Get PDFThe purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the family planning program at the Bitung City Population Control and Family Planning Office in suppressing the population growth rate in Bitung City. This research was conducted in April 2023 at the Bitung City Population Control and Family Planning Office. This research uses qualitative research methods to explore in depth the problems that occur. The instruments used were direct observation in the field, literature and in-depth interviews with 8 informants. The results of research in the field, it was found that the target of the family planning program carried out by the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) can be said to be effective, where the targets targeted are couples of childbearing age (PUS) in Bitung City are also scattered in Bitung City, the level of public knowledge of family planning is still low, but the success of the family planning program in Bitung City can be said to be successful as seen from the number of birth rates that are still under control, population growth in Bitung City is caused not only by births but other factors such as population movements

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the response of soybean plants to the application of PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) from bamboo roots and to obtain the best concentration of PGPR from bamboo roots to increase soybean growth and yield in Sendangan Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months, from July to October 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was Anova analysis (Analysis of Variance). The design of this study used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications so that there were 20 plots, namely treatment P0 0 ml/water, P1 PGPR concentration 10 ml, P2 PGPR concentration 20 ml, P3 PGPR concentration 30 ml, P4 PGPR concentration 40 ml so that there are 20 plots. The variables observed were plant height, number of branches, number of pods, number of root nodules, and production per plot. The results showed that giving PGPR from 4 treatments P0 0 ml/liter of water, P1 10 ml/liter of water, P2 20 ml/liter of water, P3 30 ml/liter of water, and P4 40 ml/liter of water got the best concentration of PGPR bamboo roots at P3 30ml/liter of water, thereby increasing the growth and yield of soybeans

The results of the study show that the role of religious leaders aims to increase community diversity which is still lacking because from the author's observation that in general in Sangowo Village, East Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency there are still many people who preoccupy themselves with working only in world affairs so they forget about religious affairs

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of women farm laborers on the family economy based on income contribution and work time in Atep Satu Village, Langowan Selatan Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for three months, from May to July 2022, starting from the preparation to the preparation of the research report. The method used in this research is the survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data was obtained from the sub-district office, village office, and related agencies. Sampling in this study used the method (simple random sampling) with the number of female farm laborers sampled as many as 30 out of 137 women who work as farm laborers and are married. The data obtained in this study were analyzed through the identification of the role of income, using the descriptive analysis method of the activities of the role of women farm workers in the household calculated based on the results of the work time. Based on the results of the study, the role of women farm laborers on the family economy in Atep Satu Village, Langowan Selatan Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency is the contribution of women farm laborers' income of 27.84% while the use of working time of women farm laborers is 23%. So in this case the highest contribution is 45.45% and the lowest is 18.82%

Get PDFThis research aims to: 1). Knowing the internal factors and external factors agricultural field extension, 2). Knowing the performance of field agricultural extension in Kotabunan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This research used primary data obtained through interviews and observation and secondary data obtained from books, previous research and BPS of Kotabunan District. The data obtained is presented in tabular form and then analyzed descriptively. Category determination is obtained based an assessment or score with the measurement method used is the Likert scale. The results of the study show that the internal factors that support are the extension workers are still in the productive age, some extension workers have a formal undergraduate education indicating that the human resources of the extension workers are quite good, most of the extension workers have enough years of work/work experience and all extension workers have attended training. The external factors that support the availability of sufficient facilities, infrastructure and information to make it easier for extension agents to carry out extension activities, good extension intensity can increase cooperative relations between farmers and a supportive reward system can increase enthusiasm and motivation for extension workers to work. The performance of field agricultural extension in Kotabunan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency is in the very good category. Performance indicators that show very good results include the preparation of extension programs, the availability of regional map data according to commodity zoning, the preparation of agricultural extension work plans in each work area, the dissemination of agricultural technology information evenly, and the growth and development of farmer empowerment and independence. The performance of extension agents that showed poor results was the realization of business partnerships between farmers and entrepreneurs and the realization of farmers' access to financial institutions.

The research was conducted in September 2022 with a predetermined research site in Tendeki Village, Matuari District, Bitung City. The data collection method is the survey method. Interview data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression methods so that the analysis used refers to the formulation of research objectives. By using the model of the Cobb-Douglass production function, R2 test, multicollinearity test, f test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer affect the amount of corn production in Tendeki Village, Matuari District, Bitung City. Partially, the factors of land area, urea fertilizer, and labor have a positive effect, and the number of seeds has a negative effect, while NPK fertilizer has no significant effect

No full textThis study aims to determine the amount of corn farming income according to the area of land they cultivate in Inobonto Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained in the research field, namely from interviews with corn farmers, while secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research. The sample used is homogeneous, so the sample determination is carried out proportionally according to the tenure of the land area of 15 respondents. The results of the data obtained, then processed using farming analysis according to Suratiyah. Based on the calculation results of corn farming analysis in Inobonto Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the farm income with a land area of L < 1 Ha is IDR16,418,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 2.20, and for Land Area 1 < L < 2 Ha With an income of IDR49,702,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 4.00 while Corn farming income with a Land Area of L> 2 Ha is IDR96,546,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 4.97. So for all land areas the R/C ratio is greater than 1

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze infrastructure in this case road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure and clean water infrastructure on economic growth in Minahasa Regency, North Minahasa, Bolaang Mongondow, Sangihe Islands and Manado City. The research was conducted from November 2022 to April 2023 in North Sulawesi Province in four districts (Minahasa, North Minahasa, Bolaang Mongondow, and Sangihe) and one city (Manado). This study uses secondary data taken from the North Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics and the public works department using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this analysis explain that firstly road infrastructure has an impact on economic growth in Minahasa Regency, North Minahasa, Bolaang Mongondow, Sangihe Islands Regency and Manado City. The analysis explains how the impact of electricity infrastructure on economic growth in Minahasa Regency, North Minahasa, Bolaang Mongondow, Sangihe Islands Regency and Manado City, and the analysis explains how the impact of clean water infrastructure providers on economic growth in Minahasa Regency, North Minahasa, Bolaang Mongondow, Sangihe Islands Regency and Manado City.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the policy implementation of the Sulawesi Utara Hari Ini’s news program on TVRI North Sulawesi. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. This research used a qualitative design with descriptive analysis, in order to be able to reveal, describe, and understand the phenomena that occur in the setting and object of research. The research focus consists of communication, resources, attitudes/dispositions, and bureaucratic structure based on the policy dimensions of George Edward III. The results showed that the communication between team leaders and news contributors was not effective due to the lack of face-to-face meetings, the lack of human resources in the news unit so that officers held multiple jobs, the disposition did not yet have a standard reward and punishment standard for news unit employees, and bureaucratic structure There is no detailed organizational structure regarding the 14 news unit professions, so that the implementation of policies and standard operating procedures in the news unit for Sulawesi Utara Hari Ini broadcast program must be maximized
