Perbandingan Pemasaran Produk Sambal Hj. Ani Secara Digital Menggunakan Platform Marketplace Dan Media Sosial
The research aims to compare the marketing of Sambal Hj.Ani products using marketplace and social media platforms. The research was conducted from December 2021 to April 2022. The data used was digital marketing data for Sambal Hj.Ani obtained through interviews with Sambal Hj.Ani business owners and distributing questionnaires using the Google form to 15 consumers. Analysis of the research data was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of research on differences in the marketing of Sambal Hj.Ani products on the marketplace platform have various variations with different wholesale prices and COD payments are available, users can find special prices and coupons, also offer cashback, postage discounts, and vouchers. Compared to marketplaces, social media platforms only offer sambal roa, cakalang chili and squid sambal products at fixed prices but there is no choice of COD payment methods. Sambal Hj.Ani's social media provides more precise, fast and expressive interactive with buyers as well as a neat and attractive display of designs, including contacts and addresses, highlighted with customer testimonials. The marketplace admin only needs to handle complaints, submit orders, and track marketplace inventory. Sales in July-September 2022 through the marketplace sold 210 bottles. In contrast, 56 bottles of the same product were sold via social media channels during the same time period. This shows that more effective marketing efforts lead to an increase in product popularity in the market
Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Cabai Rawit Di Desa Tambelang Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to analyze the income of cayenne pepper farming in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 2 months, from August to September 2022. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method, which is a method that aims to obtain data related to research variables through various sources of literature and institutions. The data analysis method used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with cayenne pepper farming owners in the research destination villages. Secondary data was obtained through documentation of data that has been published by various agencies and literature related to this study. The results showed that the income of cayenne pepper farming in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District was very profitable with an income of Rp. 17,531,094 / planting season and if it is calculated per month, it is found that the average income per month has a very large income
Analisis Pusat Pertumbuhan Dan Wilayah Hinterland Di Kota Samarinda
This study aims to determine the sub-district which is the center of growth and the sub-district that is the Hinterland area to the growth center in the city of Samarinda. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data from this research is secondary data in 2021 in 10 sub-districts in Samarinda City. The variables used in this study are the number of available educational facilities, health facilities, economic facilities, facilities for places of worship, transportation facilities, population and distance from each sub-district in Samarinda City. This study also accommodates the adequacy of facilities in each sub-district in Samarinda City to see the interaction factors between regions. The analytical tools used in this research are scalogram analysis, centrality index analysis and gravity analysis. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2016. The results of this study indicate that the Samarinda Kota, Sungai Pinang and North Samarinda sub-districts are the sub-districts that are the center of growth in Samarinda City. Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda Ilir District and Sungai Pinang District are hinterland areas that have the highest interaction value with sub-districts that are growth centers in Samarinda City
Penilaian Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Serba Usaha Sion Sejahtera Di Kabupaten Konawe Sulawesi Tenggara
The study aims to evaluate Financial Performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha Sion Sejahtera. The data collection method used in this study used primary and secondary data. The data are used financial statements of balance sheet and calculation of the remaining results of operations from 2017 to 2021. Data measured based on 7 aspects namely capital, quality of earning assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and cooperative identity. Data is measured with ratio analyzed based on Peraturan Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The results showed that financial performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha Sion Sejahtera in 2017 obtained a value of 81,40 and went up to 82,90 in 2018 so that it was categorized are healthy. Whereas in 2019 the value obtained was 79,65 and decreased to 77,90 in 2020 and in 2021 the value dropped to 75,90 so that it was categorized are quite healthy
Analisis Kelayakan Usahatani Kakao di Desa Kopandakan Dua Kecamatan Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village, Lolayan District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. Data collection in the field was carried out by purposive sampling by direct interviews and data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for Bolaang Mongondow Regency, institutions related to cocoa commodity and scientific information from researchers - previous researchers. The variables measured in this study are cocoa production, cocoa prices, investment costs, cocoa operational costs, and cocoa income. The results of the data obtained will then be processed and analyzed in more depth using the analysis of investment criteria. The results of this study indicate that cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village is feasible. With data obtained from the average Net Present Value of cocoa farming per hectare by farmers using intercropping of Rp. 6,098,333 and Rp. Rp.8,626,871 for cocoa farming using the monoculture method, the Internal Rate of Return for cocoa farming using intercropping is 19% and 20.64% for cocoa farming using monoculture. the Net B/C yield is 1.421 monoculture and 1.277 intercropping, the Payback Period cocoa farming by intercropping for 7 years 8 months and 7 years in cocoa farming by monoculture to return the investment costs incurred.
Efektivitas Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pada Dinas Pendidikan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara
The purpose of this study was to find out more deeply how the effectiveness of Minimum Service Standards at the Regional Education Office of North Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted from March to August 2022. The selection of respondents was done intentionally. This research uses descriptive qualitative research design. Research informants used purposive sampling technique. The research focuses on the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, achievement of program objectives, and program monitoring. Data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Minimum Service Standards program has not run effectively and optimally. This is because this program does not run to the entire community and the process for verification with data control is not strict so that people still do not choose education facilitation from the government. In addition, the socialization process by the Regional Education Office of North Sulawesi Province did not reach the community, only to school administrators in the regions. The lack of control and supervision to influence the level of achievement of the fulfillment of students in each school in the region. There is no direct assistance from the field responsible for continuing to schools, especially those that are still included in remote areas so that this program does not show satisfactory results
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Kepatuhan Masyarakat Penerima Sertipikat Ptsl “Non PBB” Terhadap Pembayaran Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Di Kelurahan Girian Indah
This research aims to analyzed the factors that affected the compliance behavior of the PTSL certificate recipients that have not who are not yet compliant in fulfilling their responsibility in paying property tax. This research was conducted in July till September 2022. The research method used in this research is Quantitative research. The results of the hypothesis by using the multiple regression linear formula showed that 1) The understanding regarding taxation does not significantly affected the compliance of PTSL certificate recipients in paying property tax in Girian Indah. Whether the people of Girian Indah understand about taxation does not causing meaningful impact for them to comply; 2) The awareness of paying taxes has a positive and significant impact to the PTSL certificate recipients compliance in paying property tax in Girian Indah. The higher the awareness of the taxpayer the higher the compliance of the people to pay their property tax; 3) Income has positive and significant effect to the compliance behavior of the PTSL certificate recipients in paying their property tax in Girian Indah. The higher the income of the taxpayer the higher the obedience of the people of Girian Indah to pay their property tax; 4) The quality of service has a positive and significant impact to the compliance behavior of the PTSL certificate recipients to pay their property tax in Girian Indah. The better the service provided by the tax officer, the higher the level of taxpayer compliance in paying property tax; 5) tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on the compliance of PTSL certificate recipients in paying property tax in Girian Indah. The higher the tax sanctions given to taxpayers, the more obedient taxpayers will be in paying property tax
Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Cafe Bifi Coffee Kelurahan Pondang Kecamatan Amurang Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction of Bifi Coffee, Pondang Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from May to July 2023. This study uses accidental sampling technique, namely determining the sample by chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample. Determination of the sample using the Malhora formula, namely 5 multiplied by the number of variables or the number of questions available, with 13 question indicators, the sample taken was 65. The results showed that the attributes that need attention and are the top priority for improvement are quadrant I (ease of responding to requests and attractive place decoration). In the next attribute included in quadrant II (alertness of employees when customers visit, courtesy to customers, friendliness to customers, cleanliness and tidiness of the place, available equipment facilities and tidiness of service appearance). Attributes that fall into quadrant III (employee skills and abilities, timeliness in serving and ease of communication). Quadrant IV attributes (speed of the presentation process, readiness and willingness to serve customers). Based on the CSI calculation, the value of the level of customer satisfaction at Cafe Bifi Coffee, Pondang Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency reaches a value of 80.71%. This value is in the range 0.66-0.80%, thus overall consumers are satisfied with Cafe Bifi Coffee
Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Pelayanan Dapur Kopi Di Kelurahan Buha Kecamatan Mapanget Kota Manado
This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction in the Coffee Kitchen service in Buha Village, Mapanget District, Manado City. This research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data interviewed directly conducted to consumers who visit Dapur Kopi. Secondary data is the collection of data in the form of data obtained from sources, namely literature such as books, journals, and previous research results. The sampling method uses the technique of determining Accidental Sampling , which is anyone who comes by chance. The number of respondents taken in this study was 40 people using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive data analysis using Likert Scale measurements. Based on research shows that the overall analysis of the level of customer satisfaction in the Coffee Kitchen service in Buha Village, Mapanget District, Manado City starts from the variables Price, product, place, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, direct evidence classified as satisfied with the satisfaction index in service 79.03%
Kajian Modal Sosial Kelompok Tani Tulus Di Desa ponompiaan Kecamatan Dumoga Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
This research aims to identify and understand social capital in the Tulus Farmer Group in Ponompiaan Village, Dumoga Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from May to July 2023. Data collection methods in this study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with members of the Tulus Farmer Group using a list of questions that had been prepared in the form of a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from institutions related to the research problem, namely the Ponompiaan Village government. Sampling was done purposively (purposive sampling), the sample taken was the Tulus Farmer Group with a total of 15 farmer group members/respondents. The data analysis method was descriptive qualitative. Based on a survey in the field, the Tulus Farmer Group established good social relations in the form of mutual trust between fellow members and mutual trust between farmer groups and other farmer groups. The highest social capital is in the trust indicator, followed by the social network indicator and finally the social norm indicator
