A vizsgálat a generációk közötti programokkal kapcsolatos attitűdöket mérte,
valamint nyitott kérdéseken keresztül programjavaslatokat gyűjtött. Az adatok statisztikai elemzését a két ország mintáinak összehasonlítása követte, míg a nyitott kérdésekre adott válaszok tematikus kategóriákba sorolva kerültek feldolgozásra.

Reconstruction and regime change analysis of manually recorded meteorological data from the Botanical Garden in Sopron, Hungary
Meteorological observations in Sopron began in the early 18th century and have been carried out daily without interruption since 1870. From 1924 to 1974, the Botanical Garden's meteorological station served as the official station, which was then moved to the Kuruc Hill. The paper focuses on reconstructing and unifying the data of the Botanical Garden station, which continued to be operated by the University of Sopron on a voluntary basis. The data was examined, corrected and gaps reconstructed and crosschecked with the homogenized series of Kuruc Hill. This paper aims to demonstrate how abandoned local historical data and simple exploratory analysis with new simple metrics and comparative reasoning can be used to look for changes in data series. The reconstructed Botanical Garden series was used to detect local changes due to climate and landuse change and the impact of urbanization between the 1930–60 and 1989–2019 periods. The distribution and quantity of air temperature and precipitation were examined on annual, monthly and daily time scales. Differences in the water balance elements between the two periods were detected by the Thornthwaite monthly water balance model. © 2025, Slovak Academy of Sciences, Institute of Hydrology. Comparison of Advanced Terrestrial and Aerial Remote Sensing Methods for Above-Ground Carbon Stock Estimation—A Comparative Case Study for a Hungarian Temperate Forest
The increasing pace of climate-driven changes in forest ecosystems calls for reliable remote sensing techniques for quantifying above-ground carbon storage. In this article, we compare the methodology and results of traditional field surveys, mobile laser scanning, optical drone imaging and photogrammetry, and both drone-based and light aircraft-based aerial laser scanning to determine forest stand parameters, which are suitable to estimate carbon stock. Measurements were conducted at four designated sampling points established during a large-scale project in deciduous and coniferous tree stands of the Dudles Forest, Hungary. The results of the surveys were first compared spatially and quantitatively, followed by a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The mobile laser scanner proved to be the most accurate, while optical surveying—enhanced with a new diameter measurement methodology based on detecting stem positions from the photogrammetric point cloud and measuring the diameter directly on the orthorectified images—also delivered promising results. Aerial laser scanning was the least accurate but provided coverage over large areas. Based on the results, we recommend adapting our carbon stock estimation methodology primarily to mobile laser scanning surveys combined with aerial laser scanned data
Global influences of digital transformation on behavioral factors in tourism: a systematic literature review
This systematic literature review (SLR) synthesizes empirical insights on how AI, VR, AR, and blockchain reshape tourist behavior through theoretical, technological, cultural, and policy perspectives. Using PRISMA-guided methodologies, we analyze 117 peer-reviewed studies (2019.12–2025.2) across global contexts to address five key research questions. Findings reveal: (1) Hybrid frameworks dominate digital adoption research but ignore emotional and cultural factors; (2) Integrating AI, AR, and blockchain boosts satisfaction but overwhelms users and raises privacy worries; (3) Cultural contingencies—collectivism, uncertainty avoidance, and power distance—significantly mediate risk perception and institutional trust in technology adoption; (4) Behavioral adaptation trajectories show generational divides in algorithmic reliance and transparency expectations; (5) Policy integration mechanisms, including government-led digital infrastructure, GDPR-aligned regulations, and public-private partnerships, strengthen destination resilience but remain contingent on regional capacity and cultural alignment. To bridge these insights, we introduce the TECH-Trust Model, integrating technological affordances, trust architectures, and adaptive governance to foster culturally intelligent tourism ecosystems. This study advances digital tourism scholarship by reconciling fragmented theoretical paradigms and offering evidence-based strategies for ethical, sustainable technology deployment across heterogeneous markets

Herbicides in Use: Current Status and Perspectives in the Different Biogeographic Regions of Europe
This review examines the use of herbicides across Europe's biogeographical regions, focusing on their historical development, regulatory framework, and environmental impacts. Since the 20th century, the use of herbicides has significantly increased agricultural productivity. However, the continuous use of herbicides with the same mode of action can lead to the development of resistant weeds, especially when low-diversity weed management strategies are employed. The European Union has established a strict approval process for herbicidal substances to safeguard environmental and human health. Consequently, the number of authorized active ingredients has declined due to concerns over their adverse effects. This review highlights the need for new sustainable tools for weed control and advocates reassessing Europe's dependence on chemical herbicides, encouraging integrated weed management approaches and policies that balance productivity with environmental protection for a sustainable agricultural future
Investigation of avian louse flies as potential vectors of protozoan and bacterial pathogens of veterinary importance
Avian louse flies (Hippoboscidae: Ornithomyinae) are blood-feeding parasites with largely unexplored vector potential, although they have been implicated in the transmission of pathogens of medical and veterinary relevance, such as West-Nile virus, Babesia and Trypanosoma species. We screened 253 specimens of nine Ornithomyinae species for selected bacteria (Anaplasma, Rickettsia, Bartonella, Borrelia, and Ehrlichia spp.) as well as for trypanosomes and piroplasms. Anaplasma phagocytophilum was detected in a single Ornithomya avicularia specimen, and Haematospirillum jordaniae was identified in three Ornithomya fringillina individuals from the same location, representing the first report of these bacteria in avian louse flies. In addition, eight different Trypanosoma sequences were obtained, belonging to the T. corvi/culicavium and T. bennetti groups. Unexpectedly, a sequence resembling T. theileri was recovered from an Ornithoica turdi specimen. Our findings suggest that the role of louse flies in transmitting the investigated bacterial pathogens is likely minimal, but their involvement in the ecology of Trypanosoma species warrants further study. Consistent with previous work, we propose that louse flies could serve as valuable sentinels for monitoring pathogens in wild bird populations
