Get PDFThis study aims to see how much profit Aisyah's Kitchen business in Kleak Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is the survey method. The data required is primary data taken using questionnaires and interviews directly with business owners. The data collected will be tabulated and analyzed. The analytical tools used are profit analysis and R/C Ratio. The results showed that the profit from Aisyah's Kitchen business through the value of the R/C Ratio was 2.24 with the provisions greater than> 0 the business was declared profitable and worth developing. The results of this study can see how much profit per product, see the price per product, so that it can be seen whether it is profitable or not

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the supply chain for California papaya commodities in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out from June to December 2023. The data analysis method used in the research was descriptive analysis using tables and charts. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Talawaan Village Office, Central Statistics Agency, and other sources related to research. The research results show that the California papaya supply chain in Talawaan Village consists of farmers, collectors, wholesalers and retailers. The flow of California papaya products starts from farmers who produce California papaya, collecting traders buy from farmers then sell to wholesalers and then to supermarkets to sell according to demand, then sell to consumers and farmers sell to retailers then sell to consumers. The financial flow starts from supermarkets which buy from wholesalers, then wholesalers buy from the financial flow flows from downstream to upstream starting from consumers to supermarkets then to wholesalers and to collecting traders and finally to farmers, then from retailers to farmers or from consumers directly to farmers. The flow of information flows from two directions, first from upstream to downstream, farmers provide information regarding the availability of supplies to collecting traders and retailers, then collecting traders contact wholesalers. Second, from downstream to upstream, wholesalers and retailers as well as consumers are looking for information about supply availability
Margin Pemasaran Komoditi Kentang Di Kecamatan Modoinding Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFThe objectives of this study were to map market actors, calculate marketing margins for potato crops, and describe the potato marketing channels in Modoinding Sub-district. The research took place in May 2023 and was conducted in Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. Data were collected through primary data by conducting interviews with owners or farmers who cultivate potato crops using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained through literature searches from literature, articles, journals, previous research and relevant data and reports from relevant agencies such as the Department of Agriculture, BPS and district, sub-district and village governments to support primary data. Samples were taken from 30 people in 10 villages using simple random sampling and for traders using snowball sampling. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, and using tables, and described in the form of surveys obtained through direct interaction with research subjects or test subjects using questionnaire techniques. The marketing channels obtained can be described as a whole pattern and level of marketing channels. The results of this study show that the potato marketing margin of each institution in Modoinding sub-district is different between Manado, Bitung, and Kotamobagu channels. Farmer's share received by farmers in the Bitung channel is higher than farmer's share in the Manado and Kotamobagu channels, but farmers still get the same purchase price. Channel (farmer - intermediary - retailer - consumer). Farmers still get the same price and the costs of labor and transportation are borne by buyers, namely collectors and retailers

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the role of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group in rice farming in Bunia Village, Bintauna Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. The research was conducted over a period of 3 months from September to November 2023, based in Bunia Village, Bintauna Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. The data for this study were collected through primary data obtained from direct interviews with members of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group about their roles in rice farming, using a prepared questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Bunia Village government office and from online sources such as journals and research theses. The sampling method used was a census method, involving all members of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group in Bunia, from the management to the members, totaling 14 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, presented in the form of tables. The data obtained were analyzed using a Likert scale. This analysis explains the role of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group based on learning classes, cooperation platforms, and production units. The results show that the role of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group in Bunia Village, Bintauna Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency in rice farming is categorized as a learning class with a total score of 121 and a role index of 95.74%, fairly significant as a cooperation platform with a total score of 82 and a role index of 67.74%, and significant as a production unit with a total score of 113 and a role index of 89.68%

Get PDFThe objective of this research is to analyze the profit from the rice milling business West Poopo Village, Ranoyapo District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with rice mill business owners. Secondary data were obtained from the Village Office, the Central Bureau of Statistics and other sources related to research. The sampling technique in this study used the Non-Probability Sampling method with purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis which will be presented in tabular form. The research results obtained showed that the rice mill business in Poopo Barat Village, Ranoyapo District was profitable, both during the harvest season and not during the harvest season. The profit earned during the harvest season is IDR10.096.287 and during the non-harvest season is IDR2.385.286. The average profit within one month is IDR1.040.131

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the role of extension workers in providing agricultural extension to the Victory Farmers Group. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from January to March 2023 in Kakaskasen Tiga Village, North Tomohon District, starting with preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data in the study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is a source of data obtained directly from the field by interviewing members of the Victory farmer group. Secondary data is data obtained from other sources, for example government agencies such as village halls. Sampling using the census method, the population that is the object of research is all members of the Victory Farmer Group including the management of both the chairman, secretary and treasurer in Kakaskasen 3 Village. The number of samples is all members of the farmer group, namely 10 people. The results showed that the average score of the role of extension agents with 3 elements was in the medium category, motivators, facilitators, and communicators and there was 1 element in the high category, namely educators, which showed that the assessment of farmer group members on the role of agricultural extension agents had an average score as a motivator of 2.25 which was in the medium category, the average score as a facilitator of 2.27 which was in the medium category, the average score as an educator of 2.53 which was in the high category, the average score as a communicator of 2.23 which was in the medium category

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the income of mustard greens farming "pakcoy" in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon District. This research was conducted for 2 months, from August to October 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by means of a survey through the face-to-face stage using a questionnaire which contained a list of questions regarding the identity of the respondent, the input and output of the "pakcoy" mustard spoon farming. Secondary data obtained from books or literature related to the problem under study. The results showed that the total production of mustard spoon "pakcoy" obtained in one harvest of mustard spoon "pakcoy" was 759.09 Kg with a cultivated area of 0.162 Ha. The price that applies to farmers is IDR21,818/10Kg. The total costs incurred by farmers in one harvest of the mustard spoon "pakcoy" average IDR609,741. The total income of the "pakcoy" spoon mustard farmers in this business averages IDR1,381,818. The total income of mustard greens farmers with an average "pakcoy" spoon is IDR772,077 and the results of the R/C ratio analysis in one harvest show that the "pakcoy" spoon mustard farming is profitable for farmers so that it can be continued and developed

No full textThe aim of this research is to find out what factors exist in the internal and external environment and to determine the right marketing strategy for the "Bunga Ditepi Jalan" ornamental plant business located in Winangun Satu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted from October to November 2022, taking place in the Winangun Satu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data collected is the collection of primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews using a questionnaire to the owner of the ornamental plant business "Bunga Ditepi Jalan" and consumers. The research sample was taken from 13 respondents concerned to fill out the research questionnaire. SWOT analysis has 4 (four) stages, namely data collection, SWOT determination, strategy formulation and decision making as well as business positioning. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the ornamental plant business "Bunga Ditepi Jalan" is in Quadrant I with a score of (1.1:0.8) which means that the business is in a very profitable situation. This market has opportunities and strengths so that it can make the best use of the opportunities that exist. The right marketing strategy is the SO strategy, namely maintaining the quality and variety of ornamental plants, expanding online promotions, taking advantage of market opportunities and selling at affordable prices and expanding markets outside the region

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the role of farmer groups in improving the welfare of farmers in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga District. This research was conducted from August to December 2022 in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research used primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to corn farmers in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, while Secondary data were obtained from simultaneous reports in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sampling method uses a total sampling method of 25 samples from the total population. The samples taken were corn farmer groups that produced in 2022. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Descriptive analysis is to explain and describe the state of phenomena that occur in the research area and to determine the role of farmer groups in improving the welfare of corn farmers. Furthermore, descriptive analysis measurements were carried out using a Likert scale, then scored, namely Score 1: Disagree, Score 2: Disagree, Score 3: Agree, Score 4: Strongly Agree. The results showed that the role of the Kamba Ula Farmer Group was very instrumental, both its role as a learning class, a vehicle for cooperation and a production unit played a role in this, so the level of farmer welfare increased because of the role of the farmer group had provided counseling and assistance
