Pengaruh Struktur Organisasi dan Tim Proses Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah
Get PDFThe objective of this study was to know the effect of organizational structure and teams processes toward decision making of elementary school principals in Manado. This study consisted of two exogenous variable, they are organizational structure and endogenous variable is decision making of elementary schools principals. The population of this study was all of the elementary school principals in Manado, they were 100 respondents. The sample was taken by applying simple random sampling. The total sample of this study was 80 principals. The result of study showed that, (1) There is a significant direct effect of organizational structure toward decision making.(2) There is a significant direct effect of team processes toward decision making. (3) There is a significant direct effect of organizational structure toward team processes.Based on the result of this study, the researcher suggested to the principals in order to improve the organizational structure and team processes in school organization so they could make decision effectively, and finally the school goal achieve
Pengembangan Modul Cetak Pembelajaran Remedial Untuk Peningkatan Ketuntasan Belajar Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SMP Kelas VIII
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran remedial mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas III SMP. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metologi penelitian pengembangan. Model yang digunakan adalah model Derek Rowntree dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penulisan, serta tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata dari ahli materi dan bahasa sebesar 3,8. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan sangat bagus. Hasil penelitian oleh ahli desain menunjukkan rata-rata 3,7. Artinya, produk ini sangat bagus. Berdasarkan uji satu-satu, hasil rata-rata sebesar 3,7. Artinya, modul ini hasilnya sangat bagus. Dari uji kelompok kecil, nilai rata-rata post test sebesar 82. Ini berarti modul mampu meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar remedial dengan. Dari ujicoba lapangan, nilai rata-rata post test sebesar 81. Ini berarti, modul mampu meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar remedial.
Dapat disimpulan bahwa modul cetak pembelajaran remedial bahasa Indonesia untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP dapat dikatakan bagus untuk pembelajaran remedial
Pengembangan Mobile Learning IPA (MLI) Sasirangan Materi Pencemaran Lingkungan untuk Peserta Didik SMP
Get PDFThis study is aimed at: (1) creating Sasirangan Science Mobile (MLI Sasirangan) Learning product for junior high school students and (2) determining the feasibility level of MLI Sasirangan according to experts, practitioners, academics, and the response of students in limited trial test as users. The type of this research is research and development (R&D). Furthermore, the result of this research shows that: (1) Android-web-application-based MLI Sasirangan was created from Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. The material was delivered by integrating the waste of typical South Kalimantan fabric making with the environmental pollution material and learned online; (2) based on the assessment result from media and material experts, this product obtained a value of 4.73 and 4.48 with a feasibility percentage of 94.6% and 89.56%. Meanwhile, the evaluation result from practitioners and peers, the values obtained were 4.45 and 4.64. Moreover, from the limited trial test, this product obtained a value of 4.47 with the percentage of feasibility is of 89.00%, 92.80% and 89.40% respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that MLI Sasirangan which has been developed is considered feasible with very good criteria to be used as science learning media.

Pengembangan Media Virtual Reality Pada Muatan Pelajaran IPA Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar
Get PDFThe media is based on Virtual Reality, which can help educators as a learning medium to explain the material content of science lessons in learning activities. The purpose of this study is to produce a virtual reality-based learning media on the content of elementary school science classes IV. This research is a development study with a 4D development model from Thiagarajan that has been modified. This development model consists of the stages define (definition), design (design), develop (development). The research and development stage is carried out until the develop stage. The results showed that the virtual reality media is very feasible to be used in grade VI elementary school on the subject of natural science by referring to the results of the validation of the experts. The results of validation by media experts are 85% or Very Valid. Material expert validation on the media consisted of 5 aspects. The results of validation by material experts are 82% or Very Valid. The validation of the field application experts to the developed media consisted of 3 aspects. The results of validation by the field application experts are 89% or Very Valid
A Game PEKA untuk Trauma Healing Pada Anak Pasca Bencana di Kabupaten Banyumas
No full textThe research objective is the use of PEKA games for healing trauma in disaster areas. This research uses discuss "Qualitative Research". Research results: this research was conducted in the village of Klahang, Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. Where there was a fire accident at the Bakso stall next to the TPQ during the learning process. This makes children overcome trauma. Of the 34 children there were 14 children who were used as research respondents. For the data collection process carried out for 7 days. There are 4 children who suffered severe trauma, 5 moderate trauma and 5 minor trauma. Children who were severely traumatized when it happened were near a meatball stall that exploded and then caught fire. Conclusion: this learning game is effective for overcoming learning in disaster areas and for reducing trauma in post-disaster children

Get PDFThe purposes of this study were to increase teachers' understanding of multiple intelligences through learner-centered approach, improve teachers’ performance in designing learner characteristics-oriented instruction, and improve teachers’ performance in implementing instruction. This study used action research by using proactive design involving 26 respondents from 10 elementary Madrasah in Gowa, South Sulawesi and 4 collaborators. The methods of data collection were observation, interview, and test. The collected data were analyzed by using a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). The results showed that the implementation of training on multiple intelligence based learning proved to increase teachers' understanding of learner centered approach and contribute an average score 32.61% of teachers’ performance improvement, designing multiple intelligences based learning proved to give a contribution of 26.55% to the teachers’ performance improvement, and mentor system proved to give contribution of 23,86% to the teachers’ performance improvement in instructional implementation. It is suggested that the implementation of training should be followed by workshop and training in order to increase teachers’ performance

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to identify the magnitude of the relationship between variables of emotional intelligence, and students' attitudes towardmathematics learning outcomes. Using correlational research methods, both partial and multiple research respondents are class X high school students in EastJakarta as many as 150 students from 7 public and private schools selected by multistage random sampling. Data were collected in the form of primary datausing questionnaires, and mathematical tests that were tested for validity and reliability. The results that (1) emotional intelligence variables have a positive andsignificant relationship to mathematics learning outcomes, (2) student attitudes are positively and significantly related to mathematics learning outcomes, and (3)emotional intelligence and students' attitudes simultaneously related positive and significant towards the learning outcomes of mathematics
Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Integrasi Nasional Berbasis Mobile
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan bahan ajar Integrasi Nasional berbasis mobile untuk Mahasiswa Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan Reserch and Development (R&D). Langkah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian yang dilakukan oleh tiga orang ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli konten, dan ahli desain pembelajaran mendapatkan hasil sangat layak. Presentase kelayakan bahan ajar integrasi nasional menurut ahli konten sebesar 83,8%, menurut ahli media sebesar 88,9%, dan menurut ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 89,8%. Secara keseluruhan presentase kelayakan bahan ajar integrasi nasional menurut ahli sebesar 87,5% yang tergolong kategori sangat layak. Selain penilaian oleh ahli, dilakukan juga penilaian oleh 50 orang mahasiswa dengan hasil presentase kelayakan sebesar 94,48% yang tergolong kategori sangat layak

Get PDFThe research objective is to examine the development of a curriculum based on spirituality education in Indonesian local wisdom, descriptive qualitative methods with literature review, and analysis techniques using the triangulation of miles and huberman. Result shows the development of a curriculum based on spiritual education in local wisdom is only a fraction of the values and content of various knowledge about local wisdom of the Indonesian nation in general and the Javanese society in particular. Even then, we still need to discuss scientifically and thoroughly related to local wisdom. And it will be more interesting, if it is examined from a specific scientific perspective, for example looking at local wisdom from the side of law, da'wah or communication, anthropology and sociology, mass psychology, even national economy and politics. Therefore, local wisdom as the culture of the local community is a big investment for the development of Islam in Indonesia. An investment that must be nurtured and sown in our education, so that the presence of Islam in the midst of the old and new culture is always shady and calm in Indonesian soil

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the method of learning and interpersonal intelligence to therapeutic communication competence of DIII students Obstetrics STIKes Mitra RIA Husada. Learning methods are placed on bedside teaching methods, coaching methods and demonstrations. The method used in this research is experiment with treatment design level 3 x 2 with sample 48 student. The summary of this research is: 1) Bedside teaching methods can improve therapeutic communication better than coaching methods and methods of demonstration; 2) Coaching learning method can improve therapeutic communication better than demonstration; 3) The existence of interaction between learning method and intelligent interpersonal to therapeutic communication competence; 4) students who have high interpersonal intelligence, more appropriate use of bedside teaching methods; 5) students who have low interpersonal intelligence, more appropriate use of coaching learning methods than the method of demonstration
