Optimalisasi Manajemen Kurikulum Dalam Meningkatkann Studi Keahlian Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) Di SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Jombang
ABSTRAK
Kurikulum Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Plus Umar Zahid adalah program nasional kurikulum Dikmenjur SMK yang dikembangkan sekolah disertai pertimbangan, dan disusun dengan kurikulum dan silabus masing-masing. Kompetensi tersebut kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk standar kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen kurikulum Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) Di SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data memakai kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, ketekunan pengamatan dan review informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Penerapan manajemen kurikulum Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) meliputi perencanan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung penerapan kurikulum PSG adalah, persiapan siswa yang matang sebelum kegiatan PSG, sarana prasarana yang memadai khusunya fasilitas dalam mengembangkan keahlian siswa, dan Sumber Daya Manusia memadai. Faktor penghambat penerapan kurikulum PSG adalah, perizinan orang tua yang tidak menghendaki anaknya PSG diluar kabupaten, sehingga sulit mencari instansi yang sesuai jurusan, dan minimnya tempat instansi yang digunakan PSG. Peningkatan studi keahlian PSG melalui beberapa komponen yaitu, pendidikan dan pelatihan, sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, manajemen pendidikan serta institusi pasangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif khususnya SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Jombang.

ABSTRACT
The Dual System Education Curriculum at SMK Plus Umar Zahid is a national curriculum program for the Vocational School Department of Education. What the school develops is accompanied by consideration, and is prepared with a curriculum and syllabus for each competency and then described in the form of competency standards. This research aims to find out about the management of the Dual System Education (PSG) curriculum at SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Jombang. This type of research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is carried out by triangulation, diligent observation and review of information. The research results show that the implementation of Dual System Education (PSG) curriculum management includes planning, implementation and evaluation. Supporting factors for implementing the PSG curriculum are thorough student preparation before PSG activities, adequate infrastructure, especially facilities for developing student skills, and adequate human resources. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the PSG curriculum are permission from parents who do not want their children to PSG outside the district, making it difficult to find institutions that suit their majors, and the lack of space for institutions used by PSG. Increasing the study of PSG skills through several components, namely, education and training, human resources, facilities, educational management and partner institutions. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution, especially to SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Jombang.

Implementasi Budaya Sekolah dalam Meningkatan Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK Plus Umar Zahid
ABSTRAK
Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam pembangunan bangsa, dan guru memegang peran sentral dalam proses tersebut. Namun, motivasi kerja guru sering kali menjadi tantangan signifikan yang berdampak langsung terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang budaya sekolah di SMK Plus Umar Zahid dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Guru berperan penting dalam pendidikan, dan semangat kerja sangat memengaruhi kinerja mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran budaya sekolah, peningkatan motivasi kerja guru dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat budaya sekolah dalam peningkatan motivasi kerja guru di SMK Plus Umar Zahid. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam implementasi budaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru yakni dengan membangun budaya positif seperti kejujuran, disiplin, membaca, kebersihan, dan saling menghargai. Budaya ini mendorong guru untuk lebih bertanggung jawab, mandiri, dan terus berkembang. Faktor pendukung lainnya adalah komunikasi yang baik, kepemimpinan yang responsif, dan pelatihan guru. Namun, ada tantangan dari guru senior yang kurang mahir teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, budaya sekolah yang kuat terbukti menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan memotivasi guru untuk terus berinovasi.

ABSTRACT
Education is the main foundation in national development, and teachers play a central role in the process. However, teacher work motivation is often a significant challenge that has a direct impact on the effectiveness of learning. This study discusses the school culture at SMK Plus Umar Zahid which can improve teacher work motivation. Teachers play an important role in education, and work enthusiasm greatly influences their performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of school culture, improve teacher work motivation and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of school culture in improving teacher work motivation at SMK Plus Umar Zahid. With a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. In the implementation of school culture in improving teacher work motivation, namely by building a positive culture such as honesty, discipline, reading, cleanliness, and mutual respect. This culture encourages teachers to be more responsible, independent, and continue to develop. Other supporting factors are good communication, responsive leadership, and teacher training. However, there are challenges from senior teachers who are less proficient in technology. Overall, a strong school culture has been shown to create a good work environment and motivate teachers to continue to innovate.

Analisis Pendapatan Muhammadiyah Australia College (MAC) Berdasarkan Annual Report Tahun 2022
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pendapatan Muhammadiyah Australia College (MAC) berdasarkan Annual Report tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi annual report dari situs resmi MAC. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendapatan MAC pada tahun tersebut berasal dari lima sektor yaitu, Hibah . berulang, hibah negara berulang, biaya pendidikan, penghasilan lain-lain, dan hibah lain-lain. Sumber pendapatan MAC di tahun 2022 dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga berdasarkan asalnya, yaitu berasal dari pemerintah, masyarakat (termasuk orang tua/wali siswa), dan hasil usaha sekolah. Diversifikasi sumber pendapatan yang dilakukan MAC merupakan langkah tepat untuk mempersiapkan keberlanjutan lembaga pendidikan. Laporan tahunan MAC tahun 2022 mengungkapkan bahwa keuangan MAC mengalami defisit sebesar AU$143,016. Kondisi ini perlu menjadi perhatian MAC sebagai bahan evaluasi dan perencanaan keuangan di tahun-tahun mendatang, mengingat pendapatan sekolah memegang peran vital dalam keberlangsungan operasional sekolah
Implementasi Analisis SWOT dalam Menunjang Pengambilan Keputusan Terhadap Program PSB di Pondok Pesantren Al Fithrah Surabaya
ABSTRAK
Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat transfer ilmu agama, tetapi juga sebagai wadah pembentukan karakter santri agar memiliki akhlak mulia dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Namun demikian, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa dalam praktik pengelolaan dan pengambilan keputusan, banyak pondok pesantren masih bergantung pada pertimbangan personal dan tradisi lisan tanpa landasan analisis objektif yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) sebagai salah satu pendekatan strategis untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan di Pondok Pesantren Al Fithroh Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan analisis SWOT mampu membantu manajemen pesantren dalam memetakan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman secara lebih terstruktur. Pemetaan ini menjadi dasar bagi pimpinan dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan strategi yang lebih tepat sasaran serta relevan dengan kondisi internal maupun tantangan eksternal yang dihadapi lembaga. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi sekaligus referensi praktis bagi pengelola pondok pesantren lainnya agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas manajemen dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif, rasional, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan lembaga secara berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) are Islamic educational institutions that serve not only as a place to transfer religious knowledge but also as a forum for character development of students, ensuring they possess noble morals and are able to adapt to changing times. However, the reality on the ground shows that in management and decision-making practices, many Islamic boarding schools still rely on personal considerations and oral traditions without an adequate basis for objective analysis. This study aims to examine the application of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis as a strategic approach to support the decision-making process at Al Fithroh Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya. This study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results revealed that the application of SWOT analysis can help Islamic boarding school management map strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a more structured manner. This mapping serves as a basis for leaders in formulating policies and strategies that are more targeted and relevant to the internal conditions and external challenges facing the institution. These findings are expected to serve as evaluation material and a practical reference for other Islamic boarding school managers, enabling them to improve their management and decision-making to be more effective, rational, and oriented toward sustainable institutional development.

Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Fiqh Materi Ibadah Puasa Ramadhan Berbasis Problem Based Learing Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar
ABSTRAK
Kegiatan pembelajaran merupakan proses dimana peserta didik memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman belajar, terlibat aktifnya peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran bisa memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap perubahan individual setiap peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Reaserch and Developement (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran Fiqih materi ibadah puasa Ramadhan yang layak dan praktis digunakan setelah validasi oleh para ahli dan uji respon peserta didikan dan dapat mengembangkan pola pikir mereka dalam memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI KH Sundusin Jombang kelas III yang berjumlah 17 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kevalidan produk melalui validasi oleh validator, keefektifan diperoleh melalui respon peserta didik terhadap modul pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai 88% dari ahli materi dengan kualifikasi sangat valid, dari ahli desain memperoleh nilai 78% dengan kualifikasi valid. Sedangkan hasil dari respon respon peserta didik dari angket sebesar 95% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum menggunakan produk pengembangan memperoleh nilai 66,47%, sedangkan setelah menggunakan produk pengembangan memperoleh niali 90%. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba produk tersebut maka produk pengembangan mampu untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

ABSTRACT
Learning activities are a process in which students gain knowledge and learning experience, the active involvement of students in the learning process can have a good impact on individual changes in each student. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) development procedure from Borg and Gall. The purpose of this study is to develop a Fiqh learning module for the material of Ramadan fasting worship that is feasible and practical to use after validation by experts and student response tests and can develop their mindset in solving problems. This research was conducted at MI KH Sundusin Jombang class III which consisted of 17 people. The data collection technique used in this study was product validity through validation by the validator, effectiveness was obtained through student responses to the learning module and learning outcomes. The results showed a value of 88% from material experts with very valid qualifications, from design experts obtained a value of 78% with valid qualifications. Meanwhile, the results of the responses of students from the questionnaire were 95% with very good. qualifications, and the learning outcomes of students before using the development product obtained a value of 66.47%, while after using the development product obtained a value of 90%. Based on the results of the product trial, the development product is able to increase student learning motivation.

Pendampingan Penguasaan Mufrodat Melalui Permainan Edukatif “Tebak Makna” Di MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya
Bagi siswa, penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Arab merupakan hal yang sangat penting, terutama bagi mereka yang mempelajari bahasa ini dalam konteks pendidikan formal. Keterbatasan kosa kata dapat menghambat pemahaman konteks kalimat bahasa Arab. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media pembelajaran yang menarik, mudah dipahami, dan mudah digunakan oleh siswa untuk mendukung proses belajar. Penggunaan alat atau media seperti audio-visual, proyektor, film, permainan, dan lainnya dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih dinamis dan membantu mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Arab akan menjadi lebih efektif jika didukung oleh media pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Dalam pendampingan di MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya, metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) diterapkan secara partisipatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan permainan edukatif berupa tebak makna berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai kosa kata bahasa Arab di sekolah tersebut
Etika Sufistik Dalam Pemikiran Muhammad Nursamad Kamba
This research aims to explore reflectively the Sufistic ethical thinking of Muhammad Nursamad Kamba as part of the modern Sufism movement where the focus of the study is more emphasised on the social-humanitarian ethical dimension. This type of research is a document study conducted by collecting data from primary sources in the form of Kamba's books, and secondary sources in the form of journals, books, and related website articles. The results of this research are: Sufistic ethics in Kamba's thought begins with the application of the principle of independence in religion by accessing divine values directly without being hindered by religious authorities who give birth to formal laws. After that, Kamba makes the principle of ‘to be god is to do good’ a fundamental foundation in religion. Thus, the tendency towards the moral dimension will be very dominant in the life of a Muslim. That doing good is solely because Allah is the Most Good. There is no sense of selfishness, riya', pride, ujub, and so on. His life is only to nurture fellow creatures of Allah because he sees Allah in other creatures. This style of thinking includes two ethical concepts at once, namely individual ethics in the form of upholding obligations to God, and social ethics in the form of efforts to reflect divine values in the behaviour of kindness and love.
Penelitian ini hendak mengeksplorasi secara reflektif pemikiran etika sufistik Muhammad Nursamad Kamba sebagai bagian dari gerakan tasawuf modern dimana fokus kajiannya lebih ditekankan pada dimensi etik sosial-kemanusiaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi dokumen yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari sumber primer berupa buku karya Kamba, dan sumber sekunder berupa jurnal, buku, dan artikel website terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: etika sufistik dalam pemikiran Kamba dimulai dengan penerapan prinsip kemandirian dalam beragama dengan mengakses nilai ketuhanan secara langsung tanpa terhalangi oleh otoritas keagamaan yang melahirkan hukum-hukum formal. Setelah itu, Kamba menjadikan prinsip “bertuhan adalah berbuat baik” sebagai landasan fundamental dalam beragama. Dengan demikian, kecenderungan pada dimensi akhlak akan sangat dominan dalam kehidupan seorang muslim. Bahwa berlaku baik adalah semata-mata karena Allah Yang Maha baik. Tidak ada rasa pamrih, riya’, sombong, ujub, dan sebagainya. Hidupnya hanyalah untuk mengayomi sesama makhluk Allah karena melihat Allah dalam diri makhluk yang lain. Corak pemikiran tersebut mencakup dua konsep etik sekaligus, yaitu etika individual berupa penegakan kewajiban kepada Tuhan, dan etika sosial berupa upaya merefleksikan nilai ketuhanan dalam perilaku kebaikan dan cinta.
 
Qs. Asy Syura:38 Pada Praktik Sosial: Musyawarah Dalam Komunikasi Para Lintas Tokoh Antar Agama
Abstract: This study examines the application of the principle of shura (consultation) in the Qur’an, particularly based on QS. Asy-Shura: 38, within the context of interfaith communication in Indonesia. Given the country’s religious diversity, social tensions often arise and pose threats to national harmony. This paper argues that shura, as a dialogical and inclusive decision-making method, can serve as a vital tool in fostering tolerance and social cohesion among religious communities. Using a qualitative library research approach, this study analyzes contemporary interpretations of the verse and connects them with real-life practices such as national interfaith summits and digital religious dialogue content. The findings indicate that shura aligns with democratic values and supports the social construction of peace through the processes of externalization, objectivation, and internalization, as theorized by Peter L. Berger. Therefore, this Qur’anic value offers a practical, inclusive, and adaptable framework for interreligious engagement in a pluralistic society
Pengembangan Media Pop Up Book Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas III di Mi Wahdatut Tholibin Bawangan Jombang
This study aims to develop pop-up book learning media in Indonesian language subjects and to determine its effectiveness in increasing the learning motivation of grade III students at MI Wahdatut Tholibin Bawangan, Jombang. The background of this study is the low learning motivation of students in understanding Indonesian language materials which are less varied and interactive in their delivery.This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall development model which is simplified into several stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, evaluation. The trial subjects were 21 students of class III MI Wahdatut Tholibin Bawangan.The validation results by media experts and material experts show that the developed pop-up book media is in the category of very feasible to use. The test results show a significant increase in student learning motivation after learning before and after using pop-up book media, which is indicated by the motivation questionnaire score, pretest and posttest to students.Thus, pop-up book media can be an alternative interesting and effective learning media to increase students' learning motivation in Indonesian language subjects, especially at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah or Elementary School level
Revitalizing Producer Behavior From A Sharia Economic Perspective: an Analysis of Ethics, Objectives, and Market Balance
In conventional economic systems, producers generally focus on maximizing profits through cost efficiency and increased production. However, this approach often neglects ethical considerations, social responsibility, and sustainability, leading to various issues such as economic inequality and environmental degradation. In contrast, Islamic economics views producers as khalifah who have a mandate to maintain a balance in life based on the principles of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. This study aims to analyze the construction of producer behavior from the perspective of Islamic economics, identify the ethical principles that form the basis of Islamic production, and explain the role of Islamic producers in creating a fair and sustainable market balance. This study uses a normative approach with a library research method. The results of the study show that producer behavior in Islamic economics is not only based on profit, but also on the fulfillment of moral values, justice, and the welfare of the community. Additionally, concrete efforts are needed to revitalize the awareness of Muslim producers so they can fully apply Islamic principles in their production activities. Thus, Islamic economics is expected to become a systemic solution in addressing the challenges of a more inclusive and just modern economy
