    This study aims to analyze ecological, socioeconomic and institutional factors affecting the management of conservation areas and analyze conflict mitigation strategies between wildlife and communities around the Duasudara CA and Batuputih TWA areas. This research was conducted from May - December 2022. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Primary data on the collection of strategic issues through focus discussion groups (FGDs) and direct interviews with key informants. Secondary data was obtained from the Tangkoko Long-Term Management Plan (RPJP) document for 2017-2026 and the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P.48 / Menhut-II / 2008 as well as the results of previous research related to the research. The results showed that there are internal and external factors that affect the management of conservation areas, including area status, yaki monkey status, yaki monkey population, land cover, community activities, tourist visits, NGO involvement, community socioeconomic conditions, and regional boundaries. The results of the analysis related to human and monkey yaki conflict mitigation strategies in Duasudara CA and Batuputih TWA Bitung City using the SWOT method show a position in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy where the application of conflict mitigation in Duasudara CA and Batuputih TWA is supported by great strength and opportunity and consider the simultaneous ecological, economic and socio-cultural synergy

    This research intends to find the factors that cause homeless people and beggars in the city of Manado. The research was conducted for 6 (six) months, from July to December 2022. The research location is in Manado City. Using a qualitative research method with an analytical descriptive approach This research was conducted by collecting various data, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The results of the study found that the factors causing the occurrence of homeless people and beggars in Manado City were: Poverty, Economic Factors, Physical Limitations and Mental Disorders, Freedom and Enjoyment of Homeless Life, Socio-Cultural Factors, Education and Skills Limitations, Population Problems, Frustration Due to Family and Household Problems, and Age Factors. The public impact if the problems of homeless people and beggars (beggars) are not addressed, namely Disturbing Public Order, Disturbing the Cleanliness and Beauty of the City, Disturbing Comfort, Disturbing Security and Order, Population Problems, and Causing Crime. It is hoped that there will be empowerment, construction of "social solidarity villages", affirmation of sanctions, and cross-sectoral cooperation in dealing with beggars in Manado City

    This study aims to determine the production process of processing, coconut coir  fishing nets and describe the flow of products, information flows and financial flows in the supply chain of fishing nets at PT. Berkat Abadi Korindo, Matuari District, Bitung City. This research was conducted for 2 months from September to October 2022. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method with the purpose and objective of the research, namely by selecting one of the staff/employees at PT. Berkat Abadi Korindo. The research uses primary data obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive analysis with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results showed that supply chain actors in product flow, information flow and financial flow were farmers, collectors, PT. Berkat Abadi Korindo, expedition services and customers. Product flow in the Jaring Ikan supply chain, namely the supply of raw materials from coconut coir supply farmers to PT. Berkat Abadi Korindo, coconut fiber rope products has been exported to customers using expedition services. The flow of information that flows, namely information about the supply of raw materials from suppliers to factories and then product information from factories to customers. The financial flow that flows is in the form of payments made which pay to suppliers in cash/cash while for customer payments to the factory, namely the transfer payment system.

    This study aims to evaluate the performance of agricultural extension workers in Pinolosian District, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. Evaluating the characteristics of PNS and THL extension workers, the performance characteristics of extension workers and the characteristics of farmers. The method used in this research is survey method. The selection of the research location was carried out deliberately, namely in Pinolosian District by taking four extension agents, namely two PNS extension officers and two THL extension officers. The research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents from farmer group members assisted by PNS extension workers and 20 members of farmer group assisted by THL extension agents, the total was 40 respondents. The sampling method was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling). The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The results of the research show that the performance of PNS and THL extension workers has a fairly good assessment of farmer groups, which can be seen from several indicators.

    This research aims to analyze papaya farming income in Lembean Village, Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from April 2022 to June 2022. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through direct interviews with 3 respondents using a list of questions/interviews. Secondary data was obtained through books, journals and literature related to this research topic. The results of this research show that the average income from papaya farming is IDR 28,364,528 from Bangkok papaya revenues of IDR 50,160,000 per harvest. With an average total cost of IDR 10,871,824 for a total. The R/C ratio is more than one with a value of 3.2, which means that every rupiah spent in farming will receive income of IDR 3.2

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program and the impact of the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program on the regional economy (access to income) in Girian Indah Village, Bitung City, North Sulawesi. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who participated in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The sample determination was based on data from the Girian Indah urban village office which recorded PTSL certificate recipients who pledged certificates as business capital. Data collection methods used are observation, interview. The research method used is the survey method. The data used is divided into two, namely primary data obtained from respondents who use their certificates in banks while secondary data obtained from agencies related to this research, namely BPN Bitung, literature both reference books and journals. The data was analyzed using quantitative analysis with paired t test data analysis, namely seeing the difference in income before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The results showed that the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program had gone well and met the indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In addition, the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has had a positive impact on local revenue in the form of additional income from PPB tax due to the issuance of land certificates but has not had a real effect on community income

    Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Dimensi Penyusun Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara

    This study aims to analyze the Pure Partisipation Rate of SD/MI and Gross Regional Domestic Product which affect the Education Dimension (Expected Years of Schooling) in North Sulawesi Province and to analyze the number of poor people and the open unemployment rate which affect the Expenditure Dimension (Decent Standard of Living) in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. The type of data used is secondary data from published reports produced by the North Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency for 2021. The objects in this study were 15 districts/cities in North Sulawesi province. The results of the study show that the Pure Partisipation Rate of SD/MI and Gross Regional Domestic Product simultaneously have an influence on the Old School Expectancy. The influence exerted by PPR SD/MI is 37.7% and GRDP is 25.8%. The number of poor people and the open unemployment rate simultaneously have an influence on per capita spending. The influence given by the number of poor people is 39.9% and the open unemployment rate is 45.8%

    The study aims to analyze the potential of biophysical civil-forest clearances, analyze economic, institutional, social and cultural conditions, and track stakeholders in determining civil-forest development strategies in the region of Lembean Mountain Reserves. The study was conducted for three months, ranging from March to May 2023. The data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data is collected through interviews, based on questionnaires. The number of respondents to the weight of four respondents with both expert and experienced levels of people's empowerment around the forest region. The number of respondents to give a twenty-first rate to those of a forest-farm group with a permit to use a community forest. The data collected in primary data concern economic conditions, institutional, social and cultural conditions, and stakeholder in determining development strategies. The turnaround strategy is a research strategy developed for the development of community forests in the Lembean Mountain Forest Area. The strategy is to facilitate the establishment and strengthening of group institutions, facilitate businesses wishing to invest with community groups through mutually beneficial cooperation, and develop patterns of agroforestry systems that have products and economic value

    The purpose of the study was to determine the transfer of non-agricultural labor to agricultural labor during the Covid-19 pandemic in Woloan II Village, Tomohon City. The research lasted for three months from August to October 2022. The research was conducted in Woloan II Village, West Tomohon Sub-district. The data collected included primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires, to labor respondents who moved from the non-agricultural sector to the agricultural sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondary data were collected through research reports through the internet, journals, and other information related to the research. The sample in this study is workers in Woloan II Village, Tomohon City who have moved from the non-agricultural sector to the agricultural sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected using purposive sampling with a sample of 15 respondents. The data is presented in a table and then described descriptively. The results of the research on the transfer of non-agricultural labor to agricultural labor in Woloan II Village, West Tomohon Subdistrict during the Covid-19 pandemic showed that the transfer to the agricultural sector with the rice commodity received a percentage of 46.67 percent and the second largest was the cabbage commodity of 40.00 percent and for the corn commodity had a percentage of 13.33 percent
