performance was attained by the human resources management process. This process was established since the employees have been recruited until they get the certain position. The employee’s selection process, establishment, trainee, and the job position analysis were being a process which becomes foremost to be carrying out to support the employees’ performance. In a final point, they were expected to enhancing the company performance. The research aim was to identify the characteristics of project manager selection and to be knowledgeable about the influence of the skills on the project managers’ performance in Malang region. Descriptive-quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis were used as data analysis method. The results shows that (1) 61% of construction companies in Malang are K1-qualification, (2) one manager project in each project, (3) the formal performance analysis is used by B-qualification construction companies but not for M and K-1, (4) student degree and their experience in 3-6 year for selected project manager. The model is represented as: Y = 7.659 + 0.153X1 + 0.260X2 + 0.433X3 + 0.380X6, (R2 = 0.826)
PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN LABORATORIUM TEKNIK MEKANIK OTOMOTIF PADA SMK BERBASIS DATABASE MICROSOFT ACCESS
Activities in laboratory require regular and organized administration, so the laboratory can be arranged and functioned in an optimal manner. Administrative services system in Automotive Mechanical Engineering Laboratory at SMK consisted of the equipment loaning, supplying, inventory, and maintenance sector is still using an old system causing hindered activities in the laboratory. Developed MIS Laboratory is a means to make use of the computer optimally at SMK. Therefore so, administrative services system becomes faster and supports decision making processes.Kegiatan dalam laboratorium membutuhkan administrasi yang reguler dan terorganisasi sehingga laboratorium diatur dan difungsikan secara optimal. Sistem layanan administratif pada Laboratorium Teknik Mekanik Otomotif di SMK meliputi peminjaman peralatan, penyediaan alat dan bahan, inventori, dan layanan perawatan masih menggunakan sistem lama yang mengakibatkan hambatan pada aktivitas di laboratorium. Sistem manajemen informasi laboratorium yang dikembangkan sebagai alat bantu layanan administrasi yang mengoptimalkan penggunaan komputer di SMK. Dengan demikian sistem layanan administrasi dapat berjalan lebih cepat dan mendukung sistem pengambilan keputusan
PENERAPAN MODEL PENGAJARAN INQUIRY PADA MATA PELAJARAN KONSTRUKSI BETON JURUSAN TEKNIK BANGUNAN SMK SINGOSARI MALANG
Abstract: The second year students of SMK Negeri I Singosari Malang have some difficulties in the subject of Concrete Construction due to the student’s ability in understanding questions in exams, connecting some concepts, drawing supportive pictures, and applying the concept to solve the problems. The purpose of this research is to reveal the advantage of inquiry model in increasing the quality of learning and its results. The method used is class-based action research with four cycles. The result shows that the inquiry model used in teaching process can improve the quality of learning and its outcomes, particularly in the subject of Concrete Construction
ANALISIS METODE SACK GABION, GABION MATTRESSES, DAN RIPRAP UNTUK MENCEGAH PENGGERUSAN PADA PILAR JEMBATAN
Abstract: Method to prevent scouring, which is popular, is riprap, sack gabion, and gabion mattresses. The aims of this research are to analyze: (1) effectively installation patterns, (2) effectively dimensions, and (3) significance level. Method for analysis use descriptive analysis non dimensional. Results of research: (1) effective pattern installation is installing the structures at the face of pier and above river bed, (2) Dimension of the structures indicate that ever greater of the structures more effective to prevent scouring with optimum dimension is p/t = 4 (p = length and t = high), and (3) the structures give good performance to prevent scouring
PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MATA DIKLAT ADAFTIF BERBASIS WEB BASED LEARNING PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN JURUSAN TEKNIK BANGUNAN
Development of teaching materials for adaptive subject using web-based learning in building engineering vocational high school. The purpose of this research is to develop instructional materials for training subject in Vocational High School Department of Building Engineering using Web-based learning as a part of E-Learning approach. This research uses development-research method. At the first year, the research activity is limited in producing teaching materials utilizing Web-based learning. Validity related testing for developed teaching material is conducted by experts and individual trials, particularly related to contents validity. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that this study have produced teaching materials utilizing Web-based learning for training adaptive subject. These teaching materials can be used by lecturer or teacher as a complement for classroom teaching activity.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar matadiklat adaftif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Teknik Bangunan dengan pendekatan E-Learning berbasis Web-based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan. Kegiatan penelitian tahun pertama ini hanya terbatas pada menghasilkan bahan ajar e-learning berbasis Web-based learning, maka uji coba bahan ajar hanya dilakukan uji pakar dan uji coba perorangan, khususnya terkait dengan validitas isi bahan ajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan produk bahan ajar e-learning berbasis Web-based learning matadikat adaftif. Bahan ajar ini hanya berfungsi sebagai pelengkap (komplemen) dari pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan tatap muka di ruang kelas
MODIFIKASI PRINTER BJC-265SP MENJADI MESIN PENGOREKSI LEMBAR JAWAB PILIHAN GANDA
Abstract: This research is aimed to design and create correction machine for multiple choice answering sheet. The machine consists of two parts: Reader Terminal and Management Computer. Printer BJC-256SP was modified to be a Reader Terminal with stages: replacing original microcontroller on printer board (TMP96C141CF) with MCS51 (AT89S51), connecting printer sensors and motor driver to MCS51 ports, deactivating cartridge function and then implementing Patern Sensor. Modification is then continued with programming MCS51 by which the machine can read black-white pattern on answering sheet and can send reading data to Management Computer. Finally, computer program was developed to handle conversion of pattern data into readable output and score it based on answering keys. The result shows that the printer BJC-265SP can be modified become a correction machine with maximum scanning speed of 5 sheets (A4) per minute and accuracy of 100% or no error found
