    This study aims to analyze the profits from the Sindo Sangria peanut business in Kanonang Tiga Village, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in August to October 2022. The method used in this research is the survey method with the types of data consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the location through interviews with Sindo Roasted Bean business owners using a prepared questionnaire and direct observation at the research site. Secondary data is obtained from literature and literature studies through documents, publications, or research results from various institutions or institutions that support and relate to the required research topic. Based on the results of research conducted on the "Sindo" roasted peanut business regarding the analysis of the profits obtained by the business owner, the conclusion obtained by the researcher is that the "Sindo" roasted peanut business earns a profit of IDR20,619,110 in 6 days of production process activities. R/C Ratio analysis is 2.31 which means that this business is profitable and can be maintained

    This study aims to determine the perceptions of agricultural faculty students in the agribusiness study program on jobs and employment in the agricultural sector. This research was carried out for 3 months, from August to October 2022. The data used in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data was obtained from the distribution of research questionnaires that had been prepared and given directly to students of the agricultural faculty of the agribusiness study program. Secondary data was obtained from a list of the number of active students from the agricultural faculty of the agribusiness study program. In this study, the number of respondents was 100 students using the Purposive Sampling method, namely by taking respondent data from students of the agricultural faculty of the agribusiness study program who were active and in accordance with predetermined criteria. The method of data analysis was descriptive analysis using likert scale.

    The aims of this study were to identify internal and external factors in strengthening agricultural extension to the marketing of cayenne pepper and to formulate a strategy to strengthen agricultural extension to marketing cayenne pepper products in Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of a survey method. This research was conducted in Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency in December 2022 to January 2023. The data analysis used was quantitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Internal and external factors that influence the strategy of strengthening agricultural extension to the marketing of cayenne pepper in Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency consist of: internal factors, namely the land that is owned by themselves, the experience of farmers in developing cayenne pepper farming, the existence of directives from extension agents to farmers in developing cayenne pepper farming, cayenne pepper is included in the leading commodity and there are suitable soil conditions, cayenne pepper production is not optimal, selling price for cayenne pepper is unstable, cayenne pepper marketing is uncertain, cayenne pepper commodity is easily damaged and rotten, external factors, namely the support of the local government regarding cayenne pepper farming, the exhibition of horticultural agricultural products, the availability of seeds and fertilizers, the the existence of supporting facilities and infrastructure, the existence of b road cayenne pepper distribution channels, the increasing demand for cayenne pepper, Unstable weather conditions, prices for seeds and fertilizers that are increasingly difficult to reach by farmers, pests and diseases that attack, cayenne pepper prices fluctuate, competitors, limited land. 2) Strategy for strengthening agricultural extension to marketing cayenne pepper products in Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency, which is in quadrant I supporting an aggressive strategy or SO (Strength-Opportunities) by using the strengths and opportunities they have to minimize existing weaknesses and threats so as to achieve improvement

    This study aims to analyze how much pine resin tapping farmers receive and describe the marketing channels of pine resin tapping farmers in the Sipatuo Community Forest, Lembang Pa'tengko, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency. The variables to be observed in this study are pine resin production, tapper farmers' revenue, socio-economic factors, management of Sipatuo HKm, and marketing channels. The data collection method was carried out through surveys and distributing questionnaires to pine resin tappers as many as 40 respondents. Data is analyzed descriptively and revenue is calculated based on the Total Revenue equation. The results showed that the Sipatuo HKm was a limited production forest managed by the Lembang Pa'tengko community, the tree stands that were managed were a government reforestation program in 1976-1978. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the average tapper acceptance of Rp6,300,450 thus the reception of tappers at HKm Sipatuo is sufficient to meet household needs because the average acceptance of tappers exceeds the UMP of South Sulawesi. Marketing of pine resin in HKm is carried out on average once a month, with a selling price of pine resin, which is Rp. 9,500.00 where the pine resin is sold to partners as one intermediary, then the pine resin is sent to CV.Pindo Indonesia in Makassar as a large collector

    This research aims to analyze the revenue from the hydroponic Utama Hidrofarm business, and to know how effective the hydroponic farming of Utama Hidrofarm as a business. This research was conducted for 2 months, from March to April 2022 at Utama Hidrofarm ini North Minahasa District, Dimembe District. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the owner of the Utama Hidrofarm hydroponic farming for primary data, and for secondary data which is data collection and research materials obtained through the Google for thesis, journals, and other sources related to the issues discussed in this study. Analysis can be used to determine the main business income of Utama Hidrofarm in North Minahasa. Based on the results of the research done then it is known that from total revenue of IDR562.500 / day after reduced costs incurred in the form of variable costs and fixed costs totaling cost IDR528.070 / day then the result of hydroponic farming of the main reduction of the main reduction of Nina Minahasa Nina hyprofar can earn revenues of IDR34.430 / day for 45 days of planting period. For green vegetables from total reception of IDR2.250.000 / day after reduced production costs at a total cost IDR1.406.560 / day then the result of hydroponic farming of the main green vegetable hydrophone marriage of Minahasa Nina Mosaharbarity may earn revenues of IDR843.440 / day for 45 days of planting period

    The main objective of this study is to develop a site design for planning the development and management of natural tourism environmental services that are harmonious and harmonious with the natural environmental conditions in the Mount Mahawu Protection Forest by describing the potential, potential distribution and site analysis of each potential natural tourist attraction object. This research began in March to May 2023. The data used in this study were secondary data and primary data. Survey methods namely observation and inventory are used to obtain primary data in the form of biophysical data on research locations, types of potential natural tourist attraction objects as well as information on flora and fauna obtained at potential ODTW points determined by purposive sampling. Secondary data was obtained from a literature study as well as data from related institutions, namely the Forest Management Unit V of the Regional Forestry Service of North Sulawesi Province. The results showed that there were 6 forms of Land Mapping Unit (LMU) and 7 Land Utilization Types (LUT). The level of feasibility of developing ODTW potential consists of low to high categories. The high potential category is in LMU V and VI. LMU II is in the medium category class, LMU I, III and IV are in the medium and low categories. Alternatives to developing management space consist of business space covering an area of 522.663 Ha and public space of 53.265 Ha or 9.25% of the total site area by considering ecological, policy, technical and socio-cultural aspects

      This study aims to analyze the differences in revenue and income from the use of Eco-enzyme and without Eco-enzyme in Stevia plants. The research was conducted for 3 months from December 2022 to February 2023 at Stevia farm, Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. This research is a continuation of the Student Creative Program activities in 2022 funded by Sam Ratulangi University. The research data were collected using primary data obtained through structured observation, documentation, and data recording of all Stevia plant farming activities observed from upstream to downstream. The collection using secondary data was obtained through literature studies of previous research sourced from the internet such as google scholar, journals, books, and online newspapers based on the data needed in the study. Variables measured are the amount of Stevia leaf production, price, production costs, fixed costs, variable costs, revenue, income. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitatively by calculating the income from Stevia farming activities then the results that have been obtained are described in descriptive form. The results showed that there were differences in income results between the use of Eco-enzyme fertilizer and without Eco-enzyme. Stevia farming income with a planting area of 39 m2 using Eco-enzyme obtained IDR22.413,32 and without Eco-enzyme obtained -IDR71.566,68. Comparison of income results showed that Eco-enzyme is more profitable to be used in Stevia farming because of the increase in production which increases income

    The purpose of this study was to determine the Impact of Covid-19 on the Community Economy Especially Farmers in Patokaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with research informants and documentation studies. The research method is descriptive with data analysis namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the economy of the people in Patokaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency was in the income sector, economic activity, expenditure and community savings. The income of people who work as farmers has decreased due to difficulties selling agricultural products so that the costs incurred are not in accordance with the results obtained, traders who have difficulty finding buyers, private employees who are forced to lay off. Public spending continues to increase for basic needs and the need for medical medicines as well as facing rising prices of basic goods. People cannot save/save but instead use their savings to be able to buy basic necessities whose prices are increasing. The central and regional governments are making various efforts to stimulate the economy with policies providing assistance, be it social assistance, non-cash food assistance, preemployment card policies and subsidies for MSMEs. In order to strengthen the economy of the people in Patokaan Village, the village government is actively helping the community to sell agricultural products to people outside the village and those in Patokaan Village.     This research was conducted for 3 months in the laboratory of the Department of Animal Husbandry, State University of Gorontalo. This study used an egg sample of 240 eggs of purebred chickens. Eggs were divided into 4 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times. A0 = 0% (eggs without treatment), A1 = 10% (eggs soaked at 10% level of water hyacinth leaf extract), A2 = 20% (eggs soaked at 20% level of water hyacinth leaf extract), A3 = 30% (eggs by immersing 30% level of water hyacinth leaf extract). B0 (1 day old egg), B1 (14 day old egg), B2 (21 day old egg), B3 (28 day old egg). The research was conducted by measuring egg weight, air voids, HU value, egg yolk color, and taste. Flavor. Data were analyzed using a completely randomized design (CRD), and further tests were carried out using Duncan's test. The results of this study showed that the effect of tannin content on the level of 20% water hyacinth leaf extract was able to maintain egg quality compared to eggs that were not given treatment (control). Because the tannin solution derived from water hyacinth leaves is able to cover the egg shell pores properly

    This study aims to find out and see how the role of field agricultural extension workers, especially in the lowland rice farmer groups in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency in July 2022. The data collection method was obtained from primary data through direct interviews using a questionnaire, and secondary data was obtained from agencies related to research and various literature that was in accordance with the research objectives. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling (intentionally). Determination of the sample of 10 respondents who are the head of agricultural extension workers and the Teguh Bersinar rice field farmer group. The results of the study showed that the extension workers had carried out their duties properly. This can be seen from the majority of respondents who stated that extension agents had guided and facilitated farmers to be better
