Pemberitaan Hutang Indonesia Dalam Bingkai Media Online
Full text linkIn Indonesia the ownership of online media is generally controlled only in the hands of a few people. The practice of this media conglomerate is considered a logical consequence of the development of the business world. Finally, the content of all media in Indonesia has become similar to each other and contains the interests of each media owner. For this reason, this study aims to see how online media Okezone.com and Viva.co.id in reporting Indonesia's debt reporting continues to roll throughout 2018. In analyzing, this study uses the analysis method of Zhongdang Pan and M. Gerald Kosicki framing for know how Okezone.com and Viva.co.id in framing reporting on Indonesian Debt in April 2018. The results showed that Okezone.com and Viva.coid lacked weight in framing the news. Okezone.com framed to show its alignment by posting news that constructed that Indonesia's debt was still at a safe level and debt was a natural thing. While Viva.co.id framed the news in favor of the Jokowi government. Viva.co.id emphasizes that the Indonesian government has a good ability to manage debt
Pemberitaan Media Tentang Transgender Perempuan di Madura
Full text linkThis study focuses on the news about the existence of female transgender (transpuan) on the island of Madura, the news about transpuan Madura in different media, namely merdeka.com, okezone.com, suarajatimpost.com and suarapamekasan.com. The research method used in this research is the method of literature research, literature study on research dominated by non-field data collection. The results show first, the existence of transpuan in Madura in the public sphere is no longer seen as a marginal group. Secondly, Journalists from a number of media in charge of coverage in Madura, able to present objective values about the role of transpuan in the public sphere. Third, transpuan that was appointed to civil servants gives a picture to the public that gender is not a fundamental issue for the Maduranes as a minority and marginal groups that are considered outside the line of reasonableness.

Full text linkThis study aims to describe the reception of public officials on Update Pagi SBO TV program. This research using qualitative method. Informants in this study are public officials who come from government or non government in Surabaya. The data collected by indepth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study shows that the Update Pagi program is considered important and effective, it is helpful in providing information from stakeholders to the public, and has contributed to delivering new policies or problem solving with a direct dialogue strategy between the community and the government or parties related themes discussed in Update Pagi SBO TV Program

No full textThis study aimed to determine how interpersonal communication between teacher and children with special needs in learning activities inclusive class at senior high school 1 Gedangan. This study used descriptive qualitative method by in-depth interview and observation. Data analysis technique used analytic descriptive method which included collection and composing of data analysis. The result of this study was the teacher in Senior High School 1 Gedangan had done five general quality process into the value of effectiveness interpersonal communication through the way they communicate in the learning process. However, not all of these indicators could be implemented in the type of direct communication. Empathy in the interpersonal communication manifested into the type of giving method in order to facilitate understanding that done by children with special needs. In addition, interpersonal communication through openness process in resolving problem that involve children with special needs and supportiveness through curriculum and method implementation, different implementation between children with special needs and regurel students

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the news framing of online media kabarsidoarjo.com and sidoarjonews.com related to the performance of Sidoarjo Board Members Period 2014-2019. This qualitative research using Murray Edelman model framing analysis approach. The focus of the research is the online media coverage related to the performance of Sidoarjo Board Members. The data collected from online media by gathering information, observing news, translating and sorting among several news topics presented in kabarsidoarjo.com and sidoarjonews.com. Both online media has an important role for the performance of Sidoarjo board members especially in handling Lapindo mud disaster Sidoarjo. The conclusion of this framing analysis is kabarsidoarjo.com framing news about the performance of Sidoarjo board members related to handling of Lapindo mud disaster tend to give positive value, while sidoarjonews.com framing news about performance of Sidoarjo board members mostly tend to unilateral and giving a negative value for the performance of Sidoarjo board members. Komunikasi Komunitas Skinhead Sidoarjo dalam Proses Pengambilan Keputusan Kelompok
Full text linkThe purpose of this research to expose the communication process skinhead community in Sidoarjo. This group decision making was to achieve destination and develop a community of Sidoarjo to be skinhead better in solidarity between members. This research used descriptive research method and the type of research was qualitative in-depth interview with data analysis process through three phases namely data reduction, the presentation of the data, the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this study indicated that members of the community who always did the Sidoarjo skinhead activities with shared together-especially in decision making towards the group. In this community of skinhead Sidoarjo used horizontal communication. The community of skinhead Sidoarjo had no formal structure, they prefer to be considered all the members have the same social status. Decision making groups of skinhead Sidoarjo used deliberation. Although each group in the decision-making process of deliberation, but also ask for opinions from the more senior or elderly women in community skinhead Sidoarjo

Primary data sources were collected directly from respondents by interview that will be submitted Public Relations Manager of DAOP 8 Surabaya, Head of Kepanjen Station, and buyer train tickets at Kepanjen Station. The results showed that the Head of Station Kepanjen Station had implemented four categories of public relations roles ie communication technician, expert prescriber, communication facilitator, and problem-solving facilitator well

The child did not master and did not had the ability to use Javanese language well, in Java language level that exist in Javanese culture

Full text linkThis study aimed to describe community reception of website P3M.sidoarjokab.go.id. This research used descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interview technique. The focus of this research discussed perception, thinking, preference, interpretation, ease of use, easy of finding information, design of page, web traffic and search in website of Complaint Service Center (P3M). Data analysis technique in this research used interactive analysis, with five informant. The research found that P3M website had applied ease of use dimension and web traffic and search well. P3M website had facilitated the user at the time that would report with the ease of features and access, and facilitate the user at the time that would search the website in search engines. P3M websites were still lack in applying the easy of finding information and design of page dimensions. Images in the website was still very poor so could not support information and website design P3M was still very monotonous and not interesting
