    The purpose of this study to explain the meaning of symbolic interaction behaviors is used parking attendants to collect of illegal parking fees subscribe. This type of research was qualitative research. Data collection techniques is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results study showed that the activities is done by illegal parking officer are: illegal parking officer coordinate with official parking officer, many symbols irregularities (regulated by transportation department) by official parking attendants or illegal parking attendants, as well as services provided to customers like cardboard availability on the vehicle and helps to move customer vehicles. While the behavior is shown subscribe parking do not understand the card should be the right of customers and keep paying parking fees

    This inequalities relationship can be seen from the display cover of Harper's Bazaar magazine's Indonesian edition. Harper's Bazaar itself was an American magazine which circulates in 29 international editions in 45 negara. This research was done by analyzing cover of Bazaar Magazine Indonesia began in January 2013 - March 2014, and it used semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes. One result that stands out from this research was a practice that is done by Harper's Bazaar in preserving the dominance of Western Culture in Bazaar magazine cover that was published Indonesia. As mentioned by Lisa Cartwright, that through seeing something that a social relationship and meaning negotiated. Harper's Bazaar magazine cover to be the media to negotiate social relationships and the meaning of Indonesian women through the lens of Western culture. Through the visual appearance on the cover of the magazine, Bazaar tried to give a new meaning to the female figure Eastern Indonesia. Bring up what was referred to by Henry James as a New Woman, or more precisely New Eastern Women, as a figure of Eastern women today are ideal.     This research aimed to describe rallies Papua Students Alliance and analyze of communication barriers between police with Papua students alliance Surabaya on demonstrations addressing violence shootings Indonesian military in Papua that sparked mass unrest. Data was collected by in-depth interviews; direct observation (passive participation), and documents. The results showed that the main factors that often lead to anarchy mass in certain circumstances were the police officers that were involved to secure it. It was Indicated tactics and strategies that were adopted by the police which could spark violence, when they used the threat, warning or limiting of protesters space. Police used physical violence (like a slap in the face), which later gave birth to a chain effect. Protesters and police failed to conduct dialogic communication that caused the riot in the demonstrations carried out. These conditions were communication barriers that indicated weaknesses in the police procedural safeguards

    The purpose of this study was to discuss visual communication design process of of political advertisement in the Morowali election 2012. This research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. This research subject is chosen by purposive sampling, each people from each candidate and data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and documentation. Ideally, in the process of visual communication design used seven stages, namely inspiration, identification, conceptualization, definition, exploration, communication, and production. The results showed that the campaign team of four candidates in the process of visual communication design political advertising did seven stages. However, in practice some stage wasn't taken maximum yet namely conceptualization, definition and production, due to the successful teams of the four candidates did not understand very well how the process of visual communication design

    The purposes of this research to analyze and explain the influence of customer relations strategies in the PT. Panin Bank branch A. Yani Sidoarjo towards customer loyalty micro savings Panin. This research used quantitative research with survey research methods. Meanwhile, the subject of this study is micro panin savings customers as many as 100 customers were selected using purposive sampling technique. Partial test (t test) showed that strategy of customer campaign dependent as independent variables which are marketing campaign,customer campaign and service quality that is affected towards dependent variable, namely customer loyalty PT. The simultant test (Test F) indicated that the customer campaign strategy dependent as independent variables which are marketing campaign, customer campaign and service quality are affected towards dependent variable, namely customer loyalty PT.     The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe brand equity of Batik Bangkalan and analyze public reception of Madura batik, as well as to analyze and describe the influence of brand equity Batik Bangkalan - Madura towards public reception in Madura. This type of research was quantitative with an explanatory approach. The population in this research was society of Bangkalan Madura. Samples were taken from consumers who visit the center of batik gallery in Bangkalan - Madura amount 100 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Technique of analyzing data used multiple linear regression analyzes to examine a causal relationship between the causes variables namely brand equity (X) towards the effect variable namely reception of Madura society (Y). Hypothesis test results showed that simultaneously brand equity consists of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty linear effect on society reception. Partially, that significantly influence the public reception was brand awareness while brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty has no significant effect. Variables that dominant influence on the public reception was brand awareness

    The purpose of this study was to determine how much effectiveness programa laporo rek suara kota radio as media communication participatory community on development in the probolinggo city. This type of research used an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Samples are taken a number of 100 respondents to the listeners of Radio Suara Probolinggo city of precision was set 5% of the population of 285 people. The results of research indicated that the data were analyzed quantitatively with the support of frequency tables were simple and data tabulation by using SPSS 17 application. The results in this research used path analysis. It showed that overall amount of influence in directly or indirectly effect on the willingness variable (X1) obtained amounted of 0.78 or 78%, opportunity variables (X2) amounted of 0.273 and ability variable (X3) amounted of 0,016. This indicated that the willingness, opportunity and ability had influenced and increased community participation in the development of mediated programa Laporo Rek

    Internet in Indonesia currently is growing rapidly and become the primary needs for its users, the development of social media has also become one of the important factors in the amount of internet users in this country.The aim of this research is to know the application and explaination of online promotion through observation and empiric study in Inspired27. The approach used in this research is Theory of Internet base promotion mix. Qualitative descriptive method is used as the means of analysis in order to get systematical picture of the fact which is actual, accurate regarding the object of analysis. The result shows that Inspired27 has applied online promotion to help the sales. Inspired27 use various online promotions such as website and social media. But they have no research team and division that specifically handle online promotion thus the implication is less maximum

    The purposes of this research are to describethe level of social capital and to identify the level ofparticipation of cattle breedersin Tebo district. The  method used in this research is descriptive analysis by usingquantitative approach. Thesample collection technique used in this research is purposive random sampling whichconsistsof five people as a unit of analysis. The questionnaires weregiven to 165 respondences who breed the cattlein Tebo.The results of this research show that the level of social capital of cattle breeders in Tebo district is in the very high category and the participant level of cattle breeders is also in the high category

    The aims of this research are to identify the typeof code mixingon debate of president and vice president candidates and to know the types of code mixing process and also to investigate the elements of English which appear in code mixing on debate of president and vice president candidates 2014 in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative because the data are in the form of words not in the form of numbers. The instruments used in this research is observation, the writer uses non-participant observation because the writer is not directly involved in the activities. In order to obtain an accurate and valid data, the writer recorded the source of data. The results of this research show that the type of code mixing found in this research is outer code mixing because the Indonesia language mixed with English. Besides,it is found that there are three types of code mixing process in the utterances; insertion, alternation, and congruent lexicalization. In this research also found the English code mixing elements, such as Word 186 (94, 89%), Phrase 107 (54,59%) and Clause 1 (0.51 %)
