Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Pengelolaan Cap Tikus Di Desa Raanan Baru Satu Kecamatan Motoling Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
The purpose of this study is to analyze how much profit the Cap Tikus management business has in Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months from August to November 2022 at Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents, while secondary data is obtained from books, journals, village offices and agencies which can be used as data to support data collection in this research. This research was analyzed descriptively obtained from the data and presented in tabulation form with calculations of cost, revenue and income analysis. The results of this research are that the profits from the capticus management business in Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency can be said to be profitable with the average income for managing rat caps amounting to IDR 3,731,902.- per farmer and IDR 531,112.- per tree
Persepsi Generasi Milenial Terhadap Pekerjaan Pada Sektor Pertanian Di Kecamatan Likupang Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara
The purpose of the study was to determine the millennial generation's perception of work in the agricultural sector in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months from May to July 2023, located in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. The type of data used in the research is primary data obtained directly through interviews and filling out questionnaires from millennial generation groups. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies, namely the South Likupang District Office, the North Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency, research results and literature related to the research conducted. The research population was the millennial generation from farming families in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. Sampling was carried out by proportional sampling, namely sampling that takes into account the elements or categories in the research population. The research population is all children with heads of families with agricultural livelihoods, namely a total of 53 families out of 278 families with heads of families who make a living from the agricultural sector. Data analysis used to see the influence variable used Likert scale. The results showed that the millennial generation's perception of work in the agricultural sector in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency on internal factors from the education level indicator was on doubtful criteria, parental support was on very agreeing criteria and peer influence was on very agreeing criteria. External factors in the income indicator are in the criteria strongly agree, the agricultural socialization indicator is in the doubtful criteria and the agricultural innovation indicator is in the criteria strongly agree. Millennial perceptions of employment in the agricultural sector agree that work in the agricultural sector is profitable with a percentage of 73.33 percent
Eco Style: Pemanfaatan Eco-Enzyme Sebagai Pupuk Organik Lokal Yang Menguntungkan Pada Produksi Dan Pendapatan Usahatani Stevia Rebaudiana
This study aims to determine differences in production yields as seen from the visual state of the plants and to analyze the comparison of production yields and stevia farming income between the use of local organic fertilizer eco-enzyme and non-local organic fertilizer instead of eco-enzyme. The research was carried out for 3 months from October 2022 to December 2022 which took place in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The variables in this study look at the visual comparison of plants and analyze income. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling on each bed. Analysis of the research data was carried out by calculating the average results of the variables that have been observed to see the comparisons obtained. Furthermore, based on the fresh weight of the first cutting, the income earned is analyzed. The results of observations from research that has been carried out using eco-enzyme organic fertilizers produce an average growth rate faster than non-eco-enzyme organic fertilizers seen in differences in plant height, leaf length, leaf width, and number of leaves, first cutting weight, and income earned, meaning that the effect of using eco-enzymes is able to increase agricultural production yields so that it has the potential to increase farm income if prices remain constant or do not fall
Pengukuran Ketajaman Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) Di Berbagai Ketinggian Lahan Sawah Dengan Menggunakan Drone Tipe Mavic 2 Pro Di Desa Matani Kecamatan Tumpaan
Drones are a solution for getting data efficiently and effectively. The drone is also equipped with a flight control system through waves, ground positioning system (GPS) precision navigation, and flight control electronics so that it can fly according to the autopilot flight plan. The purpose of this study was to measure the sharpness of the Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) at various heights of paddy fields using the MAVIC 2 PRO TYPE Drone in Matani Village, Tumpaan District. The results of the research on measuring the acuity of the Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) in paddy fields using the MAVIC 2 PRO TYPE Drone in Matani Village, Tumpaan District show that flying altitude affects GSD results where the higher the drone altitude, the greater the GSD value and the lower the altitude. fly, the clearer the photos obtained. It is better to measure the sharpness of the Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) in the afternoon above 9 am because the sun's lighting affects the quality of the photo at a height of 200 meters so that the photo is clear
Pengaruh Pemberian Trichoderma sp. Dan Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Akar Stek Pucuk Tanaman Krisan (Chrysanthemum morifolium R.)
This study aims to determine whether there is an interaction and influence of concentration from the administration of Trichoderma sp. and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the root growth of chrysanthemum plants. This research was carried out at the Center for Protection and Quality Testing of Horticultural Food Crops and the Screen House Office of the Center for Seeds, Agricultural Nurseries and Agrotourism Show Window, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from June to August 2022. Primary data was obtained from the results of the study including the variables root length, root weight, and percentage of living cuttings while secondary data was obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, articles journals and theses related to research topics. The results showed that the longest plant roots were produced at the concentration level of Trichoderma sp. solubility of 107 and PGPR 15ml/l (T1P3) with an average of 11.6 cm and the heaviest roots were produced at the concentration level of Trichoderma sp. solubility 109 and PGPR 10ml/l (T3P2) with an average of 0.49 gram
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pedagang Sayuran Di Pasar Pinasungkulan Karombasan Kota Manado
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the income of vegetable traders in the Pinasungkulan Karombasan market. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained directly from interviews and through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely vegetable traders at the Pinasungkulan Karombasan market, and also through secondary data from previous research journals. The number of samples in this study amounted to 37 respondents with a census technique according to direct observation during the pre-survey. The results of this study indicate the factors that influence the income of vegetable traders in the Pinasungkulan Karombasan market, namely capital, level of education, length of business and hours of work. Factors that significantly influence are capital and working hours. The level of education and length of business have no significant effect on the income of vegetable traders at the pinasungkulan karombasan market, Manado City.
Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Abang Kumis Coffee Kecamatan Singkil Kota Manado
This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction at the Abang Mustache Coffee café, in terms of product, price, place, promotion and service aspects. This research was conducted in September - November 2022. The data collection method used in this study used primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 89 people selected using accidental sampling technique. Data is measured with a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Consumer Satisfaction Index. The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction at the Abang Kumis Coffee café is classified as very satisfied with a consumer satisfaction index of 81.28%. More specifically for each aspect, the level of satisfaction with the product is 83%, price is 85.09%, promotion is 85.16%, service is 83.81% which is classified as very satisfied while 74.16% is only included in the satisfied category
Implementasi Program Layanan Call Center Manado Siaga 112 Studi Di Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kota Manado
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Manado standby 112 call center service program in Manado City. The research was conducted from March to April 2023 in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) room located on the 2nd floor of the Manado City Hall building. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive qualitative technique. The results of the study are that there are several things that can support emergency complaint services maximally. The first factor is good cooperation between OPDs, where all OPDs join in carrying out the emergency complaint service process in this program. Friendly, fast and responsive service is the second factor, because this program does require fast service in dealing with emergencies in the City of Manado
Peran BUMDes Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro
This study aims to examine the management of BUMDes, examine the role of BUMDes on farmers' income, and to examine the supporting and inhibiting factors of BUMDes Mulyo Lestari. This study used qualitative research, the location and time of the research was carried out in Karangsono Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency from March to June 2023. The selected informants were informants who knew the situation and could provide reliable information about the object being studied. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is inductive method through providing a clear description of problem information, then interpreting them in accordance with the results of research conducted based on theoretical support related to the research object, while data validation techniques use triangulation, data reduction, data collection, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of BUMDes in the income of farmers in Karangsono village has helped farmers earn a decent income, it's just that sustainable management is still not optimal. BUMDes management is already running in accordance with organizational management rules, but the functions in organizing, activating and supervising are still not optimal. The supporting factors for BUMDes are the existence of capital participation from the village government and high natural resources, while the low quality of human resources and the lack of community involvement in achieving BUMDes goals, are obstacles for BUMDes
Analisis Pendapatan Petani Kelapa Di Desa Talawaan Kecamatan Talawaan Kabupaten Minahas Utara
The purpose of the study was to analyze the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 2 months, namely October to November 2022, starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The research was conducted in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct interviews with respondent farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is complementary raw data obtained from agencies or offices related to the research site. Respondents in this study were coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. Sampling in this study used a purposive method from 195 coconut farmers who were taken 30 coconut farmer respondents in Talawaan Village who were taken laterally. Data were analyzed using the calculation of farm income. The results showed that the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency for one copra production process was IDR 766,588 per farmer or IDR 403,467.77 per hectare
