Efek Interaksi Penggunaan Media Sosial dan Pengetahuan Kesehatan Reproduksi terhadap Perilaku Seksual Beresiko Remaja
This research is here to answer questions widely circulating among researchers in new media and their relation to adolescent reproductive health. Is it true that social media is the cause of insufficient knowledge of reproductive health, making adolescents susceptible to risky sexual behavior? This question will be answered in a series of cross-sectional analyzes using Andy F. Hayes\u27 PROCESS scheme. This study measures explicitly reproductive health knowledge with a knowledge index, where the respondent\u27s correct answers will be added up, then made into one index, which becomes the mediating variable. A total of 447 respondents filled out the survey thoroughly; 52.8 percent came from Makassar (N = 236), the rest 47.2 (N = 211) came from Maros Regency. Sixty-one point five percent (N = 275) of respondents were women, 35.8 percent were men (N = 160), and as much as 2.7 percent (N = 12) chose not to answer. This study proves that social media use and reproductive health knowledge predict risky sexual behavior. However, there is no interaction effect of both variables on risky sexual behavior, which means that the use of social media is not the cause of low or better reproductive health knowledge. Through additional hypothesis testing, it was found that gender has a significant interaction effect with knowledge of reproductive health on risky sexual behavior. In other words, male adolescents have a significantly more inadequate understanding of reproductive health, which causes them to adopt risky sexual behavior. From the results of this study, we recommended policymakers to be proportionate in disseminating reproductive health information given both boys and girls need accurate information, particularly when considering that the higher the knowledge of reproductive health, the lower the exhibition of risky sexual behavior among adolescents

Communication of Organizations in Organizations Change’s Phenomenon in Research and Development Institution
When the change has become a necessity for organizational life and it is important to increase the productivity and role of research institutions, it must be done. Change as a necessity needs to be pursued and carried out with a mature strategy to be able to minimize resistance and material and immaterial costs. The immaterial aspect that plays a very important role and as a key is an organizational communication that needs to be prepared as a strategy that can have an extraordinary influence on the success of the organizational change. But what about when these changes are not optimally communicated? The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamics of the phenomenon of organizational communication dynamics in a research institution that carries out organizational change. This research has benefits because it can provide a critical picture and analysis of organizational change in terms of organizational communication dynamics in research institutions. This research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to capture the image meaning of a series of events in the process of organizational change in research institutions from the aspect of organizational communication. The phenomenon of organizational change began with various rejections from various levels of employees both researchers and non-researchers who demanded openness and certainty and maintain the honor of the institution as a research institution. The demand for information disclosure is a reflection of the inability of the organization\u27s management to communicate the planned change strategy to cause resistance to the process.
Analysis of Factors That Influence The Preference of Cognitive Style Learning Model when Using Technology Devices
People\u27s cognitive learning styles are different, identify learning styles early on considered able to increase effectiveness in the learning process, even in some studies submitted can improve achievement. In the process of learning, everyone has a variety of ways, some learn by listening, some learn by reading and learning by finding. This study wants to predict how much influence the factors (frequency of internet usage, number of instant messaging (IM) groups followed, and gender of one\u27s learning style preferences when utilizing technology such as computers / laptops or smartphones. The analysis method used in this research is Multinomial Logistic Regression. The results showed, the more IM groups followed, the more likely a person was to use a "communication" model while learning. Another finding is that a person is increasingly using the internet then the style that person uses when studying is tend to use the pattern of "information seeking". By knowing someone\u27s learning style earlier, we can design learning strategies that are more efficient and effective

Framing of Online Media News about Riots in Papua (Studies on www.detik.com and www.reuters.com in 2019)
This study discusses the framing conducted by detik.com and reuters.com on the issue of the 2019 Papua riots. It is motivated by the tendency of the different news angles from each of these both media. It uses a qualitative method using Robert Entman\u27s media framing theory which divides framing into two large dimensions: the selection of issues and the highlighting of certain aspects of the issue. Studies on two online medias: detik.com and reuters.com are intended to provide a comparison of the ideology between the domestic and foreign media in framing the issues of riots that are in direct dealing with the government. The analysis shows that detik.com conducted an issue selection by describing the riots in Papua as a security issue. This media highlighted aspects of the Indonesian government\u27s role in overcoming the riots. On the other hand, reuters.com described it as a social issue by highlighting aspects of discrimination and violence by the Indonesian government in overcoming the riots

Water Circulation Monitoring System in The Vanname Shrimp Cultivation based on Internet of Thing
The cultivation of vaname shrimp is a leading commodity because of several advantages. Some shrimp farmers still practice traditional cultivation which is less effective and efficient in terms of labor and costs. This research was conducted as a solution based on current technology to overcome this problem. The goal is as an alternative to combine microcontroller technology and the IoT so that real-time and objective information is produced when monitoring water circulation in the prototype of vannamei shrimp culture is carried out. The design method of water circulation monitoring hardware and software is adjusted to the needs of the input devices for the three sensors (temperature, pH, and salinity). Microcontroller data processing is sent via synchronization between the wireless sensor network and the web. The results obtained show that the speed of data transmission is in accordance with real-time conditions and is not significantly affected by distance problems, because IoT has brought distant ones closer. Monitoring information also shows the circulation process when the water quality changes from normal conditions. This monitoring can be developed on a broader scale so that it can be an alternative technology with direct benefits for vannamei shrimp farmers
The Role of Public Relations Team: Case Study of Image Management in the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo in the Digital Era
Digital era forced public relations to manage the images in new ways. As a result, they could not rely only on the management of mass media. The impulse of media convergence influences a shift in political communication. Ganjar Pranowo became one of the governors who manage their image with all the changes from this era of convergence. Even though Ganjar is the head of government, his image is not only managed by government public relations.
