MARKET DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY TO INCREASE MARKET SHARE WITH THE DIGITAL MARKETING REVOLUTION
This market development strategy is one part of the company's various strategies to achieve growth in an effort to increase market share. The company opens new markets to market products so that the products are better known and liked by the wider community. Changes in communication technology which is a way or tool for people to interact, then the digital marketing revolution is very influential on changes in consumer behavior which will have an impact on market development. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects consisted of 10 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with a declining number of product sales. The technique of collecting data is triangulation (combined) and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The results of this study are SMEs in Lamongan Regency practice digital marketing strategies (digital marketing) online through social media such as Facebook, Instragram, and other internet networks, all of which are connected to a wider reach of consumers. MSMEs in Lamongan Regency cooperate with the POL (Lamongan Online Market) which was initiated by Perumda Pasar Kabupataen Lamongan, a market place selling online media that can be accessed easily. And the application of digital marketing carried out by MSMEs in Lamongan Regency can increase sales. It can be seen based on the SWOT analysis, MSMEs in Lamongan Regency are in the right and relevant position, namely in quadrant I (growth) in the application of digital marketing
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CASH SOCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR MANAGING ECONOMIC PROBLEMS AFFECTED COMMUNITIES OF COVID-19 IN TIGARAKSA SUB-DISTRICT, TANGERANG REGENCY
The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Cash Social Assistance Program on Overcoming the Economic Problems of Communities affected by Covid-19 in Tigaraksa District. The problem in providing BST in Tigaraksa District is to discuss the effectiveness of cash social assistance in helping people affected by COVID-19, especially on community economic problems. The method used by the researcher is a quantitative method with descriptive research type, with a sample of 386 taken using random sampling of the community in Tigaraksa District. The results showed that the effectiveness of the cash social assistance program scored 69.4%. This shows that the effectiveness of the cash social assistance program in Tigaraksa District is in the good category. overcoming economic problems got a score of 78.8%. This shows that overcoming economic problems in Tigaraksa District is included in the good category and there is a significant effect of the effectiveness of cash social assistance programs on overcoming economic problems, with the magnitude of the effect given by the effectiveness of cash social assistance programs on variables of overcoming economic problems in Tigaraksa District of 90, 4%
MEASURING LOCAL GOVERNMENT CAPACITY IN TACKLING COVID-19 IN INDONESIA: THE CASE OF SUKABUMI CITY
Capacity is important to help government in facing COVID-19, because the government will be unable to absorb the COVID-19 problem when establishing strategy or policy if the capacity is lack. This study aims to measure how far local government capacity in tackling COVID-19, especially in Sukabumi City which is still facing the problem of COVID-19 cases. There are 8 criteria to measure local government capacity according to UNDP, namely: 1. Strategic Positioning, 2. Responsiveness, 3. Effective, 4. Efficient, 5. Sustainability, 6. Leadership, 7. Gender, 8. Coordination. The qualitative method with the case study approach was used in this research. The results showed that the capacity of local government has a significant impact, especially in tackling COVID-19. The capacity of Sukabumi City’s local bodies showed a good role with an improvement in reducing COVID-19 cases and has a strong coordination both with all element in Sukabumi City and with the central government, even though in some period has a significant case increased. However, several point must be fixed and improve related to the capacity of local government in tackling COVID-19 in Sukabumi City: (1) improve the quality of human resources, especially the health workers and secondly, (2) increase the community participation in order to compliance with all government policies, and (3) ensure the effectiveness and the efficiency of the COVID-19 programs and policies
PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN THE DISDUKCAPIL CITY OF SAMARINDA
The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the performance of administrative services in the Samarinda City Disdukcapil (Department of Population and Civil Registration) and find out and describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the performance of administrative services in the Samarinda City Disdukcapil. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the performance of administrative services in the Samarinda City Population Office was known from several things. First, productivity, where every day there are always people who manage population administration in the Samarinda City Population Office. The Samarinda Disdukcapil is fully committed so that it completes the service in accordance with the existing tempo. The second is the quality of service where the Samarinda City Disdukcapil makes full efforts so that it provides quality services to the community. The population administration services of the Samarinda City Population Office are included in the great category of excellent. This is based on an assessment from the central government. The third is responsiveness, where the people of Samarinda City give a positive response to the administrative services in the Samarinda City Disdukcapil. Fourth, ressonability in which population administration services in the Samarinda City Population Office are carried out in accordance with the principles of public service consisting of transparency, accountability, conditional, participatory, equal rights, and a balance of rights and obligations. The fifth is accountability, where the population administration service in the Samarinda City Population Office refers to the Surat Keputusan Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Samarinda Nomor: 470/13.b/100.16 concerning the Establishment of Service Standards on the Types of Services of the Samarinda City Population and Civil Registration Service. The policy is considered consistent. 
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PARAS VILLAGE FUND POLICY, CEPOGO DISTRICT, BOYOLALI REGENCY IN HANDLING CORONA VIRUS DISEASE (COVID 19)
Implementation of the Paras Village Fund Policy, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency in Handling Corona Virus Disease (Covid 19), In Handling Covid-19. Thesis. Government Science Masters Program. STPMD "APMD'' Yogyakarta High School for Village Development. The Village Fund is part of the village finances which is one of the priority Village incomes to finance development expenditures and empowerment of rural communities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, using interview techniques, documentation and observations of village officials and community leaders in Paras village in analyzing the Implementation of the Paras Village Fund Allocation Policy, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency in Handling Corona Virus Disease (Covid 19). The results showed that the implementation of the Paras Village Fund was very good because it had the expertise, available budget, adequate facilities and had the authority to implement the village fund allocation policy. The disposition between the parties in the implementation of the village fund allocation policy has gone well because the policy implementers have good knowledge and understanding and have a high commitment in carrying out their duties. The bureaucratic structure in implementing the village fund allocation policy has served according to responsibilities, carrying out tasks in accordance with the provisions being carried out, where the division of work is in accordance with the main tasks and functions, coordination between sections is going well based on SOPs in implementation related to village fund allocation used. the implementation of the village fund allocation policy has gone well, which already has a clear information transformation with the socialization, and has consistency regarding the clarity of information on the implementation of the Village Fun
EXPLORING THE CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP FOR LOCAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
The concept of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) has been accepted as one viable alternative to promote infrastructure development. Yet, recently some government institutions have applied PPPs for developing local tourism sites for their region. The situation is going to be more complex when the PPPs deal with some non-physical attributes and generate several shortcomings. Therefore the need for a specific model to cover PPPs as the concept and tourism development as its substance becomes essential. This research attempts to explore the model by using a specific review of the recent kinds of literature and theories. It is conducted by contextual approaches intended to adjust to Indonesian tourism development. The result of this research has described the specific model which is constructed from a series of literature discussions from previous studies. It has been designed to minimize the weakness and vulnerable points of PPPs for tourism development
“PROGRAM INDONESIA PINTAR” IMPLEMENTATION FOR UPPER SECONDARY EDUCATION IN MOJOKERTO
Education is one of the keys to success in effort to prepare quality resources for progress of the nation in the future. However, economic factor is one of the reasons for the high dropout rate in Indonesia. Therefore, the Government issued “Program Indonesia Pintar” Policy which aims to provide the widest opportunity for students from underpivilliged families to have access for education. The purpose of this study is to describe the inhibiting factors as well as the efforts made to overcome the problems of “Program Indonesia Pintar” implementation for the upper secondary education in Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of “Program Indonesia Pintar” at upper secondary level in Mojokerto encountered some obstacles seen from the policy implementation model of Van metter dan van Horn, namely the aspects of policy standards and objectives, policy sources, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementing agencies, socio-political economic conditios, executive dispositions. Then, the implementing agencies of “Program Indonesia Pintar” for upper secondary education in Mojokerto has sought various alternative solutions to deal with these obstacles
EMPOWERMENT OF SALT FARMERS THROUGH THE PEOPLE'S SALT BUSINESS EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM (PUGAR) IN LEMBUNG VILLAGE, GALIS DISTRICT, PAMEKASAN REGENCY
The problem with salt farmers in Lembung Village is the income level of salt farmers and the lack of support from the government concerned in developing the empowerment of the salt industry. In addition, salt farmers have many difficulties such as capital, weather, fluctuating salt prices, income that does not meet their needs, and lack of support such as training to develop the salt industry. Even though the potential for salt in Pamekasan and especially in Lembung Village, Galis District is very large, it should be developed even better so that it can increase the income of salt farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the Empowerment of Salt Farmers through the People's Salt Business Empowerment Program (PUGAR) in Lembung Village, Galis District. The theory used in this study uses the theory of Kieffer in Edi Suharto (2014) namely Enabling, Strengthening, Protecting, Supporting, and Maintaining. The reason for using this theory is because the implementation of the process and the achievement of empowerment goals are achieved through the application of empowerment from this theory. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, and documents. The government should, through the Fisheries Service, really empower the Salt Farmers of Lembung Village, considering its huge potential. In addition, the government through the Department of Fisheries pays serious attention to farmers in fostering and assisting farmers in the process of their business continuity
ANALYSIS OF THE TAMBAHAN PENGHASILAN PEGAWAI-TPP (ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEE INCOME) ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BANJARMASIN
One of the government's tasks is to provide fair and decent salaries and ensure the welfare of civil servants. In addition to salaries, civil servants are given allowances and other facilities based on statutory regulations. The provision of additional employee income to employee performance within the Banjarmasin City Government is expected to improve performance and employee productivity, and improve employee welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the provision of additional employee income to improve employee performance and the factors that support and inhibit this policy. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. To explore information on the provision of additional employee income, the authors determine informants, including the Mayor of Banjarmasin, the Regional Secretary of the City of Banjarmasin, and the Pokja Team for Providing Additional Employee Income at the Banjarmasin City Government and employees within the Banjarmasin city government. The results of this study indicate that the provision of additional employee income within the Banjarmasin City Government has increased employee performance and productivity and obtained the factors that support and hinder this policy based on performance indicators according to Dwiyanto (2006) namely: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. The five performance indicators have improved and affected employee performance by providing additional income
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF POLICY PROHIBITION OF THROWING WASTE INTO THE RIVER IN BABAKANPARI VILLAGE, CIDAHU DISTRICT, SUKABUMI REGENCY
In the Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 concerning Waste Management and Retribution for Waste/Hygiene Services Subsection 26 Verse f regarding the prohibition of throwing waste into the river, it turns out that it is still violated by several communities in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the policy of banning waste into the river in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. To find out the effectiveness of the policy of prohibiting waste disposal in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, researcher uses a theory from Richard E. Matland which stated "four appropriate" that must be met in terms of policy effectiveness, that are policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, and environmental accuracy. The results showed that the policy of prohibiting throwing waste into the river in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency, was appropriate, the government has also tried to give an appeal to the community not to throw waste into the river. However, in its implementation, the sanctions given to people who violate the policy cannot be in accordance with what is in the Regional Regulation
