Get PDFThe aims of this study were 1) to find out the income of the Independent Young Women Farmers Group (KWT) in West Dutohe Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency, 2) To know and analyze the role of the Independent Young Women Farmers Group in increasing family income in West Dutohe Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency, by using the Survey Method. This research was conducted in Dutohe Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency in October to December 2022. The data analysis used was income analysis, value added analysis, descriptive analysis and spearman rank correlation analysis to explain the role of Independent Young Women Farmers Groups in increasing income. family in Dutohe Barat, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The results showed that: 1) the average income of the Independent Young Women Farmers Group in Dutohe Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency was Rp. 5,205,033.34/month. The added value obtained from village coconut oil processing was Rp. 26,000/kg with an added value ratio of 74.29%. 2) the test results show that the average respondent's assessment of the role of women farming groups as a whole is 80.135% which is categorized as good and the Role of Independent Young Women Farming Groups in Dutohe Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency has a positive relationship or there is a real relationship (significant) to an increase in family income.
Efisiensi Pemasaran Tomat di Desa Tondegesan Kecamatan Kawangkoan Kabupaten Minahasa
Get PDFTomatoes are worth cultivating and developing because they have good economic value and the demand for tomatoes continues to increase along with the widespread use of tomato plants for various purposes, both for culinary and food industries. This research was conducted from May to June 2022. The research site is located in Tondegesan Village, Kawangkoan District, and Minahasa Regency. Based on the research conducted, it can be interpreted that in marketing channel I, farmers sell tomatoes to existing traders. Traders are influenced by the number of tomatoes calculated in cash units worth Rp100 and the distance between the farmer's location and the Kinali Village. Marketing or transportation costs for one cash box are between Rp1.111 and one cash box containing approximately 20 kg. The purchase price of tomatoes from producing farmers is Rp11.000 per kg and sold to consumers Rp15.000 per kg. The traders referred to in marketing channel I are traders who travel between villages. Consumers who buy tomatoes are people in Kinali Village. In marketing channel II, farmers sell tomatoes to wholesalers then process them in packaging to be ready for sale to settlement traders outside the village of Tondegesan and sell them to the city of Manado at the Berhati market. In this process, wholesalers incur quite large marketing costs in transportation costs and packaging. Marketing or transportation costs incurred by wholesalers for one cash are between Rp985 and one cash containing approximately 20 kg. The purchase price of tomatoes from producing farmers is Rp11,000 per kg and sold to switching traders is Rp13.500 per kg with a profit of Rp1.515. So the marketing margin earned by wholesalers is Rp2.500 per kg. Then the marketing or transportation costs for one cash are Rp1.116 and one cash contains approximately 20 kg. The purchase price of tomatoes from wholesalers is Rp13.500 per kg and sold to consumers Rp15000 per kg with a profit of Rp384 per kg. Thus the marketing margin obtained by the retailer is Rp1.500 per kg.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to identify appropriate strategies in the development of Hidden Paradise agro-tourism area in Suluan village, Tombulu sub-district, MInahasa Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2022. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires to owners, employees, and visitors of Hidden Paradise Minahasa Agrotourism so that the total number of respondents was 30 people. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Tombulu District data. Secondary data is also obtained from the internet with the topic of this research which is Agrotourism Development Strategy. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Hidden Paradise Minahasa Agrotourism Development Strategy in Suluan Village, Tombulu District, Minahasa Regency is at the coordinate point 0.73; 0.47 which is in quadrant I which means that the position supports a growth strategy.

Get PDFThis study aims to find out how, the performance of the state civil apparatus in the Jayawijaya district civil service agency. This research was carried out from February to May 2023. The selection of respondents was done deliberately. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews, based on questionnaires, to the head of the field and honorary staff respectively. jayawijaya district civil service. So that the total respondents were 6 people. Secondary data was obtained from related agencies, namely through the Jayawijaya Regency Regional Personnel Agency for Human Resources. Secondary data was also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research, namely the Performance of State Civil Apparature at the Jayawijaya Civil Service Agency. The results of the study show that the assessment of the performance of state civil servants in the Jayaawijaya Regency Regional Civil Service Agency is not optimal. Because there are still some problems. Based on the quantity indicator, it shows that there are still targets that have not been implemented and work that has exceeded the target, thus increasing the workload. In terms of quality, it was found that many mistakes were made in carrying out the work due to a lack of accuracy and understanding. In terms of time use, it was found that there were still many employees who had not used working hours effectively. Based on the existing problems, there are several suggestions that can be made, namely to increase discipline in working time, the need to improve the quality of work under supervision, provide punishment for employees who violate the provisions of working time and provide rewards for superior performing employees, the need for routine employee development programs , it is necessary to use a finger print for attendance, as well as adding office facilities that are lacking and routine maintenance of facilities and infrastructure

This research focuses on how the participation of election monitors in the 2019 elections in North Sulawesi Province by looking at issues in monitoring. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research used qualitative research data analysis techniques that are commonly used. The results showed that based on the aspects of Money Politics, Campaign, Quiet Period, Voting Day, Recapitulation Process, Election Accessibility Arrangements, and Voters List that they were able to carry out their duties as they should and still needed to maintain coordination in order to create a good form of communication

Sampling using sample survey method with 16 farmers as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and use income analysis calculations. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production, revenue and income. The results showed that the average revenue of corn farmers per hectare in South Tumani Village, Maesaan Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency in one harvest was IDR16.588.090. The average income of corn farmers per hectare amounted to IDR8.537.786

The results of this study indicate that the net income of cayenne pepper farmers in Bongo Village, Paguyuman District, Boalemo Regency can be IDR62.361.311 per hectare

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with products, prices, places, promotions and services. The research was carried out from May to July 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 42 people who were selected using accidental sampling techniques. Data was measured using a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Consumer Satisfaction Index. The research results show that Kairos Cafe's consumer satisfaction level is classified as very satisfied with a consumer satisfaction index of 86.00%. More specifically for each aspect, the level of satisfaction with the product is 86.50%, price is 86.66%, place is 87.14%, promotion is 84.76%, and service is 85.07% which are classified as very satisfied
