Sobat Ambyar: The Phenomenon of Fans, Social Media, and Modern Campursari Music in Popular Culture
The popularity of the local Javanese music “Dangdut Campursari” increased dramatically from 2019 to 2020. Didi Kempot, who is nicknamed the God Father of Broken Heart, is a new phenomenon in Javanese music in the country. This research wants to see how the modern Campursari dangdut lovers “Sobat Ambyar” describe the identity of their community and see this phenomenon from the perspective of popular culture which includes trends, adaptability, and pop music consumerism. We documented Sobat Ambyar’s chat on social media, they managed and conducted in-depth interviews with the Instagram fanbase admin @sobatambyar. The results of this study indicated that Sobat Ambyar identifies themselves with the feelings, attitudes, and emotions of the songs sung by Didi Kempot. These identities tend to be sad and they are proud of that sadness. This Campursari has become a new commodity for industry and is popularized through the ways of modern culture which is simulated and marketed. Based on these findings, this study suggests that Sobat Ambyar remain authentic so that they can block mass culture that the younger generation is not aware of.Keyword : Fans, Instagram, Modern Campursari Music, Sobat Ambyar.
Pengembangan Kota Parepare sebagai Kota Destinasi Wisata Habibie dengan Konsep Sustainable Smart Tourism
AbstrakPerkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di abad 21 telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam berbagai segi kehidupan umat manusia, termasuk di sektor pariwisata. Hadirnya teknologi dalam industri pariwisata telah menciptakan lingkungan baru dalam dunia pariwisata, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Dewasa ini istilah Sustainable Smart Tourism (wisata cerdas berkelanjutan) mulai dikembangkan oleh para pengelola pariwisata dan telah menjadi bagian integral dari pengembangan kepariwisataan dunia. Pemerintah Indonesia sendiri melalui Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif sejak 2020 tahun lalu telah mencanangkan kegiatan virtual reality (VR) tourism sebagai bagian dari konsep sustainable smart tourism.Konsep ini dinilai tepat dalam situasi pandemik saat ini. Selain sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi keterbatasan ruang gerak akibat kebijakan PSBB hingga PPKM dalam rangka memutus mata rantai pandemik Covid 19, konsep ini juga dapat menjadi media promosi jitu mengkomunikasikan potensi wisata Indonesia di mata dunia yang kini mengarah pada global digital community. Sustainable Smart Tourism sebagai platform pariwisata adalah jalan cepat untuk mengintegrasikan peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam memberikan layanan informasi yang efisien dan memuaskan kepada wisatawan, sekaligus sarana untuk mengakomodasikan isu-isu global dan lokal dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan Indonesia, seperti masalah sosial budaya, lingkungan, dan juga persoalan kearifan lokal.Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui program kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Parepare dan kesiapan masyarakatnya dalam mengembangkan pariwisata Kota Parepare sebagawai destinasi wisata Habibie dari perspektif Sustainable Smart Tourism. Kebijakan dan langkah-langkah apa saja yang telah dilakukan pemerintah kota dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Artikel ini menganalisis sejauhmana inisiasi pengelolaan kepariwisataan secara berkelanjutan yang didasarkan pada inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi diterapkan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata Kota Parepare. Juga bagaimana kesiapan masyarakatnya dalam mewujudkan digital community yang kini menjadi tren komunitas masyarakat global. Beberapa waktu lalu Pemerintah Kota Parepare meluncurkan aplikasi I’M Yours guna memberikan kemudahan pelayanan pariwisata bagi para wisatawan. Namun dalam perkembangannya, pemanfaatan aplikasi ini masih belum sepenuhnya optimal. Selain faktor sosialisasi, fitur-fitur yang dimiliki juga sifatnya masih terbatas.Keywords: Sustainable Smart Tourism, Digital Community, City Branding, I’M Yours.AbstractThe rapid development of information technology and communication in 21st century has brought fundamental changes to human life, for instance tourism. The existence of technology in tourism industry has created new environment in whole tourism sector around the globe include Indonesia. The term of Sustainable Smart Tourism has been introduced by tourism stakeholders and considered as an integral part of the world tourism development lately. Since 2020, Indonesian government under the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has administered Virtual Reality Tourism as part of Sustainable Smart Tourism concept.The concept is appropriate to be administered by considering the pandemic situation as what are happening now. Not only as a solution to overcome the movement space limitation due to PSBB and PPKM in order to alleviate the Covid-19 pandemic chain, but also as an effective media to promote potential tourism destination of Indonesia to the world which is now shifting to global digital community. Sustainable Smart Tourism as tourism platform is a shortcut to integrate the use of ICT in providing efficient and satisfying information services to the tourists, as well as accommodating global and local issues in Indonesia tourism development such as social, culture, environment, and local wisdom.The objectives of this article are to determine the policy program of Parepare and society readiness in developing the tourism in Parepare as Habibie tourism destination seen from Sustainable Smart Tourism perspective; The policies and ways that the Government of Pareare has taken to utilize the advancement of ICT; The society readiness in creating digital community which now trending worldwide. Few moments ago, the government of Parepare launched I’M Yours App to provide a practical tourism services. However, in the development, the usage of this app is not optimal yet and the features are still limited
Students’ Perception for Online Lectures Quality in Universities in Yogyakarta
The World of Education during the Covid-19 outbreak had to take a solution or problem solving by carrying out Teaching and Learning Activities online. Schools, campuses and even informal education facilities must go on online as a security solution while continuing to carry out learning activities in the midst of this epidemic. This study looks at the extent to which students’ assessments of the quality of online lectures in Yogyakarta. 100 students as respondents from 14 Universities in Yogyakarta participated in this survey. This study uses a quantitative method with reference to, quality assessment in the 2019 SPADA Learning Object Development Guide from the Directorate General of Learning and Students Affairs, Kemristekdikti, 2019. From the results of the study, it was found that the learning plan indicator had the highest average percentage of items is 35,5%, then the media and technology indicators have the highest percentage of items at 37,63% and the assessment and evaluation indicators have an average percentage of items is 45% which all the percentage indicators are on a pretty good rating scale. This shows that the student’s assessment of the quality of online lectures in Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 outbreak was quite goods in its implementation
Preacher as Communicator: The Role and Credibility in Delivering Da\u27wah to the Converted Community in the Karomba Mountains Area, Pinrang Regency
This study aims to analyze the role and credibility of preachers as communicators in conveying the message of da\u27wah to the converted community in the Karomba Mountain Area Pinrang Regency. This research uses qualitative methods to understand and analyze the role and credibility of preachers in conveying the message of da\u27wah. data collection techniques are carried out with in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found that the role of preachers in conveying the message of da\u27wah to the converts, namely preachers as mentors or coaches. preacher as an extension of Islam and preacher as the problem solver. While the credibility of preachers as communicators in conveying the message of da\u27wah can be seen from communication skills, knowledge related to the values of Islamic religious teachings, attitudes, and socio-cultural systems
Measurement of the Maturity Level of Knowledge Management Implementation in Non-Ministry Government Institutions
The government needs knowledge management to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the decision-making process. Knowledge management is one of the supporters in Bureaucratic Reform, which aims to encourage the realization of an effective and efficient organization, to make it happen, government agencies must be prepared to utilize the wealth of knowledge they have, by looking at knowledge management maturity level in government. Based on the research results, the maturity level for all LPNK is 133, which is at level 3 or Introduction, with knowledge management strategies: Formalizing knowledge management through regulations; Establish systems for identifying, creating, storing, sharing, applying and inventorying knowledge; Develop a system of providing incentives for employees; Develop measurement methods and indicators to assess the impact of knowledge contributions and initiatives; Form a cross-functional team to assist each work unit in solving problems encountered; Creating a recovery system to ensure operational activities continue despite critical situations, and Creating a systematic induction process for new employees
Using Technology Acceptance Model to Evaluate the Utilization of Kolintang Instruments Application
To preserve traditional Kolintang musical instruments, originating from Minahasa (North Sulawesi, Indonesia), Aplikasi Musik Kolintang was developed and can be run on web browsers and Android-based smartphones with several controllers to attract users’ attention. This study aims to explore the acceptability and utilization of this application, especially the use of a webcam as a sensor for motion detections, and identify the modifications to make for better user experiences. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted to determine user acceptance and behavioral intentions toward the application. The TAM variables used in this study were perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards usage, and behavioral intentions. External variables were also included, namely application design, application design, and expectancy. An online questionnaires-based survey was conducted to collect data from 177 people randomly selected at Universitas Katolik De La Salle Manado. The results suggested that all variables in the proposed framework either directly or indirectly have effects on the overall behavioral intention to use the application as they have statistically significant positive correlations. The respondent propensity to embrace and use the application was high leading to an increase in positive attitude toward usage, which consequently influenced the behavioral intention to use. Several modifications were indeed required to improve the quality of the application and enrich the user experience
Data Growth Identification and Application Performance Index (APDEX) Evaluation on the Performance of Geospatial Information Mapping Applications
The Awareness for managing information technology (IT) as the responsibility of various parties has emerged, supported by improving in the quality of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE), made IT cannot be considered as support only, but its strategic function is going started to be reviewed. This aims to realize the availability of data that is accurate, up-to-date, integrated, accountable, and easily accessible and shared by the public. Geospatial data and information (IG) are strategic because they are included in the implementation of the Presidential Decree One Data Indonesia together with statistical and financial data. GI that is generated and reprocessed from service systems and equipment sensors, requires operational management support, performance, and ease of addition, as well as interoperability with other systems. It is necessary to measure user satisfaction with GI services, namely in nine mapping applications, using the Application Performance Index (APDEX) Score using JMeter, identifying user behavior with Google Analytics, and recommending application performance improvements from the GT Metrix test results. From the results, the total number of application users is quite high. The APDEX score results show a range of 0.516 to 0.945, so improvements are needed for scripts, server utilization (CPU, memory, and storage), and available bandwidth. Furthermore, it is necessary to use a CDN or proxy to cache js, CSS scripts, and base maps (images), as well as optimize according to the recommendations of GT Metrix.

Aksesibilitas Media Online Pada Masyarakat Pedesaan di Kecamatan Bua Kabupaten Luwu. Perkembangan informasi melalui media online terjadi sangat pesat diperlukan peningkatan aksesibiltas dan literasi kepada masyarakat pedesaan untuk peningkatan kualitas hidup dan taraf ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelompok masyarakat dengan pendekatan teori Davis TAM (technology acceptance model) (1) persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) dan (2) persepsi kemudahan (perceived ease of use) mengakses media online. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pertanyaan terbuka yang dilaksanakan pada 2 Desa, Desa Lengkong dan Desa Karang-karangan di Kecamatan Bua Kabupaten Luwu. Pemilihan kedua Desa ini karena masih dalam status sebagai Desa berkembang, sampel yang digunakan sebesar 357 responden dengan teknik stratefied sampling menggunakan rumus Morgan & Krecie. Analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data statistik deskriptif serta menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Programme for Social Studies) dan Microsoft Excel 2016. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan persepsi kemanfaatan dominan oleh kelompok Aparatur sipil Negara dengan 91% dan persepsi kemudahan oleh kelompok pelajar dengan 82% . Media Online accessibility among Communities in 2 Villages in Bua District Luwu Regency. The development of information through online media occurs very quickly, it is necessary to increase accessibility and literacy to rural communities to improve the quality of life and economic standard of rural communities. This study aims to analyze community groups using the Davis TAM theory approach (technology acceptance model) (1) perceived usefulness and (2) perceived ease of use in accessing online media. This research method uses quantitative methods with open-ended questions which are carried out in 2 villages, Lengkong Village and Karang-Karangan Village in Bua District, Luwu Regency. The selection of these two villages is still in the status of developing villages. The sample used is 357 respondents with a stratified sampling technique using the Morgan & Krecie formula. The data analysis used by the researchers in this study used descriptive statistical data and the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Studies) program and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results showed the dominant perception of usefulness by the State Civil Apparatus group with 91% and the perception of convenience by the student group with 82%
Feed Instagram sebagai Media Edukasi dan Lomba Teka-teki Silang tentang COVID-19 dan Kesehatan Mental
Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak pada beban kesehatan, ekonomi, dan tingkat tekanan psikologis yang sangat signifikan. Di samping hal tersebut, usia muda menjadi salah satu faktor risiko efek dari pandemic. Berdasarkan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) terutama poin ketiga yaitu “Good Health and Well-Being” untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat dan sejahtera khususnya selama pandemi diperlukan penyampaian informasi yang cepat dan akurat salah satunya menggunakan media sosial. Selama pandemi COVID-19 terjadi pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat sehingga penyebaran informasi sebagian besar melalui media sosial. Oleh karena itu, dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai COVID-19 dan kesehatan mental diperlukan adanya kegiatan seperti edukasi dan lomba Teka-teki Silang (TTS). Edukasi dan lomba TTS dilakukan secara daring melalui media sosial Instagram dengan sasaran remaja dan dewasa muda. Edukasi secara daring dilakukan dengan melakukan posting feed Instagram pada tanggal 12 dan 13 Juli 2021 dan lomba TTS diadakan pada tanggal 14 juli 2021. Mayoritas peserta mendapatkan skor 100 (skor maksimal) dengan jumlah 18 peserta dari total 32 peserta. Rata-rata peserta yang mengerjakan 20 soal TTS mendapatkan skor 92,66 dari total skor 100 poin. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peserta memahami dan mengetahui materi edukasi yang diberikan
Application of the AHP-TOPSIS Method to Determine the Feasibility of Fund Loans
This study aims to produce a decision support system (DSS) for the feasibility of providing loan funds as a tool and recommendation for cooperatives with several criteria as the basis for decision making, namely: business ownership status, ability, character, collateral, income, and salary. The system implementation uses the Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2010 programming languages. This application is designed for effective and efficient decision-making. This program uses two methods, namely AHP, to determine the weight of the criteria and TOPSIS for determining to rank. This combination is designed for high-accuracy applications. The results of the pairwise comparison matrix calculation show that the weights obtained are acceptable and consistent. This application generates alternative customer data from the highest preference value (feasible to get a loan) to the lowest (not feasible)
