Kajian Rantai Pasok Biji Kopi (Grean Bean) Di PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi Kabupaten Tana Toraja
This study aims to identify the coffee supply chain that occurs at PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi, Tana Toraja Regency. This research was conducted from February to August 2022. The selection of respondents was carried out using the Snowball Sampling method. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data collected was obtained directly from the results of interviews and through questionnaires which were distributed to one respondent in the company, two collecting traders, sixty five farmers. So that the total respondents in this study were 68 people. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies, namely through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), books, the internet, journal articles, thesis articles related to this research topic. The results of this study indicate that the supply chain at PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi, Tana Toraja Regency has two sources of raw materials, namely from the company's own coffee plantations and from local farmers through collectors. PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi's supply chain product flow is in the form of Green Bean coffee beans. PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi's supply chain financial flow is using a purchase and sale transaction system, namely a cash system and interbank transfers. The supply chain information flow of PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi occurs in two directions between the actors involved in the supply chain
Identifikasi Padi Sawah Di Desa Tombolango Kecamatan Sangkub Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
This study aims to identify lowland rice farmers in the village of Tombolango, District of Sangkub, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data analysis used in this study was the purposive sampling method, from the total population of lowland rice farmers in the tombolango village, which has an area of lowland rice farming under 1 ha and above 1 ha. Based on these criteria, 15 samples were taken as respondents. The data collection method in this study was carried out by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data is raw data taken by researchers in the field from the source and obtained from direct interviews, while secondary data is data obtained from the government or local agencies. The results of this study indicate that the identification of lowland rice farmers in the village of tombolango, Sangkub District, shows the characteristics of lowland rice farmers, namely the type of seeds used, the amount of production, the selling price, fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, the number of initial workers, tractor machines and threshing machines, and farmer incomes ranging from IDR 20,000,000
Strategi Pengembangan Usahatani Tomat Di Desa Tambelang Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to analyze the development strategy of tomato farming in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from December 2022 to January 2023. The location of the research was Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The data collection methods used in the research were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that all indicators of tomato development in Tambelang Village have strengths to develop. It can be seen from the results of the analysis on the SWOT matrix that the coordinates are 0.36 - 0.5, which shows that these coordinates are in quadrant 1, namely supporting the growth strategy, which means being in very favorable conditions. It is said to be very profitable because it has strengths so that it can take advantage of business opportunities to be managed in the best way with a strategy to support significant growth (Growth oriented strategy)
Analisis Pemasaran Sagu Baruk Di Kampung Nahepese Kecamatan Manganitu Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe
This study aims to analyze marketing channels, marketing agency functions, marketing costs, marketing margins, farmer’s share and marketing efficiency of sago baruk in Nahepese Village, Manganitu District, Sangihe Islands Regency. This research was conducted from February to April 2023, which is located in Nahepese Village. The sampling method used by farmer purposive sampling the number of respondents is 12 farmers, 3 collectors and 6 retailers. Methods of data collection carried out using primary and secondary data. The results showed that there were III (three) marketing channels. Marketing channel profit I is IDR120.000. The total margin for marketing channel II (a) is IDR30.000/bika, marketing costs are IDR8.000/bika and profit margin is IDR22.000/bika. The total margin for channel II (b) is IDR39.000/bika, marketing costs are IDR10.400/bika and profit margin is IDR28.600/bika. Channel III's total margin is IDR539.000/bika, marketing costs are IDR50.000/bika and profit margin is IDR514.000/bika. The efficiency value of marketing channel I is 0, marketing channel II (a) is 5.33%, marketing channel II (b) is 6.54% and marketing channel III is 8.41%. All of the marketing channels are efficient and marketing channel I is the most efficient
Analisis Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Tingkat Penjualan Roti UD Nabila Bakery Di Desa Kalasey Kecamatan Mandolang
This study aims to identify and analyze the application of the marketing mix in increasing sales at UD Nabila Bakery in Kalasey Village, Mandolang District. The method of data collection in this study uses primary data, where the primary data is obtained through interviews with 4(four) respondents which include product variations, price variations, sales condisitions and promotion. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through interviews with the owner of UD Nabila Bakery. The results of this study, it shows the application of the marketing mix in increasing sales volume at UD Nabila Bakery, namely in terms of products, the products produced are able to compete with competitors by always providing good quality both in terms of taste and texture of bread. In terms of price, UD Nabila Bakery sets a selling price that is relatively affordable considering its target market is from all walks of life. In terms of place/distribution channel, UD Nabila Bakery's bread has not been able to increase sales optimally due to competition for the same product, rising raw material prices and lack of expansion of the target market area, causing a decline in sales of the bread. And in terms of promotion, UD Nabila Bakery's bread still uses a simple promotion system, namely through word of mouth. So it has not been able to increase sales to the maximum. The increase in sales of UD Nabila Bakery's bread could occur because the product strategy and pricing strategy used were able to attract consumers to repurchase the products offered. With increasing consumer interest, there will be an increase in sales of UD Nabila Bakery's bread
Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Jagung Manis (Zea mays L. Saccharata) Di Perkebunan Wawo Kota Tomohon
The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of sweet corn farming in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City. The research was conducted for 3 months starting from March to May 2023. The research was conducted in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province. The data used were collected from primary data through surveys and direct interviews with farmers and using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from previously documented data, both in the form of data from the Tomohon City BPP office and sources obtained from the internet. Sampling using simple random sampling method, which was taken from Sweet Corn farmers in Wawo Plantation Tomohon City as many as 51 farmers. The research data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis method to determine the total cost, revenue and income. The income of sweet corn farming in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City was Rp13,107,131 per farmer per growing season and Rp7,461,444 per hectare per growing season where this amount was obtained from the total revenue of Rp18,900,000 per farmer per growing season and Rp10,444,000 per hectare per growing season minus the total cost of Rp5,792,869 per farmer per growing season and Rp2,982,556 per hectare per growing season from this amount of income shows sweet corn farming is profitable
Karakteristik Pedagang Buah Di Pasar Bersehati Manado
This research aims to analyze the characteristics of traders in Bersehati Market, Manado City. The research was conducted for three months from October to December 2022 from preparation to preparation of research reports. The research place is Bersehati Market, Manado City. The data collection method used in this research is primary data obtained from the research field, namely to fruit traders in Bersehati Market, Manado City by direct interview to traders using a list of questions (questionnaire). Secondary data obtained from the market office, literature and journals related to the research. The research sampling method used purposive sampling technique to fruit traders in Bersehati Market, Manado City which was taken as many as 15 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of fruit traders in Pasar Bersehati Manado City included traders aged between 21 years and 60 years, the gender of fruit traders was dominated by female traders, the last education of fruit traders was elementary school (SD) to senior high school (SMA) and equivalent, the number of dependents owned by traders was 1 to 5 family members, the capital of fruit traders varied from Rp1,000,000 to more than Rp3,000,000. The working hours of fruit traders vary from 10 working hours to 16 working hours, and the trading experience of fruit traders ranges from 1 year of work experience to the longest 30 years of work experience
Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Desa Tumani Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This research aims to find out how much or how low the costs, receipts and income of lowland rice farmers in Tumani Village, Maesaan District are and to find out what problems lowland rice farmers face in running their business. This research was carried out for 3 months, namely from July 2022 to September 2022. This research used 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions and secondary data was obtained from various sources related to the required data such as the Tumani Village office, the Maesaan District BPP Office, and even scientific writing. Sampling in this research used the method (Simple Random Sampling) or simple random. The number of farmers was 34 farmers and the respondents studied were 10 people or 30 percent of the total respondents. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production costs, revenue and R/C. Based on the results of research on lowland rice farming in Tumani Village, it is different. The amount of income received by farmers depends on the area of land owned by the farmer and whether rice farming in Tumani Village is feasible or profitable. We can see this from the results of the R/C analysis, namely 3.95, which means more than 1 and the average income of all respondent farmers in Tumani Village is IDR 19.289.769
Keuntungan Usaha Kerupuk Fajar di Desa Kalasey Satu Kecamatan Mandolang
The purpose of this study was to analyze the profits of the Fajar Crackers business in Kalasey Satu Village, Mandolang District. This research was carried out for 3 months from October to December 2022. The sampling method used the method purposive sampling. The research uses primary data obtained from direct interviews with Mr. Catur Pujiono who is the owner of the Fajar Crackers business. Secondary data were obtained from the literature and previous studies related to this research. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and then analyzed using profit analysis. The results showed that in one month, the Fajar Crackers Business earned a profit of IDR5.420.927
Profil Usaha Kuliner Kios Golden Di Kota Manado
This study aims to describe the profile of the kiosk business of Golden Kota Manado Jl. Walanda Maramis, Pinaesaan, Manado for three months in a particular week. This research was conducted at Goden Manado Kiosk within three months, namely from July 2022 to September 2022 from preparation to preparation of research reports. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained by direct interviews with Golden kiosk business owners. The data analysis used in this research is to determine the profile/characteristics of the Golden kiosk business in Manado City, analyzed descriptively using tables. The results showed that the Golden kiosk as a culinary business was able to survive until now with the business concept owned by the business owner, namely "saving money" so that this business was able to survive in the midst of competition from various types of culinary businesses to date with a profit of IDR 3,312,841 per week.
