Persepsi Petani Terhadap Pengelolaan Hutan Rakyat Campaka di Kabupaten Minahasa
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the farmers' perceptions of managing the Cempaka community forest in Minahasa District. The study was conducted for five months, from December 2022 to April 2023. The selection of respondents was intentional. The data used in this research includes primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews using questionnaires administered to 98 community forest farmers in Minahasa District. The collected data includes the characteristics of the community forest, such as the respondents' characteristics (ethnicity, gender, age, education level, number of dependents, monthly income, principal occupation, membership in forest farmer groups, and the intensity of extension services), as well as the characteristics of the community forest, such as the applied community forest patterns, land area, land status, and the farmers' perceptions of the management of the Cempaka community forest. The farmers' perceptions were assessed based on their knowledge of Cempaka, and the functions of the community forest were evaluated from four aspects: social-cultural, conservation and ecological, economic, and regulatory. Secondary data were obtained from reports and journal articles that support the research topic. The research findings indicate that the level of perception among community forest farmers in Minahasa District is categorized as high. This means that the farmers have a good understanding of Cempaka and the functions of the Cempaka community forest in terms of social-cultural, ecological and conservation, economic, and regulatory aspects. The cultivation of Cempaka is a genetic legacy that needs to be preserved and passed down to future generations. Therefore, the functions of the community forest should not only be seen from an economic perspective but also in terms of preserving local tree species. Government support in developing the Cempaka community forest is crucial, particularly in terms of policy regulation.

This research was conducted from March to June 2023 in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The method of data analysis is quantitative to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics. The results showed that the revenue of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik was IDR3,800,000, while the total costs incurred in lettuce farming in 1 month were IDR782,197, the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Regency was IDR3,017,803 for 1 month

The research data was taken directly at 2 Fish Canning Companies in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, namely PT Sinar Pure Foods International and PT Deho Canning. The research was conducted for 3 months from May to July 2022. This research was conducted at 2 Fish Canning Companies in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, namely PT Sinar Pure Foods International and PT Deho Canning. The data used in this research is primary data. Data obtained from companies that have been arranged in the form of written documents from the company under study. The data used is monthly data in the last three years of the company, namely 2018 to 2020. The data was then analyzed using correlation analysis techniques. The results showed that the relationship between Labor and Supervisory Labor Ratio (X) and Productivity (Y), from the two companies studied, namely PT.Deho Company and PT.Sinar Pure Foods International in 2018 to 2020, showed a Pearson Correlation result of -0.136 and a Significance of 0.258. Although statistically this correlation is not significant, the direction of this correlation shows a tendency that the greater the ratio value, or the less supervisory personnel, the productivity will decrease

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the role of agricultural extension workers in the Matuari Farmer Group, Paniki Bawah Village, Mapanget District, Manado City. The sampling method in this study is the total sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension workers in the Matuari Farmer Group, Paniki Bawah Sub-District, Manado City based on five roles, namely, the role of extension workers as facilitators was categorized as having a moderate role with a score of 40%, the role of extension workers as innovators was categorized as having a less role with a score of 20%, the role of extension workers as educators was categorized as sufficient. played a role with a score of 43%, the role of the extension worker as a motivator was categorized as having a very important role with a score of 80%, and the role of the extension worker as a catalyst was categorized as a very important role with a score of 100%, the role of agricultural extension agents in the Matuari Farmer Group obtained an overall score of 56.5% with a moderate role category

The research was conducted for three months from May to July 2023. The location was determined purposively, the research was conducted in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies, as well as other literature related to the research. The method used in sampling is by purposive sampling. Intentional sampling or purposive sampling based on criteria. Some of the farmer criteria taken such as red ginger farmers in Mokobang Village who employ female labor. The number of samples in this study was 15 respondents from a population of 105 farmers. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The contribution of female labor to red ginger farming in Mokobang Village is 51.98%. The contribution of female labor in red ginger farming is greater than male labor

The method used in this research was a survey method by taking primary and secondary data. The sampling method in this research was the accidental sampling method. This research was analyzed descriptively and presented in table form. Based on the research results, it shows that the service quality of Indomaret Ranotana Weru employees, Wanea District, Manado City received service quality assessment results in the high category with a percentage of 59.44%. Of the 6 indicators of service quality, 4 indicators were in the high category, namely speed of service, appearance, products and public facilities, and 2 indicators were in the medium category, namely responsiveness and attitude

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the level of efficiency in marketing palm sap water by identifying marketing channels and analyzing the amount of marketing margin and farmer's share of palm sap water in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on the results of interviews conducted by distributing questionnaires to farmers and marketing agencies. Secondary data comes from the Office of the Head of Hendrosari Village and the official website of Hendrosari Village. Samples of palm sap water farmers were taken using simple random sampling method, while marketing agencies used purposive sampling method. The results showed that marketing of palm sap water in the study area consisted of two marketing channels, the marketing margin obtained in marketing channel I was Rp0, and on the marketing channel II, namely Rp4000. The farmer's share value in marketing channel I is 100%, and marketing channel II is 80.95%. The value of marketing efficiency I is 7.63% <50% which means that marketing channel I is an efficient marketing channel. Marketing channel II is 12.49% <50% which means that marketing channel II is an efficient marketing channel. It can be concluded that from the type of marketing channel used by water palm sap farmers in Hendrosari Village, it shows that marketing channel I is the most efficient channel compared to marketing channel II

This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Sema Karya Farmer Group in Corn Farming in the Kima Atas Village, Mapanget District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from May to July 2023. The data used in this study were Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data is data taken by researchers in the field from the management and members of the Sema Karya Farmer Group with a total of 14 respondents, while secondary data is data obtained from related institutions or agencies. The location of the research was carried out in Kelurahan Kima Atas in the Sema Karya Farmers Group. Data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The role of the Sema Karya Farming Group is less involved with the research results of 76.72%, this shows that the Sema Karya Farmer Group is still active although there are still indicators that need to be improved such as in evaluating farming activities so that they can obtain more information to support and expand knowledge about farming corn.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Peran Kelompok Tani Sema Karya Dalam Usahatani Jagung di Kelurahan Kima Atas Kecamatan Mapanget Kota Manado. Penelitian Ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan di mulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli tahun 2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Data Primer yaitu data yang diambil oleh peneliti di lapangan kepada pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Tani Sema Karya dengan total responden 14 orang, sedangkan Data Sekunder data yang diperoleh dari lembaga atau instansi terkait. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kima Atas pada Kelompok Tani Sema Karya. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Skala Likert Sebagai alat ukur. Peran Kelompok Tani Sema Karya Kurang Berperan dengan hasil penelitian 76,72%, ini menunjukkan Kelompok Tani Sema Karya masih aktif walaupun masih ada indikator yang harus di tingkatkan lagi seperti dalam mengevaluasi kegiatan berusahatani agar dapat lebih banyak memperoleh informasi untuk menunjang dan memperluas pengetahuan tentang berusahatani jagung

It is in this case that the intellectuals should prepare themselves so as not to be easily subdued. Merdeka Campus – Merdeka Learning has been implemented in recent years. If the campus is already independent, scientific journals should also be independent. Even though the journal represents a particular scientific specialization, it is necessary to also present other interdisciplinary scientific articles in it. The rigidity of one field of knowledge leads an intellectual to egoism and empty arrogance. Meanwhile, interdisciplinary knowledge brings an intellectual to humble and humane insight. The AGRI-SOSIOEKONOMI Journal wants to appear to defend humanity, not defend monodisciplinary scientific arrogance which has been and will die defeated by artificial intelligence and algorithms. The research took place at the Tuur Ma'asering tourist attraction, Tomohon City. The sampling method in this study was Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews and observation. Secondary data was obtained from the internet. and related agencies in the form of information or data relating to the Tuur Ma'asering tourism development strategy. The analytical method used in this study is SWOT analysis to answer the Tuur Ma'asering tourism development strategy in Tomohon. The results showed that based on the SWOT analysis, the Tuur Ma'asering tourism development strategy is in quadrant 1, meaning that a strategy is needed to support the strengths they have and take advantage of the various opportunities that exist
