Analisis Keuntungan UMKM Teh Stevia Sweetson Di Desa Kolongan Atas II Kecamatan Sonder Kabupaten Minahasa
This study aims to analyze the profitability of Stevia sweetson tea MSMEs. This research was conducted from June to July 2023. Respondent selection was carried out using the survey method. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews with Stevia sweetson tea MSME business actors and the UNSRAT Student Creativity Program team. Secondary data were obtained from the Hukum Tua and the Sonder District Office, Minahasa Regency. Secondary data was also obtained from the internet through google scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research, namely the profit analysis of Stevia sweetson tea MSMEs. The results showed that the profit obtained by Stevia swetetson tea MSMEs within three months on a land area of seventy square meters (70 m2) was IDR 3,786,339 with a total production of 15.1 kg of dried Stevia and fixed costs of IDR 34,343 total variable costs of IDR 2,219,318 and revenue of IDR 6,040,000. The calculation of the R / C ratio obtained is 2.7, this shows that every 1 rupiah spent is obtained 2.7 revenue. It is stated that it is greater than one (R / C> 1), which means that the Stevia sweetson tea MSMEs in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District are economically profitable.*eprm
Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Usaha Cafe Encasa Di Kelurahan Malalayang Satu Timur Kota Manado
This study aims to determine customer service satisfaction at the Encasa Café business in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months from June to July 2023. The research place was held at Café Encasa which is located at Jalan Krida, Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data collected in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The sample was determined using accidental sampling technique as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis, using Likert Scale measurements. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction at Café Encasa in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Manado City is 72.8% or consumers are in the satisfied category. The highest category in the catchability variable with a value of 80.9% with a very satisfied category, for the lowest category with a value of 66.2% with a satisfied category is in the reliability variable
Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Buruh Tani Perempuan Di Desa Wuwuk Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to describe people's perceptions of female farm laborers in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from May to July 2023. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 25 respondents who are the general public of Wuwuk Village. Secondary data obtained from literature studies, libraries, and journals. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the people of Wuwuk Village on average agree with women's work as farm laborers because according to the community work as farm laborers is work that not only men but also women can do. The Wuwuk Village community considers that the women farm workers in Wuwuk Village are tough women whose energy and performance are not inferior to men, and there are even women whose energy and performance are better than men. However, there are also people who disagree with women's work as farm laborers because according to the community work as farm laborers is not suitable for women, they argue that women should focus on household activities
Analisis Pemasaran Cabai Rawit Di Desa Tutuling Jaya Kecamatan Wasile Kabupaten Halmahera Timur
This study aims to describe marketing channels, calculate marketing margins and marketing efficiency of cayenne pepper in Tutuling Jaya Village, Wasile District. Data collection used a survey method with snowball sampling. The total sample size was 12 respondents, consisting of 4 respondents as a farmer sample, 1 collector trader sample, 2 wholesalers sample, 5 respondents as a retailer sample. The result of the research is that the marketing of cayenne pepper in Tutuling Jaya Village has 2 marketing channels. Marketing channel-1 consists of: farmers - collectors - consumers. Channel-1 marketing margin is IDR5.000/kg consisting of: marketing costs IDR3,910/kg, a profit of IDR1,090/kg. Marketing channel-2 consists of: farmers - collectors - wholesalers - retailers - consumers. The marketing margin for cayenne pepper marketing channel-2 is IDR45,000/kg, consisting of: marketing costs IDR18,965/kg, and profits of IDR26,036/kg. Marketing of cayenne pepper in Tutuling Jaya Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency on marketing channel-1 was more efficient than marketing channel-2. The proportion of marketing costs to the price paid by the final consumer is relatively smaller, namely only 9.78 percent in marketing channel-1 compared to marketing channel-2 which is 23.70 percent

This study aims to determine the income of chili farming in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District. This research was carried out for 3 months, starting from March 2021 to May 2021, starting from the preparation of the research report to the preparation of the research report. The research location is located in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive data analysis. The results of the analysis of chili farming income analysis in Taraitak Satu Village can be concluded that the average income of chili farmers with an average area of 1 Ha is Rp. 70,684,259/Ha, with a production cost of Rp. 12,102,662/Ha so that the average income of chili farmers is Rp. 58,581,597/Ha
Partisipasi Anggota Kelompok Tani Kinaskas di Kelurahan Kakaskasen Tiga
The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of farmer group members in Kakaskasen III Village, Tomohon Utara Sub-district, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for three months from July 2022 to September 2022. Starting from preparation until the preparation of the research report. The place of research was Kinaskas Farmers Group in Kakaskasen III Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The method of data collection carried out in the research is the method of observation and direct interviews to obtain facts and information from the sample using questionnaire tools. The types of data taken in the study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken in the field directly from vegetable farmers in Kakaskasen Village who are the research sample, using a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from government agencies or institutions related to the research such as the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP), village offices and sub-district offices and internet references. Participation of farmer group members, using direct observation method, namely data collection method by observing directly in the field. The analysis was done descriptively. The results showed that kinaskas farmer group members were classified as very active at the implementation stage and active in decision-making activities but less active in the evaluation section. There needs to be an effort from the group management to increase the involvement of group members in evaluation activities because this activity is very important in improving group performance.
Implementasi Program Pembagunan Infrastruktur Di Desa Jirene Kecamatan Nogy Kabupaten Lanny-Jaya
This research aims to understand and comprehend the implementation of infrastructure development programs in Jirene Village, Nogy District, Lanny-jaya Regency in 2022. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews using a prepared interview guide. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis method. The results obtained regarding infrastructure development in Jirene Village show that the development of infrastructure in Jirene Village is still lagging behind and can be considered suboptimal, as seen from the construction of roads which is perceived as disturbing by the community, even though village budget should prioritize the welfare of the community. From this research, it can also be seen that the perception of the community towards road infrastructure development in Jirene Village is disappointing. The expectations of the community in Jirene Village regarding road infrastructure development are far from reality. The community in Jirene Village believes that the allocated budget for development has not resulted in tangible outcomes
Pelaksanaan Program Pengendalian Penduduk Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Bitung
This research aims to explain and analyze the implementation of the family planning program at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City based on the scientific research process on the science of development resource management. The research was conducted from March to April 2023. This research took place at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City. The results showed that the human resources of program implementers were divided into three groups of work units, namely employees at the Bitung City Population Control and Family Planning Office, employees at the District UPTD. Cadres and PPKBD at the kelurahan level. Employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City have responsibilities in implementing the program in accordance with their main tasks and functions in the field of population control, counseling and mobilization. Employees at the sub-district UPTD in implementing the program conduct counseling, family planning services and family data collection. Cadres and PPKBD at the village level in implementing the program function to increase family planning participation, reduce alocon dropout, reduce stunting rates, help facilitate family planning services, counseling and family assistance and report regularly every month
Rantai Pasok Bunga Krisan Di Kelurahan Kakaskasen II Kecamatan Tomohon Utara Kota Tomohon
The aim of this research is to describe the flow of the chrysanthemum flower supply chain in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was carried out for three months from November to January 2023. The sampling method used purposive sampling and continued with snowball sampling. The research uses primary data obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents using questionnaires to farmers, retailers, florists and decorators. So that the total respondents were 17 people. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and data from the Agriculture Office or BPP of Tomohon District. Secondary data was also obtained from the internet with the topic of this research, namely the chrysanthemum flower supply chain. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that in the supply chain in Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon District, North of Tomohon City, there are two sources of raw materials, namely from Tomohon breeder farmers and also from the island of Java. The product flow that occurs from farmers to retailers to florists and then to decorators, it changes from cut flower plants to a variety of products such as pot flowers, hand flowers, board flowers, faucets and table flowers. The financial flow that occurs is the opposite of the product flow, that is, from the hairdresser to the farmer. Chrysanthemum flower farmers in the farmer share test are said to be profitable and in the margin test supply chain actors get sufficient or profitable margins. Information flow, the supply chain in Kakaskasen 2 Village has 5 actors, namely farmers - retailers - florists - decorators - consumers
