    Exclusive breastfeeding is the first intake that is very important for infants aged 0-6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding achievement in the Madurese community in the working area of ​​the outpatient Puskesmas Purun Kecil is 29%. This is due to several things including the habit of giving honey to babies, therefore in giving ASI exclusively is interrupted. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the habit of giving honey to infants aged 0-6, the support of biological mothers from the baby's mother, the support of mother-in-law from the mother's baby, the support of health officers, the working status of a mother, the knowledge of lactation management, the effort to use the independent exclusive breastfeeding, and the exclusive breastfeeding failure. This study uses a cross sectional design. The study sample was 162. The statistical test used was the Chi-square test (X2). The results showed that the determinants of exclusive breastfeeding failure in infants in Peniraman Village and Nusapati Village were the support of biological mothers from the baby's mother, mother-in-law's support of the baby's mother, health worker support, lactation management knowledge, efforts to use independent ASI dairy equipment

    Work motivation is one of the important aspects in the human resources management, so that in the implementation of the organization can achieve useful and effective goals and objectives. The performance of health workers is the result of the effort to create the quality of service will certainly create userssatisfaction. Based on the work area and the lack of health personnel, Kalibarukulon Public Health Center needs to be observed in the relationship between motivation and performance. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Kalibaru Kulon, Kalibaru Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency. The study was conducted during September 2016. Kalibaru Kulon. This study uses questionnaire type checklist. Quiz results show that 63.9% of respondents are female, while 36.1% are male. As many as 50% of respondents entered the age range 30-40 years, 33.3% were> 40 years old, and 16.7% were <30 years old. In addition, the status of employment shows that most (58.3%) are civil servants / permanent, and 22.2% are contract workers (PTT) and 19.5% are freelancers (THL). The results of the questionnaire also showed the work motivation on the respondents, that is 66.7% have the motivation of good work and 13.9% have less motivation.     Dengue fever is an important public health problem in indonesia, in the year 2014 the number of death due to dengue fever in Indonesia 903 people from 99499 cases. Sukoharjo district is one of the bloody endemic distrric in central java. In eradicating dengue fever, the larva survey used is a visual method using the entomology indicator, the house index and maya index. This study aims to determine the effect of house index and maya index on the incidence of dengue fever in  Grogol district of Sukoharjo using geographic information system (GIS). The research method used is an analytical survey wuth cross sectional approach. The result of the study showed a maya index effect on the incidence of dengue fever in  Grogol district of Sukoharjo (p value 0,00), there is no effect of house index on the incidence of dengue fever in Grogol District of Sukoharjo (p value 0,87)

    Brand equity is a set of brand assets and liabilities linked to a brand name and symbol, which add to or subtract from the value provided by a product or service. For 3 years, Bed Occupancy Rate haven’t met the optimal standard and shows that the society is still less utilize inpatient services of Baladhika Husada Jember Third-Level Hospital. The objective of this study was describe inpatient's perception about brand equity of Baladhika Husada Jember Third-Level Hospital in 2018. This study used a descriptive study. Results showed that most of the respondents are female, in the age group >45 years old, living in Jember, last education are elementary school/equivalent, housewifes, family income ranged between Rp 1.1 million - Rp 2 million and methods of payment using BPJS Health insurance. Variable brand awareness is good enough because the majority of respondents choose Baladhika Husada Jember Third-Level Hospital as top of mind. Brand association through product attributes, intangible, customer benefits, relative price, and use/application are in good category. Perceived quality through performance, serviceability, reliability, features, conformance to specifications and results are in good category. Brand loyalty dominated by satisfied buyer

    Tuberkulosis (TB) is a infectious disease caused by t Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Indonesia is the second country with highest number of TB cases in the world after India. Medication adherence is essential for successful TB treatment. One of the factors that can influence someone adherence to TB treatment is knowledge and attitude. This study aimed to know the correlation between knowledge and attitude towards the adherence of medication in tuberkulosis pulmonary patient on continuation phase in umbulsari jember. This study was an obsevational analytic using cross sectional with total sample technique method. Data were obtained through questionnaire (knowledge questionnaire, HRHS, and MMAS-8) then analyzed with Spearman correlation test (p= <0,05). The results showed a significant  between compliance with knowledge at the level of know with the value of p = 0.041. While the results of the correlation of compliance with knowledge at the level of understanding and application and between attitudes and compliance obtained results not signifikan

    Pregnant woman has a risk of mortality; therefore, it is necessary to prevent the maternal mortality by pregnancy test. PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan) is a program that supporta pregnancy test. This study aims to determine the different of antenatal care visits between pregnant women PKH participants and non PKH participants in Kalisat, Jember. This study was analytic with cross sectional approach. The data was analyzed by using chi-square test. The sample of this study were 36 pregnant women in each group randomized in 2016.The results showed that there was a significant difference between occupation status and accessibility to the antenatal care visit (completeness) between pregnant women PKH participants and non PKH participants where pregnant woman PKH participant who unemployed and have easy access are visit antenatal completely compared to pregnant woman non PKH participants. There is a difference between occupation status, husband support and accessibility to antenatal visit (accuracy) between pregnant women PKH participants and non PKH participants where pregnant woman PKH participants who unemployed have more visit antenatal care completely, and pregnant woman non-PKH participants with high husband support and easy accsess will be more appropriate visit compared with pregnant woman PKH participants. There were no differences in age, parity, education, family income, and medical history with antenatal care visit between pregnant women of PKH participants and non PKH participants

    Hypertension is a non-communicable disease, but hypertension is suffered by many people, the incidence of hypertension in the elderly becomes the highest. Asia has a record of 38.4 million hypertensive sufferers in 2000 and is predicted to be 67.4 million by 2025, while in Indonesia it reaches 17-21% of the population and most are undetectable (Muhammadun, 2010). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly atBlokseger Hamlet, Tegalsari, Banyuwangi. This was an cross-sectional study design. The sample of this study amounted to 60 elderly. This research instrument uses questionnaires and measurement of hypertension using a spigmomanometer and stethoscope blood pressure measuring instrument. The analytical method used is Person Chisquare. The results of this study are p = Value of P = 0,000 <0,05%. The conclusion of this study is that a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. The advice that can be given to the elderly of Blokseger hamlet is to manage a good diet, to the local health service center is to make a regular extension program on maintaining good pollutants starting from the beginning

    Marketing mix in hospital is ​​a group of controllable variables that can be used by hospitals to influence the reaction of service buyers. The marketing mix consisting of 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, Person, and Physical Evidence) can affect patient loyalty. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing mix and patient loyalty. The study method used is analytic with cross sectional design. The sample of study is 90 respondents using systematic random sampling technique. The result showed that most respondents rated the product mix (82%), the price mix (81%), the place mix (72%), the process mix (79%), the mix (84%), and the physical evidence mix (82% ) is good. However, most respondents rated promotion mix (92%) classified as less good. Based on the results, it is concluded that there is no significant relation between place mix and physical proof mix with patient loyalty, and there is significant relation between product mix, price mix, promotion mix, and process mix with patient loyalty.     Health providers in Indonesia have an obligation to realize the improvement of health status through the national health system. The effort that must be done by the hospital in realizing these goal is the improvement of other services that is preventive and promotive. Therefore, Indonesia has implemented the health improvement by establishing a committee of Public Health Extension Workers which was changed in 2003 into Hospital Health Promotion. Health promotion is conducted in hospitals in order to develop the understanding of patients, families and visitors of the hospital with health problems and prevention efforts. Fatimah Islamic Hospital has implemented health promotion in hospitals in improving the quality of complete health services. This study aims to determine the implementation of health promotion that has been done by RSI Fatimah in Banyuwangi. The method used is interview and observation. Interviews were conducted to the PKRS team using an interview guide. While the observations made using instruments made based on references related theory of health promotion standards in hospitals. Based on the research results, health promotion conducted at RSI Fatimah as a whole has fulfilled the requirements of laws. Starting from the policy until the implementation is well arranged and directed. The division of PKRS officers consists of various fields that facilitate dissemination of health promotion information. In almost every service there is visual information such as leaflets, posters and information boards. Fatimah hospital is also active in providing counseling to patients, patient families and other health workers in an effort to increase knowledge on certain health problems, as well as spiritual guidance to inpatients. The fulfillment of health promotion needs in general has been well implemented, but at the point of providing information to the surrounding community isn’t intense and hasn’t formed a specific health group for community empowerment

    Dengue hemorrhagic fever is still a public health problem and the incidence of the case was up and down erratically. One of the causes of DHF incidence is rainfall. Based on geographic location and topography, Karanganyar Regency has temperature temperature between 180-310C, the lowest temperature is in Tawangmangu Subdistrict when rainy season is 180C, while in Gondangrejo and Colomadu District reaches 310C. Aedes aegypti mosquitoes can survive at a temperature of 22 - 240C. In the rainy season, usually the incidence of dengue cases tends to increase. Based on data from 6 measuring stations in Karanganyar District, the number of rainy days during the year was 115.6 days with an average of 7,231.4 mm rainfall, where the highest rainfall occurred in February to April, while the lowest was at August and September. This study was an observational analytic study with multiple temporal analyzes. Data used in this research are secondary data of DBD case and rainfall factor data. Dengue fever spreads in residential areas. The strength of rainfall correlation with dengue is strong (r = 0.62).There is no significant correlation between rainfall factor and DHF. This may be due to the lack of duration of data taken, incomplete physical factor data and the influence of other dominant factors
