Peran BUMDES dalam Pengembangan Objek Wisata Pantai Di Desa Pitu Kecamatan Tobelo Tengah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara
This research aims to determine the role of BUMDES in raising awareness, capacity and empowering the community in developing beach tourism objects in Pitu Village in Central Tobelo District. The research was carried out over a period of 4 months, namely September to December 2020. Determining the sample in this study used the snowball sampling method. This research uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the role of BUMDES in raising awareness, capacity and empowering the community in the development of beach tourism objects in Pitu Village in Tobelo Tengah District, it can be concluded (1) Awareness aspect, changing behavior from unwilling to willing, namely increasing village community awareness in maintaining cleanliness and safety of village residential environments and tourist locations. (2) Capacity aspect, increasing the skills of community business actors in managing businesses at the Pitu Beach Tourism location, such as how to make typical Pitu Village food and drinks. (3) Empowerment aspect, increasing business turnover managed by the community at the Pitu Beach Tourism location. Because of the trust of the village government through the BUMDES, the village government provides grants from village funds for business capital.
Tingkat Kesejahteraan Pekerja Home Industri Tahu Tempe Di Kelurahan Ranomuut Kecamatan Paal Dua Kota Manado
This study aims to determine and see the Welfare Level of Workers in the Tofu and Tempe Home Industry (Case Study: Home Industry in Ranomuut Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City). This research was conducted from August to October 2022. Sampling used a purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained through direct interviews with the help of questionnaires to 9 respondents using concepts and indicators from the 2015 version of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) which includes 5 stages of family welfare indicators. Data analysis used descriptive analysis methods by making tables and percentages to explain the level of welfare of workers in the tofu and tempeh home industry, Ibu Enda, in Ranomuut sub-district, Paal Dua sub-district. The results showed that most workers in the tofu and tempeh home industry fall into the category of prosperous families I (KS I) and prosperous families II (KS II).
Analisis Pendapatan Petani Jagung Pemelihara Kuda Di Desa Pinabetengan Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa
The research objective was to analyze the income of maize farmers who raise horses in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from August to October 2021, starting from preparation until the preparation of the research report. The research was conducted in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The data sources used in this research are primary data obtained directly from respondents of horse keeping corn farmers in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency and asking questions that have been prepared previously. As well as secondary data obtained from relevant institutions or agencies such as the Pinabetengan Village Office, the West Tompaso District Agricultural Extension Office (BPP), and other scientific literature. The sampling method was carried out with a simple random method (purposive sampling), as many as 10 respondents of corn farmers who raise horses in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis by calculating the average income, and tabulating the data. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the income of horse-breeding corn farmers in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency amounted to IDR11.719.150 per farmer in one growing season. This income is a large amount for corn farmers and their families in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency. The income is turned back into the business and the family life of the farmers.
Perancangan Model Spasial Kawasan Permukiman Perkotaan Berbasis Cellular Automata Di Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
The purpose of this research is to design a spatial model of urban settlement areas using the Cellular Automata approach in South Minahasa Regency. The research location is located in a sub-district in South Minahasa Regency which has a delineation of urban settlement areas namely Tumpaan, Tareran, Amurang Timur, Amurang, Amurang Barat, Tenga and Sinonsayang Districts, covering an area of 656.6 Km2. Primary data collection methods are: Field observation and distribution of questionnaires to academics, government and local communities. Secondary data collection methods, namely: literature review and data request survey. The method of analysis is quantitative analysis using AHP and spatial analysis based on Cellular Automata. The results of the research show that the direction of modeling starts towards the east and south of the research location. Urban residential land in the research location experienced a growth of 4.19% from the previous year in 2014 covering an area of 11.96 Km2 increasing by 15.26 Km2 to 27.22 Km2 in 2034. The modeling results also show that in the 2014-2019 range is the range in which growth the highest settlement that occurred was 5.7%. The development of settlements resulted in the conversion of several land uses, namely alang-alang land and mixed gardens. Urban settlements in Tareran District are settlements that experience greater growth among settlements in other districts with a percentage reaching 9.1%
Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Dalam Sistem Noken Pemilihan Legislatif Tahun 2019 Kecamatan Mbua Kabupaten Nduga
The purpose of this study is how is the political participation of the community in the Noken System for the 2019 Legislative Elections in Nduga Regency, in particular the Mbua District. The research was conducted for 2 (two) months, from February to March 2022 at the Mbua District Office. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data through observation, interviews, and literature or documentary studies. The focus of this research is the political participation of the people in the tradition of the 2019 legislative election noken system, Mbua District, Nduga Regency. Based on the conclusions of this study, it is a challenge in itself that the Nduga Regency has just been formed so that the membership is still new and of course inexperienced in the political world, which means very little experience as active participation in elections
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Jagung Di Kecamatan Poigar Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
This study aims to determine what factors affect maize production in Poigar District. This research was conducted in Poigar District where most of the people are farmers. This research activity was carried out from May to June in 2022. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing in the F (simultaneous) test showed that together the variable land area, seed variable, urea fertilizer variable, phonska fertilizer variable, labor variable work, pesticide variables, and farming experience variables affect the amount of corn production in Poigar District. And testing the hypothesis on the T test that partially the factors that affect corn production at = 0.05 are factors that significantly affect corn production in Poigar District, namely factor (X1) land area, factor (X4) Phonska fertilizer, factor (X5) significant workforce in Poigar District
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Desa Mogoyunggung Satu Kecamatan Dumoga Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of paddy rice farming in the village of Mogoyunggung Satu, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The types and sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used the simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Cobb Douglas model regression analysis. , phonska fertilizer and labor have a significant effect on the production of lowland rice farming in Mogoyunggung Satu Village, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency 38,699 with a significance of 0.000. Partially, seeds, urea fertilizer, and phonska fertilizer have a significant effect on the production of lowland rice farming. While land area and labor do not significantly affect the production of lowland rice farming. The coefficient of determination (R2) contributed by the factor of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer and labor contributed 86.2% to the model formed while the remaining 13.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study
Perkembangan Usahatani Pala Di Desa Wioi Kecamatan Ratahan Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara
The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the development of nutmeg farming in Wioi Village, East Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was obtained from field surveys and interviews with nutmeg farmers in Wioi Village. Field surveys using questionnaires, secondary data were obtained from government agencies, namely the Southeast Minahasa Agriculture Office, the Wioi Village office, the Ratahan Timur District Office, journals, theses and books. The results of this study indicate that the development of nutmeg farming in Wioi Village, Ratahan Timur District, Southeast Minahasa Regency has not yet developed, seen from several factors such as nutmeg cultivation, human resource (HR) factors, planning factors, farming results, processing factors, government assistance factors and development factors, namely factors of nutmeg farming opportunities, organizational factors and marketing and sales factors
Profil Pedagang Keliling Di Kelurahan Malalayang Dua Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado
The aim of this research is to describe the profiles of peddlers in Malalayang Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was carried out in the Malalayang Dua subdistrict, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for three months, from August to October 2022. The data collected in the research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with mobile vendor respondents and direct field observations to see how mobile vendors interact with their buyers, then data triangulation was used to check data through interviews. Secondary data was obtained from documents from the Malalayang Dua Village which are related to research such as libraries and data from certain relevant agencies. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis where the collected data will be presented in tabular form and explained in descriptive words. The results of the study show that the profiles of mobile traders in Malalayang Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City are traders who sell various kinds of vegetables, spices and fish by traveling around for 8 hours every day. Traders from outside the region (Gorontalo and Makassar) trade in Manado for 7 to 20 years. The motivation to trade is due to encouragement from within and from outside the trader, such as the desire to move forward and generate income and family needs
Analisis Nilai Tambah Produk Pala Manis Hasil Usaha Wisma Bunaken Kelurahan Tona I Kecamatan Tahuna Timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe
The aim of this study was to calculate the added value of the “sweet nutmeg” product from the business of Wisma Bunaken in Tona I Village, Tahuna Timur District, Sangihe Archipelago Regency. The research was conducted from April to June 2022. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with company owners using prepared questionnaires and direct observation of conditions in the field during the analysis period. Secondary data, namely data obtained from the literature and literature through documents, publications, or research results from various institutions or institutions that support and relate to the required research topic. The results showed that 1 kilogram of nutmeg flesh processed by the Sweet Nutmeg Business of Wisma Bunaken, Tona I Village, Tahuna Timur District, Sangihe Islands Regency provided an added value of IDR 54,955 with a ratio obtained of 91.59 and a contribution of 18.20 workers and a additional packaging of IDR 14,955 for 100 gram packages and IDR 34,955 for 200 gram packages with ratios obtained of 0.74 and 0.87 for 100 and 200 gram packages
