Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah mengapa difusi inovasi keterampilan pertanian kepada masyarakat Dayak di Desa Tanjung Buka, Kecamatan Tanjung Selor, Kabupaten Bulungan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara dalam program transmigrasi asal Jawa Timur tidak terwujud? Dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumen maka temuan penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan ternyata perubahan yang berupa diffusi inovasi keterampilan pertanian tersebut tidak terjadi di masyarakat Dayak di Desa Tanjung Buka, Kecamatan Tanjung Selor, Kabupaten Bulungan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara sebagai akibat dari perbedaan sistem sosial ke dua masyaraka

Get PDFThe aim of this study is to identify and to analyze the implementation of The Internal Quality Assurance System Policy (SPMI), the advantage factors and the obstacles of the systems and to identify the model of implementation which is appropriate for the Health Education Institutions in The Province of DIY. This study used qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive format. This study finds some results. They are; (1) The implementation of The Internal Quality Assurance System Policy (SPMI) in Health Education Institutions in The Province of DIY are vary. However, most institutions have been implementing the system which is in accordance with the regulation, although there are some shortcomings of completeness of the data. (2) Commitment and good communication between institutions are the advantages while the poor in the implementation of good quality culture, high load of work, and the incompleteness of documents of quality are the obstacles. (3) The appropriate system implementation for the Health Education Institutions in The Province of DIY is the one which is integrated with Controlling Integrated Education System (CIES)
DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI TRANSAKSI NON TUNAI PEMERINTAH DAERAH TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN KEEROM
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of non-cash transactions with measuring variables are government commitment, human resource readiness, and cooperation on community characteristics. The study used a sample of 75 people from all Work Units or offices in the Keerom District government related to finance. The results indicate that partially the implementation of non-Cash transactions with the variable commitment of the local government (X1), Readiness of Human Resources (X2), and Cooperation (X3) have an impact on the Characteristics of the Community (Y) in Keerom Regency which can be seen from the test value t-count compared to t-table as well as a significant level. Implementation of non-cash transactions jointly or simultaneously has an impact on the characteristics of the community (Y) in Keerom Regency which is done by comparing p_value or probability (F-statistics) with a significant level. From the calculation of the magnitude of the probability (F-statistic) and the significant level is set at a = 5% = 0.05, so the p_value or probability of this result then the comparison (f-count) with the value of 17,822 with a significant level is 0,000. These results explain that simultaneous implementation of non-cash transactions with government commitment variable (X1), human resource readiness variable (X2), cooperation variable (X3) together have an impact on community characteristics (Y), so the hypothesis stating that the variables of government commitment, readiness of human resources, and cooperation have a positive and significant effect on the characteristics of the community declared acceptable and can be verified. In this case, it will be analyzed how the effectiveness of SAD data collection relating directly to the orderly Administration which is set forth in the regulation of the Minister of the Interior Number: 11 of 2010 concerning guidelines on data collection and issuance of population documents for vulnerable population administration. In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method by looking at research subjects who became this study. While in data collection techniques, researchers use the literature study technique, field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. Descriptive data analysis techniques in analyzing data, i.e. with data that has been collected from interviews and documentation or library studies will be analyzed and interpreted to find out its meaning and meaning. The results of the study prove that effective data collection will spur an increase in the orderly administration of optimal population, besides, it is recommended to the Department of Population and Civil Registration to register in a sustainable manner in the Bungo Regency, especially to remote communities, although there are still many deficiencies in it but have appeared changes and differences in Bungo District.

Type of qualitative descriptive research. Informants were Head of Village, Secretary of Kelurahan, Head of Government Office, Kasi Kessos and community economy Kasi empowered the community, and Community leaders were two people. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the performance of public services at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Sub-District office in Bulungan Regency has gone well. Productivity Kelurahan employees carry out duties in accordance with their respective duties, and are able to complete tasks in a timely manner in accordance with community demand. The performance shown by the obedience of the kelurahan employees in carrying out their tasks has gone well. Obedience includes obedience to time, kelurahan employee code of ethics, adherence to leadership, and obedience in completing tasks. Employee performance in cooperation is good. Cooperation supports the implementation of good service because it supports each other and shares work according to their duties and functions. Employees are responsible for serving the community. Supporting factors for public service performance at the Tanjung Palas Tengah Village office are the ability of employees to provide good public services. Cooperation with employees, cooperation supports the success of urban village officials in providing good public services.

At the same time, it is the opportunity for the batik producers around the archipelago to utilize the moment. The purpose of these activities are: the procurement of printing equipment and a table cap in accordance with the desired design pattern; skills training using the tool, with the direct learning methods applied; training and helping for business management and simple bookkeeping; assisting the marketing process through training techniques and marketing strategy; making the media marketing.The applied methods are: identifying the problem and needed equipment, such as: a molding tool/ stamp, tasting table for batik, stove to the tasting table, printer wok batik; skills training in using the tools, forming the simple bookkeeping, making media marketing. The taken approach is a direct method of learning and working with participatory methods.Results and implications: the procurement of 4 printing tools following the pattern of SMEs, provision of 2 sets consisting of: Tables stove, printer wok, gas stove, regulator, gas hose, 12 Kg LPG Tube, a marketing tool. Good facilities and infrastructure facilities can support teaching and learning activities outside of school so that it is expected that each student can gain additional skills and knowledge from teaching and learning processes outside of school. Through community school committees can carry out various roles in the implementation and quality control of education services through the role of individuals, groups, families, professional organizations, employers, and social organizations. The change in the paradigm of the government system from centralistic to decentralized (regional autonomy) has the consequence of a change in the development planning paradigm from a sectoral development approach to a regional (regional) approach.This study uses qualitative methods, to see whether the budget planning implemented by the East Java Provincial Government is in accordance with public policy, and sees its potential, taking into account the development of the 2014-2019 Medium Term Development Plan.The results achieved in this study are mostly the budget planning process that is applied in accordance with public policy, which starts from the bottom, although the results obtained are still not fully in accordance with the target. This willingness is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The problem faced by health centers as public health service providers is how the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) improves the Performance of Community Health Center Paramedics in East OKU District, while the purpose of this study is to determine the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and its important role in the Performance of Health Center Paramedics in East OKU Regency. . The hypothesis proposed is that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in improving the performance of public health center paramedics in East OKU district. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.318 after being consulted with a conservative standard to determine whether or not this effect is strong, it turns out that r = 0.318. after consultation with the conservative standard, it turns out that 0.318 lies between 0.200 - 0.399 which is included in the low correlation. Then to answer the hypothesis test that was previously proposed to have a relationship or not, then tested with the hypothesis test and obtained t = 0.671. so when connected to the t table value with a confidence level of 95%, which means the error rate of 5% (0.05) is t count smaller than t table, namely 0.671 <(0.05: 4) = 2.132. Thus, it means that Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted, this means that there is a low influence between the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on improving the performance of the Puskesmas Paramedics in East OKU Regency
