IMPLEMENTATION SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING METHOD IN DETERMINING FEASIBILITY SACRIFICIAL ANIMALS
Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology. Where a technology is able to help various problems in various fields such as livestock and agriculture. Computers have been included in it as a tool to do a job or identify existing problems. However, sometimes as a practitioner in the field of animal husbandry, especially qurban animals, they come to the conclusion that it is often found that sacrificial animals in the market that want to be sacrificed do not meet the requirements both in syari ah (law) and health. With the application of determining the feasibility of sacrificial animals according to the Syariah using the web-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system is later expected to be able to determine whether or not a sacrificial animal will be sacrificed so that the community or people who sacrifice are not harmed and the reward for the sacrifice is perfect

Premium services are useful for overcoming blackout problems that often occur in previous regular services, with this service customers will get energy services with very adequate supplies. The system for submitting regular service upgrades to premium services at PLN. ULP Semarang Barat so far has not been able to provide the appropriate decision regarding the customer to be approved for the right type of premium service (bronze, silver, gold and platinum). The level of accuracy resulting from testing 15 data on the old system assessment is 0.87%, this means that profile matching can be referenced as an assessment of granting approval for premium service submission
Sistem Informasi Pendanaan Proyek Berbasis Web Pada Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi
CV. YustiKarya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finance is one of the important requirements for smooth project management. CV. YustiKarya often has to manage several projects simultaneously with remote locations. This condition made it difficult for financial staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also made it difficult for project managers in the field and had to report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya is to improve the project\u27s financial management system which originally used a spread sheet to become a web-based information system. Web-based information systems will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object-oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The information system that is produced is able to create a construction project management system starting from employer entry, contract entry, billing entry, printing proof of receipt, printing proof of expenditure, and generating project income and expenditure reports online. Web-based information systems will automate the financial status of projects whose locations are scattered. This system also makes it easy for directors to be aware of current project developments
Evaluasi Kualitas Website Menggunakan Webqual 4.0 (Studi Kasus: Sistem Informasi Kebencanaan Kabupaten Boyolali)
This study aimed to measure the quality of the Disaster Mitigation Information System (Sikabi) belonging to the Regional Disaster Management Authority of Boyolali Regency. Quality tests are carried out to determine the quality and functionality of the system that functions optimally and can display accurate, easily accessible, and useful information for disaster mitigation in the region. The results of the study are useful for providing feedback to information system developers regarding the quality of the website usability aspect, the quality of the information presented, and the quality of the interactions provided as well as the user satisfaction at accessing the Disaster Information System website. This study uses the Webqual 4.0 method which has 4 assessment variables, namely in terms of usability (information quality), interaction service (interaction quality), and user satisfaction while accessing the website (overall impression). From the research results, the information quality variable has a sig value. 0,000 <0,05 which indicates that there is an influence of information quality on user satisfaction in using the Sikabi website. Therefore, we recommend improving the quality of the information displayed on the Sikabi website page
ANALISIS KINERJA PROTOKOL ROUTING ZRP DAN TORA PADA KOMUNIKASI BERBASIS MANET DAN WMN UNTUK PENANGGULANGAN DAERAH BENCANA
Pada saat bencana alam yang mengakibatkan infrastruktur jaringan dan komunikasi di suatu wilayah menjadi lumpuh, dibutuhkan suatu sistem komunikasi yang berjalan tanpa infrastruktur jaringan. Komunikasi yang dilakukan dalam penanganan bencana dapat dilakukan menggunakan perangkat komunikasi yang berbasis Mobile ad-hoc Network (MANET) yang tidak membutuhkan infrastruktur jaringan, atau dapat juga menggunakan perangkat komunikasi yang berbasis wireless mesh network (WMN) yang menggunakan beberapa node router yang ditempatkan secara terbatas. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan simulasi sistem komunikasi berbasis jaringan MANET dan WMN menggunakan Network Simulator 2 versi 2.35 dengan protokol routing ZRP dan TORA. Simulasi diuji dengan empat skenario yang berbeda. Parameter yang digunakan untuk menguji kinerja jaringan adalah packet delivery ratio, end to end delay, throughput dan routing overhead. Dari hasil pengujian, protokol routing TORA pada skenario node sudah tersebar dan protokol routing ZRP untuk seluruh skenario di jaringan WMN memiliki nilai rata-rata packet delivery ratio yang tinggi. Sedangkan protokol routing TORA pada skenario node yang menyebar memiliki nilai rata-rata end-to-end delay yang rendah serta throughput yang tinggi. Pada jaringan MANET memiliki nilai rata-rata end-to-end delay yang rendah serta throughput yang tinggi dan protokol routing TORA dengan skenario node yang menyebar memiliki nilai rata-rata packet delivery ratio yang tinggi serta routing overhead yang tinggi
Clustering Performa Pemain Basket Berdasarkan Posisi dan Statistik Pemain Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy c-Means
Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga is one of the professional teams that compete in Indonesian Basketball League (IBL). Player evaluation has been done as an effort to maintain the quality and performance of all players which can be used as team records. They can also make a couple of improvements within the team for the next season. Classifying the players performance by using the fuzzy c-means algorithm is the aim of this research. Player performance is determined based on five kinds of player statistical criteria, namely points, assists, blocks, rebounds, and steals from each position. The assessment carried out in this study is using weighting criteria for each position. The grouping by weighting aims to get the highest to the lowest scores from each player so that they can be grouped into three performance groups; good, moderate, and poor performance. The results of the fuzzy c-means grouping of 15 players of the Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga team with weighting obtained three players with good performance, five players with moderate performance, and seven players with poor performance. Meanwhile, the results of the fuzzy c-means grouping without weighting obtained five players with good performance, three players with moderate performance, and seven players with poor performance. Both grouping results are compared with the actual performance data. The result of the comparison was found that the grouping with weighting resulted in an accuracy rate of 100% and the grouping without weighting resulted in an accuracy rate of 86.67%. Grouping with weighting on different statistical values for each player position has an effect on player performance. Each player position has different strengths in scoring points, assists, rebounds, steals, block shoots, and field goals
Sistem Informasi Rekam Medik Pasien Sebagai Implementasi Big Data Dengan NIK di Pelayanan Kesehatan Kota Tegal
Kemajuan teknologi kesehatan yang cepat dan akurat semakin menjadi kebutuhan utama para pengambil keputusan. Rumah sakit, klinik, puskesmas sebagai institusi yang menyimpan begitu banyak data juga membutuhkan pengolahan data yang benar dan tepat sehingga dapat disajikan dalam bentuk laporan. Sedangkan untuk menyimpan arsip rekam medis tradisional membutuhkan lahan yang luas dan rawan terkena dampak bencana alam dan kebakaran. Menurut sudut pandang pasien, dokumen fisik rekam medis seperti kartu medik, rontgen, hasil USG, hasil EKG dan lain-lain juga berisiko hilang atau rusak sehingga menjadi masalah. Dengan metode riset & development Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi, Metode deskriptif dipergunakan untuk menghimpun kondisi yang ada di lapangan. Metode evaluatif dipergunakan untuk mengevaluasi Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Pasien di Pelayanan Kesehatan Kota Tegal yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk Aplikasi Implementasi Big Data dengan NIK, melalui evaluasi produk dan proses uji coba tersebut diharapkan dapat diperoleh masukan tentang kelebihan-kelebihan dan kekurangan-kekurangan dari produk tersebut. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi rekam medis dapat mempermudah kinerja staff puskesmas dan dokter, serta sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien dan data NIK sudah teritegrasi dengan sistem online
Aplikasi Text Mining untuk Klasterisasi Aduan Masyarakat Kota Semarang Menggunakan Algoritma K-means
Social media is a service that is very supportive for government activities, especially in providing openness and community-based government. One form of its implementation is the Semarang City government through the Center for Community Complaints Management (P3M), whose task is to manage community complaints that enter one of the communication channels namely social media twitter. The number of public complaints that enter every day is very varied. This is certainly quite difficult for managers in categorizing complaints reports according to the relevant Local Government Organizations (OPD). This paper focuses on the problem of how to conduct clustering of community complaints. The data source comes from Twitter using the keyword "Laporhendi". Text document data from community complaint tweets was analyzed by text mining methods. A number of pre-processing of text data processing begins with the process of case folding, tokenizing, stemming, stopword removal and word robbering with tf-idf. In conducting cluster mapping, clustering algorithm will be used in dividing the complaint cluster, namely the k-means algorithm. Evaluation of cluster results is done by using purity to determine the accuracy of the results of grouping or clustering
Model Ontologi untuk Penjadwalan Kuliah di Program Studi Teknik Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muria Kudus
The purpose of this study is to build a data model for scheduling lectures at the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Muria Kudus University uses ontology as part of the implementation of semantic web technology. System built based on existing schedule data in the Informatics Engineering Study Program, such as data days, courses, credits, space and time stored in RDF / OWL format. The use of a lot of data with different storage formats becomes problems in finding valid information. To overcome this, it is necessary a system that can provide complete information is needed, namely with using semantic web technology. The semantic web is used to understand meaning of a word and concept, because it builds interconnected resources. Semantic web implementation is built using the ontology approach applied to RDF/OWL format. The results of this study are improving the ability of computers to search for more informationrich lecture schedules in the Informatics Engineering Study Program
Optimasi Metode Support Vector Machine dengan Discrete Wavelet Transform Untuk Pengenalan Karakter Plat Nomor Kendaraan
Pengenalan karakter plat nomor kendaraan memiliki peran penting untuk tujuan identifikasi secara resmi, penerapanya telah banyak dilakukan untuk identifikasi otomatis seperti pada tol elektronik, tempat parkir, dsb. Penelitian berkaitan dengan pengenalan karakter setidaknya memiliki fase-fase seperti segmentasi, fitur extraksi dan klasifikasi dimana tiap fase memiliki proses yang rumit. Keberhasilan dalam proses pengenalan karakter sangat tergantung dalam proses fitur ekstraksi, Sehingga pemilihan metode fitur ekstraksi yang dapat mengekstrak fitur-fitur yang relevan perlu dilakukan agar tingkat akurasi sistem pengenalan karakter dapat ditingkatkan. discrete wavelet transform telah banyak digunakan sebagai metode untuk ekstraksi fitur, metode ini melakukan ekstraksi dengan melakukan dekomposisi pada ruang vektor ke dalam ruang vektor bersarang dengan resolusi yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini metode discrete wavelet transform dikombinasikan dengan support vector machine untuk meningkatkan akurasi pengenalan karakter. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat akurasi dari 100 citra plat nomor, dengan penambahan metode discrete wavelet transform dan support vector machine tingkat akurasi klasifikasi mencapai 92% yang artinya mendapatkan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 8% dibanding klasifikasi menggunakan SVM standar
