    ANALISIS KELEMBAGAAN PENGELOLAAN EKOSISTEM MANGROVE DI DESA KELAPA PATI

    The degradation of mangrove ecosystems in Bengkalis Regency is caused either one by mangrove ecosystems management that are still not optimal. The research of institutional analysis of mangrove ecosystem management in Kelapa Pati Village was conducted in November 2019 in the mangrove ecosystem of Kelapa Pati Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The assessing of institutional  role about mangrove ecosystems management in Kelapa Pati Village was carried out based on in-depth interviews with informants in the form of selected stakeholders. Institutional analysis of mangrove ecosystems shows that the mangrove ecosystem institutions in Kelapa Pati Village are grouped into: Key players (Managers, Village Heads, Regents, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten), context setters (DPRD), crowds (Dinas PU , BAPPEDA, Dinas Perikanan, NGO, and University); and subjects (community and community leaders)

    CONTENT VISUALIZATION OF ITE LAW FOR LEARNING PROCESS

    The Information and Electronic Transaction laws (ITE Law) in Indonesia is still in the form of text and has not been effective in its dissemination, hence it is less attractive to the public, especially young Internet citizens. For this reason, there needs to be a medium as a learning tool to understand the ITE Law. This study aims to visualize the contents of the ITE Law into an interesting learning media. The development model used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The subjects of this study were students of Ganesha University of Education who were interested in studying the ITE Law. From the experts' point of view, the content of this study is deemed valid, the media practical; the normality test obtained N-Gain value of 0.71, which is a high category. This study tested 20 respondents, resulting in 40% or very high responses and 60% high responses. These results indicate that the content visualization of the ITE Law is valid, practical and effective for learning. This application is expected to be able to increase the understanding of Undiksha students of the IET Law so that they can behave wisely and smartly on social media

    ABSTRAK Musikal teater Laskar Pelangi merupakan suatu karya seni yang tidak saja berfungsi sebagai tontonan, tetapi juga tatanan dan tuntunan. Musikal Laskar Pelangi telah dimainkan dibeberapa tempat dan mendapat apresiasi. Teater musikal merupakan gabungan dari banyak unsur seni di dalamnya seperti seni drama, seni rancang panggung, seni tari, suara, musik Peranan naskah cerita yang baik, harus didukung dengan rancang panggung yang menarik. Tulisan ini  berfokus pada permasalahan dalam rancang panggung dalam hal berkaitan dengan visual estetik panggung. Pembacaan visual estetik panggung ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengambil studi kasus musikal Laskar Pelangi. Penelitian akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kode lima dari Roland Barthes yang terdiri dari: Hermeneutik, Proeuretik, Semantik, Simbolik dan Kebudayaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan pembacaan detail rancang panggung, yang terbukti memiliki kemiripan dengan unsur-unsur pembentuk dalam sebuah teater yaitu tema, alur, penokohan dan setting. ABSTRACT Laskar Pelangi Musical theatre is a work of art that is not only functions as an entertainment, but also to give moral learned and guidance. Laskar Pelangi musical has been played in several places and received many appreciation.     PERANCANGAN SIGNAGE YANG TERINTEGRASI DENGAN FITUR NAVIGASI PADA APLIKASI BERGERAK

    Rumah sakit merupakan kawasan kompleks yang sering terjadi kepanikan. Sebagai rujukan nasional, RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin belum memiliki signage yang dapat mengurangi kepanikan terutama dalam mencari ruangan, sebab informasi yang ditampilkan terlalu banyak dan belum memiliki kesatuan satu sama lain sehingga belum efektif. Untuk menambah efektivitas dalam mencari ruangan, fitur navigasi ditambah pada aplikasi RSHS Mobile yang telah dimiliki RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin. Tulisan ini merupakan suatu kasus studi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Adapun analisis data dengan menggunakan matriks perbandingan, analisis konten serta tabulasi silang untuk hasil kuesioner. Perancangan signage dan tampilan antarmuka fitur navigasi dibuat dengan menggunakan kalimat yang padat, jelas dan ditambah piktogram. Konsep perancangan mengambil tema sederhana, bersih, dan  mengacu pada  identitas visual logo yang dimiliki RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin berupa transformasi bentuk plus/ tambah. Diharapkan perancangan ini dapat memudahkan pengunjung untuk lebih cepat menemukan ruangan di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin dengan bantuan signage yang terintegrasi dengan fitur navigasi pada aplikasi smartphone yang informatif, efektif dan menarik.Kata Kunci: aplikasi, navigasi, petunjuk arah, rumah sakit, signag

    SCIENCE AND TECHNPOLOGY PARK (STP): TRANSFORMATION TO QUADRUPLE HELIX APPROACH FOR HABITUATION OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN INDONESIA

    Science and Technology Park (STP) development is one of science and technology policy implementations that aims to encourage national competitiveness. In the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2015-2019, the Indonesian government has declared the establishment of 100 STPs in 2019. However, in reality, only 22 STPs that have the greatest chance of being completed, even though those STPs have not reached the targeted conditions like STPs in developed countries that successfully increased the economy. This study aims to answer how STP can habituate the culture of science and technology in the community in Indonesia and reveal STP development phenomena in the regional context in Indonesia and other countries. This study found that the various challenges in developing STP will continue to hamper Indonesia if still use triple helix approach, and encourage quadruple helix approach that is able to habituate community for science and technology culture so that its existence and function can be suitable with Indonesian society ecosystem.keywords: STP, Habituation of  Science and Technology, Quadruple Helix.

    THE DIGITAL NATIVE VOICES IN A FLIPPED CLASSROOM

    The growing of technology has invited the traditional pedagogical method supporters to integrate technology in education. This paper investigates the student perceptions as digital natives on the application of flipped classroom model. The flipped classroom employs lecturing video as homework and group discussion as classroom activities. The participants in this study were 120 students aged 19-20 years old who were born as millennial generation and had the experience of the flipped classroom model. Using a descriptive qualitative, the issue was observed and investigated. To elicit the student perceptions, this study used an open-ended questionnaire to investigate these students' opinions and attitudes toward the implementation of the model and its advantages and disadvantages. As the result shows, that flipped classroom gives more benefits over the drawbacks. The implementation of flipped classroom has attractively motivated students to be engaged in the classroom activity. The students perceive that the flipped classroom model has positively transformed their attitude and behavior in learning and flipped into a new way of learning. They argue that the procedural steps in flipped classroom model such as video observation and discussion help them understand the materials better and to be an independent learner. To conclude, the implementation of flipped classroom model gains the students' positive views over the negative perceptions

    KOPI PRIANGAN: PENGUKUHAN IDENTITAS MELALUI BUDAYA NGOPI DAN BERMEDSOS (MEDIA SOSIAL)

    Tulisan ini membahas konstruksi identitas kopi Priangan dan bagaimana kopi Priangan dikonsumsi dan dipopulerkan melalui media sosial. Kopi Priangan menjadi populer di kalangan penggemar kopi ketika harganya melambung di kancah perkopian internasional. Popularitas ini berdampak pada penghadiran kopi Priangan di kedai kopi di Jawa Barat, dalam hal ini di Bandung dan Jatinangor. Di kedua tempat ini ngopi di kedai kopi telah menjadi gaya hidup para mahasiswa yang bersekolah di sana. Tulisan ini memeriksa bagaimana kopi Priangan dikonsumsi dan dihidupkan kembali dalam wacana kopi yang telah turut membangun gerakan budaya baru di daerah tersebut. Budaya baru berkopi ini dianggap mengandung interaksi kompleks yang memuat dikotomi lokal-global dan/atau lama-baru. Melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan di kafe-kafe dan wawancara kelanjutannya, ditemukan bahwa gerakan budaya berkopi sebagai gaya hidup tidaklah menguatkan identitas yang ajeg bagi kopi Priangan. Gaya hidup dengan ngopi ternyata tidak serta merta melahirkan penggemar kopi. Oleh karena itu, untuk membangungidentitas kopi Priangan yang lebih ajeg, para pengopi perlu"dididik". Selain itu, peran sosial media perlu dioptimalkan untuk mengangkat dan menyadarkan adanya vatian kopi lokal, khususnya kopi Priangan.  ABSTRACTThis article discusses the identity construction of Priangan coffee and how it is reflected in the way it is consumed as part of a lifestyle and is later popularized via the social media. Priangan coffee has gained popularity among coffee enthusiasts as it was valued at a higher price in comparison to other Indonesian local coffee. The renewed interest has brought the coffee to the many coffee shops in West Java, in particular Bandung and Jatinangor, where going to coffee shops becomes part of the university students living there. The article looks into the way (or ways) Priangan coffee is consumed and revamped in the coffee discourse which might have partly constituted a new cultural movement in the area. The new culture surrounding coffee is assumed to contain complex interactions of dichotomies such as local-global and given-new. Through questionnaires distributed in coffee shops in Bandung and Jatinangor and interviews that follow, it was found that the cultural movement built around the idea of coffee as part of a new life lifestyle has not strengthened a solid identity for Priangan coffee. Going to coffee shops has become part of a lifestyle which does not necessarily lead to the making coffee enthusiasts. Therefore, there is a need to "educate" coffee goers and to optimize the role played by social media in developing awareness on the local coffee variants, especially Priangan coffee.Tulisan ini membahas konstruksi identitas kopi Priangan dan bagaimana kopi Priangan dikonsumsi dan dipopulerkan melalui media sosial.     DEVELOPMENT OF GEOGRAPHIC LITERACY BASED MODEL OF SOCIAL STUDIES LEARNING IN BUILDING STUDENTS’ ECO-FRIENDLY CHARACTER

    This study is derived from the fact that the eco-friendly character has still not been widely performed and the students’ geoliteracy has not been highly developed in social studies learning (IPS) in junior high schools in Bandung. This study is aimed at producing a social studies learning model which is expected to be an effort to build eco-friendly character, namely the Geographic Literacy Based Model in Building Eco-Friendly Character (BLG-KPL Model). The method used in this study is Research & Development (R&D). The study consists of preliminary session including the identification of needs (needs assessment), model development that includes some expert judgment, limited and extensive trials, and effectiveness test on the influence and the effect size. This research article will only describe the stage of developing the model with the assumption that the preliminary session has passed through extensive testing. The subjects of the study are teachers and the students in several junior high schools in Bandung. The data analysis of the model development consists of the feasibility test from the expert by conducting several revisions of the limited and extensive trials process. The results of the research in the model development stage produced 5 syntaxes with 4 revised changes based on limited and extensive trials. The first revision experienced a significant change from 6 syntaxes to 5 syntaxes. In the second and third revision, the main content was improved in reference to the limited trials results because it was not still significant to building eco-friendly character and the fourth revision was a recommendation from an extensive trial which shows that it had already been significant in building the character, with some technical revisions in the operational stage of applying the model. Penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya karakter peduli lingkungan dan kurang dikembangkannya literasi geografi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di SMPN Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melahirkan model pembelajaran IPS yang diharapkan bisa menjadi upaya dalam menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan, yaitu Model Berbasis Literasi Geografi - Karakter Peduli Lingkungan yang kemudian disingkat Model BLG-KPL. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research & Developmnet (R&D). Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari tahap pendahuluan, meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan (needs assessment), tahap pengembangan model, meliputi telaah ahli (expert), uji terbatas dan uji luas dan tahap pengujian efektivitas pengaruh dan besaran efek model. Pada artikel penelitian ini hanya akan memaparkan tahap pengembangan modelnya saja dengan asumsi sudah dilalui tahap pendahuluan sampai pengujian luas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan peserta didik di beberapa SMPN Kota Bandung. Analisis data tahap pengembangan model terdiri dari uji kelayakan dari ahli (expert) dengan dilakukan beberapa kali revisi dari proses pengujian terbatas dan luas. Hasil penelitian tahap pengembangan model menghasilkan 5 sintaks dengan perubahan revisi sebanyak 4 kali berdasar uji lapangan terbatas dan luas. Pada revisi pertama mengalami perubahan signifikan dari 6 sintaks menjadi 5 sintaks. Pada revisi kedua mengalami perbaikan substansi berdasar hasil uji terbatas karena masih belum menujukkan signifikan menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan revisi keempat merupakan rekomendasi dari uji luas yang sudah menunjukkan signifikan menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan dengan revisi teknis dalam tahap operasional penerapan model

    Yogyakarta city in the era of globalization has been developing without losing its historical and cultural values, which are owned as regional identity. This identity makes Yogyakarta city has a tourist attraction value both for domestic and international tourists. Electric pedicab is one of alternative transportations in Yogyakarta that is able to support tourism activities. In the development of city transportation, electric pedicab is the result of the transformation of traditional pedicab, one of the cultural heritages in Yogyakarta. The purpose of transformation effort is to preserve pedicab transportation and to respond issues related to sustainability threat. Design has also become one of the aspects that needs to be considered in developing pedicab transportation. This study reviews and analyzes various factors that can influence the design of an electric pedicab, so that it can be a reference in further design development. This research use qualitative approach and supported by observation and purposive sampling interviews. The result of this study is a new electric pedicab design concept, without losing the design characteristics of the traditional Yogyakarta pedicab.Keywords: electric pedicab, transportation, tourism, Yogyakart
