Kehilangan Karbon dan Oksigen pada Pemanenan Jati (Tectona grandis Linn. f) Unggul Nusantara di Kebun Percobaan Cogreg, Kecamatan Ciseeng, Kabupaten Bogor
This study aims to calculate the amount of carbon lost and the amount of oxygen that can no longer be produced by the Cogreg Experimental Garden (KPC) due to the harvesting of Nusantara Unggul Teak wood (JUN). Carbon stock loss was measured using the allometric equation method based on the SNI 7724:2011. Calculating the loss of oxygen-producing potential used the comparison method of the atomic weights of carbon and oxygen. The results of this study indicate that the harvesting of JUN at KPC causes a loss of potential carbon storage reserves of 215.384 tons/year or equivalent to IDR7.2 bilions; the loss of oxygen-producing potential is 574,359 tons/year or equivalent to IDR2.66 billions. Meanwhile, the results of harvesting JUN wood can only produce a financial value of IDR1,36 billions. Therefore, the financial value of the KPC\u27s environmental services in the form of carbon storage and oxygen production is much greater than the financial value of harvesting JUN\u27s wood.

Analisis Minat Konsumen pada Warung Kopi di Kota Banda Aceh
The number of businesses like coffee shops (warkop) in Banda Aceh City makes every business actor required to implement the right strategy in capturing the hearts of consumers so that they can continue to visit that the company\u27s income can increase. Therefore, this study aims to analyze consumer interest in choosing warkop in Banda Aceh City so that business actors can use the information obtained in making decisions to be applied to their business. The observation locations were carried out in five coffee shops. Based on the results of the study, several factors become a reference for consumers in choosing the warkop to visit, including location, place, price, internet, parking facilities, and mushalla. However, in some coffee shops, there are also problems in providing quality services, such as delays in the handling process, slight menu variations, the noise of places, parking lots, and less strategic locations. Thus, if the problem is not addressed properly, it is estimated that it can have an impact on the nature of the next consumer. With a soft systems methodology (SSM) approach, these problems can be overcome. SSM can build a conceptual model that can formulate a strategy for warkop business actors in Banda Aceh City. SSM method results in two suggested recommendation activities. First, technical recommendations, namely that business actors must make efforts in improving their companies, such as determining strategic locations, setting competitive prices, providing adequate parking space, and fixing various other factors. Second, policy recommendations include establishing special SOPs, developing human service resources, incorporating local wisdom, and innovating. So applying these two activity recommendations can provide answers to problems.

Pendugaan Erosi Tanah dan Perencanaan Tutupan Lahan Hulu DAS Jeneberang, Sulawesi Selatan
Soil erosion is the main cause of land degradation. Jeneberang watershed is one of the priority watersheds in Indonesia. It has a big problem related to erosion in the upstream area. Jeneberang watershed is important area, its function is as water catchment for Bili-bili reservoir. It is served for flood control, irrigation water sources, water and hydroelectric energy supply. The aims of this study were to analyze the soil erosion prediction based on existing condition; develop an ideal land cover scenario to decrease soil erosion; and suggest land cover planning recommendations based on tolerable soil loss indicators in the upstream of Jeneberang watershed. This study was conducted using map overlay method to determine the value of the erosion factor. Erosion was predicted based on Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE). Land scenarios and simulations was calculated by estimating the erosion in forest area and spatial planning land cover. The result showed that soil erosion of existing condition was approximately 813.1 tons/ha/year. The tolerable soil loss was only 22.9 tons/ha/year. The landuse scenario that chooses the lowest presumed erosion result is the implementation of spatial planning of Gowa district 2012-2032 with soil conservation technique applied. It can reduce erosion and sediment as 96.6% in upstream Jeneberang watershed.

Viabilitas dan Vigor Benih Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.), Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek), dan Jagung (Zea mays L.) pada Temperatur dan Tekanan Osmotik Berbeda
Viability and vigor are components of seed quality assessment which are influenced by internal and external factors of the seed, i.e., salinity and temperature. Salinity is related to the interaction between osmotic pressure and seed germination. This study used 3 types of seeds, they are peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.), mung bean (Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek), and corn (Zea mays L.). The purposes of this study were to determine seed viability by using Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC), to analyze the effects of different osmotic pressures and temperatures on seed viability and vigor. Peanut seed viability test was conducted by using 1% TTC solution. Testing the effect of osmotic pressure on seed viability and vigor was conducted by using various concentrations of NaCl (0.01 M; 0.05 M; 0.5 M; 0.1 M; 1 M). The germination test of the three seeds was conducted by using temperatures of 30°C and 35°C, each with three replications. The test parameters measured included germination, germination rate, germination speed index, vigor index, simultaneous growth, and the speed of seed growth. The results showed that TTC solution was effectively used to determine seed viability. Mung bean had the highest germination rate, LP, IKP, IV, simultaneous growth, and speed of seed growth compared to the other tested seeds in all salinity and temperature treatments. The 30 ⁰C temperature treatment resulted in the best viability and seed vigor for the three tested plants. Treatments of temperature and salinity affect the quality of the three plant seeds which can then be used to determine the quality of peanut, mung bean, and corn seeds.

Penetapan Alokasi Sawah Penerima Air Irigasi Berdasarkan Kondisi Hidroklimatologi di Daerah Irigasi Cihea
One of the main supporting factors for the agricultural sector in the Cihea Irrigation Area is the availability of sufficient water resources. However, uncertain climatic conditions due to climate change lead the changes in the rain distribution and affect the availability of water resources. The study aims to (1) assess the land water balance and drought index in Cihea Irrigation Area and (2) develop alternatives related to irrigation priority locations based on hydro climatological conditions. The water balance was analyzed using the Thornthwaite-Mather method (1957), while the irrigation priority locations were determined using the composite performance index method. Based on the annual water balance analysis, this irrigation area had a 568 mm/year water surplus. However, there was a water shortage from July to October, at 132 mm per month. From ten land systems, the highest deficit was in SL_9, while the lowest was in SL_1. These conditions triggered drought in some locations. The highest drought index occurred in August (56,89%), while the lowest occurred in July (3.98%). Based on hidroclimatological ,the prioritised locations for escalated productivity are paddy fields in CDK.16 Ka, CDK.17 Ki, PD.1 Ka, PD.1 Ki, PD.2 Ka, PD.2 Ki, CRJ.6 Ki, CRJ.7 Ki, CRJ.8 Ki, CRJ.9 Ki, CRJ.10 Ki, and CKR.1 Ki in the Ciranjang subdistrict. Meanwhile, to gain the equal irrigation distribution, the priority locations consist of paddy fields in CSK.1 Ki to CSK.5 ki, CSK.6 Ki, CSK.6 Ka, CSK.7 Ki to CSK.9 Ki, CSK.10 Ki, and CSK.10 Ka, situated in Bocongpicung District.

Populasi Mikroorganisme Tanah pada Lahan Jagung setelah Aplikasi Pupuk Poliakrilat
The number and type of microorganisms in the soil indicate soil fertility. The use of fertilizers can affect the growth of microorganisms in the soil. Quantitative tests are conducted to evaluate how fertilizers affect the presence of bacteria, fungi, and algae. The number of bacteria and fungi is calculated using the standard plate count method, while the number of algae is calculated using the most probable number method. The highest number of bacteria found in urea-phosphate-potassium (UPK) applications of zeolite polymers is 50%, which is 3.4 × 106 CFU/mL; the most fungi are found in 25% of applications, which is 2.5 × 104 CFU/mL. In contrast, the highest algae population was in control soils, 2.7 × 104 CFU/mL. However, for treatment, an enormous amount is found in the administration of 50% zeolite polymer UPK as much as 1.4 × 103 CFU/mL, so it can be concluded that the administration of UPK zeolite polymer affects the number of microorganisms on the cornfield.

Distribusi dan Luas Stomata pada Enam Jenis Tanaman Dikotil
Stomatal distribution and area are related to transpiration rate. This study measured stomatal distribution and area in dicotyledon plants used as ornamental plants. The study used Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the main factors were six types of dicotyledon plants and three plant parts (top, middle and bottom). Combination factors were the interaction of plant species and parts. By using the replica method and micrometer, the study used five replications with the measured parameters: the stomatal distribution and area. Data were analyzed using SAS with the Factorial RAL model and continued with the LSD test if the treatments were significant. Correlation coefficients between stomatal distribution and area were calculated to see the relationship between the two. The types and plant parts significantly affected the stomatal distribution, while the stomatal area was influenced by the main and combination factors. Syzygium paniculatum Gaertn had the highest stomatal distribution and was different from other plant types. Meanwhile, lower leaves had the lowest stomatal distribution and differed from the middle and upper. Aerva sanguinolenta Bl had the highest stomatal area (591.05) compared to other plant species. The stomatal area on the plant\u27s upper leaves (272,71) was significantly lower than the middle and lower parts. The combination between species and the lower part of the plant produced the highest stomatal area compared to other combinations. Stomatal distribution was inversely proportional to the stomatal area.

Profil Komponen Volatil Beberapa Jenis Satai Menggunakan Kromatografi Gas
Satay as Indonesian food is made from several pieces of meat stabbed with a bamboo stick and grilled. Satay has a unique aroma because of the diversity in total organic volatile contents. Differences in volatile compounds are also influenced by species breed and processing method. Volatilomics is a method used to ensure the authenticity of meat products through the detection, characterization, and quantification of all volatile metabolites in biological systems. This study aims to evaluate volatile profiles in beef, chicken, pork satay, and their mixtures. The volatile components of satay were extracted using the solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) method and analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) instrument. Data were analyzed by multivariate principles component analysis (PCA). Beef, chicken, and pork satays were identified as having 104,134, and 112 volatile compounds, respectively. Nonanal was a volatile compound with the highest intensity in beef satay samples, benzaldehyde in chicken satay, and cyclohexanol in pork satay. Volatile components of satay with different types of meat showed good separation using the PCA model. Beef, chicken, and pork satays are grouped separately. Mixed-meat satay containing pork was grouped next to the pork satay. Volatilomic analysis identified a hexanal compound was potential to be used as a marker to distinguish between pork and other meat satays in halal authentication process.
