ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA DAGANG BUAH DI KELURAHAN PERKAMIL KOTA MANADO
This study aims to analyze the income of the fruit trading business in the Perkamil Village, Manado City. The research site is located close to the Tikala Sector Police Office, Manado City. The time of the research was carried out for 3 months from December 2020 to February 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with all traders in the location as many as 7 respondents (traders).The analysis used is income analysis. The results showed that the total revenue was greater than the total cost so that the business was profitable and feasible to continue
EVALUASI PEMANFAATAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU TAMAN NUKILA KOTA TERNATE
This study aims to evaluate the utilization of Nukila Park green open space, Ternate City, by the people of Ternate City, both socially, economically, and ecologically. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The tools and materials used are questionnaires, sound level meters, cameras, anemometers, writing instruments, thermohygrometers, and satellite images. The results of interviews conducted on 100 respondents showed that the Nukila Park green open space provided great benefits to the people of Ternate City with a visit percentage of 73% because of its good ecological quality, comfortable level of comfort and adequate facilities. Nukila Park Green Open Space has 17 types of vegetation consisting of 11 types of trees and 12 types of saplings. The benefits of Nukila Park green open space from the socio-cultural aspect are as a meeting place for direct communication, gathering for certain activities, a place to relax or rest (sit/eat), a place for education and learning about nature. from the ecological aspect, namely the thermal comfort felt by the respondents and biodiversity
PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT PETANI TERHADAP HUTAN DI DESA TUMANI SELATAN KECAMATAN MAESAAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN PROPINSI SULAWESI UTARA (PERCEPTION OF FARMER COMMUNITY TOWARDS THE FOREST IN SOUTH TUMANI VILLAGE MAESAAN SUB-DISTRICT OF SOUTH MINAHASA DISTRICT NORTH SULAWESI PROVINCE)
South Tumani village is a village located in The District Maesaan South Minahasa Regency, the majority of the people work as farmers. South Tumani village has a limited production forest area of 500 hectares (Ha). Based on observations made by researchers showed that people's behavior in the utilization of forest resources that are not controlled can trigger forest destruction. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of farmers' perception of forests in The Village of South Tumani Maesaan District. For three months from August to October 2020, the data types used were primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews using questionnaires. Sampling method is done purposive sampling (determined intentionally).In accordance with the results of research on farmers' perception of forests in South Tumani Village. (1) Farmers in South Tumani Village know about the existence of forests in the eastern part of Tumani village and the types of crops in the forest. (2) Farmers know that forest resources are useful and have utilized forest resources. (3) Farmers know about the impact of forest damage and how to protect forests. (4) People are hesitant about the rules of forest protection.Â
PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI GRAMEDIA MANADO
This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix (products, prices, promotions, distribution places/channels, people, processes and physical facilities) simultaneously influence purchasing decision at Gramedia Manado. This research was conducted at Gramedia Bookstore, Jl. Sam Ratulangi No. 45, South Wenang, Manado City. This research was conducted from October to November 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach to see causal relationships. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from informants by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have made at least two purchases at Gramedia Manado. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix simultaneously had an effect and was significant on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado.*eprm
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI WORTEL ORGANIK DAN NON ORGANIK DI DESA KUMELEMBUAI KECAMATAN TOMOHON TIMUR KOTA TOMOHON
This study aims to describe the income of organic carrots and non-organic carrots farming in Kumelembuai Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This study was conducted in May 2021. By using purposive and using primary and secondary data. So getting the respondents as many as 60 people were divided into 20 farmers organic carrots and 40 farmers of non-organic carrots. Based on the research results can be seen that the carrot farm income organic amounting to Rp. 22,686,838 and non-organic carrot farming income of Rp. 53,195,359. So it can be concluded that the income of organic carrot farming is smaller than that of non-organic carrot farming. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that organic carrot farming can use manure or other organic fertilizers to increase their production, especially income
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENYELENGGARAAN SISTEM PELAYANAN DOKUMEN KEPENDUDUKAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN APLIKASI ES MAMA (Ekspedisi Melayani Masyarakat) OLEH DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA BITUNG
This study aims to get answers about why the implementation of the policy of implementing the Population Document Service System using the Es Ma Ma (Community Service Expedition) application has not given the expected results. This research took place at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Bitung City. This research design uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. What is meant by primary data is data obtained in the field through a deep interview process to informants, both key informants and other supporting informants. The secondary data consists of processed data or data that has been officially published obtained from mass media news, documentation and archives of related institutions. The number of informants in this study amounted to 6 informants consisting of the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bitung City, 2 operators of the ES MAMA Program Manager and involving 3 community members who were managing population document files. The results of the study indicate that the non-achievement of policy targets is caused by firstly the infrastructure of the implementing organization that is not specifically designed to handle this program, secondly the understanding of the implementers that this program service is part of the "ordinary" service, and thirdly the weak intensity of delivery to the community
EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM ME’DASENG DI KECAMATAN TABUKAN UTARA, KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SANGIHE
This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program. Measurement of effectiveness used four elements in accordance with Budiani (2009) concept namely: the accuracy of target, socialization, objectives, and monitoring. The research was conducted in the North Tabukan Sub-district, Sangihe Islands Regency. The selection of informants was carried out purposively with a total of 12 informants. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by conducting interviews with informants and making direct observations. Secondary data were collected by conducting literature studies and searching online data related to the theme of this research, namely program effectiveness. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) the Me'Daseng program was not yet fully effective, in terms of target accuracy. The community was still less involved or served when the Me'Daseng program was implemented. (2) Socialization of the Me'Daseng program has been carried out, but it has not been very good, especially the direct socialization carried out in communities. (3) The effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program when viewed from the objectives of the Me'Daseng program and compared to the results achieved, has not been very effective. (4) The government has made efforts to make improvements in the implementation of the Me'Daseng program, as an effort to pay attention to the community receiving services from the Me'Daseng program, but the impact felt by the community is still not as expected
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN PETANI KELAPA DI KELURAHAN BENGKOL KOTA MANADO (INCOME ANALYSIS OF COCONUT FARMERS IN THE SUB-DISTRICT OF BENGKOL MANADO CITY)
The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of farmers in Bengkol Village, Manado City. Quantitative data analysis methods to determine the income of coconut farmers in Bengkol Village. The number of respondents 20 0 the sampling was done deliberately (purposive sampling). The results showed that the average income category of farmers who own land and sell coconuts in the form of copra is Rp. 15.654.536 categories of farmers who own land and sell coconuts in the form of coconuts Rp. 773,400 and for the category of farmers who do not own land but have capital to sell coconuts in the form of copra and coconuts Rp. 7,330,50
EVALUASI PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN KAWASAN AGROPOLITAN “PAKAKAAN†DI TOMPASO INDUK KABUPATEN MINAHASA
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the Agropolitan Area Development program PAKAKAAN in Tompaso Subdistrict. The research was conducted in November 2020 - January 2021. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained through an interview with the head of BPP (Agricultural Counseling Center). Secondary data was obtained from agencies related to this research. The results of this research can be seen that the Tompaso area has the potential as an agropolitan area development. Tompaso region itself is included in the development of PAKAKAAN agropolitan area in Minahasa district. The development of Pakakaan Agropolitan Area in Tompaso area can be seen from the majority of the population in the Tompaso region as farmers, supported by the most production center facilities that can be developed, rice fields. But based on the survey in the Tompaso area there is still much that needs to be improved and there needs to be a capital support facility for farmers or the community
PENERAPAN E-GOVERNMENT DALAM MENDUKUNG TRANSPARANSI DAN KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PUBLIK (STUDI KASUS WEBSITE RESMI PEMERINTAH KOTA MANADO)
The development of e-government in Manado city is one of the programs implemented by the Manado city government to facilitate services to the public and private parties using advances in information technology. This research aims to explain the implementation of E-government in supporting transparency and openness of public information in Manado City. The research was conducted by descriptive method with qualitative approach, data obtained through observation, interview and secondary data. The focus of this research used Charles Jones's theory of application or application. The results showed that the implementation of e-government in Manado city is still not going well because the Department of Communication and Informatics is still experiencing constraints on its implementation such as lack of employees, little funds, facilities and infrastructure that have not been supported, lack of community participation, lack of commitment from the government so as to have an impact on transparency and openness of public information
