NEED ANALYSIS TO DEVELOP FUNDAMENTAL MODEL OF MOVEMENT BASED ON TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) FOR STUDENTS IN THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The problem for students in the elementary school is often undergo to unconfident to learn movement, irresponsible in a group, unstable in awakening positive motivation to dare to take action. These are needed to help students in learning habituation especially in psychical education.  Movement learning and teaching through of this game competition has a positive impact for leaning, so that it is helping students to foster self-assured and self-esteem.  The goal of this research is to recognize the level of developing movement model based on team games tournament to students in the elementary school level.  This paper applied of Quantitative approach with embracing survey method to scrutinize need analysis for students in the elementary school about the progression of fundamental movement which is adapted to characteristics of the students’ age among 4 to 12 years old. This is a pre-eleminary research to do seminar project in the future with the topics based on team games tournament (TGT).  The population of this research involved 30 elementary school in the Rengasdengklok as the sub-districts.  Meanwhile, the sample of this research is around 10 sport science teachers in the elementary school in the sub-district Rengasdengklok.  For sharping the data, the researchers used incidental technique to examine the sample. Based on the need analysis, there are 70 % physical education in the elementary school said that they need to develop a model as fundamental movement based on TGT and the aptitude to develop the basic movement to acquire fundamental movement to students.  Therefore, the researchers concluded that the teacher in the physical science education in the elementary school develop fundamental basic movement based on students in the elementary school

EFFECT OF TRAINING LEG MUSCLE POWER ON THE ACCURACY AND SPEED OF SERVICE AS TAKRAW IN CENTRAL JAVA MAN PLAYERS

This research looks for the effect of treatment of an exercise whether training is a power leg type of exercise jump to box with an incline bound has an effect on the speed and accuracy of the takraw service. The basis of this method is that experimentation is a research technique based on experiment by holding a preliminary test and a final test then tested for correctness. Research method is an absolute requirement of a study. The use of methods in scientific research must be precise and lead to the goal, provide accurate outlines and propose new conditions. In finding answers to this research, various methods such as survey, descriptive, correlation or experimental methods are used. In this study is to find whether there is a cause and effect relationship, in connection with which used in this research is the experimental method. Based on theF value calculated for the speed data of 5,612 <F table of 0.039 with a significance value of 0.05, which means that there is a difference in the increase in speed between the two groups after being given training, while for the accuracy data it is obtained Fcount = 0.621 with p value = 0.261> 0.05, which means that there is a difference in the increase in accuracy between the two groups after being given the exercise. Based on the results of the analysis, it provides an overview of training power leg using plyometrics with inclne bound and jump to box exercises that have an effect on increasing service speed and affect the accuracy of service

The Contribution of Legs Muscle Power and Dynamic Balance Toward Jump Shot Ability on Senior High School Basketball Players in Padang

The purpose of this study is to find out the contribution magnitude of legs muscle power  and dynamic balance to the ability of jump shot Senior High School Basketball players in Padang. Based on the problem, this research method using correlational approach and followed by analyzing the magnitude of contribution of each indicator variable to the predictor variable. To measure the legs muscle power using Sargeant test, dynamic balance using modified Bass Test, and for jump shot ability using speed spot shooting test. The sample involved in this study is 30 people which determined by training experience and frequency of participation in the competitions. The results of this research shows that legs muscle power contributed 22% toward the ability of jump shot; dynamic balance contributes 20% toward the ability of jump shot; and legs muscle power along with dynamic balance contributes significantly to 24% toward jump shot ability. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that the power of legs muscle and dynamic balance must be considered to be included into the training program especially to improve the ability of jump shot of Senior High School Basketball players in Padang.   &nbsp

The Influence of Training Model Based on Exercise Assistance to The Skills of Smash Kedeng Sepakraw in The Pontianak City Athletes

The main problem of the research is whether there is an effect of the model of the stone-based smash training exercise on Pontianak City sepaktakraw athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training models using tools to smash skills in Pontianak city athletes. Subjects were Pontianak athletes of 40 Pontianak athletes. The research method used is the True Experimental Design experiment. The type of True Experimental Design used was Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. Data collection was carried out by conducting a preliminary test of the Kedeng smash skill with a measurement tool for pool grabstart skill assessment, practice (training model using video media) and the final pool grabstart skill test. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using comparative analysis techniques using the Dependent sample t-test, namely Paired sample t-test and Independent sample t-test, namely t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances with a significant level α = 0.05. From the results of the hypothesis (t-test), the experimental group obtained a tcount of 9.67 with a t-distribution table at a significant level (∝) = 5% with a table of 2.101. It means tcount> ttable, 2.0101 there is a difference in the results of the smash skills in the post est and pretest in the experimental group. , 64% Calculation of gain score with a training model based on training aids gives an effect of 31.64% on the ability to smash
