PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TIGA MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA DIKLAT PEMROGRAMAN WEB PHP PADA SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN
The appropriate learning model for students is a support of the teacher for improving student grades. This research is aimed to identify the effect of the three learning models usage, Independent Learning, Cooperative Learning (Jigsaw) and Contextual Teaching and Learning applied to the students with high achievement categorized both male and female students in subject of PHP Web Programming at vocational higher school. The result shows that the implementation of learning model affects the achievement of competency for each learning model as follows; 8.91 for Independent Learning Model, 8.91 for Cooperative Learning Model and 9.44 for Contextual Teaching and Learning Model. Students with high achievement (male and female) give significant influence to the achievement of competency of PHP Web Programming.Model pembelajaran yang sesuai bagi siswa merupakan dukungan dari guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari penggunaan tiga metode pembelajaran yakni Independent Learning, Cooperative Learning (Jigsaw), dan Contextual Teaching and Learning. Ketiga metode ini diterapkan pada siswa dengan prestasi tinggi yang dipilah menurut jenis kelamin pada mata diklat Pemrograman Web PHP di sekolah menengah kejuruan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran memberikan dampak capaian kompetensi sebagai berikut: 8,91 untuk model pembelajaran Independent Learning, 8,91 untuk model Cooperative Learning, dan 9,44 untuk model Contextual Teaching and Learning. Siswa dengan prestasi tinggi baik laki-laki maupun perempuan memberikan akibat yang signifikan terhadap capaian kompetensi Pemrograman Web PHP
HUBUNGAN BAKAT MEKANIK DAN MOTIVASI KEGURUAN DENGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DI BIDANG PEMESINAN MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI S1 PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN FT-UM
The objectives of this research are to find out relationship between mechanical talent and teaching motivation with pedagogical competence in machinery. Design of the research used descriptive correlation. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling comprises of 65 students. Collecting the data of mechanical talent variable (X1) and pedagogical competence (Y) used multiple choices test, teaching motivation variable (X2) used questionnaires. The results of study show that (a) relationship between X1 and Y is (r1) = 0.264; contribution X1 to Y is 7.0%, (b) relationship between X2 and Y is (r2) = 0.562; contribution X2 to Y is 31.5%, (c) relationship between X1 and X2, simultaneously, to Y is R = 0.615; contribution X1 and X2 to Y is 61.5%, while 38.5% of the rest is contributed by other variable.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan bakat mekanik dan motivasi keguruan dengan kompetensi pedagogik di bidang pemesinan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling 65 orang. Pengumpulan data variabel bakat mekanik (X1) dan kompetensi pedagogik (Y) menggunakan tes pilihan ganda, varibel motivasi keguruan (X2) menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a) terdapat hubungan antara X1 dengan Y sebesar (r1) = 0,264; sumbangan X1 terhadap Y sebesar 7,0%, (b) terdapat hubungan antara X2 dengan Y sebesar (r2) = 0,562; sumbangan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 31,5%, (c) terdapat hubungan antara X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y sebesar R = 0,615; kontribusi X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 61,5%, sedang sisanya 38,5 % disumbang oleh variabel lain
PROFIL SENSORIS MAKANAN BASAH TRADISIONAL DI KOTAMADYA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract: Research of sensory profiles of traditional moist foods in Kotamadya Yogyakarta had been done. The aims of the research are determining sensory profiles of traditional moist foods in Kotamadya Yogyakarta, and finding out how much each sensory characteristic supports to preference of traditional moist foods in Kotamadya Yogyakarta. The research is done by identifying markets and supermarkets that sell traditional moist foods, interviewing sellers of traditional moist foods, selecting panelist, training panelist, testing sensory profile by 15 trained panelist, tabulating, analyzing and interpreting data. The research result that sensory profiles of traditional moist foods and effective support of each sensory characteristic to preference of traditional moist foods in Kotamadya Yogyakarta (from higher to lower percentage), which are: apem: shape, aroma, colour, sweetness, and tenderness; bakpia: colour of kumbu; taste of kumbu, texture of kumbu, colour of outer skin, texture of outer skin, taste of outer skin, aroma, sweetness of kumbu, and shape; geplak: sweetness, aroma, hardness, shape, taste of coconut, colour, and texture; gethuk lindri: aroma, shape, sweetness, and softness; kipo: colour of skin, aroma, sweetness of enten-enten, chewiness, and shape; kue ku: colour of skin, texture of skin, texture of kumbu, colour of kumbu, shape, taste of kumbu, and taste of skin; and yangko: taste, colour, shape, texture, chewiness, and aroma
PENGGUNAAN FUZZY LOGIC UNTUK KONTROL PARALLEL CONVERTER DC-DC
Abstract: Using system fuzzy logic as control technology have been used on low load dc-dc converter with combined parallel compiled dc-dc converter can obtain big load. With existence of differrence of component parameter and each parallel compiled converter can obtained different current and voltage output. Function of controller for to do adjustment, so that current which is applied to load by each converter can be obtained difference error as small as possible or same. The object of research is developing design of large signal dc-dc converter which is combined with using FLC so that obtain better performance. To get better performance have been made plant model and simulation with CDE method. The more systematic system and design is needed to overcome bigger load on dc-dc converter, so that parallel compiled current master slave control system on dc-dc converter with using fuzzy logic controller is used. Result of research showed that error or difference of current which is applied to load can handled by fuzzy logic controller. Technic of current and voltage controller co to do adjustment current and voltage distribution equally to load. Distribution of iL1,iL2 and output voltage Vo on dc-dc converter with load 2,25 until 7,875 and voltage 100 until 120 volt, load current beetwen 12 until 48, % relatif error Vo 0,4% until 0,9%
PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN LATEKS PADA TEMPERATUR PEMADATAN CAMPURAN ASPAL PENETRASI 60/70
Abstract: Latex is an additive that could be expected to enhance the physical properties of an asphalt binder. Previous research has shown that adding latex can reduce temperature susceptibility of an asphalt binder. Latex is widely available in Indonesia and the introduction of rubberized bitumen in form of latex-bitumen in road construction merits consideration. The objectives of the research was to investigate the effect of latex on physical properties of an asphalt binder, particularly its temperature compaction of an asphalt mixture. Bitumen used was 60/70 penetration grade and latex used was Dry Rubber Content (DRC) 60. Methods of testing conformed to SNI. Other standard such as ASTM E 102-93(1997) was used when SNI standard was not available. The result of tests on binders containing 0%, 2%, 4% and 6% by weight of bitumen indicated that temperature compaction increases as latex content increases
PENGGUNAAN BLOCK SET CONNECTION (BSC) PADA SAMBUNGAN ELEMEN BETON PRECAST
Application of block set connection (bsc) in precast concrete element joints. Precast concrete technology is an alternative of reinforced concrete construction with the advantages of high quality and economical cost. However, precast concrete has not been widely used for seismic regions because of its weakness in the joints between precast concrete elements that are not ductile. The purpose of this research was to determine the ductility of precast concrete connections, which use a block set connection type (BSC). The design of beam column connection using the theory of full ductile that uses 2 specimen tests in a 1:1 scale, tested with cyclic loading and analyzed for ductility, strength, stiffness, energy dissipation, and pattern collapse. The experimental results obtained mean value of the ductility of μ = 6, the achievement of ductility value is greater than the ductility of the requirements in SNI 1726-2002 that is μ = 5.3. Therefore, block set connection type can be used to design buildings snaking precast concrete structures in seismic regions 5 and 6 (the area of high seismic risk).Penggunaan Block Set Connection (BSC) pada Sambungan Elemen Beton Precast. Teknologi beton precast merupakan alternatif pilihan dari konstruksi beton bertulang dengan keunggulan mutu yang tinggi dan biaya yang ekonomis. Namun demikian beton precast belum banyak digunakan untuk daerah gempa karena mempunyai kelemahan pada sambungan antar elemen beton precast yang tidak daktail. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui daktilitas sambungan beton precast, yang menggunakan tipe block set connection (BSC). Rancangan sambungan balok kolom menggunakan teori full ductile yang menggunakan 2 buah benda uji dalam skala 1:1, diuji dengan beban siklik dan dianalisis terhadap daktilitas, kekuatan, kekakuan, disipasi energi, dan pola keruntuhan. Hasil eksperimen diperoleh nilai daktilitas rerata μ = 6, pencapaian nilai daktilitas tersebut lebih besar dari daktilitas yang disyaratkan dalam SNI 1726-2002 yaitu μ = 5,3. Oleh karena itu tipe block set connection dapat dipakai untuk merancang bangunan struktur beton precast di wilayah gempa 5 dan 6 (daerah resiko gempa tinggi)
PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH ILMU STATIKA DAN TEGANGAN DI SMK
The basic problems in Vocational High School of Building is the low motivation and learning ability of students, and the learning model with lecture method. Students percentage who gain minimal standard of completeness is just 30% with average value 48,75%, then the further follow up is needed. This class action research (CAR) object to increase motivation and ability to solve the problem in Statics through PBL learning model. The object of Statics is also students of Building at the period of 2008/2009. The result of this research shows that motivation and ability in solving Statics problems increase significantly from cycle I to cycle II. This PBL model is effective applied on the vocational and productive lesson study.Masalah utama pembelajaran di SMK Teknik Bangunan adalah motivasi yang rendah dan kemampuan belajar siswa, dan model pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah. Persentase siswa yang memperoleh penguatan standar minimal dari ketuntasan hanya 30% dengan nilai rerata 48,75% sehingga perlu tindak lanjut. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan permasalahan dalam mata pelajaran Statika melalui model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah (Problem Based Learning). Objek dari mata pelajaran Statika adalah siswa Teknik Bangunan periode 2008/2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah dalam Statika meningkat signifikan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua. PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN RANGKAIAN DARLINGTON SISTEM PENGAPIAN DAN PUTARAN TERHADAP TEGANGAN JARUM YANG DIHASILKAN PADA MESIN KIJANG TYPE 5 K
Abstract: Vehicle technology development in this era pushes every vehicle industry to compete tightly in producing of practical, economic and environmentally sound vehicles. Recent fact shows that there are so many vehicles in its operation failed in having correct specification, creating wasteful of fuel consumtion and bad emission through certain limit. Economically, in reaching thrift gasoline with optimal power, it can increase the needle voltage which is resulted when plug jumped a fire and started the ignition. The research aimed to test the difference between the use of circuit of Darlington ignition system to the needle voltage in vehicle at low, middle, and high rotation of Toyota Kijang 5K motor. The data collection was done by testing needle voltage in vehicle which used conventional ignition system and Darlington serial ignition system. Research method used was testing the needle voltage which is resulted from conventional ignition system and Darlington ignition system by using factoral 2x2 Design. The results show that the use of Darlington serial ignition system in every motor rotation caused a significant difference with ratio F = 10,214 and
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATAKULIAH SISTEM PEMINDAHAN TENAGA OTOMOTIF DENGAN PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF
Abstract: The Improvement of Learning Outcome for the Subject of Power Train Automotive System by Implementing Cooperative Learning. The aim of this research is to apply cooperative learning strategy for the subject of Power Train Automotive System (PTAS) by using the internet as activator, which can improve communications and interaction between the students and the lecturer, as well as cooperative attitude among students within group task in PTAS subject. The expected result of this research is that there will be an alternative learning model of which can improve the quality of learning process for PTAS subject, attain better academic outcome, and sharpen the ability of cooperative work. Particularly, the students will also have a new strategy on how to learn, and a new role on how to conduct cooperative learning and being active within group as participator. This new strategy will also influence students’ activities on how they are accustomed to finish some given problems. The result of the research shows that the cooperative learning strategy enables the students to explore their ability in various aspects; cognitive, social, and affective as well
MODEL KEBUTUHAN PARKIR MOBIL GEDUNG PERKANTORAN BANK DI KOTA MALANG
Abstract: The Model of Parking Lot Demand for Cars in Bank Office Building in Malang. This research is aimed to know (l) characteristic of car parking lot at bank office, (2) mathematics model of the demand of parking lot for cars at bank office, and (3) Level of required standard for parking lot at bank office in Malang. This research is divided into phases, which are: identifying phase, planning phase, acquiring data, analyses and conclusion. The result shows that (l) the maximum accumulation of car parked at bank office reach at the daytime with duration between 15 -- 30 minutes. Maximum accumulation occurred between 09.30 -- 11.45 WIB, predominated by short-term parking, mostly occurred in 15 minutes; (2) the mathematics model for the parking demand is functioned as Y = 12.7712 + 0.0128 LLE, with R2 = 0.963, and (3) the required standard of car parking lot is one parking lot per 63 sqm total floor area (minimum) and one parking lot per 46 sqm effective floor area
