No full textAbstrak: Skripsi ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mejelaskan hijab itu berupa pakaian yang longgar dan dijulurkan ke seluruh tubuh hingga mendekati tanah sehingga tidak membentuk lekuk tubuh. Skripsi ini merupakan kajian library research yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui penafsiran surat al-Ahzab ayat 59 yang mana dalam penafsiran tersebut dijelaskan bahwasanyya seluruh tubuh wanita itu merupakan aurot, termasuk wajah dan telapak tangan. Oleh sebab itu, kaum muslimah diwajibkan memakai jilbab. Sedangkan tiap ulama’ itu berbeda beda dalam menafsiri sebuah hijab. Ibnu Katsir mewajibkan wanita menutup seluruh badannya atas dasar seluruh tubuh wanita adalah aurat, sedangkan menurut M. Quraish Shihab Seluruh tubuh wanita adalah aurat dan wajib untuk ditutupi tetapi keawjiban tersebut gugur dengan sebab difungsikan sebagai berhias

No full textStrategi pemasaran yang tepat sangat menentukan keberhasilan penjualan sebuah perusahaan. Namun sebaliknya, apabila strategi yang digunakan tidak tepat maka akan penjualan perusahaan tidak stabil atau bahkan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi promosi dan distribusi yang diterapkan oleh CV. Zahra Advertising sebagai upaya meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan direktur, pegawai, dan konsumen CV. Zahra Advertising. Selain itu juga melalui analisis dokumen terkait promosi dan distribusi, serta observasi langsung di lokasi penelitian.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa CV. Zahra Advertising telah menerapkan berbagai strategi promosi, termasuk dengan personal selling melalui jemput bola ke konsumen, memperbanyak relasi, melalui E-Katalog Lokal Kabupaten Madiun, pengikatan customer dan juga publisitas terhadap citra perusahaan. Selain itu, strategi distribusinya menggunakan saluran zero level channel dengan berkontribusi langsung memberikan pelayanan dan kualitas terbaik kepada konsumen, sehingga konsumen merasa puas. Penjualan yang dilakukan CV. Zahra Advertising juga mengedepankan pemenuhan terhadap segala kebutuhan yang diinginkan konsumen dengan kualitas dan pelayanannya yang unggul. Strategi promosi dan distribusi yang diterapkan CV. Zahra Advertising ini cukup efektif dan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang penerapan strategi promosi dan distribusi dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada industri percetakan periklanan

The value system referred to here is, in the past, in classical times, many people had a tendency to fight over inheritance, now the more prosperous people are, changing that perception. Some people today actually give inheritance to be waqf or even given to heirs who take care of their parents because the heirs who take care of their parents need it more or they find it more difficult to take care of their parents, so that in the view of other heirs, the heirs who care for Parents are more entitled to all inheritance. Giving inheritance to heirs who take care of parents seems contrary to the provisions of the Qur'anic verse which stipulates that inheritance must be divided according to the division determined by the Qur'an or determined by hadith. In this study, the researcher tries to re-examine the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses about inheritance verses by using a normative descriptive methodology and using a hermeneutic approach as a model of interpretation. This research is expected to be able to contribute to the thoughts of Islamic law which continue to experience changes both in the pattern of goals and or socioculture, especially the law that discusses al Mu'amalah al Insaniah

No full textPelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berbasis pesantren ini diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang terbaik untuk mereka. Permasalahan pertama adalah minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat santri terkait ilmu tajwid dalam Al-Qur'an. Solusi yang diberikan adalah melalui pembelajaran tajwid. Metode pendekatan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berbasis pesantren ini meliputi pemberian materi, praktek dan tanya jawab. Pemberian materi dilaksanakan pada awal kegiatan pembelajaran dan pengenalan media tajwid. Materi yang diajarkan pada kegiatan ini adalah materi tajwid dan sifat huruf beserta makhrojnya melalui bentuk tulisan dan pendampingan secara intensif sampai pelajar dapat membaca Al-Qur'an dengan benar sesuai tajwid dan makhrojnya. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengasuh dan para pengurus pesantren. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa capaian potensi peserta didik dalam memahami ilmu tajwid dalam Al-Qur'an. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan ikut andil dalam pengajaran ilmu tajwid di dalam kelas. Melalui kegiatan observasi di dalam kelas, masyarakat santri sangat antusias dan terampil dalam menerapkan teori ilmu tajwid. Penerapan pembelajaran ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di dalam kelas sangat antusias dan aktif berinteraksi dengan guru saat pembelajaran. Selain itu juga, pembelajaran tersebut dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tajwid peserta didik

No full textAbstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between Islamic religious education and democratic parenting style with adolescent morals. The subjects of this study were 79 adolescents living in Sumbermulyo, Jogoroto, Jombang Regency. To obtain data on the relationship between Islamic Religious Education and democratic parenting style with adolescent morals, a questionnaire compiled by the researcher was used. To achieve this goal, the data were analyzed by means of regression analysis, as well as by observations and some existing data and documents.
Based on the results of data analysis, obtained t count of 5.636 when referred to the value of t table at the significance level of 5% obtained t table value of 1.67 so that t count is greater than t table (5.636 ?1.67), then the results are significant. Thus it can be concluded that, (1) there is a significant positive influence between Islamic Religious Education on adolescent morals in the community of Sumbermulyo, Jogoroto, Jombang Regency; (2) there is a positive effect of democratic parenting on adolescent morals

Status Anak dalam Perkara Pembatalan Perkawinan: Studi pasal 76 Kompilasi Hukum Islam
No full textAbstraksi : Dalam hal pemutusan perkawinan, ada beberapa akibat yang harus ditanggung oleh suami istri, salah satunya masalah anak. Anak adalah sosok yang istimewa bagi orang tua. Ketika orang tua masih hidup, anak menjadi penghiburnya, sedangkan ketika orang tua meninggal, anak menjadi penerusnya. Dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam KHI dan UU no. 1 Tahun 1974 ada pernyataan status anak yang menyatakan bahwa anak yang sah adalah anak yang lahir dalam atau hasil perkawinan yang sah dan hasil pembuahan suami istri yang sah di luar kandungan dan dilahirkan oleh istri. Jika seorang anak lahir di luar nikah maka garis keturunannya hanya kepada ibu, bukan ayah; anak tersebut dinyatakan sebagai anak haram. Dalam literasi hukum Islam terdapat aturan mengenai larangan kelahiran. Batasan kehamilan adalah batas minimal kelahiran anak dari perkawinan ibu. Hal ini sebagaimana tercermin dalam Surat Al-Ahqaf ayat 15, menjelaskan bahwa masa hamil dan menyusui digabungkan menjadi 30 bulan. Ayat tersebut tidak secara jelas menentukan berapa bulan kehamilan dan berapa bulan menyusui. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 30 bulan setelah dikurangi 24 bulan menyusui, sisa 6 bulan adalah masa kehamilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif terhadap perpustakaan, dimana fokus ditujukan terhadap referensi apapun tentang agama, budaya dan pesantren. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menggambarkan perilaku orang, peristiwa, atau tempat tertentu secara rinci dan mendalam. Sedangkan jenis penelitiannya adalah kepustakaan. Yakni, penelitian yang bertumpu pada sumber bacaan, teks, dan berbagai informasi berupa bacaan. Dalam penelitian pustaka referensi yang berbeda adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah yang didasarkan pada studi kritis bahan pustaka dan hasil penelitian terkait yang disajikan dengan cara baru

Researchers make improvements. There are several possibilities that must be considered, namely the availability of adequate time allocation, rationalization of additional employees and / or equipment, sufficient time allocation for managers to make management improvements and the extra effort of all existing components.

Multicultural Islamic Education is one means that can understand a diverse society about the importance of mutual understanding and cooperation in managing the sustainability of the coastal environment. In essence, beach tourism is also an instrument for scientific activities, beach tourism has an active role as an educational instrument and a playing media. This study aims to find the implementation of the values ??of Multicultural Islamic Religious Education through edu-ecotourism to support religious education, mediation of horizontal social conflicts. The implementation of these values ??is a strategy for developing the community Paku Lima in Mandaran Hamlet, Pesisir Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative approach that is applied using in-depth interviews and group depth interviews. Determination of informants was done by purposive sampling, the number of respondents was 20 people from the association committee and 10 people from the surrounding community. Data were analyzed and analyzed using an interactive model using the theory of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, namely: (1) data condensation, (2) presentation of data, and (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results and data analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of PAIM values ??through edu-ecotourism was effectively applied through the community association, especially considering the complexity of problems arising from ethnic diversity and interests between groups. The strategy of developing the association by combining PAIM-oriented education with edu-ecotourism makes the association a vehicle for harmony and also as a mediator in resolving the problem of horizontal conflicts between ethnic communitie

The Indonesian nation has been hit by covid 19 since March 2020 until now it has not ended, this virus is a pandemic category so it is not certain when it will end, spreading throughout the world. The research used the interview method conducted by researchers to Jombang District KUA officers in December 2020 regarding the activities of the KUA Jombang sub-district in the covid 19 pandemic season. The results of this study were the Jombang District Religious Affairs Office still carrying out the task of registering marriage but by using a breakthrough in online registration. according to the specified address, in the supervision of the implementation of the marriage contract council accompanied by Imamuddin in their respective village areas virtually by using video calls and active marriage registration without any rejection of marriage registration. The KUA of Jombang sub-district has also decided to lock down, namely closing the office and imposing WFH (work from home), where work is done from home. This was done in order to anticipate and reduce the spread of the Covid 19 virus because its impact is very dangerous for the safety of life. As the data collected by the Covid 19 cluster in Jombang sub-district in March-June 2020, Jombang sub-district experienced a red zone in the spread of covid 19, so a breakthrough was needed in the form of policies that provided errors and safety for Jombang sub-district residents in terms of administrative services for recording and implementing marriage contracts.
