DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA-BASED GYMNASTICS FLOOR TECHNIQUES LEARNING MODEL FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Based on preliminary observations conducted on teachers and students of SMP Negeri in Malang Regency: (1) students can not and do not like the material gymnastics floor, and tend to like the material of big ball game (92%); (2) students state that educators have never done teaching with media in the form of interactive multimedia, 100%; and (3) students agree when done an development of interactive multimedia media for learning basic technique of gymnastic floor 100%. The purpose of this research and development is to develop an effective model of basic techniques of floor gymnastics for junior high school students using interactive multimedia. In this study is using development research methods from Borg and Gall (1983: 775), and researchers did not use the whole but only using 7 steps. The 7 steps chosen by the researchers are as follows: (1) collecting information, (2) initial product design, (3) expert evaluation, (4) trial in phase I , (5) product revision (6) trials in phase II, (7) revisions and final products. Based on the result of data analysis of the evaluation of the learning expert is very valid, the evaluation of expert gymnastics is very valid, the evaluation of media expert is very valid. From the data analysis result of small group trial is valid enough (73,1% ), while large group trial is very valid (85,75%), thus it can be concluded that the development of interactive multimedia-based floor gymnastic basic technique for junior high school student can be used..

DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC MOVEMENT MODEL BASED ON INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
This study aims to develop basic movement model based on interactive multimedia for elementary school students. This research and development presented in the form of interactive multimedia. The research method used is research and development using 10 steps from Borg and Gall While the subject of this research is the first grade students of elementary school. This study begins with the needs analysis, planning, product development, try out, revision, and final product. The result of this research showed that this product is appropriate for students in grade 1. It was confirmed by the test results of small group and large group that elucidate that the entire of models can be carried well. Consequently, it is showed that this model is essentially and effectively used by the first grader of elementary school students in increasing their ability especially in basic motor skills.Gain score obtained average score 0,59 which means that the comparison between pre-test score and post-test score differences is medium.

MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE GOALKEEPER OF FOOTBALL WITH CIRCUIT
This study aims to develop models of physical exercise soccer goalie by using the circuit method. Research development is packaged in the form of circuit training models to improve the physical condition of football goalkeeper. Methods used are research and development (Research and Development) of the Borg & Gall with 10 steps. Feasibility models and evaluated by five expert sports. Those are 2 experts of coaching and 3 experts of goalkeeper. While the subject of research is the goalkeeper in Banyuwangi. This research begins with needs analysis, planning, product, testing, revision and final products. The results show that this model is feasible to use the product goalkeeper. In the test results for small groups and large groups can be explained that the model as a whole can do well. In a test of the effectiveness of the mean value for the group amounted to 42 221 circuit and the value of the conventional group amounted to 33 167 t-count value 3,447 such results can be declared effective circuit training models to improve the physical abilities keeper. It shows that the model of physical exercise with circuit can be used by the goalkeeper in football and can effectively improve the physical abilities soccer goalkeeper.

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM EVALUATION OF THE INDONESIA PROGRAM FOR GOLD MEDAL FOR SPORTS OF TENNIS
This study aimed to evaluate the sport of tennis for The Indonesia Program for Gold Medal) or Program Indonesia Emas PRIMA), which is an evaluation study using model context, input, process, product and outcomes (CIPPO). Research shows that: 1) context evaluation is good – it has a purpose, the legal basis and the analysis of an adequate community; 2) Input evaluation is enough - has a mechanism of selection of athletes, coaches and managers, but need more socializations. The program needs some improvements such as; support facilities and infrastructure, national tennis training centre, adequate financial support, the necessity in involving the private and government enterprise; 3) Proccess evaluation is enough - planning and supervision of training has been well developed, but the implementation was not optimum, needs sport science embedded at the Team, and need more participation in international tournament; 4) Product evaluation is very bad - achievement of both as a Team and Individual athlete at the international multi event was not satisfied; 5) Outcomes evaluation is very good - this program provide more participation and opportunity for junior athletes. Therefore, I would like to recommend that this program should be extended with some improvement as research suggested.Keyword: Program Evaluation, CIPPO Model, The Indonesia Program for Gold Medal on Sport of Tennis
THE EFFECT OF WIDE PUSH-UP EXERCISE AND NARROW PUSH-UP EXERCISE AGAINST STRENGTH, POWER, AND ENDURANCE
This study aims to improve the level of physical condition, so it can be known and become an evaluation for the sport that achieves a better achievement later. The application of exercises used to improve physical condition is through wide push-ups and narrow push-ups in students of XI IPA in SMA N 1 Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with quasi experimental methods (Quasi Experiment). The design used to group research subjects is Matching-Only Design. In this design there are three groups, namely wide push-up exercise group, narrow push-up exercise group, and one control group. Furthermore, the three groups were given a pretest to determine the initial state is there any difference between the experimental group and the control group. After 8 weeks of practice with frequency 3 times a week, then posttest to the three groups to know the effectiveness of the exercise. In the wide push-up exercise group, there was an increase in strength by an average of 2.65 kg, power of 16.92 Joules, and endurance of 2.9 Times. In the narrow push-up exercise group obtained the results of an increase of 3.65 Kg of power, power of 27.91 Joule, and endurance of 3.65 Times. While in the control group obtained the results of an increase of 0.75 Kg of power, power of 4.39 Joule, and endurance of 0.85 Times.Based on the results of research and discussion as described in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the wide push-up exercises on the increase of strength, power, and endurance, there is a significant influence on the exercise of narrow push-up against increased power, power, and endurance, and there are significant differences in influence between wide push-up and narrow push-up exercises for increased strength, power, and endurance

STUDY OF DIMENSIONS OF FLOW STATE OF BADMINTON PLAYERS
AbstractThis Study was conducted to know the present Flow State of the Indian Universities Badminton team which was going to participate in 26th Summer Universiade at Shenzen, China. And to know the relation between the flow and its dimensions based on the Flow State Scale -2 (Jackson & Eklund, 2004). For this study both the boys and girls teams were selected which consists of six members each. It was a survey designed study and Flow State Scale-2 (Jackson & Eklund, 2004) was used to gather data to calculate overall Flow and its dimensions. The information was gathered during the training camp before the team left for China. In both the teams the present flow state was at a significant level 4.23 (Girls) & 4.17 (Boys) and Overall flow and other dimensions yielded a significant positive correlation, for girls team flow yielded a significant positive correlation Merging (r = .76), Concentration (r = .85), Time (r = .89), Autotelic (r = .77). For boys team flow yielded a significant positive correlation Merging (r = 89), Goals (r = .74), Control (r = .82). So it can be concluded that both the teams are in a better Flow State when they left for the championship and above said dimensions are highly correlated with overall flow state of the players in both boys and girls. Keywords: Flow, Badminton players, Badminto
