Curahan Waktu Kerja Petani Penggarap Pada Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Kelurahan Woloan Dua Kecamatan Tomohon Barat
Get PDFThe aim of the study was to determine the working time of farmers working on lowland rice farming in Woloan Dua Village, West Tomohon District. This research was carried out from May to July 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with rice farming cultivators, using a list of questions that had been prepared in the form of a questionnaire. While secondary data were obtained from official sources, namely the Woloan Dua Village office, as well as other sources related to this research. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling, namely samples taken deliberately. The results showed that the working time of sharecroppers on lowland rice farming in Woloan Dua Village, West Tomohon District was 3072 hours. What is spent on lowland rice farming activities is land preparation, seeding, planting, fertilizing, pest and disease prevention, driving away birds, harvesting, threshing, transportation. And in a day it takes 8 hours, a week it takes 48 hours, a month it takes 192 hours, and per planting period it takes 3072 hours

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the cost of cloves in Raanan Baru 2 Village, West Motoling District. Sampling in this study used the method (Purposive Sampling) or deliberately from clove farmers in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District. The number of respondents was 10 people as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using direct interview techniques with clove farmers as respondents, by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) as an aid in data collection. While secondary data were obtained from the agencies involved in this study. The analytical method used in this research is cost analysis, analysis of total revenue and total income and the cost structure of farming. the results of research conducted on clove farming in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District, obtained an income of Rp.93,906,348.- per harvest with a total income of IDR 196,790,000.- per harvest and a total cost of IDR 102,883,652.- per harvest of the total costs incurred fixed costs (Fix Cost) contributed to the total cost of 0.03 percent and variable costs (Variable Cost) contributed to the total cost of 99.96 percent and for the contribution of costs based on harvest preparation activities contributed to the total cost of 0.59 percent and for cost contributions based on harvest activities contributing to costs of 97.84 percent and for cost contributions based on post-harvest activities contributing to total costs of 1.16 percent

Get PDFThis research aims to design the development of an organic strawberry agribusiness in North Sulawesi through the pentahelix collaborative engineering. This research was conducted from March to September 2022. The method used in this research is a survey method. The selection of the research location was carried out purposive, namely the area which is the center of organic strawberry production in North Sulawesi. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes: (1) performance of organic strawberry agribusiness, (2) synergy of strawberry agribusiness subsystems in North Sulawesi, and (3) role of pentahelix in organic strawberry development. Secondary data is in the form of supporting data for this research. The data collection techniques used were (1) using questionnaires, (2) observation, (3) interviews, (4) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and (5) documentation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the application of organic farming has not been fully implemented because respondents still use chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Strong integration of strawberry agribusiness development has not been created between sub-systems either vertically or in terms of. Agribusiness development desigm follows the Services Rationalization collaboration pattern, namely increasing the role of the service sector that is related to agribusiness subsystems. Increasing the role in the form of increasing the role of academics as a attracting sector and as a facilitator, the role of the Government as a supporting sector, the role of the media as a source and dissemination of information, the role of farmer associations as a driving sector and the business sector which consists of all agribusiness subsystems other than agriservices as the implementing sector. Further engineering in the Pentahelix collaboration in the development of strawberry agribusiness then put forward three main components, namely the business component, the academic component, and the support component

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the income of curly chili farming in Kauditan sub-district, North Minahasa regency. This research was conducted in Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research began from March to June 2022. The method used in this study was purposive with the consideration that Kauditan District is one of the curly chili producing districts. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The primary data consisted of data on fixed costs, variable costs, investment costs, curly chili production data, curly chili price data, sales data and curly chili cultivation information obtained from field visits and direct interviews with curly chili farmers in Kauditan District. Secondary data in the form of curly chili production development data, curly chili productivity data, and curly chili farming analysis data from other studies obtained from literature studies both obtained in libraries, websites, and other places in the form of the results of previous research related to research problems. The results showed that the income of curly chili farming in Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency per hectare in one planting cycle with a total of 10,000 plants amounted to IDR225,190,000

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the impact of the People's Business Credit Program (KUR) of Bank Rakyat Indonesia on the income of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector at BRI Bumi Beringin Unit, Manado City. This research was conducted from April to September 2022. The selection of respondents was intentional. Primary data are data obtained from observation of business sources by interviewing through questionnaires to 25 culinary business owners, customers of KUR BRI Bumi Beringin Unit in Wanea District, Manado City and documentation. Secondary data is data obtained through Bank BRI Bumi Beringin Unit, and also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet through Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research, namely the Impact of the BRI KUR Program on MSME Income. . The results showed that the impact of the BRI KUR Program Bumi Beringin Unit had a positive impact on MSMEs in the Culinary sector in Manado City which was caused by the difference in income received by MSMEs in the culinary sector, the difference that occurred was from the KUR loan capital used which could assist in the development of MSME businesses so that the occurrence of increase in income after using KUR BRI Bumi Beringin Unit, Wanea District, Manado City
Perbandingan Pendapatan Usahatani Cabai Rawit Varietas Lokal Dan Varietas Dewata Di Desa Raanan Baru Dua Kecamatan Motoling Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the comparison of farming income of local and Dewata varieties of cayenne pepper in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District. Data collection techniques, namely interviews using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the local variety and Dewata variety of cayenne pepper farming in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency, the total production of local varieties of cayenne pepper was 21.662 kg and the total production of cayenne pepper of the dewata variety was 20.214 kg. The average income of local varieties of cayenne pepper farming is IDR 72,803,130 per hectare. While the average income of Dewata variety cayenne pepper is Rp. 66,368,836 per hectare. The results of the T test using the SPSS software application show that there is no significant difference between the farming of the two chili varieties

This research will be carried out from January 2022 to March 2022 in the "JW Roti" business in Totolan Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data originating from the internal and external environment. Primary data was obtained from internal parties, namely the owner of "JW Roti" and its employees and external parties, namely consumers of "JW Roti" while secondary data was obtained from agencies related to the research conducted. Sampling was carried out by direct observation, interviews and documentation at "JW Roti". From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Business Model Canvas concept implemented by "JW Roti" includes (1) Customer segment, not distinguishing between customers; (2) Value Propositions (VP), producing new variants; (3) Channels, customers buy directly in stores; (4) Customer Relationship, implementing personal assistance relationships; (5) Revenue Streams, income through transactions; (6) Key Resources, land and buildings for production; (7) Key Activities, bread making; (8) Key Partnerships, suppliers of raw materials; and (9) Cost Structure, fixed costs and variable costs

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the element of social capital in farmer groups Esa Tarendem and Kerknahel in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This study began in April to June 2021, the number of samples used in this study amounted to twenty people. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with farmer groups Esa Tarendem and Kerknahel using a list of questions (questionnaires), while secondary data was obtained from the Rurukan Satu sub-district government. The results of this study indicate that there is social capital in the Esa Tarendem farmer group in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. Where the results of the total score of 535 with a percentage of 99.07%. Meanwhile, the results of the research on social capital in the Kerknahel farmer group in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City are doubtful. Where the results of the acquisition of a total score of 350 with a percentage of 64.81%

Get PDFThe aim of this study was to compare the income and expenses of farming households in Tolok Village, Tompaso District in one growing season. The research was conducted for 3 months, from January to March 2022. The data analysis method used in the research was descriptive statistical analysis, namely by calculating the average income and tabulating the data to find out income, income of paddy rice farmers and expenditure on food and non-food consumption. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with farmers who were research respondents using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data was obtained from related institutions, namely the village office, the internet via Google Search and Google Books, articles and scientific journals. The results of the study show that farm households still depend on income from farming. The average income earned by respondent rice farming households in Tolok Village is greater than that spent by farmers for their household needs. The total income received is IDR511,115,000 so that the total income per year is IDR1,022,230,000 and the total expenditure for farming households is IDR105,480,000 each year. The income of lowland rice farmers is sufficient to meet the needs of lowland rice farmers and their families. This also provides opportunities for the respondent farmer households to save money, open a business or send their children to school

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of community participation in handling beach cleanliness around Bersehati Market, as well as analyzing the obstacles and challenges of waste management on the beach around Bersehati Market by the relevant government, in this case Calaca Village. The research was conducted from March to April 2022. The research was conducted on the beach of Pasar Bersehati Jl.Nusantara No.17, Calaca, Kec. Wenang, Manado City, North Sulawesi. The data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary data derived from internal government data in this case the Calaca Village Office. Data collection carried out in this research is through literature study and interviews, both of these techniques are carried out in terms of obtaining information relevant to the research. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique purposive sampling type, namely by selecting sample members who know the problem and agree to provide the information needed, as long as the information can be used as a sample in this study if the respondent is suitable as a data source. Research data analysis is with data reduction activities, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in waste management is good enough but cooperation must be further enhanced between the relevant government and the community so that waste management can run optimally, and community participation still needs to be improved
