Get PDFThe purpose of the study was to explain and analyze the participatory leadership style of the lurah and the performance of the Sario Kotabaru Urban Village apparatus of Manado City. The research was conducted in April 2022, the research site was at the Sario Kotabaru Manado Urban Village office. This research focuses on the participatory leadership style of the head of Sario Kotabaru Manado Urban Village and focuses on the performance of the head of village and the Sario Kotabaru Manado Urban Village apparatus. Informants consisted of lurah, 4 (four) kelurahan employees, 5 (five) residents of Sario Kotabaru Manado Village. Data collection uses observation, interviews and literature studies. Furthermore, data sources consist of primary data and secondary data and data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The data verification process is a stage of testing the validity of the data and the meanings of the data so it is called the stage that determines the truth, strength, and suitability of the data. The results showed that the performance of the lurah and apparatus of Kelurahan Sario Kotabaru Kota Manado generally received positive appreciation from the community because they succeeded in building good performance with the community, remained alert to provide services, and were smart in empowering all potential to ward off COVID-19
Respons Kualitas Semen Babi Terhadap Penambahan PGF2α
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine the response of pig semen quality to the addition of PGF2 during semen dilution. The research was conducted from August to December 2022 at one of the pig farms in Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. The study was conducted using 4 (four) variations of PGF2 doses namely 0, 20, 40, 60 μg/mL and 5 (five) repetitions. The results obtained were then tested with the One Way Anova test and if the Sig value. <0.05 then it will be continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The data processed is primary data obtained during the research. There are four treatments and five repetitions conducted by the author when conducting this research. The results of the one way anova test showed that there was no effect of treatment on mass motion and conception of pig semen. The results of the one way anova test on motility showed the effect of treatment at the +60µg/100ml prostaglandin treatment level. The results of the Duncan test on the three parameters did not show a real effect of each treatment on the parameters tested. The conclusion of the addition of PGF2α as much as 20µg/mL, 40µg/mL, PGF2α as much as 20µg/mL, 40µg/mL, 60µg/mL in pig semen (Sus Scrofa) has no effect on mass movement in pig semen (Sus Scrofa) has no effect on mass movement and conception of pigs but the addition of 60µg/mL in pig semen (Sus Scrofa) has a significant effect on individual sperm movement of pigs.
 
Implementasi Pemberian Visa Dan Izin Tinggal Dalam Masa Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru Di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Manado
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the implementation of granting visas and residence permits in the adaptation period of new habits at the Manado Class I TPI Immigration Office. This research was conducted from August 2022 to March 2023. The selection of information was done intentionally and purposefully. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews, interview guidelines to the Class I TPI Manado immigration office as the implementer of the policy of granting visas and residence permits during the adaptation period of new habits and also to foreign nationals who get these services. Secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies, namely through the Manado Class I TPI Immigration Office, Sam Ratulangi International Airport and the local government of North Sulawesi Province. Secondary data was also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet through google scholar in the form of books, journal articles, and theses/theses related to the topic of this research, namely the implementation of granting residence permits and visas during the adaptation period of new habits. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of granting visas and residence permits during the adaptation period of new habits by the Manado class I TPI immigration office was running well at that time with the support of the local government and the central government, despite experiencing several changes in rules due to situations and conditions, but the policy could be carried out well

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the internal and external feasibility of building a chicken slaughterhouse (CS) integrated with the freezing process. This research was conducted in North Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out from January to September 2022 starting from the process of preparing proposals, data collection, analysis to presenting data in the results of research reports. The method used to analyze internal factors is the CANVAS method and the PESTEL method is used to analyze external factors. Techniques and data collection were carried out through interviews with 15 (fifteen) informants, observation, documentation and literature studies. This study uses primary data obtained directly from relevant informants to obtain profile data on breeders, data on frozen chickens imported from outside the region, and technical and environmental related matters. While secondary data was collected from various sources including BPS data, previous research journals and the latest information from the internet related to RPA and frozen chicken. The results of the research based on financial calculations show that the CS business is very profitable in terms of business and investment where the CS which is integrated with the cooling process is feasible to build in North Minahasa Regency

Get PDFThis study was conducted to determine and analyze the livelihood strategies of tomato farmers in Lowian Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted from November 2022 to February 2023. The research location is in Lowian Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research method used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct interviews with tomato farmers in Lowian Village, Maesaan District. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies or institutions involved in the research. The selection of research samples is purposively (puporsive sampling) where the sample is tomato farmers who have their own land, the main source of farmer income is tomato farming and at least 5 years of growing tomatoes in Lowian Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The population of tomato farmers in Lowian Village amounted to 10 people and the sample was 3 farmers who were willing to be interviewed further. Analyzing livelihood strategies using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the livelihood strategy used by tomato farmers in Lowian Village, Maesaan Subdistrict in the accumulation strategy, respondent farmers applied the accumulation strategy to obtain agricultural land from initially only having narrow land by applying the accumulation strategy farmers can buy land and obtain large land. Consolidation strategy, respondent farmers apply a consolidation strategy by buying land close to the house and land with one another close together so as to form a large expanse that can facilitate farmers in cultivating farming. Intesification strategies are carried out by respondent farmers by planting several types of plants, carrying out maintenance and providing fertilizers
Partisipasi Anggota Kelompok Tani Tasatoma Pada Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Kelurahan Woloan Satu Utara Kecamatan Tomohon Barat
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to find out how the participation of members of the Tasatoma farmer group is in rice farming in Woloan Satu Utara Village, West Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from May to July 2023. The research site was carried out by the Tasatoma Farmers Group in Woloan Satu Utara Village, West Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The types of data taken in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was data taken by researchers in the field directly from the source, namely the management and members of the Tasatoma farmer group who were the research sample using a list of questions that had been prepared by the researcher, with a total of 14 respondents. The results showed that the participation of members of the Tasatoma farmer group was 75.89% meaning that in general the participation was classified as less active when carrying out activities in the farmer group. This shows that as a whole the members of the Tasatoma farmer group still play an active role even though there are 2 indicators that must be considered and improved, especially on the respondent indicator in giving input to meetings in the planning stage and respondents in giving input to meetings in the evaluation stage, respondents must further improve self-confidence, innovation, as well as broad thinking so that when asked to submit suggestions or input, respondents can do so and there are interactions that occur at meetings in the planning stage as well as meetings in the evaluation stage

Analisis Rantai Pasok Komoditi Jagung Di Desa Tumani Selatan Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the corn supply chain in South Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection in this study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were those involved in the corn supply chain, namely farmers, collectors, and consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The results showed that the corn supply chain in Tumani Selatan Village consisted of Farmers-Traders-Collectors-Consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The product flow starts from the farmers harvesting the corn and then selling the corn to the collectors and then the collecting traders distribute the corn to consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The financial flow starts from consumers buying corn from collectors at a price of IDR 5,300/Kg with a transfer transaction system via bank then the collector buys corn from farmers at a price of IDR 4,800/Kg with a direct system (cash). The flow of information flows from two directions, the first direction is that consumers from Kawangkoan and Sonder inform the collecting traders that they need 3,000 kg for consumers at Kawangkoan and 3,000 kg for consumers at Sonder, then the collecting traders inform the corn price to farmers, namely IDR 4,800/Kg. The second direction is that the farmers inform the collectors about the availability of corn and provide information on the location where the corn is taken, then the collectors inform the consumers about the corn to be sold
Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen di Rumah Makan Sonder Indah
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with products, prices, places and services of RM Sonder Indah. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Secondary data obtained through books, journals, and literature related to this research topic. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction at RM Sonder Indah from the product, price, place and service variables was 82.04%, generally classified as very satisfied. RM Sonder Indah's customer satisfaction level for the product variable category is 84.45%, which is very satisfied, the price variable is 83.99%, it is very satisfied, and the place variable, 80.33%, is very satisfied. For the satisfied category there is a service variable of 79.99%.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the red ginger commodity marketing distribution channel at Karombasan Market, Manado City. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The selection of respondents was carried out using the Snowball Sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews and direct observation with wholesalers, retailers and consumers at the Karombasan Market based on a questionnaire. So that the total respondents were 10 people. Secondary data was obtained from the Karombasan Market office, regarding the history of the Market, regional boundaries, and the structure of the Market management. Secondary data was also obtained from the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research. The method of data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the assessment of marketing distribution channels at the Karombasan Market consisted of 1 channel, farmers - wholesalers - retailers - consumers. Wholesalers buy red ginger to farmers from Bolaang Mongondow and South Minahasa areas as much as 1,000 kg. Wholesalers sell red ginger to retailers at a price of IDR10,000 per Kg and retailers sell red ginger to consumers at a price of IDR12,000 per Kg. The linkage of marketing institutions in each red ginger distribution process forms 3 streams, product flow, information flow, and financial flow.
