The existence of Mulawarman Village as an agrarian village is the responsibility of the regional government as a dynamic / motivator of the people's aspirations, to support and protect and preserve agrarian villages. The existence of Mulawarman Village as an agrarian village is in fact still a major problem for the local government and the people in the village. Full text linkThe development of coffeeshop which is dominated by Barista Perempuan is a new development as a strategy that can be implemented in a coffee shop, one of which is Kopimana27 which raises the icon of women. The purpose of this study was to determine the construction of women's baristas as marketing strategies in Kopimana27 and to determine the role of baristas as marketing strategies in Kopimana27. This study uses qualitative methods and constructivist paradigms. The results of this study are Kopimana27 in conducting marketing strategy 4, namely product, place, price and promotion. Construction of Kopimana27 in its female Barista by presenting communicative and informative Barista to its customers, Kopista27 Barista must have knowledge of the Coffee shop according to the existing SOP. The role of barista women in Kopimana27 in increasing sales significantly with a positive response from loyal customers Kopimana. Dega thus, the specialty of Barista Kopimana27 is described as an icon in their flagship product, the wife's milk coffee

It took an example of news on the victim of online prostitution crime Vanessa Angle case on Tribunnews published during January 2019. There are three findings from the research include news frames of the victim of online prostitution crime victims, 3 form of symbolic violence and the factors affecting the process of news framing. The result of data analyses found two of news frame, in the form of (a) economic frame (b) law and morality frame. The village, called the Pancasila Village, has always instilled the values of pluralism in daily life and well preserved until todays. Now, Pluralism has changed shape into a culture. The SARA issues that still exist in Indonesia there is no ways to give a significant impact and influence in Balun village people's acceptance of the culture of pluralism. The phenomenological approach with in-depth interviews is used to find out the accepted (reception) of the community towards the culture of pluralism. From the results of the study, it can be seen that Balun village community acceptance of pluralism culture is very good. This acceptance is inseparable from the existence of family ties among Balun village communities. But, their perceptions are still based on reason, which can be seen in their perceptions that see pluralism as a virtue and has a lot of benefits to create a harmonious and peaceful in social life

Web series is a recent innovation in the field of advertising with the concept of serial promotion events released by various internet media, such as through YouTube, which is the main platform for web series production. Based on the data obtained by the use of web series on Youtube media is quite a lot even some have watched more than 1 million times. The author is interested in conducting research on web series, with the aim of researching how the web series is used as a digital marketing communication strategy on Traveloka. In conducting this research the writer uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The theory in this research is content marketing in web series, in building an awareness of an advertisement of a brand. The results of this study indicate that with the digital market online there are many positive sides to being closer to consumers and also faster in time, quickly promoting or introducing products to the public, the absence of market boundaries to reach all corners of the world connected to the internet, and accuracy and speed of service are the main needs of consumers in the era of globalization

Full text linkThis qualitative descriptive research method is to describe and discuss a policy of the Sumenep Regency Government to implement the Sumenep Regency Government Policy in the Context of the Development and Preservation of Traditional Music Art of Tong-Tong Madura Island, East Java Province. At the beginning of the development of traditional Tong-Tong art music which was used as a sahur patrol music was played in waking people to perform the sahur worship in the holy month of Ramadan and Calling the Dwarf who wanted to go home to his cage. In accordance with the Sumenep Regent's Regulation No. 28/2008 concerning the duties and functions of the Regional Office, the Sumenep District Youth and Sports Culture Service, has the task and function of fostering and preserving the Tong-Tong Traditional Music culture in the Sumenep district. The Tong - Tong se Madura Music Contest and the Sumenep Regency Tong - Tong Festival from 2016-2018 is in the context of fostering efforts as well as preserving the cultural heritage of the ancestors which is held regularly every year starting. The cost of conducting the Tong - Ton Traditional Arts Music Kirab Music Festival, the Tong Se Madura Music Contest and the Tong-Tong Festival is annually charged to the Sumenep Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The aim is to hold the Tong Tong Se Madura Music Competition and the Tong-Tong Festival every year in Sumenep Regency to improve and develop Sumenep Regency tourism promotion and marketing through the Madura tong-tong music competition

Learning a lot from his teacher, Alfred Schutz, made Berger loudly reject the idea of positivism which for him was more or less inhumane compared to the flow of phenomenology. Through the concept of sociology, Berger's knowledge sees reality as two: objective and subjective. Berger agrees with Karl Marx's anthropological presupposition about the objective reality of humans as a socio-cultural product, however, in the subjective reality, human beings are organisms that have certain tendencies in society and are interpretive. To understand what is real for society, Berger formulates his theory of reality construction in three stages: externalization, objectification, and internalization

Based on observation in Medalem on june 2016 have beenfound 4 cases, is 2 obesity cases of child and 2 malnutrition cases of child. This is indicates an increase incasesof child nutrition problems from 2014. There are socialization activities of infant and child feeding and child nutrition handling by midwives and Posyandu cadres. The purpose of this study is analyze and describe the pattern of information flow about child nutrition in Medalem. The type of this study is quantitative research using communication network analysis techniques. The sample of this study is using snowball sampling techniques. The result of this study are;(1) the patter of communication network formed is Wheel network (formal), gossip network (informal) and all channels network; (2)The opinion leaders in communication network has an important role to influenceing the people who are in the area of communication nerwork;(3) Based on the pattern of communication network, the opinion leaders have high heterogeneity in the level of mastery of innovation abaout nutrition of the toddler and choose a multi direction communication relationship in the communication process so that opinion leaders included in innovative society
