    This study aims to analyze the impact of residential ownership on the socio-economic conditions of the people in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City and to analyze the income of residents of Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City before and after occupying housing. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. The selection of respondents was carried out purposively (purposive sampling). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which contains questions related to socio-economic aspects. Secondary data was obtained from the publications of related agencies, such as BPS Kota Tomohon, Public Housing and Settlement Areas Office of Tomohon City, as well as literature related to this research. The results of the study show that there is an impact of residential ownership on social conditions for residents in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing Housing, namely the formation of religious, community and governmental institutional social activities. In the aspect of income for residential ownership in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing Housing, there was a significant increase in income after the occupants occupied houses in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing

    This study aims to determine the Apple Tomato Farming Income in South Tosewer Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from February to April 2023. The data collected included primary data obtained from direct interviews with tomato farmers as owners using questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained through research reports on the internet, journals and others related to the research. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The sample in the study amounted to 4 people who had tomato farms as owners and who harvested together in the last growing season. The research was analyzed using farm analysis, namely cost analysis, revenue, income and continued with the revenue cost ratio. The results showed that the average income obtained in Apple Tomato farming in South Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency was Rp52,098,950 per one planting period, which was obtained from the average revenue of Rp62,125,000 and the average total cost of Rp10,026,250. The R/C Ratio analysis shows that Apple Tomato farming in South Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency is feasible. This can be seen from the ratio of total income to total costs which is greater than one, namely 6.196

    This study aims to describe the survival strategies of rice mill business actors in Kopiwangker Village, Langowan Barat District. This research was conducted from December 2022 to May 2023. This study uses 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Sampling uses a saturated sample method where all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The results showed that the two rice mill business actors in Kopiwangker Village, West Langowan Subdistrict, implemented three strategies to be able to meet family needs and survive, namely: 1) The active strategy carried out by rice mill business actors was by doing side jobs and utilizing family work force to increase income. 2) The passive strategy carried out by rice mill business actors is to minimize expenses by eating with makeshift side dishes, storing weapons as food reserves, buying cheap clothes when needed and taking traditional medicine or drug stalls and seeking treatment at the puskesmas. 3) The network strategy applied by rice mill business actors is by establishing relationships with rice farmers so that grain remains available besides asking for help when in trouble from relatives, cooperatives and banks when they need money

    The study aimed to determine the income of red chili farming in Kamanga Dua Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in August 2023. This research uses 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews using a list of questions as a tool in data collection. Secondary data were obtained from literature related to the research. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique.  The number of research samples was 5 farmers as respondents. The results of the study were analyzed using farm analysis, namely cost analysis, revenue, income and continued with the Revenue Cost Ratio. The results of this study indicate that the average income obtained in red chili farming in Kamanga Dua Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency is IDR 44,039,222 per one growing season obtained from the average receipt of IDR 65,798,000 and the average total cost of IDR 21,758,778. The income obtained from red chili farming in one month amounted to Rp14,679,741 which was obtained from the income divided by three months of harvest. The R/C Ratio analysis shows that red chili farming in Kamanga Dua Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency is feasible. This is seen from the ratio of total income to total costs which is> 1, namely 3.02

    This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of cut flowers at Ilomata Florist, Kakaskasen II Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this research was 10 respondents. This study uses questionnaires and interviews to determine variable indicators on internal factors and external factors then determines weights and ratings using questionnaires and then determines the marketing strategy at Ilomata Florist. Data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that Ilomata Florist has a SO strategy, namely Ilomata Florist utilizes the Tomohon area as a city with the title of flower city which can easily reach consumers. Good product quality is also always maintained by Ilomata florists in an effort to retain old customers at reasonable prices. Ilomata Florist is also in quadrant I, namely being able to take advantage of strengths and opportunities as well as minimize weaknesses and prevent threats

    The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of coconut farming income in Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 2 months from June to July 2023 in Tumani Village, Maesaan Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency. The data concluded included primary data and secondary data. Farmer data collection was carried out using the simple random sampling method with the analysis method using income analysis. Coconut farming income in Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency with the sales method by selling copra gets a result of Rp6,760,918 per harvest which is obtained from total revenue of Rp9,279,700 per harvest minus the total cost of Rp2,518,782 per harvest and sales by selling coconut grains get a result of Rp2,557,546 per harvest which is obtained from total revenue of Rp3,876,600 per harvest minus the total cost of Rp1,322,176 per harvest

    This study aims to describe students' perceptions of e-commerce through Facebook. The research was conducted at during to Juni 2023. The data collected is primary data obtained from direct interviews with student of the Department of Socio-Economics Faculty of Agriculture Sam Ratulangi University. Secondary data is obtained from journals, research reports taken from the internet. The data collected of the study were analyzed by descriptif. The results showed that the perceptions on the doubling of Facebook functions as social media into e-commerce facilities received good appreciation because it made it easier and helped save time, money and energy.  Student’s perceptions of using Facebook e-commerce, namely buying and selling goods through Facebook e-commerce is very easy because the transaction method is the same as using Facebook in general, so they have almost no obstacles in carrying out e-commerce activities through Facebook. Students' perceptions of e-commerce services through Facebook are very good because in conducting e-commerce activities through Facebook, buyers and sellers always prioritize friendliness and courtesy when interacting in terms of bargaining activities

    This study aims to determine the income of coconut farming in Makawidey Village, Aertembaga District, Bitung City. This research was conducted for 2 months, from March to May 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis used is the analysis in determining production, revenue, costs and income. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with farmers who own coconut land and those who cultivate coconuts using a prepared questionnaire and observation in the field. Secondary data were obtained from agencies related to this research. The results showed that the income of coconut farming in Makawidey Subdistrict, Aertembaga District, Bitung City with the coconut management fee system was IDR3,764,689 per farmer and income per hectare was IDR1,792,964. Coconut farming income by processing the profitsharing system is IDR3,058,539 per farmer, and IDR1,456,475 per hectare. Coconut processing with a wage system is greater than the profitsharing system

    This study aims to analyze the effect of land area and farming experience on the income of rice farmers in Taraitak I Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months located in Taraitak 1 Village, North District, Minahasa Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to rice farmers in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District. Secondary data were obtained from the Village Office and various agencies involved in this study with various literature available in libraries and the internet. The results showed that the income of lowland rice farming in Taraitak 1 Village, North Langowan District was IDR4,258,814 per planting season with partial influence (t test) of the land area, the result of t count was 4,206 with a probability of 0,000 where this was stated there is a positive and significant effect on rice farming income and from farming experience obtained t count of 0.064 with a probability of 0.950 where it is stated that there is no positive and significant effect on farming income While for simultaneous effects (Test F) results obtained t count of 8,847 with a probability of 0,001 where it is stated that there is a positive and significant effect on farming income

    Pertumbuhan In Vitro Tiga Varietas Krisan Pada Variasi Media Murashige & Skoog (MS)

    This study aims to determine the growth of three Chrysanthemum varieties on complete MS media, 50% MS and 50% MS which were given coconut water through In vitro culture. This research was conducted from March to May 2022 at the Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. This study used a factorial design in a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatment factors, namely media and varieties consisting of 9 treatments and 4 replications so that a total of 36 bottles, namely MS 100%, MS ½ (MS 50%), MS ½ AK (MS 50% + coconut water 200 ml/l). The variables observed were: plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and number of roots. The results of the study showed that the average growth of the 3 Chrysanthemum varieties was better on ½ MS and ½ MS media supplemented with coconut water. The best wet weight on ½ MS+AK media corresponds to the highest number of roots in the same treatment
