KONSEP KETATANEGARAAN PAKISTAN PERSPEKTIF FIQH SIYASAH
No full textThe purpose of this research is to find out the pakistani constitutional system in terms of tate institutions and fiqh siyasah. The method used is library reaserch with two approaches, namely conseptual approach and historical approach. The results of the research of the concept of Pakistani state regulation fiqh siyasah perspective in the era: (1) In general the state of Pakistan can be said to be a country with a weak democracies system, this is motivated by the unstable system of government and constitutional system since Pakistan's independence in 1947. In addition, the cause of the instability of the country is the violence and feud between three social forces, namely Hindus who are the majority in India, indian Muslims who are minorities and The British as invaders with modern political and technological forces that developed in the country of pakistan. (2) The establishment of the Indian Muslim League, Muhammad Ali Jinnah initiated the theory of "two nations" and formally presented the demands of a Muslim homeland separate from India. In a 1940 resolution the Muslim League conveyed the establishment of an independent and fully sovereign Pakistani state. (3) On 15 August 1947 Pakistan was born as a fully sovereign state for Indian Muslims. Islam and Muslims in Pakistan have made a real contribution in the development of civilization in the Islamic world. Pakistan is a country that takes Islam as a source of law has become a phenomenon in the study of the relationship of the country and religion in Islam

No full textThe character of Islam needs to be nurtured early on in overcoming increasingly degrading moral degradation. One of the educational institutions that has a big role in fostering character is pesantren. Pesantren Kreatif IHAQI Boarding School Bandung is one of the pesantren educational institutions present in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This pesantren has different characteristics in the process of building santri character. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Boarding School. The results of the study illustrate that the coaching program presented at IHAQI Boarding School Creative Boarding School is a KBM program, islamic character habituation, self-development and life skills, weekly coaching, monthly coaching, creative coaching, and pesantrenan coaching. From a number of programs presented there are excellent programs that are always anticipated by all students as well as parents of students in the pesantren environment. There are two excellent programs in pesantren, namely workshop and filed trip. This excellent activity in pesantren is a unique and creative activity in developing life skills, both acting, working and speaking skills. This skill is aimed at the formation of santri character, so that students can behave in accordance with Islamic values based on the experience, knowledge and examples of educators

No full textThis research aims to find out the student management process which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating in student management at Islamic Elementary School (SD Islam) Roushon Fikr Jombang. This study uses qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study using interview methods, observations and documentation. The results showed that the planning of students at SD Islam Roushon Fikr Jombang is a student management planning program prepared by the deputy principal III in the field of student affairs in the plenary session to the foundation by adjusting the needs and following the development of the school. The development of students at SD Islam Roushon Fikr Jombang is done such as instilling a responsible attitude such as coaching discipline given by the student. The development of extracurricular activities at SD Islam Roushon Fikr Jombang is carried out by providing special guidance and training in accordance with their fields to strengthen the skills and interests of students' talents. Evaluation of students' learning is done to see the success and improve the activities that have been carried out

No full textAbstract: Sophisticated information technology can have a great influence on the shape of human life, especially through information and the use of the internet which is free and without limits. The process of forming character education in the school environment really helps students in matters of responsibility through ethical development and the process of training character well through universal values. This type of research is using a descriptive qualitative research approach. This study collects data in the form of data in the form of sentences or describes from the subject carried out by interview. The subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers at MAN 2 Probolinggo. The data from this study are the results of interviews with subjects who describe the urgency of developing independent character in developing moral intelligence through online learning. The teacher's efforts in the process of teaching and learning activities always review those related to values, morals and attitudes with simple events, reminding them to have tolerance, fairness, empathy, and increasing respect for teachers or for older people and events that concerned with morals

No full textAbstrak: Anak adalah anugerah dan amanah yang diberikan Tuhan kepada manusia pilihan. Setiap anak dilahirkan dalam keadaan yang fitrah (suci). Oleh karena itu, peran orang tua sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter anak-anaknya ke arah yang diridhai Allah. Diperlukan ilmu parenting yang tepat agar anak mempunyai jiwa keislaman. Al-Qur'an merekam metode penuh hikmah yang dinamakan Qur’anic perenting diterapkan oleh seorang ayah bernama Luqman dalam membentuk karakter anaknya. Kegigihan Luqman dalam mendidik anak-anaknya menjadi orang yang sholeh dan shalehah harus dijadikan pedoman bagi orang tua saat ini dalam membentuk kepribadian anak-anaknya berdasarkan Islam. Hal ini karena model pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh Luqman dipandang mudah untuk diikuti, rapi dan teratur. Penelitian ini berbasis pada library research, dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan penelitian pada teks klasik (turath) dan tafsir kontemporer terkait ayat 13-19 surah Luqman dianalisis lebih lanjut induktif dalam menghasilkan pedoman umum tentang metode pembentukan karakter anak berlandaskan Islam. Semoga panduan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai model referensi untuk orang tua yang masih mencari metode terbaik dalam mengasuh anak dan mendidik anak-anaknya di masa yang penuh tantangan ini

No full textStrengthening capacity is a demand for policies that will be taken in the process of improvement or change for individuals or institutions in achieving predetermined goals. Strengthening the capacity in the business will have a significant impact on the sustainability of the business being carried out. Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools which has significant influence on many aspects of community life. The existence of a pesantren business, namely EN-JE mart, is one of the income-generating business units for the pesantren. The results of the study obtained from this study include the strategies used by EN-JE mart to attract consumers, both in terms of improving the organizational structure, budget capacity, facilities and infrastructure, and services. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the description obtained from the results of this study aims to provide insight and further assess the positive performance of EN-JE mart.

This research method uses a case study approach in Pakuniran Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency. Collecting data used by means of surveys, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques were carried out using data collection, data editing, data presentation and conclusion of research results. The results of this study state that the role of parents in dealing with increasingly sophisticated technological developments is by: understanding all applications on gadgets, providing educational rewards, and providing intensive supervision and assistance. It was found that there is a need for intensive supervision and assistance from parents to reduce and prevent the negative impact of gadgets on children

By getting used to these activities, it becomes a shield (medicine) for every santri in forming a santri-like behavior

In fiqh there is a prohibition against buying and selling using the slash system. However, there are scholars who allow the sale and purchase of slash, by following several conditions. For this reason, this research aims to reveal the buying and selling of the slash system allowed by the Ulama by explaining the legal basis, terms, and exposure of the slash system buying and selling transactions.
