Get PDFThis study aims to identify business activities and calculate the income of people who do business in the Lake Bulilin area. The research took place from October to November 2023, carried out at Lake Bulilin which is located in Betelen Satu Village, Tombatu District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method to research samples using observation and interview data collection techniques. The sampling method uses a method that is sampling using certain considerations in accordance with the desired criteria (purposive sampling). The population studied in this research is 19 residents who are trying in the Lake Bulilin area in Betelen Satu Village, Tombatu District. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the Bulilin Lake Area, Betelen Satu Village, Tombatu District, Southeast Minahasa Regency, 6 types of business activities were identified that were carried out by local residents, namely fish farmers, fish catchers, restaurants, grocery stalls, motorcycle taxi drivers and rat stamp entrepreneurs. The average income earned by residents engaged in various types of businesses ranges from IDR126,000 to IDR25,370,559, depending on the type of business conducted

Get PDFThe study aims to analyze consumer preferences for Kedai Ruang Coffee located in Mogolaing, Kotamobagu Barat District, Kotamobagu City, North Sulawesi. This research was conducted from July to December 2023 at the Kedai Ruang Coffee location in Mogolaing, Kotamobagu Barat District, Kotamobagu City. The study employed data collection methods including the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling, with a total of 40 respondents, averaging 10 respondents per day. The data were analyzed qualitatively and described descriptively, while quantitative analysis was performed using Likert scales to determine consumer preferences through Important Performance Analysis. Data processing was done using Microsoft Excel 2007 software. The results indicate that consumer preferences for Kedai Ruang Coffee are categorized into 13 attributes divided into 4 quadrants. Attributes in quadrant I which are the top priority, namely the attribute of hospitality to customers. Attributes in quadrant II that are included in maintaining achievement, namely politeness to customers, ease of communication, cleanliness and tidiness of the place, attractive place decoration and available equipment facilities. Quadrant III attributes that include low priority, namely timeliness in serving consumers, employee skills and abilities, speed of the serving process, employee alertness when customers visit, readiness and willingness to serve customers and ease in responding to requests. Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the extent of profit received by the company from the sales of the Eufraino product at UD Makaaruien in Manado City within one production month. This research was conducted over two months, from June to July 2023, at UD Makaaruien in Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study at UD Makaaruien in Manado City. Data collection was performed using primary data obtained directly through interviews with the owner of UD Makaaruien using a prepared questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using profit analysis, which involves calculating the difference between revenue and costs incurred. The collected data are presented in table form and explained descriptively. The results show that the Eufraino product business at UD Makaaruien in Malalayang District, Manado City, is profitable. UD Makaaruien incurred an average cost of IDR3,129,829 per production month, with an average revenue of IDR5,129,000 per production month, resulting in an average profit of IDR1,999,171

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method was carried out using the Random Sampling method, namely by random sampling. The data collected are primary and secondary data with multiple linear regression analysis and using the Cobb-Douglass production function model. Based on the results of research that has been done in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency, and based on the research objectives, it can be concluded that together (simultaneously) the variables of land area, labor, seeds, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, and pesticides have a relationship to the amount of production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. Partially, the factors of land area, labor, phonska fertilizer have a significant effect, while seeds, urea fertilizer, and pesticides do not have a significant effect on the production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency

Get PDFThis study aims to calculate the income of potato and green onion upland vegetable farming in West Sinsingon Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency in one growing season. This study uses data from the growing season from October 2022 to January 2023. The total samples are 10 potato farmer samples and 10 leek farmer samples. Data were analyzed using mathematical calculations using the formula: I = R-C (I = Income, R = Revenue, and C = Expenditures). The research results showed that the average potato farming production was 20.827.59 kg. The average selling price of potatoes is IDR 13.000/kg, resulting in an average income of IDR 191.775.135.72/hectare. The average leek farming income produces a production of 12.585.03 kg. The average selling price is IDR 9.000/kg, resulting in an average income of IDR 51.493.375.11/hectare. Potato farming and leek farming in West Sinsingon Village, East Passi District are profitable. The average income from potato farming is relatively higher than the average income from leek farming with a difference of IDR 140.281.760.61/hectare/planting season

Get PDFThis study aims to determine consumer preferences in buying palm sugar at Bersehati Market, Manado City, which is very important for palm sugar sellers in order to have the opportunity to earn more income or profit. This research was conducted for 2 months from February to March 2023. The research took place at Bersehati Market, Manado City. Data collection used observation and interview methods. Sampling in this study was non-probability, namely convenience sampling to consumers of palm sugar at Bersehati Market which was taken as many as 30 respondents. Data on consumer preferences in buying palm sugar in Bersehati Market were analyzed descriptively with the help of tables. The results showed that the palm sugar that became consumer preferences in making purchasing decisions was palm sugar that had a blackish brown color, retail cut size, plastic packaging with a price that was not too expensive, namely IDR 8.000 to IDR 20.000

The data used are primary data obtained using interview techniques. directly to soy milk business owners by using a list of questions as an aid in data collection, and secondary data obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, written sources or documents that are relevant to this research. Based on profit data for the processed soy milk home industry, this soy milk business incurs a total cost in a month or 26 working days of IDR 11,170,279 and an average of IDR 429,626 per day. The total revenue is IDR 23,400,000 with an average revenue divided by 26 working days, which is IDR 900,000 per day or 20 bottles of soy milk, and earns a profit of IDR 12,229,721 with an average profit for 3 (three) businesses of IDR 470,374. This shows that the soy milk home industry business in the Taas Village is feasible to maintain and develop

Get PDFThe aim of the research is to analyze red bean farming income based on land ownership status in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research took place from June to August 2023. The data used in the research were primary data obtained from direct interviews with red bean farmers using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from research results and journals. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, namely farmers were selected based on the last harvest in May and June, and the samples were divided into three categories, namely farmers who own their own land, farmers who rent land, and sharecroppers who work on other people's land. The number of respondents was 12 red bean farmers consisting of 4 owner farmers, 4 tenant farmers and 4 sharecroppers. The data collected was analyzed descriptively using farming income analysis. The results of the research show that red bean farming income is based on land ownership status, namely: owner farmers amounting to IDR49.129.667, tenant farmers amounting to IDR41.991.500, and sharecroppers amounting to IDR25.925.000 per planting season

This research was conducted from September to November 2023. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method which is as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the socio-economic conditions of chrysanthemum farmers in Kakaskasen Two urban village, North Tomohon Sub-district, Tomohon City, from social conditions are respondent farmers are able to build good relationships with their communities, namely religious associations, family, friends and the surrounding community. In economic conditions, the production of chrysanthemums provides a large profit for farmers. The division of social and economic time of respondent farmers is approximately 15.73 hours and 8.27 hours in a day

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the supply chain of copra commodities at PT Samudra Manado City. This research was conducted from June to October 2023. Sampling in this study used snowball sampling method (chain method), with a total sample of 17 farmers. This research used primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis to explain the process of product flow, financial flow, and information flow. The results showed that the supply chain at PT Samudra Kota Manado is based on three flows in the supply chain, namely the flow of products from upstream to downstream starting from coconut farmers bringing coconuts to the shelter and then giving them to copra workers to be processed until they become copra. The supply chain of the PT Samudra company is very different from other places, the difference is very clear because in the PT Samudra company the owner controls all parts starting from land leasing, coconut farmers, until the coconut processing stage until it becomes copra, and also to the storage warehouse
