    Agriculture is a pillar of the economy a nation, with the system and the implementation of good agricultural, so will go the nation economic.One of the causes of the lack of agricultural productivity in Indonesian that is some farmers in Indonesian still relied on climate change rain without blemish. Climate change has caused planting patterns the farmers, so that in the end agricultural products planted could not stable , any process planting .The instability caused the price of agricultural products to be very significant plant at a certain season.This is what causes the thing farmers have to produce more energy and the cost of extra do watering manually so that of the trees can grow fertile and can be harvest pakcoy especially in plants .To overcome the problems hence writers try to make sprinkler system plant with using microcontroller Wemos D1 R1 of experiment to the republic of Indonesian that in arable land plant with using soil moisture capacitive sensors that is going to be the moisture the ground in plants can be monitored over long distances through the android application named Blynk. The system will shut when discharging is out of danger at the boundary moisture expected means of sensors the humidity and turn off water pump

    Online Based Thesis Guidance Application For Informatics Students During Pandemic

    The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) issued Circular Letter Number 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning from Home in an Emergency for the Spread of Covid-19. This causes the learning process that should be done face-to-face, being changed to online. Students must study from home and carry out the online thesis guidance process. Some of the difficulties experienced by students during direct mentoring, namely the difficulty of meeting lecturers who are busy teaching or doing assignments from institutions, besides that students who come from outside the city have to go back and forth just to meet the supervisor.. One of the ways to solve this problem is by applying technology.   Currently there is web technology that can be used to easily develop applications, namely the concept of a framework approach. With the existence of an online-based application which is the role of current technological developments, it will make the thesis guidance process carried out by lecturers and students more flexible. Students are able to carry out the guidance process anywhere and anytime

    Aset yang dikelola oleh sebuah instansi bisa berupa peralatan yang mempunyai batas umur pakai, jika perawatannya tidak tepat maka akan berakibat pada pemakaian yang tidak maksimal. Perawatan bisa berupa servis rutin dan servis ketika terjadi kerusakan, perawatan dilakukan oleh tenaga teknisi. Kemampuan dari setiap teknisi belum tentu sama, pemberian tugas berdasarkan pada unsur subyektivitas tidak akan mampu memberikan layanan yang baik pada perbaikan yang diminta oleh masing-masing divisi, karena pemilihan teknisi berdasarkan subyektivitas tersebut belum tentu didapatkan teknisi yang memiliki keahlian sesuai dengan tingkat kerusakan alat.   Perlu sebuah upaya obyektif untuk mendukung keputusan dalam mereferensikan teknisi pada sebuah proses perbaikan dengan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neigbor

    Penilaian secara periodik terhadap driver perlu dilakukan, untuk mengevaluasi kinerja. Pelaksanaan evaluasi membutuhkan waktu sehingga evaluasi sering dilakukan ketika terjadi keluhan dari penumpang, memberikan efek perubahan yang sifatnya sementara juga, setelah keluhan teratasi maka driver maupun pimpinan divisi transportasi menganggap tidak akan terjadi lagi kejadian yang sama. Bentuk evaluasi seperti di atas seringkali hanya  dilakukan terhadap driver yang dikeluhkan penumpang.   Penilaian kinerja yang termodel dan menyeluruh terhadap semua driver, yang sifatnya periodik dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis Profile Matching mampu meminimalisir kejadikan yang dikeluhkan penumpang..

    The development of information technology has penetrated various areas. This is driven by improved service, rapid increase in information needs and decision making. General elections that are held every time always leave problems about securities and speed of recapitulation. This is because the process is done in the traditional way. This research tries to apply blockchain technology to the e-Voting system security engineering process so that it creates a votes recapitulation process that is fast, accurate and accompanied by transparency values to maintain the reliability of the existing vote and maintain the confidentiality of the vote data being transacted. Transparency and confidentiality of voter data is a fundamental value in general elections or voting that must exist. Seeing this, blockchain technology deserves to be applied because the principles that needed can be met by applying this technology to the e-Voting system

    Prediction of student satisfaction with academic services needs to be done to evaluate the performance of higher education institutions in the academic field, especially at Pandanaran University. In this study, using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm data mining method in classifying student data through a questionnaire on aspects of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy. The results of classifying student data using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm produce a decision tree model with an accuracy value of 87.92% and AUC 0.990

    The Covid-19 pandemic requires schools to divert their learning in their respective homes simultaneously with government regulations related to large-scale social access (PSBB) which aim to avoid crowds and add new clusters in the educational environment. This is a challenge for schools that do not yet have a bold learning platform and for teachers who still cannot use technology to provide their learning boldly. The web-based e-learning platform is expected to be able to assist teachers and students in carrying out learning without any technical guidance on its use. By using Rapid Application Development (RAD) in its design, it is hoped that it can produce an e-learning platform that is easy to use by teachers and students from SMAN ABC.     Performance assessment system is a reference of school to determine the performance quality of a teacher that also a reference to determine their career development and career promotion. The teacher has to improve their skills and ability to apply the competence to improve the quality of the learning process. The expansion of performance assessment information system in SMK Taruna Tama Getasan Salatiga will help the assessor  to make performance assessment report because the previous method they used conventional system that hinder the process of   the rating like a difficult calculation and take so much time. This system use Soft System Methodology (SSM) by using structured approach to understand some issues, build conceptual mode, get eligibility and the implementation. System testing use Webqual 4.0 and using 3 (three) instruments are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. By using 122 that processed by SPSS software   which testing the validity test, reliability and linear regression correlation. From the test result that the website of performance assessment system are having a good quality based on Usability Quality, Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality.

    Customer loyalty is an important factor to the survival of a company. The problem facting today is related to the descreasing number of customer loyalty that happened to PT MNC Play. If this is allowed   to continue it is not impossible this will endanger the continuity of the company s business.Keep in mind the factors that cause customers to have loyal and disloyal status, data mining classification techniques can be used to classify loyal and disloyal customers. Many data mining classification algorithms can be used, so it needs to be comparative to know the accuracy of each algorithm, the algorithem used is C4.5 and Na ve Bayes. The data used were 28,899MNC Play customer of Semarang City.The results of the classification   process were evaluated using cross validation, confusion matrix, ROC Curve to find the more accurate data mining classification algorithm to determine loyal and disloyal customers.Keywords: Classification, Customers Loyalty, Na ve Bayes, C4.5

    Analisis Pengenalan Pola Daun Menggunakan Metode Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) dan Jarak Minkowski

    Indonesia adalah negara tropis yang memiliki keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan. Tumbuhan terdiri atas tiga organ dasar yaitu akar, batang dan daun. Daun merupakan salah satu bagian yang sering digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan tanaman, karena setiap jenis tanaman memiliki ciri yang berbeda. Bentuk tepian daun bisa digunakan untuk acuan klasifikasi daun. Otak manusia memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengolah atau mengignat informasi jenis-jenis tanaman yang berdasarkan daun. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peralihan pengetahuan manual ke suatu sistem digital. Maka dalam penelitian ini dibuat sistem yang mampu melakukan pengenalan daun menggunakan ekstraksi ciri pada daun menggunakan metide Linear Discriminant Analysis ( LDA ) dan jarak Minkowski.Proses pengenalan pola citra daun diawali dengan pengambilan citra daun, kemudian masuk ke tahap prapengolahan untuk membedakan objek dengan latar belakang. Setelah itu masuk ke tahap ekstraksi ciri menggunakan Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA ) untuk mendapatkan karakteristik ciri dari citra dan Jarak Minkowski untuk melakukan pengenalan dari pola daun.                       Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan jumlah data sebanyak 40 kelas dengan masing-masing kelas sebanyak 6 citra, dengan citra latih sebanyak 160 citra daun dan citra uji sebanyak 80 citra daun. Saat pengenalan menggunakan jarak minkowski menggunakan 3 koefisien yaitu koefisien minkowski 1, 2, dan 3. Dari ­ ­masing-masing koefisien minkowski didapatkan persentase keakurasian. Persentasi keakurasian saat menggunakan koefisien minkowski 1 sebesar 41,25%, koefisien minkowski 2 sebesar 33,75%, dan koefisien minkowski 3 sebesar 30%. Persentase keakurasian pada penelitian ini tidak dapat menghasilkan diangka 80% dikarenakan jumlah data sangat mempengaruhi hasil persentase, semakin banyak data yang ada maka nilai persentase juga akan semakin kecil
