Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the feasibility of the palm cooking oil packaging business and to determine the large income from the palm cooking oil packaging business. The research was carried out for 5 months, starting from August to December 2020. The research location was at CV. Kaliserayoe, Tawangsari Village, RT 03 RW 03 Gunungtanjung Village, Gunungtanjung District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. With a quantitative descriptive research method with data sources from primary data, namely cooking oil packaging business managers, and secondary data, namely from related agencies or institutions, the internet (google search and google schoolar) and libraries. The results showed that the income from the cooking oil packaging business carried out by CV. Kaliserayoe in one period (1 month) was IDR 32,053,188 and the cooking oil packaging business carried out by CV. Kaliserayoe was financially feasible, with an R/C value of 1.05

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the profit of Nur Hayati's banana chip business in Kinali Village, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. The data analysis method was carried out using descriptive analysis method and presented in tabular form, then measured by the Revenue Cost Analysis (R/C) formula. The data collection method in this study was carried out by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the parties concerned based on a list of questions (questionnaires) that had been prepared, as well as direct field observations. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained via the internet using Google Scholar. The results of this study show that Nur Hayati's banana chip business has a profit of Rp. 27,600,000 every month and is supported by an R/C Ratio value of 4.7, which means that Nur Hayati's banana chip business is experiencing big profits because the R/C Ratio value is > 1

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the benefits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic for Bamboo Crafts MSMEs at Warung Kenzo in the Kinilow Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from March to May 2022. The location of the research was carried out in the Kinilow Village, Tomohon Utara District, Tomohon City. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The variables studied were the characteristics of the respondents, business characteristics, and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on income. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study showed that the average profit of bamboo handicraft owners at Warung Kenzo before the co-19 pandemic was Rp.981,167/month and profits during the co-19 pandemic were Rp.10,442,500/month. This proves that Covid-19 has had a positive impact on micro, small and medium enterprises for bamboo handicrafts at Warung Kenzo in the Kinilow Village

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with Manado's Lain Hati coffee. This research was conducted from April to June 2022. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data obtained through business owners, the internet and other sources related to this research. The results showed that customer satisfaction of Kopi Lain Hati Manado through the variables of product, price, place, promotion and service quality, achieved a total score of 2,500 which indicated a consumer satisfaction index number of 83.33% and was classified as satisfied. There are two variables that have the highest level of satisfaction, namely the service quality variable of 87.33% belonging to the very satisfied category and the product variable of 86.40% belonging to the very satisfied category. While other variables, namely the promotion variable of 81.00%, the price of 80.00%, and the place of 79.66% which are classified in the satisfied category. This shows that consumers are generally satisfied with all the variables from Kopi Lain Hati Manado

The research was conducted at the DPW PKB Office of North Sulawesi Province located in Lingkungan I, Tikala Ares Village, Tikala District, Manado City. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation and field studies, interviews, literature studies and qualitative, audio and visual documents. This research uses two sources of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected from the first source. The primary data sources in this study are informants who have been determined, while secondary data sources are collected as support from the first source. Secondary data sources can also be said to be data arranged in the form of documents consisting of documentation, articles, magazines and others that can support the primary data that has been obtained. Data analysis conducted in this research is by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The research on the implementation of recruitment and selection policies for legislative candidates at the DPW PKB of North Sulawesi Province shows that communication aspects, human resource aspects, disposition aspects, and bureaucratic structures in the recruitment and selection of prospective board members from the North Sulawesi PKB have not been carried out optimally in each process carried out

Based on the results of the study, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the profit of UD Merpati's roasted peanut business shows that there are no negative results, in fact, it has a very positive impact on the business place where the profit of UD Merpati's roasted peanut business has increased by 88.32 percent, where before Covid-19 the profit of the roasted peanut business was IDR 3,399,794 and during Covid-19 the profit of the roasted peanut business was IDR 29,116,294

This research was carried out in October 2021. The method used in data collection was the observation method which was carried out during the research until the final report by observing the production process to marketing. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires and direct interviews with farmers, then secondary data is obtained from the local Village Government Office. The research variables analyzed were costs, production, revenues, and income. The results showed that the average total cost incurred by corn farmers was IDR5.055.471/Ha and with revenues of IDR8.427.672/Ha so that they could produce an average income of IDR3.371.949/Ha
Analisis Risiko Usaha Tani Jagung Di Desa Lompad Baru Kecamatan Ranoyapo Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the income of corn farming farmers, the risks faced by corn farming farmers, and how much risk is faced by farmers. The research was conducted in Lompad Baru Village, Ranoyapo District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from April to August 2022. The selection of respondents was intentional. Primary data is data obtained directly from the field through interviews using a questionnaire to each corn farming farmer. Secondary data, namely data obtained through related agencies such as the field agricultural extension office in Ranoyapo District and the Lompad Baru Village office. The results showed that the total income earned by all corn farming farmers was IDR14,200,000 with an average income earned by corn farming farmers amounting to IDR1,420,000. The risks of corn farming in the study area are production risks originating from disturbances of plant-disturbing organisms (pests, diseases and weeds), erratic weather/climate (long dry spells) and minimal availability of subsidized seeds; price/market risk stems from high corn fertilizer prices and high pesticide prices; institutional risk; human risk; financial risk. The level of income risk faced by corn farming farmers is low with a coefficient of variation (KV) of 0.56
