Peran Penyuluh Pada Kelompok Tani “Palemboyan” Di Desa Taraitak Satu Kecamatan Langowan Utara Kebupaten Minahasa
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the perceptions of members of the "Palemboyan" farmer group regarding the role of Extension Officers in farmer groups. This research was conducted from March to May 2023 at Taraitak Satu Village, Langowan Sub-district, Minahasa District, Sulawesi Utara Province. This research was carried out using the data sampling method purposive sampling or intentionally. This research is in descriptive quantitative form with variable data calculated using the scoring method. The method used to compile the data is using a Likert scale through tabulation. The results of the research show that the perception of the role of instructors in the "Pelemboyan" farmer group in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency, results in the level of the role of instructors as motivators reaching 35 percent with the criteria of Less Role, the role of instructors as catalysts reaching 32.5 percent with the criteria of Less Role. , the role of instructors as organizers reached 32.5 percent with the criteria of Less Role, the role of instructors as communicators reached 37.5 percent with the criteria of Less Role and the role of instructors as advisors reached 35 percent with the criteria of Less Role

This research was conducted for 3 months starting from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used is secondary data. This secondary data was obtained from related agencies, namely BPS North Sulawesi Province and BPS Talaud Islands Regency. The data is then analyzed using contribution, growth and LQ formulas. The research results show that the agricultural sector has a very important role in the economy of the Talaud Islands Regency. Pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan Di Kelurahan Kleak Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and describe the use of yard land in terms of aspects of living dispensaries, beauty, living kitchens, social and economic in Kleak Village. The study will be conducted from June to July 2023. The determination of the sample in this study was by purposive method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews using questionnaires to families who owned yard land in their homes. The total number of respondents was 7 people. Secondary data was obtained from the Malalayang sub-district office related to the demographics of the Kleak sub-district area. Secondary data is also obtained from the internet through google scholar in the form of publications, journal articles and theses related to the topic of Yard Land Use in Kleak Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The results showed that the use of the yard as a living dispensary to reduce the consumption of chemical drugs by using spices planted in the yard while for ornamental plants as decoration to add beauty to the yard of the house (not traded plants) just to fill free time and hobbies. Planting plants as a living kitchen to increase the need for kitchen spices for cooking purposes and reduce the cost of spending on kitchen materials, by planting plants in the yard of the house is used as part of social interaction in the surrounding environment and yard land can also produce plants that have economic value. *eprm
Pendapatan Usahatani Kelapa Di Desa Makasili Kecamatan Kumelembuai Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFThe study aims to determine and analyze the amount of coconut farming income in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. The research was conducted in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. Sampling was done intentionally (porposive sampling), which became the sample in this study as many as 18 people. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is to use quantitative analysis, namely analyzing, describing and summarizing various situational conditions from various data collected. The results showed that the average income of coconut farmers was IDR 6,426,844 for each harvest season from the average sale of 1,025 kg of copra at a price of IDR 6,000 to IDR 8,000 for each kilogram with a 10% to 12% discount. The total income earned by coconut farmers in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency amounted to IDR 84,681,233. The average income of farmers obtained from coconut farming for one harvest season is IDR 4,704,513. The income generated from copra production for each hectare of farmer's land area is IDR 3,650,053/Ha and for each tree is IDR 41,368/tree

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of the palm sugar business to family income in Kalatin Hamlet, North Lowu Village, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for three months from January 2023 to March 2023 in Kalatin Hamlet, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method in this research was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling), where the number of palm sugar processors sampled was 3 out of 15 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis to analyze data by presenting, managing, describing and interpreting research results with words and sentences to answer the research objectives. The research results show that the palm sugar business contributes 78.08% to family income. The contribution of the palm sugar business to family income in Kalatin Hamlet, North Lowu District, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency is categorized as very large because the value is >50%. The average income of palm sugar processors is IDR 712,620 per week from the sale of an average of 30 pieces of palm sugar at a price of IDR 12,000 per piece and the wife's total income is IDR 200,000 per week. The total family income earned by palm sugar processors in Kalatin Hamlet, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency amounts to IDR 912,620

Get PDFThis study aims to determine how the socio-economic conditions of patchouli farmers in Tambarana Village, Poso Pesisir Utara District, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 43 respondents using a questionnaire and secondary data obtained from the Tambarana Village government office, literature or previous research. The sampling method was carried out by means of a cluster (cluster random sampling). The method of data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis The results showed that the social conditions of patchouli farmers had a good interaction relationship between farmers, doing mutual cooperation, in terms of education many farmers' children can continue their education to a higher level, the health level is also improving, many people have taken treatment to the puskesmas/doctor, while the economic condition of patchouli farmers due to an increase in income with an average of Rp. 3.961.604/month for farmers, the educational level of many of the farmers' children continue to higher education, health conditions are improving, they have houses made of concrete with zinc roofs and slab floors, farmers have the most number of dependents in the family, namely 1-4 people. Rubber farmers' land area <0.5 Ha with a production level of 15 – 26 Kg, in general, the income of farmers after patchouli farming, but there are also farmers who earn other than patchouli farming, there are also farmers who have other jobs such as breeders. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the participation of the Green Lestari farmer group in agricultural extension activities in Tondei Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This research started from April to June 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive analysis using a Likert Scale, the number of samples used in this study totaled 11 people. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with the Hijau Lestari farmer group using a questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from the Tondei Satu Village Government. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the Hijau Lestari farmer group in agricultural extension activities in Tondei Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency is classified as active. Where is the total overall score of 353 with a percentage of 89.14
Analisis Keuntungan Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado

The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit made by Aris Fruit Stalls located in Kairagi, Manado City. This study took place in August 2022. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with business owners on variable costs, income and profits. Secondary data were obtained from dissertations, journals and books related to this research. The results of this study show that the proceeds from the Aris Fruit Kiosk are Rp185.020.000 and total expenses of Rp178.432.011, so the profit of Aris Fruit Kiosk in Kairagi Manado City is Rp6.587.989, for 1 month.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keuntungan yang diperoleh Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama bulan Agustus 2022. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan wawancara dengan langsung dengan Pemilik usaha mengenai variabel biaya, pendapatan dan keuntungan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari skripsi, jurnal, dan buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Kios Buah Aris yaitu sebesar Rp185.020.000 dan total biaya pengeluaran sebesar Rp178.432.011 dengan demikian keuntungan yang diperoleh Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado sebesar Rp6.587.989, selama 1 bulan.

Analisis Efisiensi Pemasaran Komoditas Cabai Keriting Di Desa Touure Dua Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing efficiency of curly chilies in Touure Dua Village, west Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. This research eas carried out for 3 months starting from March to Mei 2022. The determination of the farmer sample was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data throught interviews and filling out questionnaires to 16 respondents, secondary data obtained from related agencies. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis method, namely the data collected in this study were tabularized, then grouped according to research variabels. The results showed that Touure Dua Village has 2 marketing channels, namely second-level marketing and third-level marketing, and it can be concluded that both marketing channels are all profitable. Marketing channel I is more efficient than marketing channel II. This is because marketing channel I is lower in marketing costs incurred and has a short channel, which means that curly chilies reach consumers faster and reduce the state of damage to curly chilies in the transportation and distribution process, then the higher the share received by farmers (farmer share) which is 74% and 71% for marketing channel I and marketing channel II, then the efficiency of marketing channel II can be said to be efficient because <50%, namely channel I marketing efficiency value is 1.11% while marketing channel II efficiency value is 2.06%.
