Analisis Rantai Pasok Komoditi Bawang Merah Di Pasar Bersehati Kota Manado
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the shallot commodity supply chain at the Bersehati Market in Manado City and to determine the marketing efficiency of the shallot commodity supply chain at the Bersehati Market in Manado City. This research was conducted at the Bersehati Market from January 2023 to March 2023. The sample determination in this study used a purposive sampling method. There were 24 research respondents consisting of 4 wholesalers and 20 retailers. This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the shallot supply chain at Bersehati Market is based on product flow moving from upstream to downstream starting from farmers, collectors, retailers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers. Financial flows move from downstream to upstream starting from consumers, retailers, wholesalers, collectors and farmers with cash payment systems and bank transfers. The flow of information moves from two directions, information is provided regarding the quality, quantity and price of shallots. The marketing efficiency level of shallots at the Bersehati Market is below 33%. This shows that the shallot supply chain at the Bersehati Market in Manado City has been efficient
Strategi Pengembangan Agrowisata Show Window Di Kelurahan Kakaskasen II Kecamatan Tomohon Utara
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to describe the Show Window agro-tourism development strategy in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District. This research was conducted from May to July 2023. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires, to the Secretary of the Tourism Office, Head of the Agriculture Service, Head of Show Window Agro-tourism Center and Employees, Village Staff, Community, and Visitors to Show Window agro-tourism. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies, namely through the Agriculture and Fisheries Service of the City of Tomohon and through the Center for Hatchery, Nurseries and Tourism Agrovidya as well as through literature studies related to the data needed in this study. The analytical method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Show Window Agrotourism Development Strategy in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District is at the coordinates of 1.06;2.59 which are in quadrant I, which means that this position supports growth strategy (growth)
Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Objek Wisata Tuur Ma’asering Di Kelurahan Kumelembuai Kecamatan Tomohon Timur Kota Tomohon
Get PDFThis study aims to find out how consumer satisfaction with tourist attractions Tuur Ma’asering. This research was conducted from October 2022 to January 2023. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire, while secondary data is obtained from business owners, the internet and other sources that are relevant to this research. The results showed that customer satisfaction at Tuur Ma’asering tourism in Kumelembuai Village, Tomohon Timur District, Tomohon City through the variables of product, price, place, promotion and service quality, achieved a total score of 1,521 which indicates a consumer satisfaction index number of 84.5% and belong to the very satisfied category. The four variables that have the highest level of customer satisfaction are product, service, place/location, price, with the percentages (92.88%), (90.00%), (90.77%), (82.88%) belonging to very satisfied category. While the lowest variable is promotion with a percentage of 63.33% which belongs to the satisfied category. This shows that consumers are generally satisfied with all variables on the Tuur Ma’asering tour
Pendapatan Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Desa Mekaruo Kecamatan Dumoga Barat Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the income of paddy rice farming in Mekaruo Village, West Dumoga District Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months, from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sample selection was carried out using a predetermined sampling method with proportional levels (Quota Sampling). The population was divided into three land areas based on the area planted with paddy rice, namely a land area of 1ha, (land area of 1.50-2ha) and a land area of ˃2.50-6ha. The number of samples is 25 people from 85 farmer populations. The results of this study show that the income of lowland rice farmers in Mekokuo Village, Dumoga Barat District Bolaang Mongondow Regency per farmer on land area 1ha, 1.50-2ha and > 2.5-6ha respectively is Rp7.862.428, Rp17.728.852, and Rp48.067.667. This shows a tendency that the larger the land cultivated, the higher the income per farmer from paddy rice farming

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the profit of Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara Village, Ward 1, Wanea District, Manado City. This research will be carried out for three months from May to July 2023. This research took place at Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara sub-district, Ward 1, Wanea District, Manado City. The research method is a case study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the tofu processing business, Mr. Gendon, by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and filled in by the researcher. Secondary data in this study came from bookkeeping records of tofu processing businesses. The results of the study showed the profit of Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara Village, Ward 1 Wanea District, Manado City can be said to be profitable with a total profit of IDR38.534.375 per month with a total cost of IDR97.545.625 per month and total revenue of IDR136.080.000 per month

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the income of paddy rice farming in Mogoyunggung Satu (I) Village, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 15 farmer respondents from a total of 198 heads of farming families, determined by purposive sampling, namely sampling on purpose or based on need. The criteria for farmers taken are representatives from each environment, namely those who are still running their farming businesses amidst the large number of farming communities who are currently turning into miners. other people's land then pays rent and 5 sharecroppers work on other people's land with a profit-sharing system. The results of research conducted in the Village of Mogoyunggung Satu (I) average revenue of Rp. 25,500,000, with an average cost of Rp. 5,708,917, the cost of renting land per hectare is IDR 2,000,000/harvest. And the profit sharing cost is 70:30 where the land owner gets 30% of the agricultural produce. Fewer expenses are from those who use family labor so that it reduces labor costs more

Get PDFCoastal area have slum settlements that are synonymous with a lack of facilities, infrastructure and facilities and can be categorized as uninhabitable houses, and are in locations that are not suitable for formal settlements activities. However, during the presurvey of the houses of the residents of Maasing Village, most of them had fairly good socio-economic conditions and very decent houses to live in. This study aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of the community and describe the socio-economic conditions of the people on the coast. The research was conducted at Boulevard 2, Maasing Tuminting Village, Manado City. The data collection method is a survey. Interview data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the study show that coastal communities have inappropriate social conditions where most of them live under one roof with more than two families, some have a 17x9 house area occupied by twenty people with semi-permanent housing conditions, some have a 6x8 house area occupied by nine people but only has one kitchen. Most of the informants have places to live that are not slums, have very densely populated environmental conditions but still have small vacant lands. The people of the Boulevard 2 coast are not active in organizational activities or the community in the village. However, in the economic condition of the coastal community of Boulevrad 2, Maasing Village has a very good economy, where the income is Rp3.000.000 to Rp8.000.000 per month and most of them have main jobs and even have side jobs.
Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Sayuran Organik di Jumbo Pasar Swalayan Manado
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of organic vegetables at Jumbo Supermarket Manado. This research was conducted from May 2022 to October 2022. This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The method used in sampling is the non-probability sampling technique where the collection of information and knowledge from respondents uses the accidental sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers who had made a purchase and were willing to be interviewed as many as 30 respondents. The data were analyzed using Likert scale measurements. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of organic vegetables at the Jumbo Supermarket in Manado was categorized as very satisfied, based on the results of the study with an index of 87.29%. Consumers are very satisfied with the price and availability of organic vegetables, freshness (physical appearance of vegetables), place, and quality of service at Jumbo Supermarkets.
